I think it's kinda crazy that we have seperate labor protections for children and adults. Like, I get that there are some things that children need specifically (for instance someone who is not grown probably shouldnt be doing ladder work) but most things that apply to children are also good for adults. In the state of Oregon, employers are required to give adult employees 10 minute breaks minimum, and 15 minute long breaks for minors. I think everyone needs 15 minute breaks, personally. 10 isnt enough for anything. Children are protected from working too long, from doing too many hours while they're in school, etc. Stuff like that should maybe also apply to adults, with the caveat that they should be compensated enough to live with those restrictions.
College students taking a full load should never have to work more than 20 hours a week to survive. Maybe not at all, honestly. The idea that since college primarily benefits the person going to it they should pay to go is stupid. People should be paid money to go to college because they are improving society by learning (in theory), or they are generating knowledge, or they are preparing to enter the workforce. Grad students get paid to TA, or to run labs, and in my personal opinion students should also be paid to work in those labs and train under them.

Okay, what about the "You get seduced by an illusion of your deepest desire and it turns out to be your crush" trope for the ask game.
An AU where Second works for AFO but has a huge crush on his brother, who occasionally comes by with snacks and kind words for the workers. One day, as part of training, AFO uses a quirk that shows people their deepest desires and says that as part of training they have to resist whatever pops up.
Imagine the look on his face when Yoichi appears.
What fun! Oh no, how will I keep AFO from ending this AU early by murdering Second?
1. In this AU, AFO focused more on good publicity to keep his little brother on his side. Since AFO has a reputation as a fighter for metahuman rights, Second also joined AFO's side. However Second used to be a thief when he lived on the streets, so as a result he's allowed into the shadier side of AFO's business. He helps transfer fishy packages but doesn't know the full extent of it.
2. AFO's plan worked a little too well because now Yoichi is absolutely desperate to be part of the family business and do good for the world. AFO doesn't want Yoichi uncovering his lies. So he gives Yoichi some busywork and puts him and his perfect hair on recruitment posters. (This works very well.) Yoichi regularly makes care packages for his brother's employees. Second is smitten at first sight. Being young and inexperienced, Second doesn't understand his own feelings or why he keeps saving the wrapping from Yoichi's gifts. He just really looks forward to the visits.
3. No matter the AU, AFO is still an obnoxious boss. So naturally, he comes up with stupid mandatory team-building activities that are really more about tormenting his employees. AFO decided to publicly reveal his employees greatest desires because he thought it would be funny to humiliate them. Training them to resist was just an excuse.
4. Second saw Yoichi's face and had several realizations about himself in a row. At this point, Second's life is in grave danger. However, he's saved from the wrath of an overprotective brother because...it turns out that every single employee attracted to men had Yoichi as their desire. And there were quite a few people for whom Yoichi was the exception to their sexuality. AFO made an enormous blunder by using Yoichi on his recruitment posters. Yes he had an employment boom, but at what cost? Fortunately there are so many dream Yoichis in the room that AFO can't tell who is attracted to his brother. Oh yeah, and some of the employees had fantasies about AFO too, possibly in a threesome with Yoichi. Those poor souls take the brunt of AFO's wrath (he'd kill them if he could figure out which dreams came from which people).
5. To make this all even more mortifying, Yoichi was also at the team-building exercise and flees when the dreams start popping up. Second figures Yoichi must have been embarrassed and follows him to apologize. However, Yoichi didn't actually see that everyone had a crush on him. Yoichi ran off because his own desire popped up--and it was Second.
6. When Second sees his own shadow chasing after Yoichi, there's shock, then a tearful mutual confession, then two people who skip off for a happy first date while AFO is still trying to figure out how he can fire all of his employees and still keep his business running. He can't, but everyone gets a big pay cut.
(All of these are free to use in my Three Weeks of Trioholders event.)

