Enemies to lovers, but he never hates you. He's so in love with you it hurts. He's never rude to you, just a little arrogant, teasing, and flirtatious. He wants you to be only his. He scares away every boy who has the audacity to be near you. He snarls at every girl who tries to approach him, so you wouldn't think that he has an interest in anyone but you. You, on the other hand, are boiling with anger. This bastard. This jerk. How dare he make your heart beats faster. How dare he make you blush after some stupid remark about your appearance. How dare he stand here so tall, so strong, so handsome, so sexy, and look at you with such love and adoration. How dare he kiss you with such passion after another fight and make an absolute mess of you. How dare he come to your apartment in the middle of the night. How dare he make love to you, worship you, make you scream his stupid name. How dare he stay with you and make you the best breakfast in the morning. How dare he make you so happy and loved that from now on, you feel safe only in his arms.

windbreaker & lookism x tall girlfriend
author’s note ; this is for my tall baddies here<33
here is small yapp if u let me... i got this idea when i tried platform heels, and practically, i would be same height with biggest part of lookism and wd verse. idk when it started, but sometimes it so pleasant to look down on men
starring ; Jonggun, Jungoo, Jinseong, Sangho + honorable mention
Jonggun : he might be confident, but he’s also meticulous and has a streak of perfectionism. the idea of being even slightly shorter than you — while (not) a blow to his ego — would probably nudge at his desire to maintain balance.
╌──═❁═──╌
Jonggun leaned back in his chair, his sharp eyes scanning you from head to toe as you adjusted your heels. with them on, you were just a centimeter taller than him — a barely noticeable difference. barely.
you turned to him with a playful grin. “what do you think?”
his gaze lingered for a moment, and then he stood up. “not bad,” he said, his tone casual, but you caught the slight tilt of his head as he measured the new height difference between you.
“‘not bad’?” you teased, leaning closer. “you’re not used to me towering over you, are you?”
Jonggun gave a low chuckle, his lips quirking into a smirk. “you’re not towering.”
“mm, maybe just a little?” you teased, standing straighter to emphasize the difference.
without missing a beat, he stepped past you and opened his closet. you raised an eyebrow, watching as he pulled out a pair of sleek black shoes with a slightly higher heel than the ones he was wearing.
“wait
 are you —”
he slid the shoes on effortlessly, straightened up, and stepped back toward you. now, you were exactly the same height again.
“there,” he said, his tone calm and self-assured as always. “perfect.”
you stared at him for a moment before bursting into laughter. “you really couldn’t let me have that 1cm, could you?”
Jonggun gave you a look, one that was equal parts amused and smug. “it’s not about that,” he said, adjusting his cufflinks. “i just prefer things balanced.”
“sure you do,” you said, grinning as you leaned in and kissed him on the cheek. “whatever helps you sleep at night, mr. perfectionist.”
he didn’t respond right away, but the faintest hint of a smile tugged at his lips.
as the two of you walked out the door, perfectly matched in height, Jonggun glanced down at you. “you can wear the heels whenever you want,” he said, his tone soft but firm. “just don’t expect me to let you be taller.”
Jungoo : height difference spirals into a over-the-top battle of egos, complete with dramatic gestures, exaggerated complaints, and Jungoo's insistence on finding chunkier shoes to reclaim his "rightful" height advantage after you dare to say “what honey? feel threatened??😘”
╌──═❁═──╌
you stepped into the room, your heels clicking loudly against the floor. Jungoo, who had been lounging on the couch, looked up lazily. the second he saw you, his eyes widened, and his jaw dropped.
“whoa, hold on!” he exclaimed, scrambling to his feet. his usual chaotic energy flared as he pointed dramatically at your heels. “what’s this? i thought we just about to go to groceries store!”
Đœou smirked, walking right up to him so the height difference was unmistakable. “what’s wrong, honey?” you teased, tilting your head down to meet his gaze. “feel threatened?”
his reaction was instant and theatrical. “threatened?!” he squawked, pointing at himself like you’d just insulted his entire existence. “ME?! Jungoo?! are you kidding?!” he stomped around in an exaggerated circle, gesturing wildly.
“you do seem a little flustered,” you said, your grin widening as you leaned in closer.
he suddenly stopped, spinning back to face you with his hands on his hips. “flustered?!” he threw his head back, pretending to laugh like a cartoon villain. “ha! good one! like some fancy shoes could EVER make me feel small!”
“then why are you standing on your tiptoes?” you asked sweetly, glancing down at his feet.
he froze mid-laugh, quickly dropping back to flat ground and crossing his arms like nothing happened. “i wasn’t doing that,” he said, looking anywhere but at you.
“oh, sure,” you replied, leaning down just a little to emphasize your new height advantage. “no intimidation here, huh?”
that was it. Jungoo couldn’t take it anymore. with a dramatic yell, he went to his sneakers, grabbed the chunkiest pair he could find, and jammed them onto his feet. when he returned, he was now exactly level with you, and he puffed out his chest like he’d just won a war.
“see?” he said triumphantly. “back to normal. nothing to worry about. who’s taller now?”
you raised an eyebrow, biting back a laugh. “still me by like half a centimeter.”
“WHAT?!” he shouted, looking down at his shoes like they had betrayed him. “this is rigged! your heels are cheating! it have extra platform!!”
