Rules, kinks and favorite idols/groups

I've had this blog for a while but finally I'm not busy enough to keep it active. So there are the rules:

Idols must be 18 or older (obviously).

Sex must always be consensual.

Park Jaebeom hated thunderstorms since the day he and his grandfather got caught in one when they went out to fish together. His grandfather didn't make it.

It's been a year since his grandfather passed away, something that deeply affected him. He moved back home and was surprised to find out he had inherited his grandfather's apartment.

The joy was short-lived though. Living in an complex occupied only by retired and elderly people wasn't exactly a chick magnet.

A week after he moved in, he found out that his next door neighbor wasn't 80 years old, sporting dentures. Yoon Bora was 29, just like himself and as far as he knew, single.

Willing to use his best game on her, he was taken aback when she seemingly was able to resist his charm.

Her aversion causing sleepless nights, he eventually accepted defeat and was ready to move on. Only if it weren't for Bora's occasional glares every time they ended up sharing the elevator. Jaebeom didn't know if she was grossed out or scared by him. Either way, this was not the signal he wanted to send.

Lying in his bed, an arm raised over his head, he stared at the ceiling, counting the minutes until this storm would pass. Trying desperately to keep his breathing shallow, he flinched every time a thunder struck. Even the bottle of soju he downed just a couple minutes ago couldn't calm his nerves.

With each strike the thunder seemed to be getting closer and closer to him. He had to fight the urge to run out of his apartment, but instead cowered underneath the covers, closing his eyes shut and forcing himself to sleep.

He woke up hours later, engulfed in silence. A feeling as if his brain was replaced by cotton, filling out his head, making him light-headed.

The silence was eerie and just when he parted his lips to let out a sigh, a ringing filled his ears. Silence followed again, then a small voice mumbled something.

Is the tv running?

Instinctively he turned his head as if he would be able to hear better, but no, the tv wasn't on.

The voice came from within his head.

Trying to calm his hitched breathing, he focused on the voice but couldn't make out any words.

Thinking it must've been the alcohol's fault, he emptied everything he had in the sink and got ready for the day.

After work, he went for a jog, like he always did. But that day, instead of going to the gym after jogging, like he always did, he found himself jogging back home.

Turning the corner and jogging towards his apartment building, he noticed Bora walking ahead of him. When he passed her, he casually greeted her.

"Hi."

Surprised by his own pleasantry, he furrowed his eyebrows, but continued jogging up to the entrance.

Suddenly he felt a small hand on his shoulder, forcefully commanding him to turn around.

"Park Jaebeom?"

Jaebeom didn't know why she sounded so surprised. Her face was a mix of panic and confusion.

"Yes?"

Jaebeom felt himself answering even though he had promised himself he would ignore Yoon Bora.

She mumbled an apology that sounded as insincere as her face. Not further acknowledging her presence, he let himself in and took the stairs up to his floor.

Of course, exhausting his body was the best remedy for sleepless nights. Thankfully he drifted off to sleep as soon as he laid his head on the pillow.

When he woke up in the middle of the night, he panicked when he looked around and didn't recognize his surroundings.

It looked like his apartment, yet it was filled with stuff that wasn't his. Upon closer inspection he realized it was some chick's apartment.

Had I gone out and gotten laid?

Impossible! I didn't have had any alcohol.

His vision was blurry and even rubbing his eyes didn't help. Squeezing them shut for a few seconds, he had convinced himself that he was dreaming. When he opened his eyes again, he stared directly into Yoon Bora.

He was a 100% sure then that he was indeed dreaming. Allowing his imagination to run wild he rubbed his rigid body against hers, moaning in excitement as Bora's body responded to his touch. His tongue grazed over her nipples, delightfully biting her soft flesh. He could see her lips move, words coming out but never reaching his ears. Jaebeom woke up with a boner, finding release in the shower minutes later. While getting dressed, his gaze was glued to the wall connecting his apartment with Bora's.

Groaning, he decided to go to the gym to release some pent up frustration. When he exited his apartment he almost collided with Bora. She nodded but he didn't move, just followed her to the elevator. It seemed to him she was holding her breath the whole time and fled the second the door opened.

Why did I have to dream of that weirdo?

Regretting his impulse decision to throw out all the alcohol he had at home, he stopped by the convenience store on his way home that night. Picking up four bottles of soju, he paid at the check-out.

Suddenly he felt as if he was being watched. When he turned his head around, he saw Bora diving into an empty isle.

