@choicesdecemberchallenge Day 23: Friendship
Tumblr media
December 23rd
The riffling of sheets, concomitant typing on the keyboard and the gentle tapping of a blue ballpoint pen.
Aha! Here it is!
The dainty curling up of her lips purported that her quest had been prosperous.
The young girl let down her brunette hair as the muffled voices of Boston's December traffic infiltrating the quiet beige Living room subserved as a token of the celebratory season.
With balmy footfalls, she went to the bay windows of her residence, moving the white satin draperies and looked down to the provocative streets.
Festivals. Gaieties. They were not her thing.
For her, they were needless gatherings, wastage of capital and time.
Christmas, New Year, never held much of a significance in her life.
No matter how much she relished seeing all the people fortified with holiday disposition, she never aspired to be one of them.
Engrossed in thoughts, she nearly plummeted at the unforeseen chime of the doorbell.
A deep breath.
Another one.
And another.
And the abrupt adrenaline rush faded past as she reacquired her equanimity.
An agile glance at the wooden digital timekeeper on the davenport told her that it was 10:30 in the morning.
Mmm-hmm.
An unlikely time for someone to visit.
Must be some parcel posts.
Moving to the door, she clemently swivelled the knob and-
"LEX!"
"Poo?"
Alex was comprehensively purblind as to why Pooja would have come here at 10:30 am, groomed as if she was the anthropomorphism of celebratory spirit.
Not acknowledging her interrogating glimpses, Pooja went inside. Alex accompanied.
And then, Pooja's eyes fell on the vademecum and jotter sitting on the settee.
Hmmm, so they are my rivals.
"Poo? What's the matter? Has something goofed?"
Alex still had no ounce of idea about all that was transpiring.
"IS SOMETHING WRONG? Lex, EVERYTHING IS WRONG!"
Pooja roared as she denoted towards the current occupants of the couch.
"What is wrong with my manual?"
"Lex, ITS CHRISTMASTIDE! You, sitting here and swotting is Inequity!"
"Poo-"
Pooja held up a hand to prevent her from proceeding further. She knew unequivocally what Lex was going to utter. That she shunned celebrations. All this was a waste and the record of criticisms moving on & on.
She had endured her overtures the prevenient time.
But this time? This time, circumstances would change. Alexandra Walton would be carousing Christmas, no matter how absurd it appeared.
"Lex. I understand, okay. I know you loathe fiestas. But-"
"Now don't begin convincing me and convert to a walking, talking book of 101 reasons to savour festivities."
Nah.
This wasn't going to work. Even if she convinced her, she knew better that she would not heed in.
So, what to do now? Hmmm
Pooja's mind went back to the discussion she had the previous night.
"Are you kidding me?"
"Of course not! Look!"
The Portrayal of Numerous ocular evidence of the case were placed in front of her.
"So, you're stating that she is here, in Boston and that all this is gonna work?"
"Exactly! Believe me, Poo, you will not regret it. Just give it a try!"
This was the only alternative. She ought to do it. It seems implausible, but the stuff she saw with her optics, felt versus her skin, couldn't be a deceit, could it?
"I need a promise."
"Promise? Wow! What a marvellous way of pressuring me into all this."
Alex substantially scoffed. Pooja lightly smacked her forehead.
"Why did you do it?"
Alex produced a perfect faux crybaby face as she tended to her point of the hit.
"You killed my Lil Lil forehead cells!"
Pooja scarcely restrained her chuckle as she set up the stern big-sister facade,
"Just shut up and listen first. I demand you to promise me that you will go with me somewhere on Christmas Eve."
"On a voyage?"
"No, bimbo! To meet someone."
A pouty face followed. But Pooja's glare was enough to make her regress and concede.
"Fine, Promise. But don't you dare pull me to a holiday funfair. Remember, I can bite."
Alex responded as she unveiled her teeth.
"You won't have to stoop that low" Pooja affirmed while stifling a hearty guffaw.
December 24th
"Are you going to tell me where you are taking me?" Vexation grazed Alex's features.
But her irritation was Pooja's gold. It was one of her reactions which made her laugh hysterically.
"If I die, I will spook you until I am served with 12 boxes of extravagant Walter's White and Pink Chocolate because you are making me do THIS." Alex pointed at the two of them.
"Which, I should make it clear, you won't get. 'Cause you won't die. Also, If means?"
"No, like I mean, subsequently we all will die, but before that, we will become top tier doctors, make millions, eat chocolates."
"We will get husbands" Pooja added to the list.
"They will die"
This earned Alex a scowl from her best friend.
"Then we would be sitting in our opulent houses and would be promoting golden dentures on our Pictogram."
"Yes! Yes! Yes!"
"And then we will die. We will be in heaven and do the Hippity-Hop dance with our already-in-heaven husbands", And the two of them laughed like crazy. Passers-by gave them side glances, most of them presuming they both had gone mad, but the two couldn't bother less.
After a little while, they reached in front of a modest house. Entering through the small copper-coloured gate, they peered around.
It posed an explicit opposition to the modern peculiarities of Boston. The place was serene. The garden surrounding the humble stone-exterior dwelling was immaculate and well-kept. The two of them went towards the white gate and pressed the doorbell.
Seconds later, an elderly lady opened the door.
"Hi, I am Pooja. And this is Alexandra" She introduced the two of them.
"Of course, please get in sweetheart. I have been expecting you." The lady gave a friendly smile and motioned the two of them to come in.
While entering, Alex tugged at Pooja's sleeve, dragging her back.
Keeping her voice as faint as plausible, she spoke, "Why did you bring me here? To discover how to make gingerbread?"
Pooja almost let out a tee-hee and gave her a warning look.
"What do you want me to say? You dragged me out of my cozy blanket and summery dreams to learn how to make gingerbread!"
Lightly hitting Alex's forehead, she jokingly admonished "Shut up Lex! Just wait and watch."
And then they followed the lady to a dim room.
In the core of the room, stood a circle table, encompassing which, three obsolescent chairs were orderly arranged.
Several aromatic candles blazed the shadowy nooks. Various shelves positioned on the walls with articles they couldn't recognize due to the gloom.
They were motioned to take a seat on the chairs.
"So, Miss Pooja! I am so overwhelmed to have you and your friend with me! I am very certain, that the forthcoming journey will be a once in a lifetime venture." The lady's grin revealed two blank spaces in her teeth.
"You have planned everything for us?" Even though they had talked beforehand, Pooja still felt a bit dubious. What is something went awry?
No.
She halted the train of thought. What ifs are endless. Trust yourself, everything that happens will be for the best.
"Yes, dear. Your request was the loveliest. And I have planned to make everything accurate, just the way you want."
At her words, the tension heaving down on Pooja dissipated.
