No because the way this list is so so wrong in so many ways.
Like I get that this website probably isn’t all that serious, but I need to break this down because I just-
Okay.
I have a couple issues with this list:
The main one being the way in which they have ranked the Nublar 6, while the other is the actual arguments for how they seemingly decided to rank these kids.
First, besides for Zach, all of the campers are at the bottom of the list. I’m not going to get into where they are all placed in the ranking, but it is clear that whoever made this list didn’t actually pay attention to how the kids were written and the actual depth that these characters have. Collectively, it seems like their arguments for the N6 is that they’re all annoying in their own ways, and that’s that.
I get that not all Jurassic fans may be interested in CC, especially since it’s garnered for a slightly younger audience (even though everyone can enjoy it and that doesn’t mean it’s dumbed down or anything!), but if someone goes to the trouble to actually rank all of the kids in the Jurassic franchise, they have to actually understand each of their arcs, personalities, quirks, vulnerabilities, motives, etc. In the case of the N6, they really only list the “bad” or “annoying” things about them, instead of actually taking a step back and looking at these characters as a whole. (And yes, I do understand that the N6 have their moments as well, like Darius in S5.)
For example, with Kenji they describe him as being “obnoxious” and an “arrogant trust-fund brat”, while also stating that he has a character arc. This reads as if they’ve only watched the first season of the show. (And this article was released AFTER Dominion and season 5 came out, so there’s no excuse for not having seen the other seasons.) And these are the same people saying that they love when Kelly drop-kicks a velociraptor out of a window! (Though I’m not saying you can’t like this scene, is was a pretty goofy moment.)
In Kenji’s case, he’s so much more complex than that, and he goes through a MAJOR arc throughout the show, even flip-flopping a few times.
I could go on about all of the other issues I have with their statements on the N6 (like how Sammy is “poorly written” or that Ben is suddenly super pretentious after having spent some time alone in the jungle or how Yaz is one of the least interesting characters, when I’d argue that she’s actually one of the MOST interesting), but I digress.
The other issue is the actual comparisons that they’ve made for these kids. With the N6, they simply state their “annoying traits” or flaws, so to speak, while with the other kids they either:
A: only state their good or bad qualities or
B: list a few facts about what they did in their respective films
Take Maisie as an example (who I’d argue is one of the least interesting characters of the franchise despite her unique backstory and great portrayal from Isabella Sermon):
Their only real argument for her is that she is a clone. That’s it. They go on to say that’s she been in two movies and has played two different characters, unlike the other kids, but there’s nothing actually about her as a character and who she is.
I would also mention that the novel versions of Lex, Tim and Kelly are on this list (as well as Arby Benton from The Lost World), but it’s been a hot minute since I’ve read Jurassic Park and I never really got into The Lost World, so I can’t offer my two cents on those kids.
I know this isn’t super serious or whatever, but I just needed to rant because when I read this list, I was mad that our beloved N6 weren’t getting the love that they deserve.
(Ps if you actually read this entire thing, thank you! I know it’s just a silly goofy ranking list, but I enjoy talking about this kind of stuff!)

The Minnesota Twins might have got their season back on track with a four-game sweep over the White Sox. They headed out to Anaheim to play the Angels tonight. The Twins started the scoring in the second inning when Carlos Santana belted a Patrick Sandoval slider out to center for a solo homer. This put the Twins up by a run after two innings of play. Minnesota added on in the third as Willi Castro reached on a one-out single and went to second on a wild pick-off throw. Byron Buxton plated him with a base hit to left to double the Twins lead to two. The Twins kept adding on in the fifth with a Willi Castro two-out double to left. Ryan Jeffers singled him home to extend the Twins lead to three. Minnesota wouldn't go away in the sixth with a Jose Miranda one-out double and a passed ball. Carlos Santana followed with a run-scoring single to center to put the Twins up by four. The Angels found some offense in the bottom of the sixth with a Luis Rengifo lead-off single and Zach Neto doubled. Nolan Schanuel hit an RBI groundout to short to put Anaheim on the board. Bailey Ober got out of the jam and the Angels pulled within three after six frames. Bailey Ober finished off 7 1/3 solid innings and a Zach Neto double chased him. Mike Trout walked and Nolan Schanuel lined a run-scoring single to left. Matt Bowman got out of the jam and the Twins held onto the lead heading into the ninth. The Twins would add on in the ninth as Austin Martin drew a lead-off walk and stole second base. Eddie Julien walked and Willi Castro doubled home a run. This put the Twins back up by three heading into the bottom of the ninth. Matt Bowman got the first two outs of the ninth, but left two men on base. Zach Neto lined a run-scoring single to right and Mike Trout grounded out to third to end the game. The Twins extended their winning streak to five games tonight.