“relax, it’s just shoes,” you said, patting his cheek playfully. “what’s the big deal?”
Jungoo narrowed his eyes, leaning forward until your noses were practically touching. “the big deal,” he said dramatically, “is that I’m supposed to be the tall, intimidating one in this relationship. not you.”
you snorted, trying not to laugh at how seriously he was taking it. “aw, poor baby. want me to take them off so you can feel better?”
“NO!” he barked, throwing an arm around your shoulders and dragging you closer. “you’re walking out of here just like that, and i’ll deal with it. but if anyone says something, i’m blaming you!”
as the two of you left the room, you could hear him muttering under his breath about “heels being unfair” and “height doesn’t matter anyway,” but the hand on your shoulder stayed firm, his grip warm and reassuring even as he pouted.
Jinseong : imagine be naturally taller than him? i mean even without heels, few centimeters taller. sexy!!! Jinseong think so to! he is super proud, pulling something like “yeah, (insert selebriti) is also shorter than his wife and???”.
╌──═❁═──╌
Jinseong couldn’t have been prouder of you. walking through the school halls with your tall frame beside him made him feel like he was showing off — not in an obnoxious way, but in the “yeah, that’s my girl” kind of way. he loved the way you carried yourself, your height giving you an aura of confidence and strength that had heads turning everywhere you went.
during lunch, Jinseong would slide into the seat across from you and immediately find a way to hype you up. “i swear, you could be a model. you’ve got that whole runway vibe going on.” his words were always delivered with that signature, almost cocky grin, but there was no mistaking the genuine admiration behind them.
at first, you thought your height might bother him, but Jinseong quickly put those worries to rest. whether it was cracking jokes about how he was “just letting you reach the high shelves” or how he wrap an arm around your waist with ease, he made it clear he loved every inch of you — literally.
but, of course, not everyone knew when to keep their mouths shut. like Jin Hobin.
one day, the two of you were hanging out near the school gym when Hobin sauntered over with his trademark smug grin. “yo, loser!” he called, pushing up his sunglasses as he looked between you and Jinseong. “how’s it feel dating a human skyscraper? do you have to take an elevator to kiss her or what?”
you rolled your eyes, but before you could even respond, Jinseong was already stepping forward, his jaw clenched and his fists tightening. “watch your mouth, four eyed,” he warned, his voice steady but full of irritation.
Hobin laughed, clearly enjoying himself. “chill, dumbass! i’m just saying — she’s got you looking like her little sidekick.”
that was it. Jinseong took another step toward him, his shoulders squared. “say that again, and i’ll put you through the wall. right here, right now.”
behind the glasses Hobin rolled his eyes and waved his hands in mock neglecting, backing up a little but still smirking. “alright, alright! geez, can’t take a joke, can you?”
“my patience for your bastards jokes runs out when it’s about her,” Jinseong snapped back.
as Hobin walked off, muttering something under his breath, Jinseong turned back to you, his expression softening immediately. “don’t listen to that idiot,” he said firmly. “you’re amazing, and if anyone doesn’t see that, they’re just jealous.”
you couldn’t help but laugh, teasing him about how quick he was to get worked up. “Jinjin, you know, i can handle Hobin on my own if it comes down to it,” you said with a grin.
Jinseong leaned against the gym door, crossing his arms with a smug look. “oh, i know you can. but no one gets to talk about you like that while i’m around. especially that bastard.”
his protective side might’ve been a little over the top, but deep down, it made you feel cared for. with Jingseong by your side, it didn’t matter what anyone said — he made sure you always knew just how proud he was to be with you.
Sangho : just like Jonggun — will never show it but he and his ego are threatened.
╌──═❁═──╌
it had been a long day at work for both of you, but when you decided to swing by Sangho’s office unannounced, you hadn’t given much thought to your appearance. after all, you’d been rushing from your own job and hadn’t even had time to change out of your business attire, complete with a pair of sleek heels that added a few extra centimetres to your height.
when you stepped into the office, Sangho looked up from the stack of papers on his desk. at first, his expression was neutral, the calm and collected look he always carried. but as his gaze traveled up to meet yours, lingering for a moment longer than usual, something in his demeanor shifted.
“you’re here,” he said, his voice steady but his tone betraying a hint of surprise. He set his pen down, leaning back in his chair as his eyes flicked briefly to your heels.
“sorry to drop by like this,” you said, stepping further into the room. “i figured i’d surprise you on my way home.”
Sangho’s lips twitched into the faintest of smiles. “it’s not a problem.”
you were about to say more, but the way his gaze lingered — just a little longer than usual — made you pause. It wasn’t like Sangho to stare, and yet, there he was, his eyes fixed on you with a quiet intensity that made you feel like you were the only person in the world.
“what?” you asked, a nervous laugh escaping as you glanced down at yourself. “is something wrong?”
“no,” he said quickly, shaking his head. “you just
 look different today.”
you raised an eyebrow, your hands instinctively crossing on ypur chest. “different how?”
he hesitated for a moment, clearly choosing his words carefully. “taller,” he finally said, a slight upward quirk of his lips betraying the amusement he felt at his own observation. “the heels suit you. you look fine”
but fine wasn’t quite the right word, and Sangho knew it. in truth, you looked striking. the extra height the heels gave you accentuated your already commanding presence, and he couldn’t help but notice how, for once, you stood on level with him. that fact tugged at something unspoken in him — a subtle unease he would never admit aloud.
it wasn’t jealousy, exactly. he admired you, respected you. but the small, instinctual part of him — the one tied to his ego and the quiet pride he carried in his own stature and presence — bristled ever so slightly.
