I'm absolutely headcanoning Yoriko as having a kid alongside Touka instead of 5-6 years later
Touka and Yoriko could then raise their kids together, learning and sharing as they go
Along with Miza's eldest son Shiroi, the kids could form a friend trio:
A ghoul, a half-ghoul, and a human
To parallel the trio of Touka / Kaneki / Hide
Plus with Yoriko's kid's surname being Kuroiwa, that gives a perfect nickname of Kuroi to match Shiroi

Note
When Yoriko and Takeomi’s baby boy is 2-4 years old, he’s the cutest thing alive - light orange hair like his momma with big dark brown eyes and freckles. The only exception being he inherited his dad’s eyebrows.
- Those eyebrows dominate everything else. Takeomi loves it.
- When he is angry, those eyebrows become very scary. And by scary, I mean Yoriko and Takeomi have difficulty keeping a straight face.
- Ichika and the Nakimiza brood quickly bond with the Yoritake boy.
- He loves bread. Bread. Bread. More bread.
- He wants to be a ghoul when he grows up. This has not sat well with Iwao, but Yoriko and Takeomi love it.
- But, like, his favorite people are Auntie Touka, a ghoul, and Uncle Urie, a quinx. How could he not want to be a ghoul?

We're all in agreement that Yoriko and Takeomi's kid has to have Yoriko's hair color but the unique eyes + eyebrows of the Kuroiwas, right?
Well I made some edits of Takeomi to see what their son might look like

Prompt #9: Dense
The lush forest cooled down the humid summer air. It was one of many trips Ibuki had made to the sanctuary since Yoritake had shown her the place. Even in the light of day, the lake was almost as beautiful as it was at night. The dense surrounding forest blocked out any noise coming from the fields, providing a rare moment of calm to the girl.
To her surprise, she wasn't going to be alone for this visit: When she emerged from the woods, she spotted Yoritake sitting at the lake. He did tell her that he liked to come here to get away, so it was to be expected that she might meet him here sometime, but she secretly hoped this wouldn't happen, for she didn't know the boy beyond their initial meeting.
He turned his head at the sound of footsteps and patted down the grass next to him as to invite her to sit with him. "So we meet again." His voice was as calm and charming as Ibuki remembered. "I suppose this means you did indeed need a sanctuary?" Ibuki followed his invitation and sat down with him. They were still in the cool shadow of a tree, but the lake was visible in its entirety from their position. "I didn't realize how rarely I get a moment to myself. I mean, I love my sister, and my family, but I'm around them almost all of the time. And when I get a moment to myself, I can expect for someone to be bursting in at any second."
Yoritake's eyes were fixed on the water's surface as he was speaking. "Your sister - Mizuki, you're twins, right? I can imagine it's exhausting. But I wouldn't really know. My family is busy for themselves most of the time, and I don't have any siblings." Ibuki rested her head on her knees, turning her gaze on him. He spoke calmly, yet there was a fiery aura surrounding him. Bright orange eyes contrasting with his dark red skin caught her full attention. "If you don't mind me asking, why do you come here then?"
He laughed softly, a hand reaching out to rub her head. "No, ask ahead. Well, my family might be busy most of the time, but not all of the time, and during his not-busy times, a favorite pastime of my father is bothering me about marriage. He says I'm old enough to start looking for a wife, and that there are several wealthy families with daughters around my age. But I'm still young! And I don't want to marry some girl just because she's rich." Ibuki stared at him, unsure of how to comfort him. "Your father surely has his best intentions in mind, but I understand that it's bothering you." He smiled, once again resting a hand on her head. "It seems we both have problems the other can't relate to at all. But just as my sanctum, if you want to empty your heart or just talk to anyone, I'm here for you."
