I scoured the pizza tower oc tag and found a whole pile of precious babies that I love to bits! They are all so good. I've gotta give props to all y'all. I was very inspired to make a fighting game style scroll of characters, like they're all bosses, and I was going to leave them without pupils...but then they looked better with pupils and I went with a whole collage. There were still others i wanted to add, but I don't think I had enough page space? Sad, but true. I hope to find the time to draw them all one day...

inZOI demo - It's awesome!

This demo blows TS4's CAS Demo clear out the water, it's not even close (my rants: X X).

Overall, I'd give inZOI a 9/10 for girls, 8.5/10 for guys (cuz they get way less options, as usual).

What immediately struck me's that the UI is finnicky AF. The screen text on the UI' s so dang faint that I was squinting the whole time, unable to really SEE where the buttons were.

[EDIT 8/23/24] I'm watching someone try the demo on Youtube and I feel dumb--you CAN change the color of the default background! Thank goodness! (We should be allowed to change the color of the text too, though.)

The color wheel needs the preset/copy ability The Sims has, so I'm not always inputting the same colors for every CAZ part. For some reason it does NOT like 000000 (black) as a color input for accessories, which is annoying.

But the GRAPHICS QUALITY, zomg.

(I tried to give Sakura pointed elf ears, lol.) We need more sliders on the zois' faces & body, but they're off to a GREAT start.)

The zois are absolutely stunning--these are the graphics I was praying for when TS4 was first announced, not that playdough garbage EA barfed up.

This aesthetic gives me HEAVY Cyberpunk2077 vibes, especially when the nail selector popped up--I love it.

(We just need TATTOOS & facial piercings!)

The hairs are ok--I LOVE that you can change the length--but it's only on SOME of the hairs, not all. Definitely need more variation & texture diversity--even EA had more braids, fros, dreads, curls, etc.

The clothes, shoes & ACCs options are modern, and some are VERY stylish, but kinda plain IMO (esp. the shoes, ick). My fave bottoms are the ninja-esque pants, which is why Sakuryuu are both wearing them--I was hoping for WAY more traditional Asian representation in the fashion department, wtf. U_U The textures are lovely--I love the shiny metallics. (We need some sheers though.) I want more shiny sequins & leather textures on the clothes--I need that the sequin jacket IRL.

The makeup's my favorite part--the eyes have soooo many options--you KNOW I had to give Ryuu slit eyes like a dragon/snake!

And I gave Sakura glitter & highlights. They just need to let us stack multiple makeup & jewellery, and we'll be gravy.

I expect/hope there'll be more options in the full release--this IS just a demo.

As for the cities, apparently the 3 worlds we're getting are Korea, Indonesia, & California--Pacific coasts, makes sense. They're locked off for the demo, but at least we got to see the map.

(As soon as I saw Indonesia I knew I had to go right back in and make my husband, Magnus Bane~!)

My laptop's nothing to write home about, but it ran super quiet while the demo was running (it definitely runs better than my Steam Deck, which was running kinda choppy). So here's hoping it doesn't effing COMBUST when I start sending zois into the city come full release.

yotzeret sheydim's body of work is awesome (the first album of theirs i heard was this one, so it remains my fave). she also does really great gear reviews on youtube!!

this reissue of hijokaidan's king of noise is also super yummy. hijokaidan has a huge catalog of stuff to find :3

C.C.C.C. self-titled is scratchy and beautiful. on the topic of C.C.C.C., mayuko hino's solo work (here i'm thinking of lunisolar and metaphysis/bone memory from this split with masonna, who is a legendary noise artist and for good reason!!!) really makes my mind explode. she is sooo talented and def one of the greatest noise artists of all time.

noise/girl's discopathology fucking rules so much. sometimes i cant listen to anything except this or wall of cute

6x01 NOT the best episode at ALL but really fun to watch in terms of dean gender studies. dean living normcore life with ben and lisa 6x03 CAS IS ON ONE! "we do have a more profound bond" very funny iconic destiel lines, balthazar included

6x04 BOBBY POV EP! YAY! supa funny silly lighthearted I loves it 6x05 Twilight/vampire. I am hesitant to put this one on the list but it is homoerotic vampires dean gender studies moments so I think it has to be here. minus points for soulless sam and samuel cos they sukk 6x06 ICONIC destiel whiskey pouring scene.Rest of the ep is fairly skippable. I sometimes slow this scene down to x0.25 and watch it because there's so much being said nonverbally thru their body language and eyes so watch careffffully. much to unpack, ripe for analysis. sad!Cas

6x09 dean fight the fairies episode. so much fun 6x10 meg! crowley! cas! the boys! they're all fighting. supa funny cas/crowley bits and cas sexual awakening 6x15 HOLA MISHAMIGOS! meta ep. so funny so silly so light

6x18 this ep truly has it all ONE OF MY FAV OF ALL TIME dean gender silly dress up cowboy, b plot is gay cas and bobby getting angel fisted umm 6x19-22 obvs THE MAN WHO WOULD BE KING ARC !!!

7x01 GODSTIEL ARC 7x02 godstiel arc continued. for first 10 mins or something 7x06 -7x12 ok so these are by far not my fav episodes but. there's something to say for them. I thought season 7 was gonna be balls without cas but there's something quite Classic Supernatural going on in these eps which is comforting and/or dean gender studies and/or dean pining for cas which makes them good actually. ft frank & some garth . ALSO bobby being a dad and bobby death sequence eps 9/10 7x17 CAS RETURNS! Emmanual!Cas awesome destiel scenes like the trenchcoat bit ….. 7x18 party on garth. truly an incredible episode. garth-centric 7x20 CHARLIE CHARLIE CHARLIE! 1st charlie ep leviathian heist style plot quite fun and silly 7x21 crazy cas! off his rocker cas! cas and dean play a boardgame! cas is so charmingly aloof and offhand! ZOMG, you must've missed me at my most Andromeda obsessed, lol! I haven't actually been able to play it since last November, when my previous computer gave out and then this one has been super lousy. However, as soon as I can hopefully get my Vegas back on and thus be able to GIF (and vid) again, I'm planning on going back to Andromeda to finally finish the big Ryder twins romance GIF project I had going, lol!

