this is an excellent set-up for parem but also, baghra as an amplifier isn't supposed to be that powerful. parem is supposed to be 100x more powerful. maybe this was the bare minimum of parem. but also maybe this was a testament to how powerful genya safin actually is. and with the implication that she recognizes david's heartbeat even before she was amplified enough to find it when that was not an ability nina had before parem? call it talent or skill but no doubt is genya safin powerful

hi!!! sorry to bother but i was wondering how you did the interactable buttons in the middle of the passages? for example, choosing your hair and eye colour in the beginning of the game!

those are called <<cycle>> choices, and are one of my favorite things about using Twine versus choicescript

you set it to a specific variable and list out your options, and then whenever you click on the word it cycles through them and automatically saves whichever result you've picked when you go to the next passage

so if you were using it for something like eye color it would be like:

Your eyes are <<cycle "$eyecolor" autoselect>> <<option "blue">> <<option "brown">> <<option "green">> <</cycle>>

so clicking on the cycle twice would set the $eyecolor variable to "green"

you can also use a second set of quotes inside the <<option>> tags to change the flavor text. so changing up that above example a little:

You have <<cycle "$eyecolor" autoselect>> <<option "blue" "blue eyes">> <<option "brown" "brown eyes">> <<option "green" "green eyes">> <</cycle>>

with that, the sentence reads "You have blue eyes" but the $eyecolor variable would only be set to "blue"

@idrellegames does a wonderful job of explaining it in this tutorial here and goes into a lot more detail about the different uses for it, I highly recommend checking it out! I've learned a lot about coding from their tutorials

K so i have a suggestion for macavity's henchmen for the pas de chat au/non rep like since apperently some peeps think macavity's henchman can be rats was thinking basing of the designs basically combining the national ballet nutcracker's rat king for its look and specially the head and also the costumes for carbosse's hench rats from the royal ballet ver of sleeping beauty

I mostly draw digitally! Clip Studio Paint is my primary software, though I initially got started on digital art through Paint3D and FireAlpaca. I still think that drawing on paper traditionally offers a special, tangible experience that digital art can't capture, but man having an Undo button is incredibly useful pfft.

And do you mind me giving you recommendations based on that for who you might want to watch for the series?