"Now, both of you lay your hands on the table and relax. Don't ask any questions, Don't have any concerns. Just follow my statements and repeat the words I chant after me."
They both followed. Relaxing, for Alex, was hard, but for her twisted sister, she tried her best and finally calmed down.
The lady began. "Relax. All the arrangements are made. I am sending both of you to the Braidwood Manor, where the Waverleys live. You both are getting a chance to experience Christmas as it was celebrated nearly a century and a half ago. You both will reach London in the 1880s. Take a deep breath"
It felt like someone had cast a spell on them. They both followed all the words, all the instructions wordlessly. As said, they took a deep breath.
"Very Good! Now repeat the words after me. Try to remember them. I am sending you both in the past for a day but in case you wanna come back earlier, you will need them"
Then the lady tapped her purple-painted fingernail four times on the table and began, "Zahiri Washiki Ra, Zahiri Washiki Ma, MaRa LaYa Ma."
Both of them repeated. The gloomy room echoed with the words.
ZAHIRI WASHIKI RA, ZAHIRI WASHIKI MA, MARA LAYA MA!
PS: That's all for Christmas with the Waverleys Part 1🧡! Part 2 will be up tomorrow.
If you reached till here, please know that I am truly grateful for you🌟 I wish you nothing but happiness and smiles for the Holidays and the coming year❤
Thank you so much for reading and I hope you have a great day ahead🧡🧡

Stage One Phalloplasty: Experience and Results
[Trigger Warning: Genital mention, surgery]
The following post documents the most memorable parts of my experience having phalloplasty along with my recovery.
I had Stage One RFF Phalloplasty privately on the 18th February 2020 under Mr Christopher from St Peter’s Andrology Centre at The London Clinic Hospital.
17th February:
I arrived at the hospital at 18:00 ready for surgery at 9:00 the following morning.
I would be staying at The London Clinic for a week so I packed the essentials: loose joggers and a baggy shirt for when I would leave, my phone, laptop, dressing gown, toothbrush, deodorant, face wipes, dry shampoo, eyemask (so useful as there was always some form of light on), and laxatives (trust me, if you have a long surgery these are a must-have once you can use the loo).
Upon my arrival, I was surprised to see that the hospital was more like a hotel if you looked past the medical equipment. It had decent-sized rooms, a concierge service, and very good food from a broad menu that you ordered at the start of each day.
Anyway, that evening after getting signed in I had my pre-op checks, ordered some dinner and then spent the rest of the evening relaxing before turning in for the night. I didn’t sleep particularly well due to the new environment and anticipation about having the surgery. The fact that I was having phalloplasty didn’t set in until I was on my way to the theatre the following morning.
18th February:
I was woken by a nurse at 7:30 who did some final pre-op checks on me before the surgeon, Mr Christopher, came to see me just after 8:00 to discuss the procedure. I was told that the surgery would last between 6-8 hours and warned of all the possible complications once more. Once he was finished, I signed my consent form and he marked on my arm the size the graft would be. Shortly after he left, the anaesthetist came in and discussed what she would be doing and I was presented with another consent form. Once that was signed she informed me that a nurse would take me down to the theatre in the next 30 minutes.
At this point, my nerves set in regarding being under anaesthesia for so long. I’ve never had any issue with aesthetic but this was the first time I was somewhat anxious about it, after all, there’s a huge difference between being unconscious for 2-3 hours and 6-8. Despite that, I remained positive that the surgery would work out just fine and that I wouldn’t have any serious complications. I reminded myself that I was fit, healthy, and in good hands. A positive mindset helps a lot, which was something that the nurses I chatted to emphasised.
A nurse came to get me shortly before 9:00 and I was escorted downstairs to the theatre that was, and I kid you not, the most horrific shade of bright green I’d ever seen. I made myself comfortable on the bed and the last thing I recall was happily chatting away to the anaesthetist before waking up in the ICU with a nurse reaching down into the cast my arm was in asking if I could feel her touching my hand (I could).
I was in theatre for seven and a half hours.
To say I had some brain fog upon waking up would be an understatement but I was in good spirits. My arm was held upright in a purple sling (and would be in that position for the next week) and I was hooked up to all sorts of things including a morphine administration button. In all honesty, I was never in any real pain as if anything started to ache I was quick to nip it in the bud before it had a chance of getting worse. Mr Christopher came to check on me not long after I woke up and informed me that the surgery went very well which was a relief.
After just over an hour in the ICU, I was wheeled up to my room where I asked for my phone and was quick to let my partner, mother and friends that I was alright before dozing off.
For the first four days, a nurse would come to check my blood pressure and the circulation in my phallus every four hours (then every six hours after that). The circulation was checked using a doppler and thankfully there was the sound of a heartbeat when it was held there meaning that the artery was supplying blood to the area. It was such a fantastic feeling being able to look down and see something there (that, in my mind, was always supposed to have been there). The phallus itself was supported from underneath by some padding to keep it at an angle to allow for a steady blood flow. I was told I’d have to keep it upright for three weeks.
19th February:
I was woken early for breakfast, and although my appetite wasn’t fantastic I did my best to eat what I could. I was told that I would be bed bound for another day and little did I know how frustrating I’d find being stuck in bed.
Now, you’d probably think that the pain in my arm and groin would be atrocious, but you’d be wrong. I had no pain in my arm and only a dull ache in my groin that was easily kept under control by the morphine. If anything, it was the staples in my bottom that were by far the most uncomfortable part of this whole experience in and out of hospital until they were removed two weeks after surgery. Trying to make myself comfortable with staples digging into my backside was a never-ending challenge.
In the afternoon, my partner, mother and best friend came to visit me for a few hours which was great (it was good for them too to see that I was fine as well). I was sad when they left, but I had my laptop and plenty to watch to keep me occupied.
20th February:
I had a rough night's sleep which wasn’t helped by a tension headache that was likely caused by the position my arm was in. Thankfully the physio came to visit me and helped me work my arm a little which helped and I was instructed to regularly move my hand to keep the circulation going.
By this point, I was already fed up of being trapped in bed, there was never a comfortable position to do anything (even sitting up was uncomfortable) especially with my arm stuck in one position. The nurses did come to give me a bed bath in the afternoon which definitely improved my mood and after dinner I was later told that I would be getting out of bed tomorrow which I was looking forward to.
21st February:
This was the day I got out of bed and it was such a relief. After breakfast, the physio and a nurse came to unhook me from all sorts of cables and assist me in standing up. Once on my feet, I went for a walk around my room and up and down the hallway outside. Apparently, I did extremely well getting up and moving around so much as a fair amount of people who undergo the same surgery struggle with mobility, so knowing that I was doing so well was a great boost to my morale.
