Ruaidhri Lavellan, unshaded formal wear at Halamshiral because why not. Also, of course, he came in with a fucking dueling sword. I’m 98% sure some asshole asked if his vallaslin was actually blood and if he painted it on every morning and Ruaidhri, also an asshole, absolutely said yes and that it specifically needs to be the blood of shems who have displeased him.

Wanted to do a twist on the regular uniform while it was still recognizable. Really disappointed that the basic Halamshiral uniform wasn’t slightly desaturated and it didn’t even come with coattails. 90% of the ARMOR comes with some variety of coattails but God forbid we put it on the thing that’s supposed to look nice.

I’m a sucker for coattails.

Random fact: The blood condition rh- often results from giving birth to a child with the opposite blood type as the mother and will cause all following pregnancies to fail without medical intervention, and King Henry VIII’s second wife, Anne, was thought to have become rh- after giving birth to her daughter. Also I caused my mother to be rh- so that’s kind of cool. I have A+ blood and she has A- and I think that’s fascinating. (It’s all good, two kids was plenty for her anyway.)

Zodiac: Aquarius/Pisces - born on a cusp, yay me!

Height: 5′5′ and three quarters! (the three quarters are very important) - about 1.7. metres

Ethnicity: Full Irish on both sides, though I’m informed there’s a Levite great-grandmother on my father’s side somewhere.

Favorite fruit: Raspberries, dragonfruit, apples, grapes.

Favorite season: Winter. The season of my birth! Snow (if I’m lucky), but otherwise lots of sitting inside watching the dreary weather, with a good book and a hot cup of something.