-Final Thoughts- Bailey Ober gave the team some length, which is what they needed. He went 7 1/3 innings and allowed two runs on three hits with three walks and eight strikeouts. Matt Bowman got four big outs and allowd a run with three walks and two strikeouts. Caleb Thielbar retired Mike Trout for the save. Willi Castro led the team with three hits. Jose Miranda and Carlos Santana had two hits each. The Twins hit 4-for-11 with runners in scoring position and left seven men on base. This was a gutsy win when Griffin Jax and Brock Stewart were unavailable. It'll be easier when Justin Topa and Jhoan Duran rejoin the bullpen mix. Chris Paddack faces Jose Soriano in Game 2 tomorrow night.
DOUBLEHEADER SWEEP! The Yankees take both games of their day-night doubleheader with the Red Sox and have now tied Boston for 4th place (lol) in the AL East.
Carlos Rodon, despite allowing a leadoff home run, bounced back with a solid start tonight. Nine strikeouts over five innings of one-run ball is an outing you’ll certainly take from the left-hander right now. Really need to see him finish this season strong as he is obviously still be a huge piece to the 2024 rotation.
Estevan Florial had his first hit of the year — an RBI single to tie the game in the 5th. Jake Bauers, Gleyber Torres, and Austin Wells all added RBI’s as well.
Following Rodon was three innings of effective relief from the recently added veterans in Zach McAllister, Anthony Misiewicz, and Matt Bowman. Nick Ramirez would lock it down in the 9th for his first save this year.
Game three of this four-game set is tomorrow night at 6:05 ET. Clarke Schmidt on the bump. LETS GO YANKEES!
The gravel event season shifted into high gear this past weekend at The Mid South, a grueling but exhilarating gravel biking and endurance running challenge that takes participants across the rolling, red dirt roads of Stillwater, Oklahoma. This year competitors were treated to warm temperatures and fast roads. BikeFlights’ team members Kerry Werner and Michael Potter were there to work the expo and compete in the event.
The annual migration to The Mid South starts with a gathering of industry brands and packet pickup at the event’s expo. Calm winds and moderate temperatures created a welcoming environment where the gravel community could come together from all over the U.S. and catch up after the long off season.
BikeFlights' newest team member and Event and Marketing Support Specialist Kerry Werner and Partnerships Director Michael Potter spent the expo day connecting with current and future BikeFlights shippers among the nearly 2,500 like-minded people celebrating the ride that would follow the next day.
Race day featured sunny skies, warm temperatures and strong winds. The pace was fast over what were smooth, dry roads, causing the field to break into many smaller groups. As the winds pushed out of the south, it challenged riders from every direction as they pedaled clockwise around the course throughout the day.
In the men’s race, the deciding move occurred 89 miles into the 100-mile course. A sandy, twisty mountain bike trail section took the lead group of 12 down to three. Payson McElveen, John Borstelman and BikeFlights’ own Kerry Werner emerged from the trails and sprinted for the top three podium spots, crossing the line in that order.
The women’s race was shaken up halfway through the race when the leader was held up at a railroad crossing by an unfortunately timed freight train. During the delay the top five women regrouped. Keeping calm and continuing to push the pace, Lauren De Crescenzo would again ride away from her competitors to repeat her 2022 victory with her teammate Caroline Wreszin claiming second place and Heather Jackson rounding out the last podium spot.
In the event’s first-ever non-binary category, Rach McBride claimed victory by riding a consistent, strong effort from start to finish. Apollo Leonard and Sam Hansen completed the podium in second and third places.
Special congratulations to BikeFlights Team Members Justin Barr and Zach Heyer who spontaneously decided to ride the 100-mile route after originally registering for the 50-mile route. Both pushed themselves hard and finished in impressive form.
Lastly, BikeFlights Brand Ambassadors Jessica Brunson, Maria Doering, Enzo Moscarella and Sarah Bowman inspired us with their efforts in the 50, 100 and ‘the double’ routes. Congratulations to you all!
I just watched season 2 episodes 5 and 6 of Lethal Weapon. They were good. Riggs is worrying me. I think it could be cute if him and Molly had a thing. My thoughts:
I’m not happy Riggs is drinking again but it could be worse.
How the heck does he lose his trailer?
There is something Riggs isn’t saying about his father and I don’t think it’s good.
Riggs is not okay.
Leo’s smart.
Oh Riggs why did you do that?
Leo’s ridiculous.
Why does it have to be so cute when Cahill’s so nice to Riggs?
Trish is such a wonderful woman.
I hope Riggs stays there or better yet gets a real home.
Riggs better not let his friend get him in trouble.
