so far most of mario wonder looks more sidescroller than platformer, if that makes sense
#super mario wonder#you see a few sections more like nsmb but the majority so far are just linear survival segments without much in the way of navigation#more like a non-superstar kirby game than an athletic platformer#doesn't mean bad but... hmm mario has always been defined by bouncy athletic game design and sidescrollers are more just walk-n-punch-y#we'll just have to see :]
