Teen to kid SY au PART 2!!!:

The boys are finally at a comfortable place, that being a whole other town and in an inn. They had to get SY bandaged up in the last town, but along the way, they heard that Cang Qiong was having its selection ceremony soon!

SY was a little upset because, while he didn’t know what generation this was, but also because this was the closest sect that would most likely accept them. He didn’t want the protagonist to kill him!!!

While SY was internally panicking, YQ and SJ were nervous for another reason. SY is almost 16, and they have heard that older children don’t get accepted due to their peak training period having passed. YQ and SJ stayed up all night in the inn so they could go over their game plan to get Yuan-ge accepted to the sect. So they pulled out a piece of paper…

1. Lie about his age

2. Sneak him onto the peak after they get accepted

3. Kill anyone who says yuan-ge doesn’t deserve to be in the sect. (Xiao-jiu…)

4. Get accepted, but ask for Yuan-ge to get accepted as well (???)

Ok… so, most of their plans were kinda bad… really bad. But they can’t just leave Yuan-ge behind!! (If they get accepted that is…)

When SY wakes up, his little brothers are… glaring at a piece of paper?? He decides not to dwell on it because the System has finally appeared again!

The system gives him a mission: get Yue Qi and Shen Jiu into Cang Qiong.

Now he can’t go with his plan of avoiding Cang Qiong!! Ugh! You disappeared and leave me to rot, and now you’re back and telling me what to do?! What the heck??!

As they approach Cang Qiong, SY noticed his brothers getting a little more anxious the closer they got, so to calm their nerves SY said “don’t worry, I’m positive that you both will make it in!”.

This didn’t help, it made it worse. They begin to imagine SY dying of old age while they are immortals. They begin to become more panicked and determined to get yuan-ge into Cang Qiong.

They finally arrive at the bottom of the mountain, the excitement and nervousness filled the air.

So they hold their breath and take a step towards their future…

decoding perfect love's encoded messages

perfect love's code contains secret messages in a few different ciphers/codes. these messages are from the perspectives of milo's three forms, as well as text in plain english from eris. this post lists and decodes all these messages.

this is applicable to version 1.0 of the game. if there's any more added in future updates, i'll update this post.

the lines with scrambled letters are in caesar cipher, with the letter shifts varying between lines. these lines are from the perspective of pre milo.

the lines with strings of double digit numbers are in nihilist cipher, with alphabet abcdefghiklmnopqrstuvwxyz and keyword manipulation. these lines are from the perspective of manipulation milo.

the lines with strings of dots and dashes are in morse code. these lines are from the perspective of violence milo.

the lines in plain english are from the perspective of eris.

each encoded message has its decoded form directly below it in italics. decoded lines may be adjusted for readability.

script.rpy, lines 1-4. these lines are placed at the very beginning of the script's code, and are meant to hint at which codes are used for the encoded messages.

What do you think Fairy Tail would’ve been like if Lucy and Brandish had grown up together? Do you think Lucy would’ve been one of the Spriggan 12?

I'm very torn between Brandish joining Fairy Tail or Lucy joining the 12 tbh...

This one isn't really gonna be headcanons. It's basically the plot of a story lol

Lucy ended up running away a lot earlier. Brandish encouraged her to do so from the second Jude started mistreating her

The girls didn't see each other much, but were pen pals

Brandish invites runaway Lucy to join her in Alvarez

The two women become roommates. Which is a bit awkward at first because they've only talked through letters for years but eventually they get the swing of things

Brandish keeps getting offers to join the Spriggan 12 but she refuses because she has no interest in such things

Lucy insists Brandish joins. She thinks it would be good for Brandish to make some new friends

Brandish finally agrees but requests that Lucy joins her as well

While Lucy wants to take the job, part of her still longs for adventure

So she makes a deal with Brandish. Lucy will technically be a high ranking member of Brandish's team, but will also be given the freedom to adventure on her own

The only requirement is that Lucy has to check back every couple months and has to return when Brandish calls

Lucy then returns to Fiore and begins her quest to expand her wizard skills

While with Brandish, Lucy trained a lot and is much stronger than she was in the og series

So she goes on her adventure with Fairy Tail being a high ranking member from the start

Brandish comes and helps during high stress battles but not too often for Fairy Tail to consider her a friend

Brandish decides not to tell Lucy that the guild she joined is technically their enemy. The 12 see it as a bonus and consider Lucy their inside man