I was able to finally sit at a desk too which was so much more comfortable than the bed (though the staples still caused a lot of discomfort even with me sitting on a pillow). My mother also came to visit again and was there to help me with some more walking about. Just before dinner, I had the catheter removed and was able to go to the loo.
Pain wise, today was when I stopped using morphine as the oral painkillers the nurses provided me did the trick. As for my phallus, the doppler kept showing that there was a pulse and whenever it was inspected by the surgeon or nurses I was told that it was healing very well and there was no cause for concern.
22nd February:
I had all the remaining drains and tubes removed today and began walking up and downstairs with the physio with no issue.
I spent much of the day trying to eat more, binge-watching shows and documentaries and getting on with some writing (I got a surprising amount of writing done despite being down one hand!)
Today was also the day I had my first shower with the aid of one of the nurses and getting cleaned up properly was wonderful.
23rd February:
This was my last day in hospital, by now, the nurses only came to give me my pain medication (just Paracetamol and Ibuprofen) every four hours or if I called for them. Above all, I was looking forward to going home, being with my partner, and sleeping in my own bed.
24th February:
Discharge day and the day I saw my arm for the first time.
I had breakfast as usual, then not long after that a nurse came in to remove the dressings on my arm to let it air for a bit before redressing it so I was ready to leave. I wasn’t horrified by the sight of my arm, but it was still a shock that made me a little queasy at first as it’s one thing to see pictures of the graft and another to see it on your own body. I was given an antiemetic which helped the nausea subside in a few minutes and then I was left to my own devices for an hour.
The graft was purple and raw as expected and was longer than average due to me having thinner arms. Mr Christopher made it clear before surgery that he would need to take more skin to make the phallus an appropriate size and width because of the lack of fat on my arm.
My arm was redressed with Mepitel, gauze, and bandages and I was given a sling to keep it up at an angle. I was then provided with a bag of medical goodies (namely lots of Mepitel, bandages, gauze, tape, and a supply of Paracetamol and Ibuprofen). I was also instructed to send weekly photo updates to the surgeon so that he could advise me if anything needed to be done, luckily I had no complications with it.
My mother and partner came to pick me up at 13:00 and it was such a good feeling to be finally heading home.
The Following Weeks:
After leaving the hospital I thankfully didn’t have any issues with pain as taking Paracetamol and Ibuprofen every four hours did the trick. I only needed a lie down once during my first week back home, but other than that I was up and about as much as possible when I wasn’t at my desk as I was eager to get back into my routine.
Mobility wise, the only things I struggled with was trying to put on socks and getting clean which my mother helped me with. Now, just because I was so mobile doesn’t mean that recovery was easy. I was exhausted both mentally and physically almost all the time. Being up and about for longer than ten minutes was tiring and I needed a sit down to recover afterwards.
Sleeping was awkward as I had to try and keep my arm elevated so I made use of two pillows to keep it as upright as possible at night. During the day I just held my arm upright when at my desk or kept it in the sling. The staples in my bum remained by far the most uncomfortable part of my recovery as sitting ached, using the loo ached, and lying down ached. I couldn’t wait to get the damn things removed.
I returned to Harley Street two weeks after surgery for a check-up and to have my arm dressings changed and staples removed. My phallus was healing nicely and my arm had improved a lot in just one week much to my surprise, it just looked like raw skin with some blistering (which was normal). All in all, everything was healing well, all I had to do was make sure the dressings were changed once a week at my local surgery.
As for the staples in my bum, they were removed one by one, but luckily much of my backside was still numb so I could only feel a few of them being pulled out. Once they were all out I was so much more comfortable, I just had to be careful not to rip the incisions, keep them clean, and redress them with the plasters I had as needed. The only issue I had was a small tear about an inch and a half long and half an inch deep close to my inner thigh which did heal up after another week and a half.
I mentioned earlier that I had to keep my phallus elevated (which unfortunately made it look like I had a permanent erection so travelling necessitated a long coat) so it was so great being able to remove the padding once I was three weeks post-op. Being able to let it just hang in place without the underlying fear of anything tearing was wonderful. All I had to do now was leave the last of the incisions (underneath and on the tip) to heal and to have my weekly check-ups. My phallus was healing well too. I had scabbing along the incision sites but they were improving by the day.
After a month had passed, I returned to Harley Street where a nurse slid a tube down my phallus to make sure that I hadn’t developed a fistula that would block the neo-urethra - I hadn’t, but even if it had it would be corrected during Stage Two. I then had water squirted down my phallus to make sure that it went all the way down and out without issue. I was instructed to do this regularly to make sure the neo-urethra remained unblocked. I was also given permission to soak my arm in saltwater twice a week to lift off the scabbing. I still visited my local nurse until the 30th of March for a weekly inspection of the graft, but outside of those visits, I would redress my graft once a week on my own after a soak and airing time.
Five Months Later:
As of today, I’ve healed up extremely well and couldn’t be more pleased with the results so far! My phallus looks like I was born with it and it is a decent 5” long (which is what the surgeon aims for).
Regarding my arm, I did have stiffness and swelling in my hand, fingers, and wrist that finally eased up after three months (exercising it and taking Ibuprofen regularly helped) so everything is back to its original size now and has full range of motion.
Sensation-wise, I started developing a tingling feeling on my phallus when it was touched at around two months after surgery which has since spread to the tip. It’s not a tactile or erotic feeling, but more of a sharp nerve sensation that is often displaced. The stinging does mean that the nerves are alive and will hopefully develop more sensation over the next two years.
Now all that is left for me to do is wait until I can book Stage Two which I should have had in May-June, but due to COVID it has been postponed like all other non-essential surgeries. Despite needing two more surgeries, I remain optimistic that I'll heal just as well as I have done already!
I hope this post was helpful and as always, if you have any questions, feel free to send me a message and I'll do my best to answer them!

Teacher, Teacher, Can You Teach Me?
Summary: You help Sonny study for the bar. That's it. That's the fic. (Takes place between 17x15 “Collateral Damages” and 17x16 “Star-Struck Victims”) Pairing: Sonny x Reader (who is a teacher) Warnings: nope Words: 1046 AO3 here
Part 5 of the Changes verse (though it’s pretty stand alone if a series isn’t your thing).
(Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4)
Tumblr media
"I don't wanna!" pouts Sonny as he lays sprawled out across his couch. His long legs drape over the edge and a hand lies over-top his full belly. The two of you just finished wolfing down a "luxurious" take-out lunch for two.
"But you gotta!" you scold from the opposite end of the sofa. "The exam starts tomorrow morning bright and early and this is your last chance to study beforehand."
His response is a mere grumbly whine paired with a face contorted in protest.
"Come on," you coax tapping Sonny's leg, encouraging him to get up.
"No," he closes his eyes and turns his head away like a toddler.