Shaking his head he walked home and downed two bottles of soju before he took a short shower. A light buzz and trash tv usually helped him sleep and he was glad when his recipe worked.

Jaebeom was still sleeping when he turned over, laying on his belly. He didn't feel the soft fabric of the mattress underneath him though. He was laying on top of someone.

He forced his eyes open, seeing Bora laying underneath him.

Not again!

As if his subconscious had a mind of its own, he slowly grabbed the blanket, peeling it back, revealing inch by inch her luscious body. His dick hardened when he saw that she was naked. Then he reached down, pulling down his sweatpants and repositioning himself on top of Bora.

She wrapped her legs around his waist and Jaebeom felt and urge to sink himself deep into her. Not wasting precious seconds out of this dream, he pushed himself inside her, sighing in content. He spoke to her, told her how turned on he was, but she didn't seem to hear any of his words. When Bora's body shuddered underneath Jaebeom he knew he had just released inside her. Panicked, he pulled out and was immediately engulfed by darkness.

Jaebeom woke up feeling anything but rested. Lifting the covers, he was worried to find that he hadn't had a boner this morning.

"What the fuck was that?" He asked the empty room, too conflicted to call it a dream any longer.

He decided to stay at home for the day, avoiding the possibility of him running into Yoon Bora. Late at night he heard loud rumbling coming from her apartment. Like she was moving furniture around.

Is she leaving?

The thought scared him. And the thought that it scared him, scared him even more.

Listening closely, he tried to make out any specific noise but then suddenly everything was quiet again. Then a timid knock on his door.

"Park Jaebeom-ssi?"

Sprinting to the door, he opened it as casually as he could, leaning against it.

"What?"

"I- I- if you don't mind, could you help me for a second?" She asked, simultaneously ushering him towards her apartment.

Jaebeom recognized the surroundings immediately. It was the location of his dream two nights ago.

"Could you help me move my bed?"

Her small voice startled him. "Your bed? What's wrong with where it's standing now?"

"Bad feng shui." She offered as excuse but Jaebeom wasn't buying it.

Nodding his head, he grabbed the bottom end, counting to three.

The bed was heavier than it looked and his lower back was aching when he put it down again. Instinctively, he shut his eyes, breathing through the pain.

But when he shut them, the pain was replaced by another, much stronger sensation. Pleasure.

As soon as he shut his eyes, he saw himself kneeling on the bed, Bora on all fours in front of him, presenting him her juicy ass, pleading for him to take her and fuck her brains out.

He opened his eyes, staring directly into Bora, who seemed unfazed and proceeded to move the nightstands to their new position.

His eyes eventually leave the sight of the food to finally meet with Byeongkwan's. ( In his defense, he would describe the taste as being a bit too "bomb". ) He smiles through a big chew, grabbing a napkin to wipe some crumbs away from the corner of his friend's mouth. "Kinda feels like we're on a date, sitting in the car like this. Think Dispatch would follow us all the way from Seoul?" He laughs, continuing his jumping topics and shifting in his seat. But it's enough for help him forget—well—everything. "Nice here, though, right?"

If not for Seojin, Byeongkwan would've scrapped the idea of a road trip entirely.

This visit, although planned for weeks now, was not one he looked forward to. The lackluster invitation alone was enough to have him reconsidering making the trip at all - if ever. Even the passing mention of it lacked any sort of enthusiasm, warmth. But Seojin insisted and he can't find himself saying no. Not to his best friend ( bordering on brother now, after all they've been through ). Not when their futures seem to be diverging in opposite directions. He wanted to savor these moments, fearing how fleeting they may become.

"Mhm," he hums in agreement, taking another bite of his burger. "We've got to stop on the way back, for sure. They just don't make 'em like this in Seoul - "

He squints at first, then decides to play into it, leaning over into the drivers' side with a pucker of his lips as Seojin swipes at his mouth. "Thanks, dear," he snorts, falling back into his seat with a chuckle. "No way. If those bozos don't have anything better to do than follow us around I'm seriously going to start leaking my own rumors. Hey... It'd be pretty believable I was dating Yoon Bora, don't you think?" Wait for it, he thinks to himself with a smirk.

"It is pretty nice here - " His phone buzzes in his pocket before he can muse over the scenery and mutter something fit for a poem about the winding coastline ( he's learnt from the best, y'know ). Instead, his lip twitches at the sight of the contact and his smile falters into a thin line. A message from his mother. Dinner is at 7PM, do not be late.

