Intro Post!

Hi, this is OOC @lilacquintet talking! After a bit of consideration I decided to finally share my Hatchetfield OC with Tumblr. This post will consist of a character bio, the format for the blog, and rules for interactions/content. Unlike any other RP blog I’ve run, this will also act as a social media for Yuki, so she can reblog things and make posts pertaining to her! Hope you like her!

a lot of you have convinced yourselves that jujutsu sorceres are all traditionally good guys who would yell and scream at anyone breaching moral thresholds but gege has always been clear about this rotten from the inside society catalyzing people's metamorphosis into ruthless and cruel beings, or rather, "monsters."

the whole point of including characters like choso and his love for his brothers was to show that "things" the jujutsu sorceres slaughter are not in themselves unfeeling entities. it is to criticize the idea of jujutsu sorceres being tbe unequivocal heroes, the good guys.

they have to eradicate curses but the process of doing so changes them morally and spiritually, often irreversibly. suguru is seen as a pariah, an outcast, because he takes this to its natural conclusion and becomes "evil", but he is by no means a singular anomaly.

sukuna talked about this hypocritical notion of morality in the manga -“THE SORCERERS OF THIS MODERN ERA HAVE AN INTENSE OBSESSION WITH REMAINING "HUMAN". IT IS THAT HUMAN FEAR OF BEING ALONE THAT MAKES THEM WEAK. THEY SO DESPERATELY WANT TO HOLD ON TO THEIR HUMANITY, CONSTANTLY TELLING THEMSELVES TO HOLD BACK FROM DESTROYING WHAT WOULD BE SO EASILY CRUSHED WITH THEIR OVERWHELMING POWER.”

like woah. to defeat the "strongest" they have to achieve his level by any means whatsoever... it is either a pyrrhic victory for the sorcerers or a moral victory for sukuna. Deeply twisted either way.

I’m sorry but, idk where all this energy is coming from that somehow only Lando fans have ever been mean to drivers and that by calling out toxic comments and dm’s their driver is receiving they’re being hypocrites.

ALL driver fans have people who are toxic and say horrible things, the constant war between Lecfosi and Carlos fans, CultLH against George and Fernando (and now for some reason Gabriel Bortoleto), some Daniel fans about Lance, Yuki or Checo, just to name a few. But god forbid Lando fans show concern about their driver because all of a sudden they are the ONLY group of people who have EVER spoken badly to or about another driver so fuck you guys.

As a Lance fan myself I WISH people would stand up more to the vast amounts of ableist, anti-Semitic shit he receives, but I’m not about to get MAD at Lando fans for standing up for their driver because I’ve SEEN the shit people are saying about him, to him, and to them as well.

Some of you are sitting here, assuming that if someone is a Lando fan they MUST have spoken shit about other drivers before and therefore should shut up, but that’s purely generalising. I’m a frequenter of F1twt and TikTok and all my Lando moots are absolutely lovely and mind their own business. Ofc there are some members of their group that aren’t so nice, but again, that’s THE SAME FOR ALL FAN GROUPS.

So maybe instead of frothing at the mouth about “hypocrisy” and “what about [insert name here]” why don’t we all just agree that sending hate and death threats to drivers is wrong???? Surely that’s not a controversial statement, right?????

Half-baked r63 yukierre idea/yapping

Guys bear with me here on this. AFAB Yuki right? Her and Pierre traumabonded during their Alpha Tauri days and all that jazz.

They have almost the exact same dynamics as the non r63 version of themselves but heres where it gets tricky-ish. We all know that even w/ all the flirting Pierre would yap about seeing Yuki as a younger sibling and would say/imply as much

So, fem!Yuki realizing she may have some heavy feelings for Pierre whether they be platonic or romantic (whose she kidding ofc they're romantic) but alas everytime Pierre inevitably finds himself flirting w/ her, he backtracks to the "ur like a little sister to me/ur such an immature little kid angle (think rb maxiel)

Which is a slap in the face to Yuki when Pierre goes public w/ his childbride Kika later on that year whos a freshly turned 19 to her 21/22 (maxiel moment lmao).

Yipyap yip yap. Yuki dealin w/ the western worlds overt sexualization of asian women along w/ the desexualization/infantilization that she going to face as an asian woman in old boys club sport. Pierre gasly is not helping w/ these matters at all

Kika is petite, charming and has just enough bite to intrigue but not offend the old guard, unlike Yuki whos being made to see a therapist over her temper. (poor girl) and Yuki's just feeling like the standing woman emoji in the corner. Dont forget Pierre's leaving AT at the end of the season too lmao

At least she has an elder fellow poc woman on the grid to go to advice for, right??. Alex Albon herself who's also lowkey a mess rn.