"Dominick Carisi. You need to study! You haven't trudged through night school while working doubles to not give it one last push now." You fold your arms together and stare him down.
Sonny shakes his head defiantly.
"Okay, then. I'll leave." You shift as if you're about to get up.
"Yourra meany!" he groans.
"Bye," you state, continuing to fake standing up. You hope it calls his bluff.
Sonny shoots forward. "Noo! Don't leave me! I'll study! I'll study!"
You smile victoriously. "C'mon then, my future-lawyer boyfriend. I'll help you." Waving him over coaxes Sonny to follow as you cross the apartment towards his kitchen.
Like any student without a designated desk space, the dining room table is littered with law books and papers. Sonny rolls up the sleeves of his grey henley and you both sit down to delve in. "Can ya quiz me on somma this stuff?" he asks, handing you his handwritten notes and the list of bar exam topics.
Accepting the papers, you begin with the first term highlighted. Sonny stumbles out an answer, ending it with an inflection. Clearly, he's unsure of himself.
You read out the correct response which causes Sonny to dip his head in defeat. "Hey, now," you comfort. "Don't get discouraged." Then an idea strikes you. "How about this?" You hand him back his work, resulting in a quizzical look from your boyfriend. "Here. Use your notes if you want, but go through everything you've learned using me as your student. Teach me!" you smile warmly and fold your hands on the table in front of you.
Sonny cocks his head, purses his lips and narrows his eyes in contemplation. "Alright," he says eagerly, accepting your challenge.
You listen intently and even ask questions to get Sonny to clarify what he's explaining to you. The study session goes on for hours and the two of you tick off the exam topics one by one. While your head does spin from all the legal jargon, you suck it up to keep Sonny’s momentum going. He's expressive and engaged, proudly walking you through the material and bringing together all the knowledge he's acquired from his classes.
It's late evening by the time Sonny's “lecture” is over. "Well, I'm pooped," he says reaching for a glass of water to soothe his dry throat. "You must be exhausted too, doll."
"It's all good," you tap his arm. "I hope it was useful for you."
"We'll see tomorrow," he winks. "That'll be the real moment of truth…" But Sonny isn't brimming with the confidence you're used to seeing from him.
"Sonny," you utter, "you just have to do your best. That's all anyone can expect from you and that's all you can expect from yourself." You rest a hand on his arm and rub soothingly over his exposed skin. He peers at you with nervous eyes. "And if you don't pass this time around, you take it again." Sonny nods in understanding. "This is your dream and I know you won't quit until you succeed." You then lean in and press your lips to his, hoping to convey just how much faith you have in him. He pulls you into a hug and squeezes. He knows.
That night the two of you snuggle closely under Sonny's covers. A combined total of six alarms wait to guarantee Sonny’s timely arrival.
-x-
"You gotta call me once today's sessions are over," you tell him the next morning before you both leave.
"It could end up bein’ late, though," he counters, wringing his hands nervously.
"Doesn't matter," you assure him. You lean in to give him a kiss goodbye before wishing him good luck.
That night you get a call and on the other end a tired-sounding Sonny tells you that he thinks he did okay. The day after that you get a similar call. "It's over! I'm done!" he cheers. "I'm so relieved! I think it went well, but that's upta the state now."
"I think you did just great!" you remark happily. That exuberant spirit has returned to Sonny’s voice and you couldn’t be more thrilled.
"Say, all that brain powa has made me hungry. You up for some dinner?"
"When have you known me to say no to food?" you tease.
Sonny laughs. "Good point! Y'know, I kinda skipped out on Valentine's day 'cause a work, and takeout the other day was hardly a substitute."
Though a fancy Valentine's day was by no means essential to you, a dinner out with Sonny is never something you would refuse. The two of you meet at a restaurant and the moment you see Sonny, you leap into his arms to shower him in praises. He catches you with a surprised look before nuzzling his nose into the crook of your neck, holding you close. Does it make a bit of a scene? Maybe, but you couldn't care less.
"I had the best teacher," he says setting you down and giving you an affectionate nudge.
"Woah, wait a minute! Don't forget that you were the one that taught me!" you counter, cleverly.
Sonny chuckles. "Whateva, you're still the one to suggest studyin' that way and then sit there ‘n listen to me yap on. I appreciate it."
"Anytime, Sonny," you say, heart swelling proudly. "Anytime."
Two months later you would have more celebrating to do. Sonny's hard work and dedication, something you admire so deeply about him, would finally pay off. You would get to share in his excitement when he comes home to tell you that he passed the New York State bar exam.
~~~
Fun Facts about the NY State Bar Exam:
The exam is always given on the last Tuesday/Wednesday of each year. For 2016 that would have been Feb 23rd/24th.
However, according to SVU Sonny takes his exam a week before the day he talks to Barba about it. (So, Feb 16th/17th – a TV goof.)
The bar exam is a two-day affair with Day 1 being 3hrs in the morning (2 performance tests) and 3hrs in the afternoon (6 essay questions). Day 2 is divided up into the same time slots, but with 100 mcq in the morning and another 100 in the afternoon.
Morning sessions are 9:30-12:30 and afternoon sessions are 2:00-5:00.
Also according to SVU, Sonny finds out he passed the bar on April 15th 2016. Usually they are posted at the end of April or early May. But once again, Sonny is lucky and gets the results early too!
Feedback is loved (especially since I’m cheating on my own academic work by posting this...oops) and the next thing I want write about is “Sheltered Outcasts” and Sonny’s big UC gig :)
-zip- closing the tv, seongwoo cannot believe it.
what is happening, the missing 10 people are all his friends
who is behind this and what is their purpose.
for the past two weeks, one of his friends would be reported missing every day of the week, weekends aren’t touched,
guess every criminal needs their breaks too.
-
day 1 - ha sungwoon
december 11th
a group of 11 boys met up at the center of a mall. the best of friends, enjoying themselves around the mall, until…
“hey, guys, i’m going to the restroom, i’ll meet up with you guys in a bit”
“meet up at the food court when you’re done, sungwoon hyung”
“don’t clog the toilet in there HAHAH”
the day goes by and the clock hits 6pm, sungwoon still a no-show
he doesn’t pick up his phone, the boys split up to look in every restroom in the mall
still no sign of sungwoon,
-ding- seongwoo looks at his phone, it’s a message from sungwoon
“1 down, 10 more to go.”
frantically, he dials sungwoon’s number, the person on the other end picks up
“HEY WHERE’S SUNGWOON HYUNG, WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT DO YOU WANT”
and the person hangs up.
day 2 - bae jinyoung
december 12th
“okay everyone, you guys need to stay safe. be on the lookout for anything suspicious,” mother yoon jisung orders
“especially you maknaes, don’t go anywhere without an adult. or walk in crowded places.”
bae jinyoung, a child of mischief, does not listen. he feels like he can protect himself as he’s taking boxing lessons from jihoon,
he leaves his house at the usual time of 4AM, an early head start to school, his only source of light are the street lamps
a white van driving at, probably, 5mph was following him closely from behind,
creeped out he starts walking faster, the van starts driving faster, at this point he’s sprinting to school,
the van zooms by and stops a yard in front of jinyoung. the door slides open and three people steps out, taking bae jinyoung with them.