No hello. No how was the drive? No see you soon! A statement and a demand, as it always was. He stuffs his phone back into the front pocket of his hoodie, shaking his head before forcing a half-smile. He won't sour this mood, not now.

"They're, uh... Excited to meet you." A lie. But maybe if he said it often enough - willed it to be so - he could convince himself that it was true. That there was a possibility that they could all be a normal family. Just for one night. "Hey, we're still gonna explore for a while, yeah? Mom's going to be prepping all day - and before you ask, nah. She's real particular about her kitchen, bro. She won't want the help."

“I told you to put your stuff in the wash when you’ve finished with it! Your plates, your cups, your spoons, your dirty pants, your workout clothes. It’s all over our kitchen. Why?!”

Juyeon sighed, “I’m sorry! I was tired after practise last night.”

“Yeah, and I’m six months pregnant looking after two seven-year-olds, I’m tired all the time.”

“You say that like you’re doing it alone!”

“Well seeing as you’re so tired from practise, you’re not exactly jumping at the chance to help me, are you?!”

“It was one day, Y/N,” Juyeon sighed.

“Do you hear that?” Joon whispered, poking his twin brother’s shoulder as the two boys looked to the kitchen door from where they sat in the play room.

“I don’t like it,” Yoon shook his head, “are they angry?”

“At each other,” Joon said, “it’s like the same as whe-when a teacher is mad at someone else at school.”

“That’s still scary,” Yoon pouted.

“Are you scared, Yoon-ah?” Joon asked, his brothed nodding with a slight glint of tears in his eyes.

“What? You’re still not gonna come and put this stuff away?!” you scoffed.

“Fine! Jesus Christ!” Juyeon exclaimed, “I’ve just woken up, Y/N!”

“Mummy, Daddy,” Joon called, padding into the kitchen.

“Not now, Joon.”

“Oh really?! I hadn’t noticed,” you said, sarcastically.

“You’re guilting me again. I’m tired, Y/N.”

“Daddy. Mummy!”

“You’ve already said that, Juyeon. I’m tired too! Looking after your kids!”

“My kids?!” Juyeon repeated, a tired laugh escaping his lips, “whatever. Here, I’ve done it. Happy now?!”

“What were you about to say? Hmm?! Cause if you even thi—”

“Stop!” Joon shouted, “stop! Stop! Stop!”

“Joon,” Juyeon said, catching the boy in his arms, “hey, hey, we hear you, Joon, stop it.”

“You stop it!” Joon exclaimed, “Yoon doesn’t like it when you fight, he’s scared! An-And the baby!”

“The baby? What about the baby?” you asked, confused at your son’s sudden outburts.

“Daddy said that you shouldn’t have to tell people off because it can hurt the baby,” Joon explained, “just stop!”

“Yoon-ah,” Juyeon called, allowing you to take Joon as he went to collect his other son, “Lee Yoon. Come here.”

“I don’t like it,” Yoon pouted, waddling over to his dad and happily being lifted into his arms.

“We’re sorry,” Juyeon said, playing with his son’s hair, “we just misunderstood each other, okay? We’re not angry.”

“Mummy, sit down!” Joon exclaimed, trying to drag you over to the sofa.

“Okay, okay, I’m coming!” you laughed, “Joon, I’m fine.”

“But Baby needs to be healthy,” Joon said, cuddling up to you once you’d sat down on the sofa.

“Thank you, Joon-ah,” you smiled, “you’re so grown-up, bubsie.”

“And me,” Yoon boasted, coming and cuddling into your other side.

You chuckled, cuddling your sons close, “you’re both big boys now, all grown-up.”

“And looking after your little brother or sister already,” Juyeon said, playing with Joon’s hair, “thank you, guys.”

“Can they come quicker? I want to see them now,” Joon said.

“Soon,” you sighed, “I promise, we’ll meet them soon.”

“And you two will be the first to meet them when they do come.”

“I want a little brother,” Yoon nodded.

kdrama recs!

although i already have a tag for my favorite asian dramas in general (check out here if you want) i wanted to make a post dedicated to the dramas i’ve watched that hit differently.... i’ll explain

these dramas aren’t necessarily my fave of all time or at the very top of my fave list, but i did enjoy all of them a lot. the dramas on this list are the ones i enjoyed from start to finish, every episode, practically every scene. the ones i did not want to end. they were easy to watch and the struggle to not click “next episode” was real. so if you’ve got nothing else to do maybe check one or two out!

