For real though, Pencil's crash out is SO well-written here! It made her character a lot more realistic in my eyes.

needle’s votes were counted separately, which means pencil is out, which is sad but also funny because now she gets to host with the rest of the wtfers. oh yeah they get to host now! i love that, also balloony just warpdriving out killed me. loved the mini freesmart reunion

fries actually taking the immunity was also a welcome surprise, we didnt really need pin to get tortured more this late in the season. i also guess at this point there isnt really gonna be a merge so much as a bunch of singleton teams, buts thats fine imo. coinpin :)

loved all the little cameos in the mall, very fun. also leafy! didnt really have too much screen time but oughhh they were teasing her for so long i almost lost hope. so very close to the first ever bookleaf interaction

the main event of course is tennis ball and nickel’s excellent adventure. if i had a nickel for every time a random donut line from bfb was justified by bfdia i would have two nickels: past nickel and future nickel. its nickel’s fault gaty got eliminated btw he lured that bug up there. he also caused all of tpot 15 by kicking the yoylite into the future so THANKS BUDDY

overall very funny episode! as much as i hate to say it i think needle is going to go here, she was very close to elimination last time and she also didn’t really have much to do this time. nickel is also a solid possibility due to him destabilizing the fabric of spacetime, which sources tell me is not a very “cash money” thing to do

i love love love how theyre using the rejects more its wonderful (the pda short was definitely a test to see if people would like the rejects as characters im sure of it). itrd trying to replace firey to make himself relevant inadvertently made relevant from people editing him over firey i love it

ive seen people say they dont like the time travel but me? im eating this up its so good, wonderfully silly depiction of the butterfly effect, its perfect for bfdi. the host continuously being changed was a wonderful bit, and host with a screen! there were so many callbacks for the bfdi geeks in the crowd (me), i hope they do more with the tfi style it is so nice to watch

PENCIL CRASH OUT ARC TO RING IN THE NEW YEAR HALLELUJAH thank you one for getting her on the show. actually this crash out and the resulting timeline devastation is the exact reason one rigged pencil to get it. poor pencil man she needs friends

the finale of the episode with everyone huddling together as reality falls apart honestly got to me. icy running over to me with book is everything to me. her last moments and she chooses to spend them with book sndbejuxhsbansn

Alright, it took a while. But now I can give a clear explanation of what happened to us.

Ever since then, we've been hiding out in this hotel until I find it safe enough to go out and find the yoylite. With that over with, now Nickel and I can finally be able to start answering you people's questions

tpot 15 and a bit of bfdia 17

i think we got the best episode on our hands

i really love how both BFDIA 17 and TPOT 15 were about time travel, with BFDIA going into the future and TPOT going back to the past,, to play the shitty games that suck ass

it's such a great way to celebrate 15 years of BFDI,, im so glad the team is passionate about this show enough to keep it going for so long!! this truly is the the simpsons of the OSC

time travel is a concept that's very confusing with no definitive explanation for how it could possibly work which is why i love it so much, and this episode goes about it in a way that i'd never expect bfdi to tackle

SPOILERS PAST THIS POINT TEEHEE

i really like the explanation for how black hole wasnt being affected by the time anomalies, because he is a black hole, and it was a great idea to make golf ball and TB the first ones besides him to find out due to it being TB's yoylite

and everyone's reaction to reality and how it is breaking squalidly was incredible,, that scene near the end where everyone is just bracing for their doom is just insane,, very well done

i love that everyone hates cloudYAY now, i know it was part of the last episode but it's really amplified here how no one in the team but golf ball gives a damn about fixing the timeline and just want to win the challenge

oversight on the hosts' part, the challenge should've also been to fix the timeline but whatever

is death pact just allergic to winning now or something why do they keep being put up for elimination i thought they would be done with that when they made tpot 7,, they're lucky at least this time it's understandable

notice how no one at any point went back to idfb 1 btw just thought that was interesting hm, it's like they're ignoring idfb's existence

