Some sketchs of the yuyuyu squad ( and Natsume from yuyuyui as a bonus because I love this character )… I just realized I forgot Yuuna oops :( Drawing is hard especially since I stopped drawing as much as I used too. I'll try this year to spend more time drawing even if I don't post the result ! I have a lot to learn but I still love doing this ~

CRESCENDO but something like Yuki Yuna is a Hero which i TOTALLY forced you to watch

the heros are the members of the “hero club” or some sort of idolistic club and they go around and sing and dance for everyone else but the main premise of the club is to find sacrifices worthy for “god”—whoever that may be. So when Crescendo’s first mission begins, they freak out.

Kiyama, although excited, has never been beyond this side of the world. Where the gods lay. His flower may be something like… a sunflower, and his weapon being a polaram or breakers or something like that. something with high mobility.

Miharu is given something like. a daisy maybe? (wasnt able to find anything on masking) and their weapon is maybe something defense-related.

Kirina’s flower is a white lily. Since Kirina expresses herself through dance her weapon might be something like a fan or some sort of leg brace based on kicking

Sato’s flower is a lilac, since Sato (i think) values family and close bonds. maybe their weapon is something based on chanting and bringing things together— like the vines itsuki has

Katsu’s flower is a Strelitzia since they symbolize a free spirit. Maybe Katsu’s weapon is a straight up electric guitar or a gun of some sorr

Shion’s flower is a white rose, my gay ass loves to focus on shion’s split between her unit and crescendo, since she can only focus on one after the events of ykyk.

Anyways with these, this idol group is tasked with the duty of protecting the world against the “Vertexes” or the wrath of the gods against humanity.

also FUCK YEAH . MIHARU WITH DEFENSE. GOD. IM INSANE ABOUT THAT. IVE ALWAYS IMAGINED THEM TO BE LIKE . A PROTECTOR OF SORTS. YKNO . LIKE THEYRE CHILL BUT THEYLL ALWAYS HAVE UR BACK AND AOUR(ITDIFYGSDLIFUGSDFLKJG they have a shield and they most definitely have a helmet that they sometimes wear because im all for the "masking" and "putting on a different face" thing they have going on (if this is how you learn about this then. there u go! altho it seems i alr told you about it mostly . yeah i think i did say somehting about that) anyway. miharu sooo has paladin vibes. hgrhgh

i think kiyama (or katsu) should have gauntlets. they deserve to punch people. altho an entire electric guitar is SICKKK anyway kiyama probably would have Some armor (probably leather) on his upper body bc . hes gonna be in the middle of all these weapons ykno. he needs to be at least somewhat flexible and light on his feet right? hm. i dunno . kiyama and katsu are difficult to think about for this. katsu definitely has some lightning effects going on. That will stay.

heheh ok time for kiri~~ she definitely has high mobility!! aaa implementing her dancing ability into her fighting style!!!!! i think shed try to learn how to fight using a halberd at first but she finds it awkward to move around with and then she (or sm1 else helps) comes up with the idea to do what shes used to: dancing. if shes so used to moving gracefully without holding heavy things then why doesnt she just. do that ? !!!! anyway im putting her hair into a high ponytail as we speak. although im having difficulty in imagining her in armor. ill work on that.

satoo waaaa so theirs would kinda be like. immobilizing enemies? kinda?? ough interestingggggg i think their armor would be relatively light (like kiyamas) but im thinking maybeee . ok i lost the thoughts dammit its hard to think about things for sato too :((

tldr i need to draw them all. specifically i need miharu in flowy fabric and armor. with flowers. and a shield. FUCK now im thinking about hades im sorry (i am crazy ok)

Yuki yuna was my fave mg series (im a sucker for floral themes and was a heartcatch stan) until i realised how shitty and ableist it was. Im ashamed of myself. Can i request a WBMR for the rest of the yuki yuna team (since you did togo)?

You know me, I was never fond of leaving things unfinished!

Yuuki Yuuna is now Sakura Maiden Yuuna, Assigned Gemstone is Cherry Quartz, Essence is Light (Aether);

Her Magi Title is a reference to her flower, the Mountain Sakura;

Yuuna is chronically ill, so she learns how to become more weary of her health, as well as the importance of breaks;

She and Togo are currently separated after their personal critical episodes. There's still a lot to do before both can properly apologize for making such rash decisions;

Since the Hero Club has disbanded, Yuuna and Fuu have organized their own Gardening Club in its place, though still functioning as community service;

Much like Togo's Hero Club, Yuuna has added the extra rule of confronting and pummeling any creep that preys on her and the others;

Becomes a Magi in hopes of making up with Togo someday and restore the Hero Club back to its former glory.