The pandemic gaslighting is happening worldwide:
The Prime Ministers of Canada and, most recently, New Zealand, have assured their nation’s citizens that they had never forced anyone to get vaccinated, despite their years-long, well-documented support for vaccine mandates. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Prime Minister Chris Hipkins are joined in their elevent-hour rewrite of history by Pfizer executives who said in a recent Australian Senate hearing that “nobody was forced to have a vaccine”. As citizen journalist Rebekah Barnett has quipped, “We are at the ‘no one made you take it, it was your choice’ stage of the pandemic.” The latest round of memory-holing was kicked off by Mr Hipkins last weekend, who was apparently unaware that mandatory and compulsory are dictionary synonyms, when he stated: In terms of the vaccine mandates, I acknowledge that it was a challenging time for people but they ultimately made their own choices. There was no compulsory vaccination. People made their own choices. In case the Kiwi leader was in any way misunderstood, the follow day a radio host asked him if he regretted those remarks. Choosing his language carefully, Hipkins responded, “No one was made to be vaccinated.” “So the person, for example, who made the choice not to get vaccinated, lost their business, laid people off, that’s on them not you?” the host further challenged. “Well, they made a choice,” Hipkins replied, without a hint of irony or contrition. Here’s the same Mr Hipkins in 2021, explaining that the authorities will “go out and look for” people “who haven’t come forward to get their vaccination or have missed their bookings”: At the time, Hipkins was the architect of New Zealand’s strict Covid-19 regime under the prime ministership of Jacinta Ardern, who infamously bragged that New Zealand had become a two-tier society designed to exclude the unvaccinated. Earlier this year in April, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau engaged in almost identical denialism as the New Zealand leader. “Individuals are allowed to make their own choices. There may be all sorts of different reasons why someone is hesitant to get vaccinated,” he said at an event at the University of Ottawa. “While not forcing anyone to get vaccinated, I chose to make sure that all the incentives and all the protections were there to encourage Canadians to get vaccinated.” 18 months earlier, almost to the day, Trudeau announced nationwide vaccination mandates for all federal employees, for international travel, and even for every Canadian travelling by plane or train within the country. “Enforcement measures in place will make sure that everyone is vaccinated,” he said, in a video still available on the Prime Minister’s website. Just this August, at a Senate Education and Employment Legislation Committee hearing, Australian Senator Pauline Hanson called out Pfizer’s Head of Regulatory Affairs Brian Hewitt for a similar act of Orwellian doublespeak. She asked: You were in Australia during Covid-19. You must have been fully aware that people, nurses, doctors, people to have their jobs, to keep their jobs, were forced to have the vaccination. Now do you retract your statement that they were not forced? Hewitt replied: Senator, no, I believe firmly that nobody was forced to have a vaccine. Mandates or vaccine requirements are determined by governments and health authorities. I believe everybody was offered an opportunity to get a vaccine or not get a vaccine. I don’t believe that anybody was forced to take a vaccine. You see? Because we didn’t strap you to a bed and inject you as you kicked and screamed, you were not forced. The choice between feeding your family, paying your mortgage and keeping your career — or maintaining your bodily autonomy, your medical freedom and your dignity — was an opportunity, not an act of coercion. Doubtless these are not the last denials we will hear.

Since I can not legally say 'in a free country' the words "I want to kill the USA president*" I will say this:
I hope every billionaire dies. And I don't care: I hope it's a drawn out (but not long), excruciating, impossible to cure, they are immobile AND incapable of communicating, death. LET THEM GOD DAMN SUFFER 10000x over what they have done to humanity. Maybe for their next couple lifetimes till the lesson sticks.
I hope every person who took or is taking bribes a billionaire dies. Legal or not (cuz it isn't moral any time). Same way they did.
I hope everyone who supports billionaires dies. Quickly. Idiots don't deserve to suffer.
Because I, myself, and millions of others are probably gonna starve to death due to billionaires. So if I die, I want ALLLLLL THOSE MOTHER FUCKERS TO DIE WITH ME.
So I heard they were requiring work requirements for food stamps. NOW. RIGHT NOW. During one of the largest unemployment times in ALL USA HISTORY, AND during what is now called the 'silent depression' which has been PROVEN WORSE than the great depression!
WHICH IS INSANE.
I have never in my life thought 'we should make the poorest most vulnerable PROVE they are poor, and EARN their FEW benefits.' NEVER ONCE. And I have had some dark, cruel, sick thoughts thru my life. BUT NEVER THAT.
Maybe cuz I grew up poor. Maybe cuz I had poor friends. Or maybe we are born on a shared planet, AND OWE NO ONE FOR THAT. NO ONE. Not a single god damn person owns this planet but we pay rent to them, cuz we were CONNED into believing it.
Anyways, they require EIGHTY HOURS A MONTH. Or you're disqualified**.
And either you have to have a job job (that, btw, YOU CAN NEVER QUIT. Seriously. It says that! You have to have a GREAT reason for leaving. FORCED LABOR. AND you can NEVER volunteer to take less than 30 hours a week if you got more than that. WTF?!)