“you’re staring,” you pointed out, your tone teasing but light.
he straightened in his seat, immediately looking back at the papers on his desk as if dismissing the comment. “i was just surprised. you don’t usually wear heels.”
“do you not like it?” you asked, a faint smirk on your lips.
Sangho paused, his expression unreadable as he weighed his response. “it’s
different,” he said finally, his voice clipped but careful.
you raised an eyebrow, crossing your arms as you stood just a little taller in front of him. “different good or different bad?”
he glanced up at you, his dark eyes sharp but unwavering. “it doesn’t matter. it suits you,” he said, the words cool but deliberate.
despite the neutrality in his tone, you couldn’t help but feel the subtle warmth of the compliment in your heart. it was rare for Sangho to say anything like that, and even though he delivered it with his usual coldness, you knew him well enough to hear the truth behind it.
“you know,” you teased lightly, stepping closer, “you could just say you like it without sounding so stiff.”
his gaze flickered for a moment — an almost imperceptible shift — but he didn’t respond, instead leaning back in his chair as if to reestablish his calm. “i already said it suits you. that should be enough.”
you rolled your eyes but smiled, leaning down slightly so you were closer to his level. “fine. i’ll take that as a win.”
he held your gaze for a moment, his expression cool and controlled. but beneath the surface, his thoughts churned — how your presence filled the room in a way that challenged him, how it unsettled something in him he couldn’t quite name. still, despite the slight sting to his pride, there was no denying the admiration he felt for you, even if he’d never openly admit it.
as you pulled back and moved to sit on the edge of his desk, he let out a soft, almost inaudible sigh, turning his attention back to his work. but not before stealing one last glance at you, his lips pressing into a firm line as he imagined not so pure and proper thoughts about you on his table.
HONORABLE MENTION :
Taesoo
╌──═❁═──╌
the night on the mountain was peaceful, the cool air slipping in through the cracked window and carrying with it the earthy scent of the surrounding trees. bedroom was dimly lit by the soft glow of the moon filtering through the curtains, casting silver streaks across the wooden floor and bed.
Taesoo was already lying there, his broad frame stretched out on the mattress, the sheets pulled just up to his waist. he was bare-chested, his toned muscles catching the faint moon light and fireplace, as he lay with both arms resting under his head, his gaze following your every move.
you were across the room, fussing with small tasks — closing drawers, tidying up a few stray items — but Taesoo wasn’t paying attention to anything except you. his oversized sweater you wore, barely reached your hips, sleeves were rolled up awkwardly, but you didn’t seem to mind. you were busy tugging at the hem, trying to smooth it down as you moved.
perfect view on your beautiful, long legs.
“are you going to keep pacing, or are you coming to bed?” his deep voice cut through the quiet, calm but laced with something that made your heart warm.
you turned to look at him, catching the way his eyes lingered on you. the weight of his gaze made your breath hitch, though you tried to play it off with a smirk. “maybe i like making you wait,” you teased, your tone light but your heart beating faster under his attention.
Taesoo’s lips curled into a small, knowing smile. “you don’t need to. you already have my full attention.”
your cheeks flushed at the simple yet pointed statement. taking a breath, you made your way to the bed, the creak of the wooden floor beneath your feet the only sound in the room. his eyes never left you, following every step until you sat down on the edge of the mattress.
“you’re staring again,” you murmured, your voice softer now as you turned your head to meet his gaze.
“can’t help it,” he admitted without hesitation, his hands reaching out to hug you from behind. his touch was warm, steady, the weight of his palm grounding you and his hot, soft murmur on your throat make goosebumps run down your spine. “you’re beautiful.”
“beautiful?” you asked, your tone laced with humor as you leaned against his broad chest. “coming from you? that’s a rare.”
his thumb brushed over your leg, the motion slow and deliberate. “you’re beautiful. the way you carry yourself — it’s strong, confident.” he paused, his voice dipping lower. “it’s hard not to admire.”
the compliment, rare and sincere, sent a warmth spreading through your chest. you leaned closer, your hand brushing against his as you smiled. “you don’t say much, but when you do
”
Taesoo smirked faintly, his eyes half-lidded as he shifted, sitting up slightly to hug you tighter. “do i need to say more?”
his words hung in the air, heavy with meaning, and for a moment, the only sound was the soft rustle of the sheets as he pulled you gently toward him, tipping both of you back into bed. the cool mountain air outside was a sharp contrast to the warmth between you.
“you’re impossible,” you whispered, but there was no denying the way your heart raced under his touch.
“and yet, you’re still here,” he murmured, his voice low and steady as he leaned in, his forehead brushing against yours, his hand still resting firmly on your thigh.
in the quiet of the mountain night, everything else faded away — the chill in the air, the sound of the wind outside — leaving only the steady warmth of Taesoo’s presence and the way he looked at you like you were the only thing in the world that mattered.
Jinrang
╌──═❁═──╌
heavy gates creaked open, revealing Jinrang standing there, calm and composed, as if he hadn’t just spent years behind bars. his usual sharp gaze swept over the crowd waiting for him — his people, the ones who’d stuck by him. and then there was you, practically bouncing on your toes, eyes sparkling as you waved enthusiastically.
