I'm watching my first ever KDrama. It's called Family by Choice. I don't know if I'll watch anything after this. It's not for the lack of absolutely adoring the show. Because I absolutely do. The warmth and hurt and love and belief that this show gives me is quite special to me.

If you have been seeing my posts for a couple months now, you'd notice that Found Families or Chosen Families are incredibly important to me. Half the reason I get attached to things is because of found family narratives in them. The entire family of five + Dal are so incredibly beautiful to me and I adore them. I hurt with them and I laugh with them. Kang Haejun is my precious one just because he somehow hurts me the most. I adooooore Dal. Just how much she cares and observes and how much she tries even with the way her mom is. I adore Yoon Juwon. Just how much she holds on and the chaos and energy she brings. How much she loves. Her huge heart makes me so incredibly warm. Kim San Ha is so important to me. The way he continues to stand and be there even after being hurt so many times. The fact that he came with the one track mind of wanting to be with Yoon Juwon and his family. The fact that even after all the hurt his mom put him through he cares enough about her and Sohui to be there for them.

I love that everyone of them just cares and adores and protects so much of each other. I don't know if I'll watch a KDrama again, what I do know is I'm going to be watching this KDrama again and again for so long.

This makes me sob so much. And hurt so much. But also love so much and I adore that. I don't know what else to say honestly. But yeah.

I'm not even a writer nor am I anywhere nearly as qualified as being one but the amount of ideas running in my head are all so ugh.

One of the ideas I had in mind was that juwon finds out he has a sibling but he never knew about her cuz of his mother being taken away and such. LIKE IMAGINE HIM HAVING A SISTER?? I'm just so soft just thinking about it cuz the sister is like a total opposite of juwon. Just thinking of the amount of bullying and shit she puts juwon through that I have all planned in my head makes me laugh (I need help but what's the fun in that?)

Another one is a gahan fic and I've been reading alot of tdj fics recently but unfortunately I can't find the exact stuff that I'm looking for that I want to be explored more deeply. The version of gaon that I have in mind is the one that we're shown how he behaved when he lost his parents and the way he grieved for them out of Recklessness and such vengeance. The part of gaon where we realize he can be just as dark as yohan if he did choose to go down that path. My idea for this is that, he starts giving less of a shit about himself after Elijah and yohan left BUT he's under the impression that yohan died (I'm not entirely sure whether I should keep that part or remove it tbh) and therefore he goes on to be such a bad boy with a bratty and sassy attitude.

I also was thinking something for the guest, however, I can't figure out what I want for that fandom to be explored tbh. I gotta brainstorm a bit more for it ig. I think I'd wanna just do more fluff for them cuz they already had their fair share of trauma, but ig I'd include a little bit of angst for them?

My other thought was to have a crossover with all three of these fandoms and ideas together and just create a found family under major trauma. When I think about it tho, there's too much characters and I wander if it might be a bit overboard? Since I don't plan on having most of the characters dead but ugh we shall see.

It sounds very unhinged and probably the craziest plot I've ever thought of tbh but like.. the setting I planned for it is honestly fun. Altho, I donno if I'll ever come to write this but who knows, with the right motivation and energy I might do it someday.

For Ju Won's final year two of her best friends weren't around to fuss about her for her final exam like she did with theirs

I understand they had their own difficult circumstances, and Sanha said he tried coming back many times and that Ju Won didn't want to answer his calls at the end (my assumption is she got annoyed that he never went back to visit), but I feel for Ju Won and her loneliness when they left after having both of them for the better part of her life

Those scenes where she celebrated her birthdays without the boys around?? T_T i felt that

Sanha said she's not always cheerful. That she hides her problems like Hae Jun does

Kudos to Sanha for having the awareness that she had her own problems that she didn't share when they were away,, *kisses both of their foreheads*, but then he's always been pretty good at reading her (and everyone else)

They're my blorbos and they are all selfless adorable babies they deserve all the happiness, Dal and Haejun too