You can VOLUNTEER for FREE work. So in other words, DO NOT GET PAID, but, get enough money in a month from food stamps for about....3 weeks. I have NEVER ONCE in my life had food stamps last the whole month. Not even when I was in CA 10 years ago. Indentured servitude, anyone?
OR you can do work training programs thru the state, to teach you USELESS SKILLS that fucking high school should have taught you. Again, UNPAID.
So 2 of the ways they want you to work is to work for free, never getting beyond just to QUALIFY getting enough food from food stamps for a couple weeks. GENIUS! <fucking morons>
But 80 hours. Mandatory. Every single month. (Btw, isn't that cutting into the BEST times of the days for me to apply for and interview for jobs? IDIOTS!)
Hey-I don't mind applying for jobs, interviews, and telling you all about them. I got tons of proof I am trying to get into the work force. I am trying to make an effort. I like security, go figure.
But I have been unemployed OVER TWO YEARS. Only THREE INTERVIEWS in those 2 years. NO JOB OFFER YET. Closest I got was a job interview requiring a covid jab, and there's no god damn way in hell you're forcing me to do something to my body in order for a job. FUCK OFF. MY BODY, MY RULES. Other they wanted me to sign an arbitration agreement, which ALWAYS FUCKS THE EMPLOYEE. It is NEVER to your advantage; they were created so LEGALLY you can't sue your employer. THAT IS IT. Seriously; look into it.
I would already be DEAD, not exaggerating, if not for the food stamp program I have right now.
So now I have to apply for ANY job, take ANY job, and have to stay there till I die or I won't get food? Never moving up? Never earning more money (cuz the second I do, I LOSE food stamps, costing me even more money?)
Even if I am mistreated to the point I am suicidal?
I genuinely would rather die than enable this evil abusive system. Sincerely.
But I'm not going to do so without a fight. And maybe taking out a billionaire or so with me. Cuz it doesn't matter how much power, protection, and secrecy they have. With enough time, thought, and planning, one bullet isn't that hard to meet it's target. Ha....and if you're smart enough, it's food poisoning anyways. They're SO fucking arrogant, they forget who makes their food and does all their work for them. <And if they get paranoid enough, they'll just quit eating and starve to death, like me.> ;)
They're pushing me to the edge, and I swear, I don't push back. I bring them down the cliff with me...if only so they can't do it to another.
So let's do this. Let's see who blinks. I have NOTHING to lose; you have EVERYTHING to lose, rich bitches.
*I promise, like they want to make homelessness illegal, and they made that solider who lit himself on fire an 'enemy' cuz he believed in anarchy (which SIMPLY means NO RULERS), they will start arresting anyone anti state. Which is ironic: if I was in jail, I'd be promised more food and shelter security, FOR FREE, paid for by the taxpayers (and costing them SUBSTANTIALLY more), than if I remained in my current situation. Oh, and don't forget, largest for profit prison population used as SLAVES. So they gain 2 ways: state pays them to imprison them THEN they get to use them as cheap labor. THIS IS AN EVIL GOD DAMN SYSTEM.
**Again, if I just went out, and knocked up ANY random woman, and she gave birth, I would be promised food stamps, no work, instantly. Love that catch. Bring a child into the world you can't afford, and we'll feed YOU. But if not, starve to death if you can't find work***. Every single thing is broken.
***This just made me realize...if you were working even...70 hours a month, they would require you to volunteer for another 10 to get food stamps. What if the volunteer work only occurs the same hours you're at your job? Jesus fuck, did NO ONE think this thru in ANY way!? It always fucking gets worse...
<Do you think even a billionaire does 80 hours a month in work? FUCK NO. But we BAIL THEM OUT every god damn time.>

Business Visa Guide: How to Secure a Visa for Your Next Work Trip
When planning a business trip abroad, understanding the visa application process is crucial. Many professionals overlook the intricate details required for a successful visa application, which can result in unnecessary delays or even rejections. In this comprehensive guide, we'll walk you through everything you need to know about securing a business visa, so you can focus on what truly matters: your work trip.
Whether you’re heading to the USA, UK, UAE, or any other country, obtaining a business visa requires thorough preparation. From gathering documents to scheduling appointments, this process can be overwhelming. That's why we've crafted this detailed "Visa Guide" to make your journey smoother.
With the right guidance, you can save both time and money. In India, the business visa process is more straightforward if you follow the correct steps. We'll also touch on the typical costs involved, making this guide your ultimate resource for hassle-free visa procurement.
