Came with the whole lot so i got some pics below the cut of the rest. There are a lot of cute details and sorta easter eggs in the designs

Firstly, extremely important you see the difference in Joey and Kaiba’s brow thickness cuz loves me a Joey with canerpillar eyebrows and a Kaiba with basically no eyebrows.

Kaiba’s lik coat can be moved and adorably on his stomach is his locket

Next we got the details on Joey. Alas no dog tag but they did make sure his shirt went below his pants’ waist band and got the sleeve details correct.

Mai and Anzu. Kinda weird we got these two? like Mai not so much, Anzu a little, and it's kinda weird if we get Anzu we don't get Honda? but i'm also like one of 3 Honda stans so lol. it kinda feels like they weren't super sure what to do with long hair, but here these 2 are. they have the cute details of Anzu's collar & cut off sleeves and Mai's corset and her deck pouch under her jacket:

YUUGS!!! They're both precious. Got the puzzle on their tums. Love the purple eyeliner haha. Yami's jacket goes all the way up and he has the black tank under it. Yugi's has a little loose fabric to show how fair down it goes but it is designed to look like he is wearing the jacket. they both have the 2 very important studded belts ahhaa.

Bakurassss: cute lil faces, both are basically identical except for the hair horns and expressions. very cute. lil millenium rings on the tums and their blue over shits come up to show off their cute lil stripey ones.

Mariksssss: These two are the most different. 2 totally different outfits. Yami Marik we got a eye on his head, darker purple cape that goes all the way up, black tank, spikey hair, khakis in case he gets called into the office or something and a black tummy. Marik has his lil midriff on the back lol, belt

Regular Degular Marik also has A HOOD you can actually put on him!!!

fave details has gotta be those earrings tho hahaa.

all these lil guys are super soft and have some beans in them and are weighted so they sit pretty solidly. I'm obsessed i love them so much ahahah.

I really hope they make a second series. I would love a Mokuba, Honda, Duke and honestly Weevil and Rex would be kinda cool. Hell I'll take a Bandit Keith XD

As much as I love the Millennium World Arc it’s also incredibly heartbreaking to watch Atem go through that. He finally has all the pieces needed to open the tablet of memories and they were all sure that he would remember who he was and then he DIDN’T. Instead he goes through a repeat of what he did when he woke up in the Millennium Puzzle where he doesn’t know what’s going on or anything at all but instead of getting to try to piece things together he’s dropped right into the middle of huge dire events. And he does gradually start to get things back but for a huge chunk of it he’s completely in the dark AGAIN. He didn’t actually start remembering things until around where TKB dropped him in the river and his friends gave him his name. And it’s heartbreaking. It’s heart breaking how for the majority of the arc he had to just take people’s word for shit and just blindly trust that they were being honest and that what they were informing him was true. The fact that he spent a year and a half getting used to being with Yugi in his time period and then within two seconds of entering the Millennium World he’s barraged by his past at a million miles an hour, and its not even an everyday kind of day its his friggin -coronation-. So of course he can’t excuse himself. Like thank goodness for royal attendants so he could try and get information from Shimon who was more than willing to explain things to him and didn’t get mad or confused by him not knowing what was going on, he just was like “okay I dunno why the Pharaoh needs an explanation but I’ll explain.” And just look at him.

Like he’s so overwhelmed and its so sad because yeah he’s finally getting answers about his past but like at the same time he’s not. Just as he was a stranger in Yugi’s body and life now he’s a stranger in his own body and his own life. Unlike the people in his memories he feels out of place and he IS out of place sitting here where everyone knows him and he SHOULD know these people and he DOESN’T.

The scene on the balcony where Yugi can feel his loneliness and Atem is thinking about all of these new but familiar faces he goes, “Everyone here knows who I am. But I don’t know anyone. As a Pharaoh, did I truly understand them? And did they know the real me?” ( Ep 203 11:38) And yet in spite of that he still tried his absolute best to properly navigate being a Pharaoh and he nails it. He steps in himself to deal with Yami Bakura each time, and even though he hasn’t touched a sword in over 3,000 years we see he still knows how to use one just like he still knows how to ride a horse. Any time there is a battle in this arc Atem is front and center being a leader and protecting people or on his way to the battle.

Even though Mahad isn’t there for long (I mean I guess he kind of is because he becomes a card) the scene of him and Atem running into Mana is one of my favorites because that moment Atem realizes that these two were his friends and he did have friends he relaxes and starts flourishing as a pharaoh.

see, it fits the exact way described above while hes neither related to solomon, nor are they close nor is he explicitly queer (at that stage) hes just a really, REALLY good example of Hurt People Hurt People. and while yugi gang are peers and "equals" and wouldnt be able to awaken much sympathy for the ways he acts out, an older man, wiser man, sure, a man of conservative leanings and belief of superiority over youth, being awakened to the pains of lone kids, both ego shattered under his strength (ego death and respect) and learning more about him from yugi from their adventures (awakening sympathy) and finding himself the love and the sense of duty to help kids who have no one, it gets to me. him paying more attention to kids in his neighborhood to his frequent customers to kaiba bros to put aside time and money for kids in worse conditions.

poor ryou is so confused every time his friends come up to him privately and ask if he has a crush because he looks at yugi sooo love struck and he should just go for it already (while the spirit is in the back of his head annoyed and jealous but its also his own fault)