          ‣  goblin

starring : gong yoo, kim go eun, lee dong wook, yoo in na, yook sungjae

plot : kim shin is turned into a goblin tasked with protecting certain people from the life of misery. the only way to end his immortal life is to find his bride that can set him free of his sword. kim shin accidentally becomes roommates with a grim reaper, wang yeo, and as natural enemies the two clash. ji eun tak is a high school student who is able to communicate with the dead. she gets involved with the goblin and grim reaper. could she be the goblin’s bride who holds the power to release him from his eternal misery and set his soul free?

thoughts : this is my number one (1) fave kdrama and drama over all! it has everything: unique plot, interesting characters, humor, drama, fantasy elements... this is the drama i’ll always recommend to anyone and everyone. there’s not a dull moment and there is always something that grabs your attention. the depth to each character is crazy and how they all connect is insane. you grow close to them all and end up routing for them with all your heart. couldn’t recommend it enough.

          ‣  high-end crush

starring : jung il woo, jin se yeon, yoon bora, lee si eon

plot : choi se hoon is the ceo of an entertainment company and knows his stuff well. he is very arrogant and doesn’t take no for an answer. yoo yi ryeong lives alone on a mountain and doesn’t have any desire for money and fame. the two cross paths and se hoon ends up offering yi ryeong a contract from his company, she rejects him. the determined businessman won’t give up on her and ends up developing feelings along the way. can two people from different worlds come together?

thoughts : the fact that i almost didn’t watch this drama will haunt me forever. i’m sO happY that i gave it a go. i expected nothing but ended up with so much. this mini drama made me laugh and cry, and took me on a hell of a ride. the story between the couple is hilariously sweet and melts my heart. jung il woo stole my heart with this drama, he did an excellent job as the lead and his character made the drama what it is. if you have 5 hours to spare i highly recommend this one, enjoyed every second.

          ‣  hospital ship

starring : ha ji won, kang min hyuk, lee seo won, kwon min ah

plot : song eun jae is a capable surgeon at a large hospital in seoul. due to circumstances she ends up quitting her job and boards a hospital ship that provides medical care for locals in rural villages. on board are army doctors who have unwillingly been assigned their posts, except for kwak hyun, who volunteered. although eun jae has a cold personality, she is perfectionist and very skilled. with her on board, the hospital ship is able to admit patients and help with the most critical medical problems, all while out at sea.

thoughts : honestly i didn’t have any expectations going into this one, but i was pleasantly surprised. all the different characters clashed together and made the story very interesting, everyone came together and became an unexpected family. all the cases they dealt with were just insaane and made the drama so entertaining to watch! they always had the odds against them but somehow made in through them. very addicting.

          ‣  extraordinary you

starring : kim hye yoon, rowoon, lee jae wook, lee naeun, kim young dae

plot : eun dan oh is a student at a prestigious academy. one day she discovers that the world she’s living in is a fantasy world of comics, and she isn’t even the main character! she is only an extra and the writer has set her up with a lame story line that she doesn’t want to follow. dan oh realizes she is one of the few characters that are aware and tries to change the story to free herself from the writer’s grip. she meets a nameless student, number 13, who dan oh thinks can be the key. they work together to try and change their fates, but this comes with a price to pay.

thoughts : this drama was almost impossible not to watch one episode right after another! suuch a cool plot and it was hard to try and predict what was going to happen next. the drama kept its secrets very well and dragged it out, making you as a viewer really miserable wanting to know more, but this is what made it so good. things uncovered slowly but surely and you changed your mind about things over and over. big brain energy on this one!

          ‣  cinderella and four knights

starring : jung il woo, park so dam, ahn jae hyun, lee jung shin, son naeun

plot : eun ha won feels alone in the world and has poor contact with her father and stepmother. she lives a hard life trying to find ways to pay for her education. she gets involved with the three famous and rich cousins : kang ji woon ; a rebel-minded loner, kang hyun min ; a playboy money machine and kang seo woo, a sweet singer-songwriter. because of ha won’s non-nonsense personality, the cousins grandfather thinks she’s the perfect person to discipline his spoiled grandsons to get along with each other. however in the process ha won finds herself in the middle of a quadrangle love story.