Understanding the Business Visa
A business visa is a travel permit that allows individuals to visit a foreign country for work-related activities. This visa is essential for activities like:
Attending business meetings or conferences
Negotiating contracts
Exploring business opportunities
Attending training sessions
Without a business visa, you could face legal challenges or entry denial, so it's essential to get it right.
Types of Business Visas
There are several types of business visas, depending on the country you’re visiting. Here's a quick breakdown:
Short-Term Business Visa: Valid for up to 90 days, ideal for short meetings or conferences.
Multiple Entry Business Visa: Allows multiple entries within a specified period, suitable for frequent travelers.
Temporary Work Visa: For extended work trips or training sessions.
Investor Visa: For those exploring investment opportunities in a foreign country.
Step-by-Step Process to Secure a Business Visa
1. Research the Visa Requirements
Before applying, research the specific visa requirements of the country you intend to visit. Each country has different rules, and missing out on a crucial document can delay the process.
2. Gather Essential Documents
The most crucial part of the business visa application is providing the right documents. Typical requirements include:
Valid passport with at least six months validity
Recent passport-sized photographs
Business invitation letter from the host company
Proof of employment or a letter from your employer
Bank statements showing financial stability
Travel itinerary including flight and hotel bookings
Tip: Always carry multiple copies of these documents.
3. Fill Out the Application Form
Ensure all information is accurate and matches your supporting documents. Any discrepancies can lead to visa rejection.
4. Pay the Visa Fees
The business visa fee varies by country. In India, the fees typically range between ₹5,000 to ₹10,000. For example:
USA Business Visa: ₹13,600 (approx. $160)
UK Business Visa: ₹9,500 (approx. £100)
Schengen Business Visa: ₹6,500 to ₹7,500 (approx. €80)
Always check the latest fee structure on the respective embassy website.
5. Schedule an Interview
Some countries require a visa interview. Prepare for questions about your trip's purpose, company details, and travel plans. Be confident and honest.
6. Attend the Biometrics Appointment
For many countries, you'll need to provide fingerprints and a digital photograph. This step is mandatory and usually requires a visit to the visa application center.
7. Wait for Visa Approval
The processing time can range from a few days to several weeks. Always apply well in advance, at least 4-6 weeks before your travel date.
Tips for a Successful Business Visa Application
Double-check your documents to avoid mistakes.
Provide accurate details regarding your trip purpose.
Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay.
Proof of financial stability can increase your chances of approval.
Have a clear itinerary and accommodation details ready.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
Incomplete Application: Ensure every section is filled out correctly.
Inadequate Financial Proof: Show enough funds for your stay.
Incorrect Photo Size: Different countries have different photo requirements.

How BLS CPR Certification Helps Your Professional Lives?
How BLS CPR Certification Helps Your Professional Lives? 1
Introduction 1
What is CPR? 1
What is BLS certification? 1
How BLS-CPR certification helps you professionally? 2
BLS-CPR certification: Key aspects 3
Conclusion 3
Introduction
Basic life support (BLS) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) are crucial life-saving skills that help you handle emergencies effectively. Besides preparing you for life-threatening situations, BLS and CPR certification enables you to grow professionally. You find better job opportunities and higher pay.
This blog sheds light on how BLS-CPR certification enhances your professional life.
What is CPR?
CPR is a technique used to pump blood to vital body parts during a cardiac arrest. It is a crucial skill that can significantly boost the likelihood of a victim's survival. A CPR certificate confirms that you have completed a course in basic life-saving skills, such as administering chest compressions, providing artificial ventilation, and using a defibrillator. Also, CPR training teaches you how to recognize the signs of heart attack and the role of early response for a better patient outcome.
What is BLS certification?
BLS is a comprehensive set of techniques used to maintain the vital functions of a person experiencing cardiac arrest or respiratory failure until advanced medical help arrives. The protocols of BLS are designed to be administered by trained professionals or bystanders certified in these techniques. BLS includes performing CPR, using AEDs, and managing choking emergencies.
How does BLS-CPR certification help you professionally?
BLS-CPR certification is mandatory for certain roles and positions. Besides preparing you for handling emergency situations, it also ensures your career growth.
Job requirement:
Whether you are a healthcare professional, first responder, lifeguard, or childcare provider, BLS and CPR training is crucial for you as a job requirement. BLS-CPR certification ensures you have the knowledge and skills to respond to emergencies as and when they occur.
Teamwork and communication:
BLS and CPR training stresses collaboration and coordination during emergencies. Teamwork helps respond to critical situations as a group, while better communication ensures a smooth flow of information. During the training, you understand how to work as a team and communicate effectively during stressful situations.