-ding- “9 more”
day 3 - hwang minhyun
december 13th
“ultra fast delivery? hm” the thing that has caught hwang minhyun’s eyes is an iRobot Roomba 880. issa a vacuum cleaner
the option of it being delivered right away caught his attention as well, placing his order, he expects the vacuum to arrive in 30 mins max, but
a minute later his doorbell rings, “wow i didn’t expect ultra fast delivery to be this quick,”
opening the door, he comes face to face with a masked man, his eyes look somewhat familiar, or am i picturing things
minhyun didn’t even get a word out before the guy places a cloth over his mouth, gasping which is not a good idea minhyun pls, chloroform.
“8”
day 4 - yoon jisung
december 14th
walking home from work, enjoying the fresh air of the night, he doesn’t notice someone suspicious following him.
even though he was the one who told his friends to stay cautious
going on his phone to check up on the news of his missing friends, no luck
no one can find them, the criminals didn’t leave any clues, what smart people.
“i just want my friends back, i want life to be normal again.”
the suspicious person took this opportunity to strike and attacks jisung,
hitting him at the back of his neck i’m sorry jisung ;-; he drops to the ground, unconscious.
dragging jisung away, all that’s left is his phone with a message sent to seongwoo
“7 more”
day 5 - lai guanlin
december 15th
the stress of not being able to communicate well with others as he’s a foreigner has finally hit him.
he feels left out and wants to collect his cool before he bursts out at his friends, thinking going to the beach will satisfy him, he did just that
spending an hour max at the beach swimming and screaming to his heart’s content, has allowed him to calm down
he feels more motivated to learn korean better, to be able to have fun with his friends too.
swimming back to shore, he didn’t notice how far he swam out, stranded in the middle of the ocean he didn’t know where to go
an incoming big wave crashes into him and he drowns, but a boat passes by and saves him
however,
he never makes it home.
“6”
day 6 - park woojin
december 18th
he went to the park where he heard there was a hurdle tournament going on,
saw some online ad and wanted to participate.
he didn’t bother considering it to be a scam since all that was in his head was winning the grand prize of $1000
the event takes place at the time of 6PM and ends at 8
woojin ends up going and upon his arrival, doesn’t see anything set up for a hurdle race
“scam? i was really looking forward to this too,” kicking some nearby rocks, he pouted.
he saw an ice cream truck parked by the park and thinks why not treat himself and make his day better with ice cream?
after getting his ice cream, he turns around, takes a few steps and bumps into someone, “ah sorry”
his ice cream fell in the process, “hey it’s ok why don’t i get you another ice cream?” dragging him to some place unknown, woojin is confused as he’s walking in the opposite direction of the ice cream truck
“i know a really good ice cream place, let’s go”
woojin never gets back home and worries his dorm mates
“5, halfway there.”
day 7 - kim jaehwan
december 19th
jaehwan started out busking as his hobby which soon became his way of living.
the many years of his field of work has never had anything serious happen, sure some delinquents would try to steal his money but he’d find a way to get it back
never in his life has he ever dealt with what’s about to happen to him
a person who self-claims as a manager from a big music entertainment walks up to jaehwan, hands him a card and tells him to go audition,
looking at the information presented on the card, “YMC huh, this sounds a bit sketchy sir,” when he looks up the man had already left
“guess i’ll give it a shot” and shrugs.
after busking, he makes it a mission to go home and rest early to go audition tomorrow, but as he walks home, some guy walks up to him and knocks him out
his guitar falls to the ground and he is taken away to someplace where his other friends are presumably taken to as well.
“4”
day 8 - lee daehwi
december 20th
worried about woojin’s disappearance he went to look for him at the same park that woojin went to,
he unknowingly meets the same guy who took woojin and asks if he’s seen a boy about “yay tall and sounds like a dolphin when he screams”
the guy doesn’t respond and keeps staring at him, wth this guy is so creepy????
“ah i’m guessing you haven’t i’ll take my leave now, thank you for your time.” turning around to leave, he feels a hand take hold of his wrist
“i know where he is,”
“AH REALLY? CAN YOU TAKE ME TO HIM, PLEASE MISTER”
the guy smiles mysteriously, leads daehwi to where woojin is supposedly at and daehwi never ever came back either
“3”
day 9 - park jihoon
december 21st
tired after his boxing competition in london, he packs his bags and waits for his manager to finish whatever he’s doing.
knowing how long this manager usually takes, he finds a place to sit in the lobby of the hotel he resided in, and closes his eyes for a small little nap
a black figure slowly creeps up to him and is about two seats away, reaching out
“hey jihoon-ssi, hey, wake up.” waking up to someone tapping his shoulders, he sees his manager in front of him, “let’s go we’re almost late for our flight”
the black figure has hid behind a newspaper so he wouldn’t get caught,
heading out and arriving at the airport, the manager leaves to go check in for them first, letting jihoon take his time walking
lost in the crowd of people, the same black figure was following jihoon, feeling something was suspicious he walks faster and looks for a restroom to wash his face and clear his mind, thinking he was imagining the feeling
walking into the restroom he unexpectedly gets jumped and gets knocked out by a chloroform cloth, the same black figure getting up and cleaning the ‘dust’ off his hands and pants,
“2”
day 10 - kang daniel
december 24th
coming back from his b-boy practices, he feels a little hungry, going to the convenience store down the street from his house, he buys a few snacks and drinks
walking out of the store with his phone in hand dialing seongwoo’s number, to check in on him and to just chat, he almost crashes into a guy
taking the faster way home, he walks by an alleyway right as seongwoo picks up, and gets dragged inside,
struggling to be set free, he turns and sees the face of his kidnapper,
and finds out who it is as his eyes widens, dropping his phone and his bag of snacks,
“You- mmph”
“hello? daniel? are you there?”
and he hears a muffled voice speak into the phone,
“1”
-
seongwoo feels frantic, all his friends have gone missing
what will he do now, what if something happens to them, is this all a dream?
is this a christmas prank? this is a cruel prank then
seongwoo, not knowing what to do, wants to cry. not being able to sleep two nights in a row in worry of his friends’ safety.
day 11 - ong seongwoo
december 25th, christmas day
getting up out of his bed, he heads to his living room,
his house looking like a caveman ransacked his place in search for food, he grieves over his friends’ disappearance,
he receives a letter from an unknown person; inside it, in cutout letters from magazines, was spelled out
“0, you are next.”