thoughts : man, honestly this drama is THE reason why i’m even making this list. i was hooked from the start and STAYED hooked the entire drama. park so dam being the queen she is played her character so fantastically, i love how powerful and confident her character is. how different the cousins personalities were made it hilariously interesting to watch. i myself fell in love with each guy and had the hardest time picking who to root for! second and third lead syndrome is real. this is the one drama that i can honestly say i did not want to end, i’d watch this forever if i could lmfao

          ‣  falling for innocence

starring : jung kyung ho, kim so yeon, yoon hyun min

plot : kang min ho is a cold-blooded corporate raider who treats his workers and people ruthlessly. he is self-defensive and a suspicious sociopath, but he suffers from heart problems and is expected to die in the near future. unless he gets a heart transplant from a suitable donor, he is done for. kim soon jung’s fiancé gets into a car “accident” which ends in fatality. luckily for min ho, the fiancé is a match and min ho gets another shot at life. after the heart transplant, min ho starts to notice changes in his behavior : a rare result of heart transplants. he ends up falling for soon jung and she teaches him the meaning of true happiness and what love is. are his feelings really his, or the memories from the previous owner of his heart?

thoughts : i thought this drama wasn’t gonna be anything out of the ordinary going into it, but i was wrong. the character development the main character went through is one of the best ones i’ve seen and very inspiring at that. how he went from night to day because of his transplant was really something to witness. jung kyung ho killed it obviously and made his character believable. seeing how the characters deal with the situation made me not being able to stop watching.

          ‣  one spring night

starring : jung hae in, han ji min, kim jun han, joo min kyung, lim sung eon

plot : lee jeong in decides to prioritize happiness in her life. she has a long time boyfriend who wants to marry her but she’s not so sure what she feels. to treat her hangover one spring night, she goes to the pharmacy. yoo ji ho is the pharmacist who ends up helping her. ji ho is a single dad and unsure whether a woman could want a man like him. he however immediately becomes interested in jeong in and does whatever he can to meet her in person. the two fall in love despite their situations. the two however now have to deal with the obstacles that family, friends and society sets for them.

thoughts : this drama is like a warm safety blanket for me. i started it on a whim, skimming through netflix just wanting to watch something before bed. i ended up clicking on this and booy am i happy i did. it’s a nicely slow-paced, sweet and romantic love story which touches your heart in the best way. the whole vibe of the drama is just... i don’t know how to describe it’s just... chill?? and nice?? and comfortable?? it was my night time drama before bed, so i have nice memories from watching it. loved their love story. also a+++ for the osts!!!

         ‣  madame antoine : the love therapist

starring : sung joon, han ye seul, jeong jinwoon, hwang seung un, lee joo hyung

plot : go hye rim is a famous fortune-teller known as “madame antoine” and insist she is spiritually connected to the late french queen marie antoinette. choi soo hyun is a highly awarded therapist specialising in women’s psychology. coincidentally, his psychological treatment center is also called “madame antoine”. soo hyun develops an experiment with the hypothesis that love does not exist. he tricks hye rim into participating in the experiment to study her behavior when approached by three different men. however, hye rim isn’t told what the experiment is about and doesn’t know that the men’s feelings for her are fake, or are they?

thoughts : a fortune teller and therapist love story?? sign me the f up!!! i loved seeing these two bicker every other second but overcoming their differences to be with each other. this couple is really what they mean by “you’re hot then you’re cold”, it was on, off, on, off all the time, but i also couldn’t be mad at it. the drama was easy to watch and i couldn’t not click the next episode. all characters were extremely likeable and made me wanna be friends with them too rip. after finishing this one i kinda wanna learn some psychology tricks..... they were both really cool ><

How would the ros act if due to time travel schenanigens they met their children before they got together with the mc? What would they say to the child and the mc? How would they feel?

This ask was really interesting, thank you for sending it in! I kept trying to make it more light-hearted, but in the FOS-world, the idea of fate is very strong—any one of these characters confronted with the idea of what their future would assume that’s what’ll happen 100%. For some characters, the implication of that is too great–the extreme disconnect between the idea of them eventually having a family against what their current situation is…is just too…jarring? It should be a hopeful sign, but it would wack them in the face like a raw fish, esp. pre-getting together with the MC in which they’re just ripe with emotional issues.