Leadership development:
The BLS-CPR certification helps develop leadership skills. You are trained to lead during emergencies and direct others on what course of action to take, which helps you make decisions that affect a positive outcome.
Boost to resume and career:
A BLS and CPR certificate boosts your career and provides more employment opportunities. Employers prefer candidates with BLS-CPR certification because you are skilled in handling critical situations. Your presence in the organizations ensures a safer environment for your co-workers.
Higher pay:
Besides enhancing your resume, BLS-CPR certification guarantees that you are paid better. Reputed organizations hire professionals who have the knowledge and have undergone training in life-saving skills. Employers consider this a significant advantage and offer higher remuneration, knowing you can handle life-threatening situations.
BLS-CPR certification: Key aspects
BLS and CPR are vital emergency procedures aimed at saving lives during emergencies. The key aspects of BLS-CPR certification are discussed below:
BLS:
Recognition of cardiac arrest: BLS training emphasizes recognizing when a person's heart has stopped beating or when he is not breathing normally.
Early chest compressions: Immediate initiation of chest compressions is a cornerstone of BLS. This action helps maintain blood circulation to vital organs, especially the brain, until normal heart function is restored.
Airway management: BLS training includes basic techniques for ensuring an open airway, such as head-tilt-chin-lift or jaw thrust maneuvers.
Effective breathing: BLS protocols include methods to provide rescue breaths using mouth-to-mouth or bag-valve-mask ventilation techniques.
CPR:
Chest compressions: The crucial part of CPR involves rhythmic compressions on the chest to manually circulate blood when the heart has stopped beating.
Rescue breathing: In cases where the person is not breathing normally, CPR includes techniques to provide rescue breaths, such as mouth-to-mouth or using a bag-valve-mask device.
Compression-to-ventilation ratio: CPR guidelines specify the ratio and speed of compressions to ventilations, which may vary depending on whether the responder is alone or has assistance.
Use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs): CPR protocols often integrate the use of AEDs, portable devices that can analyze heart rhythms and deliver electric shocks, if necessary, to restore a normal heart rhythm.
Conclusion
Whether you are a healthcare professional, lifeguard, child caregiver, or fitness coach, being certified in CPR and BLS ensures your career growth. BLS-CPR certification stresses leadership roles, teamwork, and better communication and collaboration during emergencies. All this helps you grow professionally. Besides, CPR and BLS training ensures you get a better job and remuneration. Signing up for this crucial certification shows your professionalism and dedication to workplace and neighborhood safety.

Elevate Your Career with an MOT Management Course: Here's How
Tumblr media
MOT or Ministry of Transport is a test, mandated by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). According to DVSA regulations, all vehicles must undergo an MOT test once they reach three years of age. It is to verify their roadworthiness with specific exceptions.
MOT courses offer individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to accurately assess and certify a vehicle’s safety and functionality. A MOT expert is an essential player in the automotive sector. They ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enhance road safety.
Pursuing MOT courses can significantly elevate your career. It provides you with specialised qualifications that are highly valued in the automotive industry. A MOT-certified professional has a comprehensive understanding of what needs to be examined during the MOT test. It not only makes you a trusted authority in vehicle safety but also opens up numerous career opportunities.
MOT Test: What Is It?
An MOT test is a yearly mandatory inspection of your vehicle conducted by an MOT-certified mechanic. During this test, the mechanic checks various components, like the braking and fuel systems, seatbelts, and mirrors, for wear and potential risks. If your vehicle fails the MOT test, it may need repairs before it can be legally driven.
The MOT test also includes an emissions check to ensure your vehicle's exhaust emissions are within legal limits. If emissions are too high, the vehicle will be illegal to drive. However, your vehicle won't need an emissions test if it:
Has less than four wheels
Possess a two-stroke engine
Is a hydrogen-fueled, electric, or hybrid vehicle
Is quadricycle
Note that the MOT test does not cover the engine, gearbox, or clutch. These require separate checks.
Benefits Of Enrolling In A MOT Course
With around 33 million cars on the UK's roads, the need and demand for vehicle checks are increasing. The automotive industry is growing with autonomous vehicles changing how we drive. The popularity of electric and hybrid cars is significantly increasing. In such a scenario, one thing remains essential: ensuring vehicle safety on roads. The MOT test plays a key role in this. By becoming a qualified MOT tester, you expand your skills and secure your future.