“Jinrang!” you called, breaking through the group as if they weren’t even there.
he stepped forward, his movements slow and deliberate, his expression as unreadable as ever. you didn’t care. the moment you were close enough, you threw your arms around him, clutching his neck tight.
“you’re finally out!” you exclaimed, leaning back to look up at him, your face lit up with pure joy. “i missed you so much!”
Jinrang’s arms came up, resting lightly around you, his fingers brushing your back. his lips twitched, a subtle hint of a smile breaking his usually stoic demeanor.
“i’m here now,” he said, his voice low and even, but there was a warmth in his eyes that only you could bring out.
you stepped back slightly, grinning as you looked him up and down. “and looking good as ever,” you teased, standing straighter to show off the new heels you’d bought. “what do you think? i’m closer to your height now!”
he raised an eyebrow, giving you a slow once-over before meeting your gaze again. “still shorter,” he said simply, but the faint smirk pulling at his lips betrayed his amusement.
you huffed, crossing your arms. “barely!”
“doesn’t matter,” he replied, his tone calm but firm. “you’re here.”
your teasing stopped for a moment as his words sank in, your chest tightening at the quiet sincerity behind them.
“of course, i’m here,” you said softly, reaching out to take him by the arm. “where else would i be?”
he squeezed your hand lightly, as your arm hugged his biceps, his expression steady but his grip saying everything his calm demeanor wouldn’t. for Jinrang, as long as he was out, as long as you were by his side, the rest didn’t matter.
“let’s go,” he said, nodding toward the car. “they’re waiting.”
as the two of you walked toward his people, your hand still in his, you couldn’t help but notice the way his thumb brushed against yours — a small, quiet gesture that spoke louder than words.

Tumblr media
I was gasping for breath as I climbed off my bike. I couldn’t take it anymore and yanked off the face mask. It felt like no one would recognize me as long as I had the blonde wig and makeup disguising my face. My hands gripped my knees as I doubled over, trying to catch my breath. My head was spinning, and it felt like I could throw up any second. My heart was still pounding in my chest. I’ve raced before, but nothing had ever pushed me to the edge like this. That race almost killed me!
"Shelly!" Dom’s shout cut through the noise. I glanced to the side and saw Jay, also struggling for air, wiping the sweat from his face. He was staring at me, and for a moment, I thought I saw concern in his eyes. Was that real? Or was I just imagining things?
"Are you okay? Do you feel anything? Do we need to go to the hospital?" June’s voice was frantic as he bent down to look me in the eyes. I raised my hand to stop him.
"I-I’m fine," I whispered, my voice shaky.
"The hell you are—Where's the medic? Hey! My friends were almost crushed by that truck! Are you even thinking straight? Do you plan on getting them killed? Tell me, because if I find out who set up this round, I’ll be the one to end them!" Dom was already causing a scene, yelling at the staff. June and Minu were holding him back, but Dom wouldn’t stop. His eyes were burning with rage.
"Let me see that." I was caught off guard when Jay appeared in front of me, grabbing my arm where the scrape was. My eyes widened as I tried to pull away, but his grip tightened, firm but gentle. "You’re hurt," he said quietly, disbelief in his voice.
"It’s just a scratch," I muttered, turning my gaze away. "I’m sorry for what I did back there. I didn’t plan to pull that move. I just panicked when I saw the truck coming. I was going to ride the wall like you, but I was too late—"
"Stop apologizing. You’re the one who got hurt. This isn’t your fault." His voice was sharp, and the intensity in his eyes stunned me. I could see it now—the worry and the anger written all over his face.
"Shut the fuck up and get your manager out here!" Dom shouted at the staff, who were already scrambling, overwhelmed by his outburst. I saw his girlfriend rushing toward him, trying to calm him down. Aria and Mia approached me, causing Jay to step back and give them space.
"Demitr—I mean, Shelly! You’re bleeding! We need to get you to a hospital," Mia said, eyeing the blood dripping from my wound. I shook my head.
"I’ll live. It’s not life-threatening."
"But—"
"Dom," Jay called out, catching his attention, along with Minu and June. "Let’s go to your place. Let’s just leave." Jay's voice was low, clearly irritated. Dom clenched his jaw but eventually followed Jay’s lead.
Mia and Aria helped me walk, despite my insistence that I was fine. As we made our way back to the car, reporters and cameras started swarming around us. A few of the guys formed a barrier to block the cameras, and I silently thanked them for it. They ushered me into the car first, while Mia, Aria, Minu, and Yuna took another vehicle. This time, I was no longer in the front passenger seat. Instead, I sat in the back with June and Jay, while Dom took the seat I had occupied earlier.
"I’m still not done talking to those idiots back there. I can’t believe a truck almost hit you two. You were nearly killed!" Dom ranted, his voice rising in anger. I leaned my head back against the seat, holding onto my injured arm.
"I don’t get why they even included that. The earlier parts of the race were fine, but a moving truck? If I’d been there, I would’ve been dead for sure," June muttered, shaking his head.
"Stop touching it; you’re going to infect it," Jay said, suddenly pulling my hand away from my wound. I rolled my eyes. Of course, he’d know—his mom’s a doctor. The cut was stinging badly, but I couldn’t stop myself from gripping it.