    Colette is thrilled to meet her parents, but she keeps her lips sealed about the nature of her birth. She is blonde and smiles without shame–she looks so much like Adelaide that a connection can no longer be denied. Adelaide hugs her daughter, weeps into her arms at the very idea—that one day her life is happy. Colette is eager to know The Fox of Sunholt beyond what she has heard in stories; to get to live through the legacy of her parents. Adelaide will not discuss the logistics, but she pulls you aside and speaks with excited whispers. Look at what this means, she says, it means we win. Colette is hope, and everything Adelaide could have wished for and more.

But Adelaide has never spoken of her affections for you, and with news of your child in the future, she concerns herself with never speaking of it. Colette tells you of a great love-story–yours. She speaks with reverence and her words feel like a lie. You ask her why she’s never told Adelaide about these stories (which you still don’t think are real). She grows very quiet; she reminds you a lot of yourself like that, as she tries to make herself small. She said she doesn’t want to hear it, your daughter confesses. You feel her pain as she tries to hide her love for the both of you away, for Adelaide’s sake.

The future can be bright and beautiful, she’s addressing the people of Sunholt and for the first time you notice the way her lips quiver when she lies. Colette is just a symbol of a future Adelaide pretends to believe in.

When faced with the truth, the princess cowers.

Theodore and Theodosia know better than to incur their mother’s ire, so they only tell you about the circumstance of their being. It’s clear they’re uncomfortable around Camille. Confused, you ask them why. It’s Theo who answers, picking at the dirt under his nails. She’s just really..different. But the magic the twins use is hard to hide, their techniques proof of secrets passed through Camille’s family. The idea of this ‘future’ unnerves her. The thought, the mere idea, that her life turns out okay is horrifying. What had all her pain been for? What then is the point of all her work? And how–how in the name of Seven is this magical future supposed to happen? As far as she’s concerned, their future is not hers. Vehemently she denies it, and them.

And in doing so, she pulls from you. She might run, one day, if her loyalty to Adelaide did not anchor her to this journey. Everything is just something waiting to go wrong–and knowing there is a life out there with you–that is something she’d never be able to accept the inevitable ruining of.

You get to know your children well, but they don’t recognize their mother. And you find yourself knowing Camille less.

I wanted to set the world on fire, she tells you, standing over ash and rubble, now what?

Ares runs with his arms open to hug you immediately, and then to Mars. He doesn’t think about the implications of being so open about his parents, he’s just happy to see the two of you. It is a shock to see the brave warrior he knows to be his father suddenly a stiff and grumpy man, but his boundless energy is enough to cancel out even Mars’ awkwardness–most of the time, at least. Mars himself struggles to bring the topic up with you, or Ares. He insists this is some trick, he tries to draw away from you but he misses you too much when you are apart. He has not accepted that Ares is his son, or that there is some future with you–but he takes it in stride, best he can.

One day, when Ares is fast asleep, Mars gathers the courage to speak. What does it mean? He asks and you shrug. Might he be an impostor? You shake your head, Ares is too honest for that. And what do you think? Do you—do you really believe that we–that there’s— Words catch in his throat and confidence dies on his tongue.

There is an idea of the future that Mars has always had. It is one lived alone in a world of blacks & whites. There is no place for love in his future, but he asks you if you’ll allow him to be wrong, just this once.

Kai stumbles into the group with a bloody nose and a crooked grin. He smiles the way Faith does, with mischief behind his teeth. You make the connection instantly, though he denies sharing any details of his parents. Your stomach twists as you eventually piece together who the other-half is in this equation. Me? You shout one night, dangling your feet into a cold lake with Kai silently by your side. He frowns but nods and draws a finger to his lips. If you tell her, she’ll run—then I’ll poof outta existence. That’s how future stuff works, right? He’s astute, he gets that from you.

The future is scary, that’s what Faith tells you. She says it’s her biggest fear and then laughs as though it’s merely a joke. Behind her veneer of flirtation and confidence there is a woman who is so deeply afraid and you gather that she knows. You don’t talk about it, or who Kai is. It would ruin something, you think, and even Kai feels it.

One day, he tells you, you two will be really happy, I promise. I’m not gonna get in the way of you guys gettin’ there. Then he pauses, never one for physical affection he succumbs to the urge to hug you. I love you both and I’m sorry.

As it turns out, even without the conversation, Faith runs.

Lucy is nonchalant about it. Sid is a little less. A kid! As far as he’s concerned, it’s great news. He hugs her first hard and tight and she has to pry him away. Then he hugs you, with just as much force. He laughs loud and he holds you close. It’s great, he says this over and over again as though he’s trying to convince himself of it. Lucy isn’t very talkative, you think she gets her need of privacy from you. Sid is louder than normal, forcing out a friendliness that’s uncharacteristic even for him.