Here are a few benefits of MOT tester training:
Better Pay: The automotive industry needs skilled professionals, and having the right qualifications is crucial. Becoming an MOT tester can boost your job opportunities and increase your potential earnings. The average salary of a MOT tester in the UK is £26,350 per year.
Enhanced Experience: Various courses are available to boost your skills and experience in the automotive industry. Choosing the right one will enhance your abilities. Getting an MOT tester qualification will allow you to support your employer better and enhance your own experience.
New Opportunities: After obtaining your MOT tester qualification, you can advance to MOT Manager training. This allows you to oversee MOT Vehicle Test Centers. It's a regulated and lifelong qualification with no expiry.
Stay Updated: As an MOT tester, you'll need to undergo yearly training and assessment. This keeps you DVSA-approved and ensures you're aware of the changes in the ever-evolving automotive industry.
Safer Roads: MOT tester training isn't just about experience; it's about safety. When you take MOT tester training, you're doing your part to ensure the roads are safe.
Bottom Line
A MOT management course can be a transformative step in advancing your career in the automotive industry. Acquire specialised knowledge and expertise to ensure the vehicles comply with regulatory standards.  With opportunities for career growth and advancement, embracing MOT management training is highly recommended. You can use Good RX with your flexible spending account as well as your health savings account.
You should talk to your insurance company. Because anything you pay should be included as an out-of-pocket expense toward the deductible. It is lowering the cost of operations for an insurance company so it would make sense for them to encourage the use. The more you use it, the less the insurance company has to pay out-of-pocket So if I was running an insurance company, I would encourage you to use this program every time it offered a better deal. Is there anything you paid out-of-pocket I would include torture deductible. So mean as a financial adviser for all my group insurance plans or individual health plans. I would encourage them to do comparison shopping each time to make sure they're getting the best deal. As it said, it also could beat medicaid and medicare prescription cost. So again. It would lower the government's out-of-pocket expenditures.
By the way, if you're still working, you can contribute to your health savings account. And if you're getting medicare, you can use it towards the cost of atop pocket expenses plus any flexible spending account or if you're on medicaid. Since both of these further reduce your taxable income, it will lower your income tax and increase your ability for credits.

Medicare and Your HSA FAQs
So Enroll in these two programs , and if you're working for an employer that has greater than Twenty employees then medicare is not mandatory to Enroll into at age 65. So you can continue on without medicare. And if you do so, you're allowed to contribute to a health savings account past age 65. Also, you delay your social security that age 70. This allows you to contribute to a health savings account. But you must not enroll in medicare and you must delay social security to age 70. 😉
However, people who continue working beyond age 65 (or whose spouse does so) and have access to an employer-provided HDHP can continue making HSA contributions as long as they don't enroll in Medicare or apply for Social Security benefits.Dec 13, 2023

It's also if you start working, you may be able to pause medicare after the age 65 if you go back to work.
And yes, returning to work. You must return to work for a company that has greater than twenty employees for you to be able to pause medicare. But if it has greater than 20 employees, then you can or should be able to pause medicare after the age of 65. If you start it medicare and then return to work, you can pause medicare. What Happens to Medicare if I Start Working Again?
Jun 27, 2022 — For most employers with fewer than 20 employees, Medicare becomes your primary coverage at age 65 and the employer plan
As it says here if you're going back to work after age sixty-five and you can get a good medical plan And if the employer is greater than twenty people then you can pause Medicare you can drop Medicare.... This also means the government can divert funds to address any government debt... They can lower the budget for Medicare. And hopefully for Medicaid and redirect those funds to cover any government debt the federal government can give loans to the state county and local governments that are 0 interest rates loans to address any debt of the state county or local government. 🤔 So the state would have to pay back the principal or the county would have to pay back the principal or the local government would have to pay back the principal, but there would be no interest..... So this is like giving them a zero coupon bond.... They would receive a chunk of money upfront and then they would pay it back over a period of time the principal only... So it is A reverse 0 coupon bond. 🤔 So the federal government can help shut up the state county and local government. This would also help them to offer municipal bobans with higher ratings and lower interest payments at the state government level county government and local level because they will have lower debt service payments...... So the federal government can go around strengthening up the economies around the United States by strengthening the state government's county governments and local governments through 0 interest loan. If need be the federal government can actually forgive the debt as well. But all of this Is created by people working.... And also the government starts collecting more income tax and other related taxes.... So, it increases the flow of cash into the federal and the states and even if the state doesn't have an income tax the federal government should be giving a more back from the federal income tax states that have no income tax.... Because the federal government will be receiving more money from the individuals working in those states......