"The Principal is calling us," Dom said, holding up his phone. I took a sip of water that Jay had handed me from the back.
"Don’t answer it," I said quietly but firmly. Everyone paused. "Trust me, just don’t. I’ll handle it tomorrow. Besides, Nick and I have other things to discuss." Dom and Jay exchanged glances, thinking I didn’t notice.
June let out a deep breath beside me. "You know, despite everything, I’m just glad we won this round," he said with a small smile.
"Damn right. And you know what that means? We’re celebrating at my place! Let’s drink!" Dom shouted, grinning wide. His driver nodded in agreement, as if giving his blessing to the plan.
"I'll just head home—"
"Not until we treat that wound," Jay interrupted again. I shot him a glare, yanked off my wig, and tossed it to the back of the car, running a hand through my tangled curls.
"I think you’re forgetting who you’re talking to, Jay. I’m not Shelly anymore. It’s me, Demitra." I laughed, but he didn’t even flinch. I couldn’t believe how serious he was about my injury. Was it because he’s a doctor’s son? I wouldn’t be surprised if he always carried around a first aid kit. "Fine," I sighed, giving in.
When we arrived at Dom’s place, I couldn’t believe how massive it was. He was definitely loaded. I thought he was joking about his family being part of the Yakuza, but now it all made sense. He sure didn’t look the part, though. As we entered the house, a group of men—likely Dom’s men—greeted us. He immediately ordered one of them to grab a medical kit for my wound.
"Your dad isn’t home, Master," one of his bald-headed men informed him.
"Thank fuck. Get the drinks out and order some food. We need to celebrate." Dom commanded, already stripping off his shirt.
Before long, Minu, Aria, Mia, and Yuna arrived as well. Mia offered to tend to my wound, but I couldn’t help but notice Jay eyeing her as if he wanted to do it himself. Was he really being that much of a perfectionist? Or did he not trust his own friend to handle it?
"I need a shower. I feel sticky," Dom announced, tossing a towel over his shoulder.
"You do smell," Yuna shot back, rolling her eyes and giving him a playful shove toward the bathroom.
"Wow, you brought extra clothes, Jay?," Aria shockingly said, noticing him pulling clothes from his bag. I glanced at Jay, who looked like he was about to head off to clean up as well.
"Demitra, I’m sorry about what happened earlier. We had no idea that would happen. If we did, we never would’ve asked you to join the race," Minu said, sounding genuinely apologetic. I chuckled and shook my head.
"Why are you more worried about me than Jay? He almost got hit too, you know," I joked, holding Mia off as she tried to apply medicine to my arm. I wanted to shower before treating the wound. "I’m fine, really. I’ve been in races way more dangerous than that," I added, realizing I probably shouldn’t have said that.
"We know Jay can handle it. That guy always finds a way out," Minu said with a grin.
"Yeah, I noticed." I sighed. "Hey, do you have any spare clothes? I seriously need a shower," I asked Mia.
"Oh no! I didn’t bring any extra. But I can ask June if he has some," Mia offered, but before she could get up, a shirt and joggers flew in my direction. I turned to see who had thrown them—Jay.
"June’s already in the bathroom," Jay said curtly before turning away to presumably take his own shower. My ears burned as I glanced down at his clothes. I hadn’t even asked for them! What was he thinking, lending me his clothes in front of everyone?
I'm trying to pull myself together. The only thing left is to punch my chest to stop it from pounding so hard. I can't even understand myself—was my heart racing because of exhaustion from the race, or was it because of him? I wanted to curse at myself as I stepped out of the bathroom, drying my hair in front of the mirror. Jay's shirt was obviously too big, as were his joggers. Thank God there was a drawstring to keep them from slipping down.
When I returned to the living room, I was surprised to see food already laid out. I wanted to leave, but it felt rude, especially since Dom had prepared everything. I figured I could handle it as long as I ignored Jay. I still didn't trust myself around him.
"Hey, check this out! Sabbath’s in the race now, and look! They're in a different location than you guys earlier," Minu said, pointing at the TV. My eyes shifted to the screen, and my chest tightened when I saw Wooin. I didn’t mean to upset them by running away. I just wanted them to understand me. I wasn’t doing this because I wanted to—I was only trying to help the Hummingbird. I didn’t want them to think I’d betrayed them, especially since Wooin played such a huge role in my life. He paid off all my family’s debts. He ended my suffering.
"That’s so unfair! Why isn't their challenge as hard as yours? In the mountains? Really?" Aria grumbled, clearly starting to get drunk.
Vinny appeared on the screen, and I immediately looked away. I turned my back on the TV, grabbed some fried chicken, and reached for a bottle of soju. As I poured myself a shot, I accidentally locked eyes with Jay—he was standing across from me, getting food. He was watching me. I quickly looked away.
"Hey, Demitra. Are those guys still bothering you? Especially Vinny? Just let me know, and we’ll handle it," Dom said, catching me off guard. I shook my head.
"You’re drunk. Stop drinking so much," Yuna scolded him.
"I forgot you know Sabbath, Demitra. Why do you think they keep approaching you? Maybe they’re messing with you because they know you're here with us," Mia chimed in.
"Maybe," I muttered absentmindedly, taking a shot of soju. I winced as the burn hit my throat. I wanted to forget, even just for today. I wanted the guilt to disappear. I wasn’t sure if I’d ever be able to face them again after running away. I knew Vinny got into trouble because of the help he gave me.