This means we make it out okay, he says, it also means we’ve got somethin’ special to be fightin’ for–not just an idea. But what does it mean for you two? You’re friends, naturally, but a child? Sid seems unconcerned with speaking of the logistics here. Tactfully, he avoids the topic altogether and tries his best to act unchanged with the knowledge.

It’s weird, Lucy tells you, seeing you both like this. When you quirk your brow at her, she elaborates. Unhappy, I mean.

Sid is at his ship, your knife pressed to his throat. it’s strange, ain’t it? He says, arms thrown up in the air, you’d think knowing it’ll all be okay would make this a lot easier, wouldn’t it?

It’s just funny! Lucy groans in frustration, you denying her a mug of ale, you two are supposed to be like gross and– she presses the tips of her fingers together, stammering through poorly attempted kissing noises. –but it’s nothing like that!

You run your hand over where Sid’s blood has burnt through the steel of your blade. Fate is wrong, Sid told you once, a lifetime ago, destiny’s never set in stone–life’d be too easy if it were.

Juno and Bora ambush you in the words, snickering behind hand-crafted fox masks. Yoon regales you with an old tale about two trickster spirits, Juno can’t keep herself from jumping in and finishing the story–which spurs Bora hitting her sister behind her head, which then results in Juno retaliating and what once felt like a threat against your life has dissolved into childish bickering between two siblings. Needless to say, they’re bad at keeping secrets.

You know what this means, you let Yoon’s suggestive joke drift through the air. The Fey population is dwindling.

But it all feels like a joke, perhaps because Yoon takes nothing with seriousness. His children are amused by his apathy for only so long, before they turn to you, finding that your pessimism is equally as unamusing.

The world’s a lot less sad in the future, Juno tries to tell you, Colette and Theo and I collect frogs from the lake behind the castle and then ‘Dosia gets really mad ‘cause Theo puts them in her bag but you an’ Dad always laugh! Not at ‘Dosia, ‘cause that would be mean, but when we tell you about our day you get like— she mimics a smile, you shoot her a look of confusion.

Forget it, Bora interjects, no one ever tells us what it was like during the war, it’s like everyone’s trying to…

There is a conversation to be had, you and Yoon are due for a lot of those. In lieu of one he takes you to that lake behind the castle—which is not a lake at all but a Rot-stained swamp. He presses his palm against the corrupted trunk of a nearby tree, letting it burn through his skin, blood tricking down the bark. Imagine a child playing here and tell me it doesn’t sound like a lie.

Looking down at his phone for what felt like the 100th time since that morning, Moonbok fiddled with the ends on his ponytail, scowling at the split and broken ends. Wait, he should probably have his hair down, shouldn’t he? Hastily pulling the tie out of his hair, Moonbok quickly shook his hair out, running a hand through it to make sure it wasn’t a complete mess.

In all honesty, he couldn’t believe that this was happening. That he was actually meeting up with one of his favourite YouTubers. In fact, he’d go as far as to say she was one of his idols, being a rapper and a damn good one at that. Moonbok only wished he could have used her performances as inspiration for his own during the MGAs. Oh well.

He’d been so excited when he’d heard that Yoon Bora was returning to Korea, so much so that he’d impulsively asked her if she’d like to meet him in Seoul when she’d settled. Not really expecting an answer, let alone an acceptance, he’d been stunned when she’d actually agreed to it, and slightly mortified when she teased him about how much he’d been commenting on her videos.

One of these days, he’d stop acting like a kid. It wouldn’t be today, however. Jumping at the sudden tap on his shoulder, Moonbok all but squeaked, flushing red to the roots of his hair. Five minutes early and smiling at him was Bora.

“B-Bora noona?”

Almost dropping his phone in an attempt to put it into his jacket pocket, Moonbok dithered before the older woman. How should he actually greet her? Bow to her? Offer her a handshake?

After a moment, he shyly extended his hand to Bora, smiling a little.

BACKGROUND 

He was born on December 1st, 1998 in Ulsan. ( He is 100% a Sagittarius. Take that as you will! )

Has 3 younger siblings and he will fight to the death for each of them. 

He was adopted in 2006 by two very lovely people and as far as he knows, they’ve always been his real parents. They never were super well off but the love was always there.