Lucy is unintentionally feeding Alvarez information and helping them better prepare to battle the guild

Brandish feels incredibly guilty about this. She tries to extend the amount of time between updates from Lucy, but she knows it's not enough and Brandish is going to put her friend in a terrible situation

When the war happens, Lucy is heartbroken and her friends feel betrayed. Fairy Tail believes Lucy turned on them and kick her from the guild

This destroys Lucy emotionally and Brandish is pissed. She's pissed that the 12 put her in this situation, pissed that Lucy is crying, pissed that they were both used

So Brandish betrays Alvarez and turns to Fairy Tail's side, thus winning them the war

Both girls end up earning Fairy Tail's trust and becoming members

Brandish and Lucy then make a healthy bet for who can find Aquarius first and thus the 100 yq begins

It's a literal race tho. Like both women are searching the world to find Aquarius. Lucy with the help of her team and Brandish on her own

some hsr update thoughts below the cut. still not entirely coherent but i'm a mess over my sus fox man so this is the best i can give you rn-

i was a little sceptical over march taking over yq's role. i'm very salty over this prodigy never getting to show off his skills properly so i was ready to be angry on his behalf, but with how everything turned out, i'm actually pretty happy with it. yq got to shine for once, i feel. DESERVED.

that being said, i was hoping to see jl in this quest from that glimpse that got teased, BUT i'm also !!!!! over yq learning from her moves. future sword champion ??? i think so. AND the small reveal at the end regarding her and l.uocha helped to make up for it. curious to see where that thread is going

i am incredibly normal about the dynamic between the yaoqing trio. the trust they have in each other. the connection they have with each other. that is truly an unshakeable bond if ever i see one

and while we're on the subject-

j.iaoqiu. my beloved. my sus fox man. when i tell you that i was SO STRESSED after the poison reveal AS;LKJDVGNLFH. what made it worse was i had to stop playing just after that - i was so stressed i had to look up whether he survived or not just so i could focus on my d&d game

but can i just talk about how fucking clever this man is ????? and the lengths he would go to - he was ready and willing to die just to ensure h.oolay was brought down & f.eixiao could succeed. and i'm so normal over him still telling m.oze to run even when he needed help-

the flashback scenes. man was so DEFEATED. i'm so emotional over him, i really am. depressed army medic found a new purpose that he was willing to die for even after being so agonised over saving people only for them to die after he'd healed them because that's what war is

"can you cure war?" you trying to give this man more emotional damage, f.eixiao??????

the absolute switch around of f.eixiao now being determined to heal j.iaoqiu's eyes. love that. (m.oze's "an eye for an eye" also - beautiful). i'm also glad that they didn't just have him survive and be absolutely fine, given the fact he ingested a deadly toxin. that would have cheapened his actions and lessened the impact, i feel.

fuck taoran. BUT the reveal that they'd messed with dan h.eng's rebirth so he would remember dan f.eng's life was fire. finally, an explanation for it (but also this last fight was unnecessary. why did we need another battle. why is hsr trying to be return of the king with 60 endings-)

hyv if v.arka doesn't have a similar build to h.oolay's disguise model i'm coming for you. i know it's a different game but please-

and some additional thoughts:

could have done entirely without the march & y.unli section. it added nothing for me ???? just felt like a waste of time

too many fights. way too many fights. particularly as they were one after the other after the other - this is the reason i couldn't finish in time for my game and had to pause at such a crucial moment. i was honestly tired of it by the end of the last f.eixiao fight. if you're gonna throw endless combat at me at least let me auto-battle-

Only few things I can think of with this claim

1. They don't like 100 YQ in general

2. They're more of a Natsu(Dragon Slayer) fan than Gray

3. They don't understand the development of Gray which is different from an Dragon Slayer

4. Though not at all updated but I have noticed that Hiro has spent a lot of focus on upgrading the girls and on n off with the boys

Halfway done with 1.2 and I’m pretty satisfied with the MSQ so far. It seems like people on Tweethell were exaggerating again. Compared to like… Liyue’s downright stupid plotline, 1.2 feels smart, coherent and meaningful.

But this update DOES suck if you expected Blade to have a lot of screentime, because he just shows up to fight DH and YQ. Kafka does even less than that

Updates from Mashima! I wonder when the Hiatus will be? I hope it isn’t too long, but the team deserves a break for sure. I would rather have them take a break and come back fresh and inspired rather than burned out!
