I think somebody needs to check in on natsu like mentally because between gray "active suicide risk" fullbuster, erza "nah I'll be fine" scarlet and Lucy "everyone wants to fucking kill me" heartfilia hes the only one out here keeping these people alive.

So...

Happy was raised by Natsu, making him kinda like his dad.

And Happys interactions with Lucy are very mother-son-like.

By many Fairy Tail fans, he is referred to as their child.

So if Natsu and Lucy have a child, imagine all the other kids talking about their big brothers and sisters, talking about how cool they are, and Nasha's just there like, "my big brothers a talking, flying, blue cat."

That's either gonna be super awkward or Nasha's suddenly the coolest kid in town. There's no in between.

since its christmas day, merry christmas guys, lets all headcannon:)

imagining lucy dislikes christmas because of how she spent it alone for so many years because of her fathers neglect. on the other hand, natsu ADORES it, and lucy knew how much it means to him for her to enjoy it too, so she tries her best.

its christmas day and theyre spending the morning alone together exchanging presents, natsu got lucy some new hair bows and books, which he has tried reading but he couldnt understand any of the big words. and lucy contacted flare to get some of atlas flames fire into a lacrima for natsu so he can always feel close to him.

lucy goes above and beyond to cook the best christmas dinner for the three of them, cooking up more than she could ever even imagine eating to hopefully satisfy natsu’s hunger for once, which he gracefully accepts and ingulfs.

they change into their 3 way matching pjs, which u would think was lucy’s idea but it was infact natsu and happys. they curl up on the couch together and watch christmas movies while scarfing down the chocolates from mira and other members, washing it down with the top tier hot chocolate lucy made for them.

then its the board games, they play for hours and hours with happy eventually succumbing to his tiredness and curling up next to lucy. as expected, they swap the hot chocolate out for some wine and whiskey with the quiet christmas music melting with their loud laughter and soft but playfully competitive glances. natsu of course wins a handfull of games, but as pure usual lucy is the overall victor.

then before they know it, its early hours of the morning and they decide its time to slither off to bed, natsu feeling the effects of the alcohol just slightly while lucy is fighting the drunken feelings away with each second. they climb into bed and natsu decides its time to face reality.

‘so, did you have fun today?’, with a minor look of worry he spits out.

however, in return he recieves a swift but urgent hug from the blonde, exclaiming silently how much she loved it, and thanking him for changing her haunting view of the holidays as she squeezes tightly onto him as tho ghosts and ghouls will take him away from her.

then, with happy curled up on the pillows above them, they snuggle up together, lucy of course tells herself its just because of the early morning chill filling the apartment, but she knows she secretly yearns for his presence and touch. natsu simply sighs with content, theres no better way to end christmas like having his favourite girl clinging to him after all.

and slowly their breathing turns quiet, albeit natsu’s shattering snoring and happys quiet hums. the chill sheltering the room slowly dissipates thanks to natsu heat, as they share another thankful memory together. simply reassuring their over whelming adoration for eachother.

meimei's note: sabe quando a saudade aperta o coração e você sente que perdeu algo mas não se lembra o que é? Eu tentei trazer essa sensação com essa capa mas não sei dizer se fiz isso bem pq eu não tô convencido disso :3 vou deixar pra uma próxima capa essa ideia. Essa capa foi bem tranquila de fazer, tirando o fundo.