Had some temperament issues but instead of acting out in a negative way, he was encouraged to put the pent up emotions into exercise and music. Taught himself the guitar, took up sports etc.

This is how he discovered and came to love rock music. It was a key factor to expressing his anger in a healthy way.

Didn’t get to Seoul until around 2012. They moved for his dad’s new job.

He and his friends formed a metal band in junior high, Dim, that lasted until 2018.

In 2016, a talent agent at LGC approached him after he participated in a singing contest but after two years of freeloading vocal lessons, he peaced tf out. ( Let’s just say a lot of stuff was going on with his life and he was having a crisis. )

He enlisted in 2018 because he didn't know what to do with his life. He was on cooking duty and a marine and he still holds onto the disciplines a bit even still.

After he came back, he went right into working and became a chef to explore his second passion.

Eventually in Jan. 2020, he was approached by another talent agent interested in signing him again to LGC after an open mic night in Hongdae.

PERSONALITY & STUFF

Like I said before: he is a Sagittarius

Master of singing and variety. He is here to continue his class clown antics.

A bit of an adrenaline junkie. He can’t stand staying stagnant for too long. Though he’s getting better at knowing when to chill out as he’s gotten older. (inb4 he says blonds have more fun then changes his hair again)

An extrovert through and through. The term “social butterfly” was invented for him.

He hasn’t grown out of the punk rock style. Leather jackets? Check. Thankfully stylists have helped him refine his wardrobe so he doesn’t look like a thrift store threw up on him.

Rock music is his bread and butter. He doesn’t mind the softer stuff sometimes but when I say he is a music snob, I mean it and he uses the word “poser” more than I want to admit.

He’s slowly come to acknowledge that to be more public friendly, he will have to tone it down.

Anyway he’s a pretty decent guy for the most part. Just rough around the edges. He’s a romantic and writes a lot of poetry, lyrics and songs based on his feelings.

He’s extremely straightforward and a tough love kind of guy. Surprisingly strict when it comes to things like worth ethic and achieving the goal he’s got planted in his head. He also can be super competitive, especially in sports or fighting games.

A huge wrestling fan. As in the dramatic people running around a ring wearing spandex kind. He finds it hilarious and hype so he tunes into American and Japanese wrestling programs a lot. Also loves UFC. Not sorry to his roommates.

Works out a lot. Like a lot. Is into boxing and weights and is all about that protein..

Can be loud af or totally ignoring everyone and everything around him. No in between. Not sorry to his roommates (2)

He is always singing. ALWAYS. It’s probably annoying for anyone but at least you’ll always know when he’s in the building.

Does not smoke, doesn’t drink much, and has a special routine to preserve the integrity of his voice.

He has a motorcycle and rides it whenever he gets the opportunity to. Just don't tell his mom!

“Chipotle sounds good,” Juyeon nodded, “Y/N?”

You hummed, “do you think the baby would be down if I ate some chipotle?”

Juyeon hummed, “what do you think?”

“I mean, my brain is telling me no but my stomach is telling me yes,” you laughed, rubbing your bump gently to try and sooth the hard kicks that your baby gave.

“Let’s look at something else then,” Juyeon said.

“No!” the twins protested.

“Mummy will look for something else, okay? You three can still get Chipotle,” you promised.

“Yes!”

“What are you getting?” Juyeon hummed, watching the twins as they occupied themselves once again.

“Waffles,” you giggled.

“With loads of toppings,” you said, “chocolatey ones. The baby’s craving it!”

Laughing, Juyeon nodded and leaned up to kiss your head, “don’t tell the boys.”

“Thank you!” you smiled as Juyeon handed your food to you on the sofa.

“What did Mummy get?” Joon asked.

Juyeon faltered, “uh, just some other stuff.”

“What is it?” Yoon asked, peering round to try and look inside the packaging.

“It’s Mummy’s,” you laughed, “just eat your food, okay?”

“But what if I wanna try yours?” Yoon pouted.

“Yoon-ah, Mum’s pregnant, she won’t give you food,” Joon said.

You laughed, “you are right.”

“But why can’t we know?” Yoon asked, his eyes shining as he turned to his brother.

Joon gasped, his brain connecting the dots as the boys jumped up onto the sofa to see what you had.

“Waffles?!” they exclaimed.

“You two wanted Chipotle!”

“But now I want waffles!” Joon whined.

“No. These are for me and your sibling, okay? Not for you. Eat your Chipotle.”
