LIVELIHOOD: The Rabbit Hole! MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. Going down the rabbit hole for dinner is one of the best nights you'll spend in the Springs. It's underground venue is stellar and the food equally so! Although harder to spot than some restaurants, it's worth the tumble to the bottom ;) Check it out and see for yourself!

What Makes Colorado?
Wow, I have viewed my fellow ambassadors videos and I realized that while Colorado is many things to many people, there are common themes that make us one. Outdoor living, the desire to know our neighbor , healthy lifestyles, hard work, great food and a thriving economy that keeps on keeping on despite some setbacks of the times , are all things that bind us together. This is what "Making Colorado" is all about, the people who have made this an awesome state to live in. We "Make" it happen!

This is South Park Pottery in Fairplay, Colorado. This store is full of beautiful pottery, hand made jewelry, beads, and South Park souvenirs (from the show). It is a fun store to go to for those passing through town and a fantastic place for those who are interested in making their own jewelry.

Serving up warm breakfast and a whole lotta love. This little restaurant has a cute atmosphere and plenty on their menu for hungry tummies. By far one of the best breakfast places in Garfield County.