I lost track of how many shots I took, but I wasn’t worried about drinking too much. I wasn’t the type to go wild when drunk—not like Dom. Sometimes, when I drink, I just laugh or stay quiet. I’m still aware of my surroundings, even if I feel a bit dizzy.
"We already know," Jay said quietly beside me. We were both sitting, watching his friends get drunk and sing loudly.
"I know," I smirked, glancing at him.
"You’re all too obvious. And besides, I know Gramps. He’s always been a chatterbox." I sighed, closing my eyes as the dizziness began to hit me harder.
Jay nodded slowly. "I know something that they don’t," he said seriously, making me pause. For a second, I thought I hadn’t heard him right, but I knew I had. He didn’t whisper it.
"Oh yeah? Like what?" I challenged, meeting his gaze.
He licked his lips, as if he wanted to say something but was holding back. My curiosity only grew stronger. I straightened up and looked at him directly. "Like what, Jay?" I asked, irritated. I knew Gramps wouldn't talk about my personal information, especially the things I tried so hard to avoid. So it seemed impossible that Jay could know.
Unless...
"I accidentally overheard Mr. Nam and the principal talking," he said, his eyes drifting to the middle of the room, watching Dom and the others goofing around. I scoffed in disbelief and shook my head. No way. Out of all people, why did Jay have to be the one to hear it? And why did it have to be Shelly’s boyfriend?
I clenched my fist. "Don't think about it. Not everything you hear is true," I lied, taking another swig of soju.
"Sure," he said, his voice dripping with sarcasm.
I glared at him. "I don't know, okay? If I had known your girlfriend went to Sunny High, especially you, I wouldn’t have enrolled there," I snapped, frustration boiling over. I didn’t even know why I was so mad. Maybe it was because I was angry at myself for being so stupid. "Don't worry, I’ll leave soon. I just don’t know when. I don’t want to see Shelly either."
He went quiet, and the air between us grew awkward. My thoughts were spiraling again, and I started rambling. I think I should stop drinking now.
"I'm talking about your relationship with Owen. Why are you bringing up Shelly?"
My jaw dropped at his words, and I glared at him. This jerk. He had to be lying. I stared at him hard, trying to figure out if he was bluffing, but I couldn’t read his expression. Slowly, I realized I had dug myself into a hole again. I slapped my forehead in frustration.
"I must be drunk. Just forget what I said," I mumbled, feeling the heat rise to my cheeks. I couldn’t even look at him anymore. "I don’t have a problem with your girlfriend, don’t worry. I was talking about something else, not her. I’m probably just drunk." I pushed the soju bottle away. I almost thought I heard him laugh, but when I glanced at him, he was serious again.
"I have no relationship with that man. I just know him," I denied. "Whatever you heard from Gramps, he was just bluffing. The old man talks nonsense sometimes."
Jay didn’t respond, just let out a deep breath. He grabbed my bottle of soju and set it aside, as if he was determined to stop me from drinking any more.
"Stop drinking. Just go to sleep," he said with no expression on his face. Part of me wanted to smile because it seemed like he was worried about me, but the other part of me wanted to slap myself for even thinking that. I closed my eyes and leaned my head back against the wall. He was right—I needed to sleep. The alcohol was making me drowsy.
"Jay..." I murmured with my eyes still closed. "Can I ask a favor?" I didn’t even know if I was dreaming, but I felt my body being lifted off the floor, like someone was carrying me. Maybe I was dreaming, or maybe death was finally taking me.
As usual, he didn’t answer. I furrowed my brows, keeping my eyes shut. "Can you stay away from me from now on? Please?" I whispered.
Still, he didn’t answer. Of course, that’s Jay. I never get a straight response from him. I felt myself sink into something soft, making me even sleepier.
"I can't..."

Heey I saw a post you made a while ago asking us to send you requests for Joker from windbreaker and im so happy that there is sb to write about him so can you write how him and the reader meet and then fast forward to how their relationship goes (preferably sfw)
Thank youuu for the request! Sorry this took forever, I've been busy lately!
Dating Joker Headcanons
Warnings: None, just fluff, reader owns a cafe!
I think Joker probably wouldn't date someone that runs in the same circles as him, he doesn't need someone else like that in his life and especially around his brothers.
You probably meet somewhere like a cafe. Just picture it, you've worked so hard to open your own cafe, pouring your heart and soul into it.
You have this regular customer, Hajun, he's real quiet and scary looking, but whenever he comes in he's just soooo polite and soft-spoken, you become quickly smitten!
One day, just before closing he stumbles in all bloody and bruised. In a panic you rush over to him scrambling to sit him down. He just grumbles out that he's fine, he just needs a coffee.
Obviously you're not having any of that! shushing him as you run to get your first aid kit. You patch him up and send him off with his coffee and a free cookie.
He insists on helping clean the little droplets of blood he tracked in but you refuse and tell him he can pay you back if he buys you a drink sometime. After that you two hit it off and the rest is history.
"For the love of GOD, if you touch the cookie dough again I'm going to beat your ass into the ground, Hajun, I swear!" you yell, slapping your boyfriends hand away, once again.
"I'd love to see you try, plus, you made plenty," he chuckles, reaching for the cookie dough again.
