Yuzuko and Natsuo both show enormous disrespect – more or less accidentally, though Natsuo leans into it – to the hard work other fighters put in. Natsuo dismisses you by winning despite her absolute disinterest in the sport; she coasts on natural talent and can't enjoy anything besides the intrinsic fun of domination.
Yuzuko, on the other hand, hurts you by never once seeming afraid of losing to you. She doesn't care if she loses, because MMA is fun; and because she doesn't care, she has absolutely no ability to understand her opponents' fears of humiliation and forestalled careers and the negation of all the effort they've put in.
Mawatari Yuzuko isn't really working towards anything; she has no goals, no ambitions, just endless MMA. She enjoys everything equally. She can't lose because she has no loss condition, nothing to lose.
...except for when she fights Natsuo. Except for that moment of real disappointment, and confusion, when she realized they weren't the same, that even Natsuo couldn't unreservedly enjoy losing, that the match hadn't been fun for Natsuo in the way it was for her. Mawatari Yuzuko wanted something she didn't get; the look Mario gives her when she starts to contemplate this is, I suspect, him seeing the hairline cracks in the surface of his monster daughter.
If there's any post-canon road for Natsuo to accomplish her ambition of "saving" Yuzuko, it'll be through giving her something that can be taken away – by giving Mawatari Yuzuko a sense of what it means to lose, not just a match (which is still fun!), but to desperately want something and put in all your effort and almost reach it and miss.

NEW Kodansha Digital:
👊Teppu, Volume 5👊 By Moare Ohta
Karin reluctantly allows Natsuo’s entry into the G-Girl Rookie Selection Tournament, where she hopes to finally lay her gloves on that hateful Yuzuko Mawatari.

With zero context, here is her "rival":
And I shit you not this is a real scene from the manga (if from the imagination of a spectator at their fight):

Mario Cordeiro and Mawatari Yuzuko changed the way I saw ‘characters who lack natural talent but put in effort to be great anyway’ forever

"Perpetually bored, Natsuo Ishidou has been physically adept for as long as she can remember. Her ability to almost instantly pick up any kind of sport has left her constantly searching for any kind of challenge. However, because she rarely finds anything difficult, she has developed a narcissistic and apathetic attitude toward everyone around her.
One day, Natsuo sees a fellow student trying to advertise a mixed martial arts club. When the girl, named Yuzuko Mawatari, targets Natsuo from the crowd and extends an invitation to her, she becomes irritated with her demeanor and accepts the request in an attempt to discover why Yuzuko seems to be so carefree.
But while Natsuo participates in the mixed martial arts club, people from her past still have a bone to pick with her. Can she deal with the consequences of her poor attitude while rising to the challenge of someone who may actually be stronger than her?"

I really really wish this manga hadn't been canceled, the main two characters had such an interesting dynamic and I really loved that the other MC who's not in this image, Yuzuko Mawatari, was treated like how a "shonen determinator archetype" should be treated:
Cause on the surface she's just as happy as can be and just wants to have friendly fights with people, but she's a true monster and will not hesitate to cripple people because she also expects them to treat her the same way, then at the end she's right back to being just as happy as can be.
So yes, she truly is creepy, and I loved that about her.