thanks for reading!♡ omg plus, winter break is almost here, bless. im ready to watch the downfall of my grades throughout this week, ugh finals week im ready to fail every test given to me ((’:
West Week Ever: Pop Culture In Review - 7/28/17
One of the best discoveries I’ve made has been the digital subchannel Heroes & Icons. If you’re a cord cutter, then get yourself an antenna and check this thing out. My favorite aspect of it, however, is the fact that it runs a 5-hour Star Trek block six nights a week. Star Trek at 8, Star Trek: The Next Generation at 9, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine at 10, Star Trek: Voyager at 11, and Enterprise at 12. Sunday through Friday. And on Sundays they actually kick things off with Star Trek: The Animated Series at 7. I’ve pretty much watched nothing but Star Trek for the past 2 weeks. I’ve been reacquainted with favorite episodes, like TNG‘s “Chain of Command” and DS9‘s “Far Beyond the Stars”. I’ve discovered some hidden gems, like TOS‘s ” The Cloud Minders”. I’ve even discovered that I don’t hate Voyager or Enterprise as much as I thought I did.
I don’t talk about this too much, but the first 12 years or so of my life were comprised of pretty much NOTHING but Star Trek. From 1987-94, my favorite show on television was The Next Generation. When DS9 debuted, I expected it to continue my love affair, but it felt too preachy with its Space Holocaust allegory. It was in the later seasons, once the Dominion War began, that it actually ensconced itself as my favorite iteration of the franchise. By the time Voyager debuted, I had discovered comics, and they became my new mistress. While I watched about 4 hours of TNG a day in high school (Channel 20 REALLY loved playing TNG), my heart didn’t have room in it for a new Trek, so I “No time for love, Dr. Jones”‘ed Captain Janeway and her crew. Enterprise debuted when I was in college, and  I was simply too busy worried about other shit to watch Captain Quantum Leap and his crew. Plus, due to some kind of contractual fallout, Ithaca didn’t get UPN. So, since the finale of DS9, my Trekkerdom lay dormant.
But when I say “I’ve forgotten more than you’ll ever know”, that’s primarily about Star Trek. I had several editions of the Star Trek Encyclopedia, I had the Technical Manual, the Technical Journal, the Star Trek Chronology. All of it. I’ve got the figures, and the role play toys. I even created my own uniform for Halloween back in the 90s. I was all Trek, 24/7, and you couldn’t tell me shit. Over time, though, that trivia got overwritten by X-Men 1st appearance notations and the names of TNBC actresses. What I’m saying, though, is that Heroes & Icons brought it all rushing back. It’s like I’m 15 again, blowing the evening watching Star Trek episodes I’ve already seen hundreds of times already. It’s also given me new perspectives on things that completely went over my head when I was younger. For example, Sisko is the Bajorans’ Space Jesus, and that’s pretty heavy. Even he doesn’t believe it, but in the end, yup it turns out he’s Space Jesus. I’ve also got thoughts on the current state of the franchise, too.
youtube
At SDCC, we got the above trailer for Star Trek: Discovery, which will air in North America on CBS All Access (yes, Dean, I know youll say All Anal Access because it sucks that we have to subscribe to another service just to watch this thing). I had no interest in this show because everything I heard about it didn’t sound like Star Trek. Now, though, the more they try to sell it as a bunch of new ideas, the more it just sounds like DS9. It’s gonna be Trek with interpersonal conflict. Great. I can get down with that. Its aesthetic seems more like late-era Stargate than Trek, though – especially those Klingon designs. There are certain things, though, that still feel like they miss the mark.
Take for example the fact that the show will feature the first same-sex couple on a Star Trek series, played by Rent‘s Anthony Rapp and My So Called Life‘s Wilson Cruz. Yeah, I get that representation is important, but it bothers me that this is being done in a prequel series, set before the events of the original Star Trek. With the exception of Enterprise, this is the series that takes place the closest to our timeline, so it’s really not much of a leap to think that same-sex couples exist. Ya know what would’ve meant more to me (as a straight, cis male who really doesn’t have a dog in the race but is still opinionated)? If the show had actually been a post-Dominion War, sequel series to TNG/DS9/Voyager, and it featured a same-sex couple. Science fiction tends to go 2 ways: it’s either dystopian or it’s about HOPE. As it stands, from what we’ve seen, same-sex couples are pretty much nonexistent in the 24th century. Yeah, I’m sure they exist, but we never saw them. It seems like it would be a testament to how enduring they are to see them that far in the future as opposed to just a couple of hundred years from now, when Discovery is set.
I could also be politicizing this for my own agenda, as I really want to know what happened after the war ended. Sure, there are books and stuff, but those things aren’t canon. I feel there are so many stories to tell from that era, and I’d love to see the franchise move forward instead of dance between the raindrops of continuity in the past. It feels like they’re stalling, which is how it felt with Enterprise and even the Kelvin movies. Someone, somewhere out there has got to have a great idea as to how to move the franchise forward and I hope CBS/Paramount finds them sooner rather than later.
SDCC Bullet Points
The bulk of San Diego Comic Con took place over the weekend, and here’s some stuff that debuted:
Michelle Pfeiffer is Hank Pym’s lost wife, Janet Van Dyne, in Ant-Man and The Wasp
The Captain Marvel film will be set in the 90s, and introduce the Skrulls to the MCU. Oh, and Nick Fury will have 2 eyes
youtube
We got this trailer for Ready Player One, which was hella polarizing. It seems a lot of folks hated the book on which it’s based. If you ask me, it just looks like a cinematic version of this commercial:
youtube
Comic creator Frank Miller, of 300 and Sin City fame, is writing a Superman: Year One story with art from John Romita Jr. Nothing about that sentence makes me want to open my wallet.
youtube
We got a new trailer for X-Men spinoff, The Gifted. I’m actually surprised they used established mutants like Polaris and Thunderbird. And is that actually Fenris?! I want to like this, but it just looks so…Fox.
youtube
We got a new trailer for The Defenders on Netflix. I get that this is the culmination of all the Marvel Netflix shows, but it didn’t do much for me since I’ve only seen 2 out of 5 seasons so far. There’s no way I’ll get caught up by this premiere date, but I’m sure it’ll mean more to me once I’m up to date. Kinda tired of the hallway fight trope, though.
youtube
Legends of Tomorrow is such a fun show. It started kinda dry, but got so much better last year. It reminds me of a syndicated Saturday afternoon show, but in a good way.
youtube
This Justice League trailer did very little for me. It’s like, sure, Wonder Woman’s cool, but we JUST saw her. Aquaman seems cool, but he’s not really “Aquaman”. I’ll see it, but I ain’t looking forward to it. No, for me, November belongs to:
youtube
Things You Might Have Missed This Week
We’ll have to wait a bit longer for our annual dose of Abbi and Ilana, as Comedy Central has moved the Broad City season 4 premiere from August 23rd to September 13th
A few months ago, it was reported that Amy Schumer would be starring in a Barbie movie. Well, I made fun of that, she blocked me on Twitter, and then eventually dropped out of the role. Now they’re reporting that Anne Hathaway is up for the role, which is somehow more bewildering than the Schumer choice…
Justin Bieber cancelled the rest of his Purpose world tour because he was “committing his life to Christ”. This pissed off his crew, as they were left without jobs. He, then, proceeded to run over a paparazzo with his truck while leaving church. I swear, you can’t make this shit up!