Coming up is Fuu, Hero Club's original leader:

Inubouzaki Fuu is now Potentilla Paladin Fuu, Assigned Gemstone is Imperial Topaz, Essence is Light (Lightning);

Her Magi Title is a reference to her flower, the Potentilla (or Cinquefoil);

Fuu's left eye is blind, so she wears an eyepatch over it "because it's cool";

Despite her bold personality, Fuu deeply regrets tricking her friends into working for the Taisha. She wonders how things could've been different if she stood up against the organization early on;

She puts on a strong façade so Itsuki and and the other juniors won't worry about her;

Fuu wants to revitalize the Hero Club alongside Yuuna. However, this may take a while considering Togo's crisis in the past;

Becomes a Magi so she can atone for her past mistakes. She wants to be a better person, and strongly relies on the wondarians' help with her journey.

Complementing Fuu, here's Itsuki:

Inubouzaki Itsuki is now Serene Sealer Itsuki, Assigned Gemstone is Verdelite, Essence is Earth (Life);

Her Magi Title is a reference to her flower, the Narukoyuri (or Solomon's Seal);

Itsuki is mute, so she utilizes a magic tablet for communication;

This tablet is also used for her to draw magic sigils and seals that she can use in training;

Still does her tarot readings, and posts the spreads on the Gardening Club's bulletin board;

Is seriously concerned for Fuu's psyche, and wants to help her (despite her older sister constantly shrugging it off);

Becomes a Magi so she can make her older sis proud and eventually take her place as a reliable leader to the Gardening Club.

Last but not least, here's Karin:

Miyoshi Karin is now Azalea Agent Karin, Assigned Gemstone is Red Jade, Essence is Fire;

Her Magi Title is a reference to her flower, the Satsuki (or Azalea);

Karin is HOH (Hard-Of-Hearing), so she utilizes hearing aids to hear other people properly;

Puts her trust on Wondaria and its AG System. Though she is shocked at how much more humane it is than the Taisha's Hero System;

She administrates the Gardening Club alongside Fuu. However, arguments between them are still a thing, because Fuu isn't being honest with her feelings, and this concerns Karin;

Much like Fuu, she wants the best for Itsuki, and she will try to convince her and everyone else to talk things out and sort their issues;

Becomes a Magi so she can set herself free from being a disposable soldier and live a normal teen life with her group.

Yuki Yuna is a Hero - Episode 5

Hello folks, and welcome back to Wrong Every Time. Today it seems like we’re past due for a check-in on Yuki Yuna and her brave companions in the Hero Club, as they continue to fend off all who would do harm to the Divine Tree. In spite of lacking any high-tension battle scenes, Yuki Yuna’s last episode was undoubtedly my favorite so far, as its exploration of Fu and Itsuki’s unequal yet…

NO NO BUT LIKE IM SERIOUS ABOUT THAT LAST POST

YANG FUCKING STANDS THERE WHILE HER YOUNGER SISTER DRINKS THE TEA AND DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

MEANWHILE (SPOILERS FOR YUKI YUNA IS A HERO):

WHEN ITSUKI (fuu’s sister) LOSES HER VOICE? FUU LITERALLY BREAKS DOWN. JUST HEARING HER LITTLE SISTER SINGING ON THE PHONE, WHEN SINGING WAS NOT ONLY HER PASSION BUT ALSO WHAT GOT HER LITTLE SISTER OUT OF HER SHELL, IS ENOUGH TO MAKE HER CRY AND VOW TO DESTROY THE VERY THING THAT CAUSED NOT ONLY HER SISTER’S SUFFERING, BUT ALL OF THEIR SUFFERING.

AND EVEN WHEN ARGUABLY THE TWO STRONGEST GIRLS IN THE GROUP TRY AND CALM HER DOWN, FUU ONLY STOPS WHEN IT’S ITSUKI WHO JUST… HUGS HER. AND SHE BREAKS DOWN CRYING IN HER ARMS BECAUSE DESPITE IT ALL AND ALL THEY ARE GOING THROUGH THEY’VE ALL GOT EACH OTHER AND THAT’S FUCKING ENOUGH.

and what’s hilarious is that both of these events in both shows happened in their. eighth episode.