You swifly grab the bowl and run to the opposite side of the kitchen island, glaring at him. "I made plenty to bake and sell! This is my livelihood, If you eat all the dough then I'll have nothing to sell. I'll have to close the cafe and live on the streets. I'll have to find a cardboard box to sleep in!" you ramble, pacing around the kitchen like a mad woman.
Hajun just watches you with a quirked brow, "If ya want I can grab a box on the way outta work tomorrow, think I saw some boxes in the storage cupboard in the club," he smirks.
Your mouth gapes open as you stare at your boyfriend. "How COULD you? You'd let the love of your life, adorable, sweet, lovely girlfriend, live in a cardboard box?!"
"Oh sure, I'll leave the box outside my place and I'll come to feed ya every now and again." Hajun gives you a mischievous grin.
You slam the bowl of cookie dough down on the counter dramatically, "oh I'm SO breaking up with you!" you exclaim, flopping the top half of your body over the counter.
"Mhm, sure, I bet you are," Hajun teases as he walks around to you, planting a soft kiss to your head and walking away.
When you stand back up pouting, you notice a significant chunk of the cookie dough missing.
"Oh I'm gonna kill him."

Skateboard 2
Skateboard 3
Skateboard 4
I set my lollipop down and adjusted my grip on my skateboard. It was hard to believe I was here, in the club, waiting to sell my bike. I hadn't ridden it in ages; I was tired of it and preferred skateboarding. Someone wanted to buy my bike, and we were supposed to meet here.
I smoothed out my long, curly hair and glanced at my reflection on my phone. I sighed. I hadn't bothered with lipstick, but my two-toned lips stood out on my plump ones. My mood soured as I overheard people whispering again in the club, as if I couldn't hear them.
"Dude, check out that girl! She looks like she's from abroad, right?"
"Wow, she's stunning. I've never seen curls like that on a girl before."
I just rolled my eyes and went back to sucking on my lollipop.
I shifted my gaze to the commotion from the side. There was a scuffle going on, and it seemed like someone was throwing punches. Furrowing my brow, I spotted the tall guy with blue hair. He had piercings and was looking at me, his face devoid of emotion. There was blood on his hands. I quickly looked away and checked the time.
Where was that guy?
"Well, well, I didn't expect you to be this early, Demitra," someone called out to me.
And there was Wooin, sporting his usual smug expression, his signature glasses perched on his nose. My attention was drawn to the guy beside him. Like the one I saw by the ring earlier, his hair color was different too. It was red... And not just that. One of his eyes was red as well.
Interesting.
"If you weren't going to buy my bike, you should've told me earlier so I wouldn't be here," I said irritably. I noticed the red-haired guy's gaze on me.
"Who is this?" My skin almost tingled at the chilling voice of the man with red hair. I tilted my head to the right, gazing at him with a hint of curiosity.
"No one. I'm just a nobody, weird guy," I replied sharply.
His expression turned to anger almost instantly, replacing whatever had been there before. He seemed about to step forward when Wooin stepped in. Instead of fear, I felt even more irritated. Wooin's smirk only added to my frustration. I sighed, running my fingers through my hair.
"Are you buying it or not?" I said, my annoyance clear.
"Oh, come on, what's the rush?" He held my waist and gently seated me on a bar stool chair. I glanced down at it, then shot a cold look at Wooin.
I had to admit, the guy I'd met was good-looking. It made sense why he caught the eye of so many women in the club. But he also seemed dangerous. Besides his rumored wealth, there were whispers of him taking down numerous men.
"I'll pay you triple," he said with a smirk, standing close in front of me as I sat.
"This is just a bike," I retorted.
"Honestly, I don't want your bike," he licked his lips before fixing his gaze on me. "I want to see you riding that bike."
I furrowed my brow, tightening my grip on my skateboard. We locked eyes for a moment. It had been a while since I rode a bike. Frankly, I was tired of it. It had become so dull to use.
"Not happening," I said firmly. "And why should I even consider it?" I added, glaring at him.
"Because we need you," he whispered to me before leaning in closer. My eyes widened at his action. Before I could respond, the man with red hair reached out and grabbed Wooin. I could see the frustration and confusion in his eyes.
"What did you say?" he asked, trying to keep his composure.
Wooin grinned. "You know what I mean, Vinny."
So that's his name.
"You want her to be in our crew?" I glanced at the man who had been in the boxing ring earlier. His face was emotionless. I had to look up due to his towering height. He was the tallest of the two.
"A girl? You want that girl to be part of us? Are you kidding me?" Vinny couldn't believe it, giving me a disdainful look.
"She's not just a girl, Vinny," Wooin gave me a mischievous look. "Don't underestimate a girl who knows how to skateboard."
I stood up and locked eyes with Wooin. "Don't drag me into your childish games. Biking is not my thing anymore. Maybe it's just for kids like you."
The man with blue hair remained emotionless. Vinny's face was full of anger. I didn't care about their drama. They just wasted my time. If I had just joined my new school instead, I wouldn't have been late.
"Who do you think you are?" Vinny was about to step closer, but I smiled.
"I'm just a girl, Vinny," I said innocently, causing him to pause. I was just throwing back to him what he said.
As I stormed out of the bar, frustration boiling inside me, I snatched the bike. That jerk wasted my time! Now I'm going to be late for school. I hopped onto the bike, hastily tucking my skateboard behind me. Ugh, I have no choice but to ride this bike again. Being super late for school isn't my idea of fun.