Amazon’s Jeff Bezos has replaced Bill Gates as the richest man in the world.
Beginning September 29th, Hulu will begin streaming the Warner Bros shows that comprised ABC’s TGIF lineup, including Perfect Strangers, Family Matters, Full House, Hangin’ With Mr. Cooper, and Step By Step. Meanwhile, Netflix is feverishly developing Perfecter Strangers, Family Still Matters, Chillin’ With Mr. Cooper, and Step By Step By Step.
I haven’t seen a non-country music video in years, but apparently they still make them, as Katy Perry will host the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards
Speaking of the VMAs, following the lead of the MTV Movie Awards, they’re doing away with the gendered categories Best Male/Best Female Artist, to be replaced by Artist of the Year. Also, in a bit of pandering,  they’ve created the Best Fight Against the System, for those artists who have called for folks to #RESIST and all that.
Though I felt its farcical nature wore a bit thin during its first season, TBS’s Angie Tribeca has been renewed for season 4.
Smallville‘s Tom Welling is joining Fox’s Lucifer and *yawn* that’s really all there is to say about that.
Netflix has ordered 20 episodes of the animated series Disenchantment from The Simpsons creator Matt Groening. It will features the voices of Nat Faxon, Eric Andre, and Abbi Jacobson. Apparently it’s about elves and trolls and shit. Not really my bag, baby.
Person of Interest‘s Michael Emerson has been cast in a mysterious role for Arrow‘s 6th season. So, he’s probably Deathstroke’s accountant or something.
Because SyFy just doesn’t care anymore, and because they need something to air between Sharknados, Wynonna Earp has been renewed for a 3rd season.
The Wonder Woman sequel has a release date of December 13th, 2019
Apple discontinued the iPod Nano and Shuffle models, as they are the last remaining models that cannot run iOS apps.
Current Superman Henry Cavill grew a mustache for his role in Mission Impossible 37: Mission Harder, which will have to be digitally removed for Justice League reshoots. Ya know, the movie where he’s supposed to be dead, but is actually the worst kept secret in Hollywood.
Lionel Richie and Charlie Puth are in talks to join ABC’s American Idol reboot as judges. Yeah, that’s funny. Unless they’re coaching the contestants on how to get caught cheating while dancing on the ceiling, I’m not sure what Richie’s old ass brings to the table. And Puth is simply too new to be judging anybody.
New James Bond film in 2019. Nobody knows who’s playing him or directing the thing, but it’s coming. Yesiree, Bob!
Since they’re handing out cinematic universes like chicken samples at a food court, the John Wick universe will be expanded by the female-focused film, Ballerina.
Michael Phelps raced a CGI shark and people felt betrayed. He’s the friggin’ son of Poseidon! He can’t race ACTUAL sharks! There would be civil unrest beneath the surface!
With DC being the political capital of the country, it’s hard for a news person to stand out because the place is crawling with them. That wasn’t true, however, for Jim Vance. Everyone knew him and the man was an institution. Coming to NBC4 in 1969, he was one of the first Black anchors in a major news market. He anchored for over 4 decades, ingraining himself into the families of those who watched him.
When I was a toddler, I was really into the local news (I’ve always said I’m regressing as I get older), and I could name every anchor on every local newscast. And this was a golden age of DC news. You had the great Glenn Brenner, you had Maury Povich before he became a talk show host, and you had Vance. There was something about him that made him seem like your aunt’s cool boyfriend. He was an old man with a hoop earring. We used to laugh about it, but secretly I was hating because I knew I’d never be able to pull that off at his age. He rode motorcycles and laughed inappropriately at news stories he found funny. He was a guy who made you glad to watch the news, especially as the cries of Fake News! grew louder.
Back in May, Vance announced that he had been diagnosed with cancer, and it advanced rather quickly. He passed away last Saturday morning, and the announcement touched all corners of the DC area (no, I’m not calling it the DMV!). It was touching to see all of the tributes to him on the local stations, from those who were colleagues and competitors. Last Saturday night, News4 spent the entire 11 PM news talking about Vance and what he meant to DC. This might sound crazy, but it was so refreshing to watch the news without a single drop of actual news being reported. No Trump b.s., no local murders, not even a weather report. Just 30 minutes about a man who we basically grew up with in our homes. I always kinda took him for granted because you just expected he would be there every evening, but I’ve certainly missed him since he’s gone. I know he won’t mean much to those of you outside the DC viewing area, but believe me when I say that everybody here knew who Jim Vance was, and we’re all going to miss him in one way or another. For that reason, Jim Vance had the West Life Ever.
170224 First SF9 fansign experience
Hi so yes as what the title said I’ll be writing about my very first fansign experience in Seoul. I really wanted to go to a fansign at least for once in my life, and trust me, it’s worthit.
I’ve been liking SF9 (secretly) and I happen to be in Seoul during ROAR promotion. I went to Korea with two of my friends who, is a fan of EXO and the other one is not really a big fan of idols. I wanted to go to music shows to see them performing but I didn’t want to leave my friends so I ended up not going. However, on Tuesday, I suggested my friends to go see some idols leaving from The Show and they agreed so we went there and I saw SF9 for the first time. ;__; (ok sorry its not related to the fansign but I just wanted to share)
Here is the real story. On Monday, 20th Feb, SF9_FANCLUB announced on twitter that there will be a fansign at Yeouido on the 24th.
I was hesitating whether I should just try my luck (because fansign is a lottery and you are not guaranteed to go in). The period of buying the albums at the store are from 21~23 Feb, I needed to go to the store at Yeouido.
So basically here are the things you should take note:
Date and time of the fansign: 24th Feb 2017 at 7:30PM KST
Location of the fansign: Noryangjin CTS Art Hall (Private fansign) *private fansign means its inside a hall / *take note they usually don’t tell you which floor is the fansign hall so you need to ask the staffs there
Period of buying the albums: 21-23 Feb 2017 8PM KST
CD Store: Yeouido IFC Mall basement 2nd floor
Winner announcement: 23rd Feb 2017 10PM KST at ypbookstore website *it might different for fansigns
Short story I went to the mall and bought the albums, waited for the announcement and got into the fansign, it was like one of the happiest moment in my life.