I absolutely adore this game and I've honestly missed playing it so much! Also, did you know that Kate Kennedy aka Kai from Halo is the voice of one of the Angara?

I romanced Avela as Scott JUST for that fact alone, lol!

Anyway, like I said, I never did get the chance to finish making GIFs for all of my romances and I still hope to finish those last two for Scott. As for which are my favs...

Sara: Reyes. I'm a sucker for that scoundrel, what can I say? 😍😇 But Vetra is a close second. I have to physically restrain myself from flirting with her if I'm planning on romancing somebody else because there's no way I'd hurt my best Turian girl like that! 😱😉

Scott: Gil surprisingly became my favorite "I have to make SURE not to click the flirt options if I'm romancing somebody else" romance. I also, no surprise, loved his romance with Reyes. Cora also was great!

I honestly really enjoyed all of the romance options, except for Keri's (the reporter) and not for any fault of hers but I disliked how she looks kinda uncomfortable with either Ryder flirting with her while she's just trying to do her job. I felt like a real creep, I have to say! 😩Then at the end, after I've annoyed this poor Asari at her workplace this entire time, the "payoff" was we went from a table at the Vortex to Ryder's just suddenly outside of her room? Not even a kiss? 🫤(I legit have headcanoned that Keri never actually let Ryder into her room, just went in herself, closed the door, and left them out in the hall, lol! "That's for continuing to come on to me and never taking the hint while I'm clearly just doing my job, you creep!" 😖😂😉)

If I could've romanced Evfra *points up at his pic above* I totally would have because I'm a sucker for a good "enemies to lovers" trope, lol! And I think Evfra would haaaaate himself for falling for the human Pathfinder. 😍😍😍

I clearly have put a lot of silly thoughts into Andromeda, lol! Anyway, thanks so much for letting me ramble about this! Who did you romance? Have you played as both twins or do you prefer just the one? Default or custom? Do you mod? My computer was coming off the rails at the time so I've only stuck to what's available in-game but I've seen some beautiful Ryder twins and some awesome clothing options with mods. 😉💖💖💖

Anonymous batted their eyelashes, looking up at the hero's statue with hearts in their eyes.

"Wow.... Chat Noir.... it's even cooler to see his statue in purrson," they say, almost swooning at the sight. He looks as he normally does in this particular piece, but he normally looks very awesome, so their reaction makes sense. "I would give ANYTHING to actually meet him..."

"Who, little ol' me?" a voice says, before ACTUAL FOR REAL LIFE CHAT NOIR (ZOMG!!!!!) lands beside them.

"OHHHH MY GOSSH OH MY GOSH OH MY GOSH YOU'RE EVEN MORE AWESOME AND COOL AND CAT-LIKE THAN THE STATUE MADE YOU SEEM!" Anonymous shouts. They tackle into Chat Noir, crying hysterically, but he takes it like a champ. "CAN I HAVE YOUR BABIES PLEAAAAAASE!?!?!?"

"Hahahhahahaha nooo, but thank you for asking," Chat Noir says. He pats Anonymous on the cheek. "I must go before I'm late to meet my girlfriend, but thank you for being a fan!"

He pries Anonymous' arms away, and as fast as he came into the scene, he's gone. Anonymous starts to cry really hard.

"A GIRLFRIEND??????? NO!!!! HE'S MY SOULMATE! MINE!!!!!" they bawl. A purple butterfly comes down, landing in their homemade 'Chat Noir Loves Me Most' shirt.

"Fanon, I am Monarch. You've been spurned by the one you love; I will give you the power to make anything you want happen. All I need are Ladybug and Chat Noir's miraculouses in return."

"Yes, Monarch. I'll get them for you, just as I'll have Chat Noir's heart."

Ladybug purifies the akuma just before her and Chat Noir bump fists. Her earrings are beeping already, and she flees once Chat Noir assures her they'll handle this. When she's gone, Chat Noir turns to the fan from earlier.

Offering them a hand up, and a tissue from his cool miracle pockets that definitely have tissues in there, Chat Noir smiles at them.

"I'm sorry you felt so bad when I left earlier," he starts. "I appreciate your feelings, but please, never force them on another person. My life isn't a story written by other people, it's... my life. I want to live it in the way that will make me happy."

Anonymous takes his hand and stands, sniffling and blowing their nose with the tissue. They're a mess, but at least the Miraculous Ladybug fixed their shirt.

"...I understand. I'm sorry," they say, and they seem to mean it. "I think I've moved on now anyhow..."

That makes Chat Noir smile more.

"Good. That's good. I hope you find someone deserving of the love you have." He steps back, turning to go, but he looks back over his shoulder at Anonymous one more time. "I hope you enjoy the rest of your time in Paris! It's really the cat's meow!"

And then he's off like a shot, leaving Anonymous all alone. Anonymous takes off their backpack, and then removes their Chat Noir shirt. From their bag, they take out a different shirt, rolling up the Chat Noir one and replacing it. They put their new shirt on and hold it out, smiling down at it.

It's a homemade 'Ladybug Loves Me Most' shirt.

Opening their phone, they search for the nearest location of one of Ladybug's statues, and start heading off...