"If I ever find that guy again, I swear, I'm going to give him a hard punch in the face," I grumbled to myself as I pedaled faster.
Suddenly, a blur whizzed past me at lightning speed. He was wearing the same uniform as me. I tilted my head to the right, observing his biking skills. He seemed... skilled. Glasses perched on his nose, sporting a mullet haircut.
I don't know why it brought a smirk to my lips. His moves were so familiar. It was like watching myself from back when I used to bike in junior high. I pedaled the bike faster, surprising the guy with glasses as I passed him. I just smiled at him before speeding up even more. The gap between us widened.
I chuckled before glancing back. He was now looking at me intensely.
Well, I didn't know there were so many handsome guys here in Korea.
I didn't see him anymore, so I shrugged it off. When I arrived at Sunny High, I gasped for breath as I unstrapped my skateboard. I parked my bike as well.
"You're new..."
I glanced back. It was him. His bike was already parked. He arrived before me. I immediately knew he took a shortcut. There's no way he could have beaten me otherwise.
"Yeah," I replied shortly before putting on my black glasses. "Great ride, by the way. Are you a pro?" I asked while adjusting my skateboard, securing it to my bike.
"No," he said with a puzzled look. "You seem to know how to ride too," he pointed out.
I smirked. "You think so?"
He didn't reply, just looked at my bike and skateboard.
"Nah, I'm just a beginner," I laughed.
"Jay! Damn, man. The first period is over! Why are you late?"
I froze as Jay and I both turned to look at the guy beside us. I noticed two guys walking towards us. The one who spoke was the bearded guy in a hoodie. He had a companion with a gentle face. I lazily grabbed my bag from the bike.
"Whoa... you're with a girl!? Wait a minute. Is she a foreigner?!" the bearded guy exclaimed in surprise and slight panic. I shot him an annoyed look.
"No," Jay replied shortly. Answering his first question.
"Dom, lower your voice. You might scared the girl," the guy with the gentle face playfully scolded.
I kept my expression neutral. What's up with these guys? I know they're seniors like me, but why are they so hyper? I was surprised to notice that we were being watched by students, especially the freshmen. It seems his group of friends is quite popular, huh?
"You're cheating on Shelly?" Dom exclaimed in shock.
"Stop it," Jay said coldly. Who's Shelly? His girlfriend? Oh hell nah. I need to stay away from him then. I sighed, what a waste, he's handsome.
"Do you know where room 21 is?" I asked formally.
Dom's jaw dropped. "You're our new classmate?!"
"Of course, Miss. Jay and Dom are in the same class as you. We can show you the way," the polite guy who was with Dom offered.
"June, you might get a nosebleed! What if she suddenly speak a different language!?" Dom became hysterical. I just facepalmed.
"I'm good. Thanks."
I was surprised when Jay suddenly walked alongside me. I raised an eyebrow at him.
"This is also the way to my room," he stated as if it were obvious. I also heard his two friends walking behind us.
"Shit, am I seeing things right? Jay is with some foreigner chick! She's hot!"
"I thought Jay has a girlfriend?"
There they go whispering again. It's only my first day at school and this is what greets me. Why am I assigned to the same room as these famous students?
"Hey Miss! Do you know--"
"Demitra," I cut Dom short. "My name is Demitra."
He scratched his head. "Oh yeah, Demitra. I see you can ride a bike? Your bike model is nice, suitable for tournaments. Why didn't you join?"
I furrowed my brow. "Tournament? I'm sorry, but I have no idea what you're talking about."
His jaw dropped. "What?! So you don't know we're part of a crew?" I remained confused. "Like Hummingbird? Haven't you heard of it? The famous crew?"
"Stop praising yourself, Dom," June laughed.
"Oh come on, man! I was just telling the truth! Demitra, you see, I'm the Sprinter of the group. I'm one of the skilled ones in the crew. And this Jay here is our Ace! He's really a God when it comes to race! You can ask him to teach you." He's so talkative.
I glanced to my side. Jay was quiet, his hands in his pockets, looking ahead as if lost in his own thoughts. So this man is their ace, huh? Not bad. He seems really good.
"Isn't it a bit childish to still be biking? It's just for kids," I said suddenly, making everyone stop and look at me.
"But you're also riding a bike," June pointed out with a frown.
"As if I have a choice. I was supposed to sell that bike, but the guy who was supposed to buy it tricked me. If ever I see that man, I will kick his ass until he bleeds." I felt my temper rising again.
"Maybe it's just not for you," Jay spoke up unexpectedly. "It seems biking is not for everyone. That includes you," his voice suddenly changed.
"Damn, did I hurt your feelings that much?"
He didn't respond but just shrugged. "How about this then," I faced him. "Race with me." He paused.
"Demitra... I don't think it's a good idea," June said with concern.
Dom dramatically covered his mouth, unable to believe that I challenged his friend to a bike race. I just grinned, feeling like I caught Jay's attention and made him face me. His face remained emotionless.
"If I win, let me join your cute crew," I grinned and crossed my arms in front of him. "And if I lose, I will do your assignments for a week. How about that?"
"Jay... Don't do it. She's a girl! We don't fight against them--" Dom's words were cut off when Jay spoke.
"Get your math book ready then. We have an assignment there."