Finally d-day I deadass still couldn’t believe I’m going to a fansign and went to the venue like super early because I don’t want to be late for it (lol). Waited for like 15 minutes outside the hall before we could pick a random number (for our seat inside) and then go in. I took a number and picked 32!!! I went inside and turns out I was in the middle 3rd row and I freaked out.
It was closer than what I expected and it was kinda like a 'Hot seat' because there were 2 people trying to exchange seats with me. Thank God I said I didn't want to, if not I won't be sitting infront of Hwiyoung (huhu).
When I was waiting for my turn, I called Hwiyoung because he was waiting for the next person to get signed and the fan sitting beside me (a korean) is super nice and friendly, she asked me if I wanted help because my voice was too soft (I was shy lol) so we called Hwiyoung together and he waved!! Anyway the seating arragement of the members that day are Zuho, Rowoon, Chani, Dawon, Jaeyoon, Inseong, Taeyang, Hwiyoung, Youngbin.
Before we go up to get our albums signed, the staff will tell us to put a small sticky note and write the members’ names so that it will be easier for them to find their page. We got to write post its for each member.
First was Zuho, damn.. He is so freaking hot I can’t breathe at that point, he signed the page, read my post it, I asked him if he were a girl who does he want to date. He answered no one, its better for him to be alone rather than dating the members lmao. And then he put down his pen, and stared at me I DIDN’T KNOW WHAT TO SAY, I forgot what I wanted to say. So I was like “Hi, its my first time going to a fansign..” he responded “oh, its your first time? where are you from?” told him I come from Indonesia, he said he went there and Malaysia too when he was young but he forgot where was it. He asked me if Indonesia and Malaysia are just beside each other and I was like.. um yeah. LOL I was very nervous at that time. I even forgot that we are the same age because he really looks and speaks like an oppa I’m gone o<-< we said bye bye and he said let’s meet next time!
Next, Rowoon’s turn. His first impression was “Oh, Anastasia~!”. On my post it I asked him what to do if I miss him. He was like “If you miss me.... JUST COME!” asdfgsd... ;___; okay but for real I didn’t expect him to answer it like that so I was very flustered and was like “Uh?? Come??”. And since my korean isn’t that good I actually wanted to say “Where to get all the money?!” but I just ended up laughing... He continued “Whenever!” and he wrote “Come whenever, we are going to work hard.” Then I suddenly blurted out “Oppa, you’re so handsome” (Why.. in the world.. I said oppa..) He said “Ah no..” and then I continued “We are the same age but can I call you oppa?” Guess what was his answer? “Ofcourse you can!”. Then when I was about to move to Chani I said “I love you!!” and he gave me a ♡ sobs he’s the cutest. ;___;
Chani was so fluffy and cute with his mushroom-like hair. I asked him how old do I look and we had some miscommunication right there and I just told him that I’m a 96liner. He asked me where do I come from, told him from Indonesia and asked if he knows Indonesia (LOL SORRY) and he said “ofcourse I know!!!!”. He said I look like a cat sobs and drew a cat for me and he did that “Jjan~~~ jjan~~~~” sound while drawing. I told him I watch Signal and he said thankyou and bye bye.
Next was Dawon. I don’t know how to explain, he’s such a bias wrecker and is VERY handsome irl I was so mind blown. When he first read my name he said “Anastasia? It’s not your real name right???” Damn Dawon, tbh I was abit sad back then, feels like the name doesn’t suit me that you had to ask something like that lmao :\ he also asked if in Indonesia they use ‘Anastasia’ as names, I was confused???? Seriously, he needs to come to Indonesia and see that there are alot of pretty names here.. Okay continue, I asked him to write a message for me in english. He forgot about english for a moment and was like “What is there to write..” so I told him its fine to write in korean. In the end he wrote “Thank u for coming.. I love you” love his effort eventhough its just a simple message. Before I move on the Jaeyoon, he said my name is pretty~
Jaeyoon is the most sincere person omg I just love him so much he’s so nice and so bubbly!! He also asked if Anastasia is my real name and I was like yes! Then he signed the page and read the post it I asked him what does international fans mean to him. He tried to speak english because he knew I’m not from Korea I’m so touched ;___; but he had some difficulties so I told him that he could use korean!! He was so shocked and was like “OOOHHHH” CUTEST! He told me that international fans are his power.
Inseong and me spoke english most of the time. I asked him to draw me and he said he didn’t know what to do “because you’re already pretty” I WAS BLUSHING... You know, when a person draws you he kept looking at you as he draw... I was trembling so much lol I told him I love his drawings and then I asked him to come to Indonesia and the rest was blur. ;___; (I forgot to tell him that I’m also a left handed :( )
Moving on is Taeyang, it was his birthday on the 28th so I told him happy birthday (since I won’t be meeting him after that) and he said thankyou. Asked him to write a heart fluttering message and he wrote “Noona~ thankyou for coming~ let’s meet often in the future~ ♡”. I heard he never call anyone noona I don’t even know why he wrote noona there lmao.
Finally, Hwiyoung!!! He greeted “Hello~” with his deep voice gosh my heart just stopped beating. I gave my ryan bracelet ;____; he offered his hand and let me put it on him. I said jokingly “Let’s get married~” he was like “married?? Wow, when?” then I told him “Tomorrow?” then he said they have music shows recording tomorrow and then I answered “After the music show!!” he said “We still got fansign after that though” omg this kid lol I just laughed and he continued “I want to get married faster too~” OTL bye guys it was nice knowing you all. Continuing, he asked me where do I live, I told him I’m from Indonesia. He then signed the page and read out my post it, I asked him to give me a cute nickname and HE GRABBED MY HAND, then he said “Meong meongie!! (Puppy)” hahaha.... I was panicking and he saw my face “You didn’t like it?” I said “No no I like it I like it!!!” then he said “Puppy because.. you’re cute”, while drawing a puppy on the post it. I also asked him if I could call him oppa, he told me “Ofcourse, I don’t really care about age when dating.” LOL PLEASE SOMEONE COLLECT THIS BOY. He asked me how long does it take from Indonesia to Korea, I told him 7 hours, he was like “7 HOURS?!” then he asked until when I’ll be there and I told him I came from the 20th, he thought I had 20 days left (i wish) and he said “ah its a pity” (that I had to go back soon).
Last, Youngbin. I was still shook so I didn’t say much to him, he’s so manly and so adorable sobs. I didn’t know what to say anymore so I just wait for him to sign the page and then he read my post it I told him I’m studying in china and said thankyou and he’ll always support me~ (I should be the one supporting you tho ;___; ily) and we said bye bye and he reached for my hand~