Can you pause Medicare if you go back to work?
Do I need to keep Medicare if returning to work? Well it depends. If you're going back to work and can get employer health coverage that is considered acceptable as primary coverage, you are allowed to drop Medicare and re-enroll again without penalties.

The Benefits of Continuing Education to Your Career
Tumblr media
Traditionally, advancing in your workplace requires hard work, loyalty, dedication, and work ethic. However, improvement is valuable to organizations to stay competitive. One feasible way to improve is through continuing education (CE). It refers to postsecondary learning and training programs, either in-person or online. Most subscribers to the CE courses are seeking a job opportunity, already in a profession, or looking for a career change.
One of the benefits of CE to your career is the opportunity to earn more. In a typical business environment, and according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the more skills, industry knowledge, and certifications you acquire, the higher the remuneration. This is attributed to the assumed increased value you have to the company. In some cases, the skills or knowledge acquired over the CE enables you to take on more tasks, thus more capability to take on more responsibilities. Rather than hire more people for the different roles, the company leverages your newly acquired skills. This typically implies more compensation.
For the self-employed, certifications can assist you in accessing higher-paying tasks. It also means you can negotiate higher pay from clients as most deem certification as a sign of reliability and skills. It also means that you can confidently perform tasks you would otherwise outsource to other people - leaving more money for you.
Networking is a crucial aspect of professional development, especially meeting peers and industry leads in the trade, new partners, and potential employers. CE offers numerous ways to network. Typical networking avenues provided by CE include learning institutions, study groups, forums, conferences, and membership societies. Networking can have an instant impact on your career, like a job offer or business partnership, or later in your career, by maintaining connections and membership in the relevant groups.
Pursuing CE fosters better job opportunities. As more people pursue basic educational levels like degrees, the job market has become more competitive as more people pursue the same jobs. Certifications make you more marketable and increase your chances of getting a job, even in crowded industries.
Traditionally, moving up an organization entailed working hard or for longer durations. Nowadays, CE offers an alternative to getting promoted as it adds to your skillset capabilities to assume new responsibilities and advanced roles. Such improvements often get noticed, increasing your chances of a promotion.
Career development and the ability to attend to your role go beyond paperwork. It also depends on your state of mental health, well-being, and attitude. Obtaining a certification can increase confidence and improve mental acuity through acquiring new skills and knowledge.
Also, prioritizing knowledge acquisition can help you cultivate healthy behaviors, discipline, and time management. Planning for studies, revisions, and exams, alongside attending to your work, keeps you occupied and active, thus promoting healthy physical and cognitive faculties. Other than direct career impact, some CE courses, like learning a new language or music for fun, can take away any stress associated with work. This helps prevent burnout - a beneficial attribute in intensive professions like the medical field and law.
In almost all industries, technological advancements continually change business functions. To remain employable, relevant, and marketable, you need to keep up with the trends in your industry. While sometimes free online tutorials do suffice, you may require CE certifications for some niches for recognition by potential employers and to perform certain tasks.
In other cases, CE is mandatory and expected by employers and the government. Non-adherence to the compliance requirements can lead to loss of licenses, loss of work, fines, or cancellation of practicing permits to work. The common niches that require continuous professional development and ongoing training to keep up to date include the medical field, law, accounting, and education. For the mandatory CE, you or your employer pays for the program.

India was ranked first for its skilled and trained workforce with more than 3 lakh highly-educated Indians in the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation) countries.
The Government of India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, reorganized the UPA’s Skill India policy to mandatory training of 300 million Indians by 2022 during the National Skill Development Mission announcement.
Reduction of overheads and burn rate
Your overheads for resources will be cut down to a considerable margin without compromising on the deliverables or quality of work. As the cost of living and overall pay structure in India is affordable compared to western countries.
A PEO will offer benefits like insurance, benefits, and office infrastructure to employees that you as a startup company may not be able to offer, making your startup attractive to top talent and lowering the turnover rates.
Time management
A startup is like a baby business and babies grow fast. The faster growth of your company means it will require more hands for better management.
You can transfer all the HR management and compliance headaches onto a PEO while devoting your time and energy to your core business. A PEO knows the multi-tasking approach required by a startup company, so they leave you with enough bandwidth time to focus on running your business. A PEO in India will ensure your India team complies with all the HR and legal compliances as per Indian law. The PEO will cover your employees under group insurance policies, conduct payroll executions, and taxation compliances.
