THE FUCKING YURI ON ICE MOVIE GOT CANCELED AND IM JUST FINDING OUT?!?!

I fell so hard in love with that fucking show and it made me love making art again at a time in my life where I genuinely gave up on art and in turn set my skill set back by a couple of years AND NOW THE MOVIE IS CANCELED

please man like I was having a mediocre night and now I learn this

I’m most likely being too dramatic but I love yuri on ice so much and I know that I’d definitely also cry if I found out that another anime that I like also had a continuation also be canceled

This cosplay is my love letter to Yuri!!! On Ice. 💜⛸️❄️

I am a newer YOI fan (December 2023), but wow I fell so deeply in love with these 12 episodes. I relate to Yuuri so much as a character, and I'm happy there is an art form, some way I am able to pay tribute to the show. Getting to know these characters helped me get to know myself better.

There were literal blood, sweat, and tears that went into finishing this Eros costume for Fanime 2024. It is by no means in its final iteration, and I can't wait to see what else I can do to perfect and improve it.

It was so wonderful to see everyone's reactions at the convention, the genuine joy and elation to see YOI cosplayers in 2024, the commiserating about the movie cancellation. 🥹

I'm so grateful I was able to cosplay with this group of wonderful friends to pay homage to a show we all love so dearly, and I can't wait to do it again.

Everyday the urge to cosplay Yuuri again and flex at a random con with my limited newfound skating skills and a pair of off ice skates is getting stronger...

It's been several weeks since Viktor visited Yuuri in Detroit, and something big is coming.

Yuuri's due to visit Viktor in his own home, and this time, everything is going to go right. No stressing over (far too man) plans, no worrying about anything outside of his control. Viktor is determined to enjoy the few days he has with his cute boyfriend in the bliss of an easy autumn. Only some things aren't quite so easy these days. Like a certain costume that refuses to work out right, a complicated gender experience that continues to escape his tongue, or a brain that refuses to let a painful past go when he desperately wishes to. Big things sure are on the horizon. Some of them are good, like Yuuri's fun little cosplay surprise for them both. And other ones... well, sometimes they just need to happen.

The question is: how ready is he for change?

I'm getting all of the feelings back (you make me believe in love again) is now live!
