Okay, I've been basically living in the DBD tag, and I've seen I'm not the only one who was convinced that Charles was aware of his feelings for Edwin until they showed us he is not.

So, here's why I think Charles fell first: it was literally ✨love at first sight✨ for him.

When Charles is dying, Edwin shows up bathed in light,

which in the cinematic language means that he is Charles' light in the dark.

Plus, when he dies, Charles has known Edwin for no more than one night. And yet he immediately chose him over an eternity of bliss in heaven.

They do work but it takes more effort on his part to achieve results!

A lot of Amir's powers are kind of rooted in enhancing a target's own reactions so someone with neurochemistry that kind of inhibits libido will def react a little differently. On the plus side, Amir's creative and knows many ways to work with what he's given so I'm confident he could find ways to do fun things to even an inhibited mind. Besides, not all physical pleasure is sexual in nature either, it could be possible for him to circumvent a lot of libido-based issues with a little thought and planning.

Considering you deal mostly with making technology, you’re probably a physics guy. But what about the other sciences?

How would you rank the natural sciences from least to greatest in terms of your knowledge on and interest in them?

I’m especially curious because Eggman seems to have knowledge in a whole boatload of studies. But his understanding of them only tends to only go so far as they suit his evil schemes, so, very surface level. It’s most likely one of the reasons why he always loses. He could probably tell you every part and function of the human and mobian brain from when he tried to make a mind control ray, but he could not for the life of himself tell you what an appendix is.

You're right. I am a physics guy. Something about finding out the ways of the universe and how I can apply them! I really do love physics since it's so essential and part of nearly EVERYTHING. Maybe it's the bias speaking, but physics is definitely one of the most important sciences- It's also the entire basis of all my inventions soooooooo

Chemistry is also used pretty frequently for me. It's also pretty essential since lots of my weaponry requires chemical reactions-- guns, explosives, the like.

Something I am interested in but don't know as much on is astronomy, for sure. It overlaps with physics and chemietry though so I wasn't sure if I was supposed to order this or not. I think some consider it a subfield of physics, but others say it's a different branch. Anyways- I'm not too knowledgeable on it- planning to get more into it if I get the time.

I'm not very into biology. Sure, it's cool- but not my field, I think. I guess I've done SOME things that messed with life and organic matter, but... usually... that was on accident... so I don't actually know as much about it. They do say biology is applied chemistry, though. I could pick it up easy if I tried, I think.

Earth Science? Uhhhh... like geology? I know it's just sciences that relate to Earth and stuff, right? Yeah... I'm not too knowledgable on that one. I feel like Earth Science is very specific compared to the other topics. Well- it takes a lot of the other sciences and uses it to study the earth- so I'm not really sure how to list this one since technically, it does overlap with the other sciences that I AM interested in.

Honestly, I don't blame Eggman for only delving as deep as it benefits him. It's kind of hard to learn something when you have no interest in it-- and there is a LOT of material to cover (I'm honestly still lacking in a lot of information in things I do have an interest in.)

I FINALLY QUALIFY FOR PUBLIC SERVICE LOAN FORGIVENESS

My initial student loan was $54,935.92.

I paid over $30,887.83*

My loan is currently at $51,756.93.

I thought I had made all 120 qualifying payments last year. I had to submit and resubmit the PSLF application multiple times, because it kept getting sent back because of problems with how my employers signed the form. It turned out some of the payments didn't qualify, so I had to stick with helljob for at least another year.

I definitely had made 120 qualifying payments this year, so I sent the application in December 2023.

Just got notified now that I have made all qualifying payments. I've made three extra payments, even.

"After we receive the approval, it may take up to 90 business days to process this information."

Three more months of helljob, because I still don't trust this is going to go through and I don't want to quit until I know my loans are gone. I do not have anything lined up after helljob, and I'm terrified of losing my helljob health insurance because I got medical complications. But I hate helljob. I hate helljob so much and my first emotion waking every workday is despair.

At least the loan payments have been paused until the reimbursement is processed. Theoretically I should get reimbursed for the extra payments, too.