Competitive edge with a global presence for your startup business
With a PEO organization, you can enjoy the presence of your teams in two different countries. An in-house team of employees at your location and a virtually connected remote team in India. This will increase your company’s brand, credibility, and culture in the competitive market. A PEO will extend hand-holding while learning the business culture in India and set up a skilled remote team for your start-up company as well.
Entering a large consumer market
Research suggests India is expected to become the third-largest consumer market by 2030 and consumer spending in India is expected to grow from $1.5 trillion to $6 trillion by 2030, according to a World Economic Forum report.
Due to urbanization, these days Indian consumers desire a better lifestyle and good salary packages as well. They wouldn’t mind spending extra bucks from their pockets on healthy food and brand-conscious clothes. As per World Economic Forum, it is predicted that by 2030 India will experience a 4x growth in its consumer spending course and have more than a billion Indian internet consumers. The purchases will grow by 40% digitally. Twenty million households will upgrade to a high-income bracket, and the user’s mindset will change. Keeping in mind examples like these, you can start a business decoding the Indian consumer mindset.
A PEO company will help you to enter India and give access to understanding the country’s work culture through team operations in India. The PEO model is a smooth way to explore the potential market in India if you wish to internationalize your business in the future.

Disability Support Services Brisbane
Tumblr media
Disability support services Brisbane offer assistance to people living with intellectual, physical and sensory impairments. These services include specialised therapy and allied health support services.
The NDIS includes funding for specialist disability services such as supported accommodation, respite care and day programs. It also funds employment assistance. The recommended scheme would give people more choice and control over their support, ensure that employment services meet their needs and are flexible. To know more about Disability Support Services, visit the Maximum Support Services website or call 1300983885.
The NDIS is a scheme that can help individuals with disabilities by funding their care and support costs. It has a long-term goal to enable its participants to live life as normal as possible and gain independence over time. It offers different support packages that are tailored to the individual’s needs and personal goals.
NDIS can connect its participants to services and support in their communities through a list of carefully curated and credited providers. These can be anything from doctors and sports clubs to schools and support groups.
The NDIA also provides participants with a Local Area Coordinator (LAC) partner in their community to provide them with one-to-one assistance. These partners are available to answer questions and assist with the NDIS plan implementation process.
The Disability Support Pension is a monthly income payment for individuals with disabilities who meet certain criteria. These criteria include a medical assessment that shows that you cannot work and your condition is permanent. In addition, you must have been an Australian resident for 10 years.
The disability assessment is based on the Social Security Impairment Tables, which assigns an impairment rating. To qualify, you must have a physical, intellectual or psychiatric disability that causes you to be permanently unable to work.
The amount of the Disability Support Pension varies from person to person. The government also assesses your income and assets, but you can still work and earn money while on the DSP. However, you may have to pay a part of your disability pension if you exceed certain income limits.
DES is an Australian government service that helps individuals with disabilities find work. Its primary goal is to empower people with disability by breaking workplace stereotypes and fostering diversity. In addition, DES can benefit employers by providing them with access to a wider talent pool and helping them comply with federal employment laws.
When selecting a DES provider, it’s best to ask for references and do your research. The right provider can connect you with a great job, help you train for a role and provide ongoing support in the workplace. In the long run, this can help you get a job that’s sustainable and reflects your talents. Moreover, it can also help you build valuable connections and relationships in the community.
The Mobility Allowance is a monthly payment that can help individuals with disabilities. It can cover the cost of transport and equipment that helps them to travel for work, study or training. It can also cover the cost of modifying or purchasing a vehicle, if necessary.
If you receive the mobility allowance, your application will be reassessed at least every three years. You will also need to provide medical evidence to support your claim. If you are unhappy with the decision made by a reassessment or review, you can ask for a mandatory reconsideration.
You will receive payments into your bank, building society or credit union account. These will be paid every four weeks on a Wednesday, unless the date falls on a public holiday.
Individuals with disabilities who need help with daily activities are eligible for a variety of disability services and support. These include physiotherapy, personal care, 24/7 support and nursing care. The NDIS also offers services that can help individuals feel more comfortable at home. These include hoist and sling transfers, medication management and home modifications.
The Carer Payment can help caregivers with the costs of providing care to a disabled family member or relative. This can include heating, energy bills, special laundry equipment and medically required temperature control. It can also cover the cost of a specialised vehicle. To find out more, visit the Centrelink website or call the Disability, Sickness and Carers line. The service is free and available in multiple languages. The application process is simple and can be completed online or over the phone. To know more about Disability Support Services, visit the Maximum Support Services website or call 1300983885.