BFDIA 17 & TPOT 15 Spoilers/ BFDIA votes spoiler (? speculation)/

I've been seeing word that Nickel might be out next BFDIA episode but to be honest? yea I'd rather he stay but if he's out this would be the best time for it, he'd going out with having set a timebomb of Maximum Freaking Damage with no knowledge he ever did, peak Nickel

also while it was a collection of factors that lead to One abusing the yoylite/fungi combo to get her way, it is still very funny to me that people are attributing it to Nickel Specifically

For the first time ever, two different episodes for BFDI were released, those being BFDIA episode 17 and TPOT episode 15 and they were both great. Though I have to say, out of the two, I like TPOT episode 15 more.

I also like BFDIA episode 17 of course, I love the Homestar Runner cameo/reference with Propeller Hat (Who really is just Homestar as a BFDI character haha) and I also love the subplot involving the Yoylite, though the Yoylite comes into play in TPOT episode 15

Speaking of which, I didn't expect TPOT episode 15 to have a much darker turn with the world almost crumbling and CloudYay almost getting stuck in the past.

Also, hot take: I think CloudYay should've been up for elimination instead of Death P.A.C.T. Yet Again. IDK man, DPYA always gets unfairly set up for eliminations 😭 I wish in the next TPOT episode, Pin would pull the same stunt she did in BFDIA episode 14 if DPYA is at the risk of being up for elimination again LOL

I wanted to place some lore for D and C before I go full into a large project I’m working on

How C and D met

C wasn’t exactly a large criminal at first. He mainly stole from small businesses during the first decade of his crime history. Finally, he decided to do a bigger thing by trying to steal a piece of yoylite from the Natural History Museum. He managed to sneak in to the museum but what C thought was a guard grabbed him and dragged him into a dark hall. The “guard” threatens him and when C confesses the “guard”, they flick the lights on and reveals to the guard to be D. C asks D what their doing here, and D says he wants to take the yoylite because “one of my clients needs some for an invention”. They agree to split the yoylite in half and end up going to steal it together. D does use his abilities to help in the heist but in secret because D can tell that C gets panicked easily and doesn’t want to expose the two. They end up failing to steal the yoylite, but D manages to steal a cyan blanket from the gift shop which they give to C (this is the same blanket C is heavily attached to and barely lets anyone touch it present day). After C tells D he’s been drifting for most of his life, D offers to let C stay in their cabin out in an abandoned plain banned for people to go by The Greek Alphabet (they both don’t know why) and C accepts. D continues to hide their powers in order not to chase C away.

How C found out about D’s Powers

D had gone out on a raid in a federal prison without C in order to openly use their powers. D is eventually caught after they tripped on their own tail while in the form of a wolf (because they hadn’t used that form in a long time bc of C) and is forced to wear a collar that kept them in that form against their will. D is forced to face Omega in a highly guarded prison cell. D manages to secretly make a circle in the floor with their claws, have some witty banter with their nemesis, and portals right outside of the cell. D manages to break out of the prison and kill a couple guards along the way. Once they’re out of sight of any danger, they immediately go to their cabin out of pure instinct, completely forgetting the shapeshift-restricting collar they were wearing. D runs to the door, and tries to shift and walk in like nothing happened, but they soon realize they can’t. After five minutes of pure panic and hyperventilating, they decide to finally own up to their lies and tell C. They scratch at the door and C, being a big animal lover, lets them in immediately. D reveals themselves and gets these reactions in order from C: contemplation, denial, panic, anger, confusion, concern, and eventually guilt, since C feels bad that he was the reason D tripped on their tail. They have a heart-to-heart and grow closer.

How D found out about C’s powers:

C is open about his invisibility and emotion-spot color correlation during their first meeting. Later in their crime partnership, C uses his hydrokenesis out of instinct during a fight. D thinks it’s absolutely amazing and encourages C to practice using it more. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Another time, D was in a life or death situation and C was forced to use his siren singing in order to protect them. D also thinks this is amazing but C is much more embarrassed by this power than others so he uses it as a last resort (he also thinks the mind control is extremely creepy).
