Funny that the writers of the new season say that Armando never learned or grew and he HAD to go to therapy "si o sí" but in order to justify them sending him to therapy they had to undo all the progress he made in the first season and fill 20 blank years with new problems that og Armando never even hinted at having in his marriage and, on the contrary, we canonically see he overcame when we see Betty and Armando having a lovey dovey marriage full of trust and partnership in Ecomoda, the sequel they also funnily enough decided it's not canon...

funny... It's almost like... the writers had an obvious bias against Gaitán's original vision for the story and wanted "sí o sí" to go their modernized version and never even tried to understand or liked the canon material and the whole "it's in his honor" thing was BS...
