Since Yo-Kai Notebook has been actually doing well, I decided to sketch out other Yo-Kai designs for it! I may color them later but for now it's just a sketch to get a feel for their designs

Speaking of obligated, there's this huge festival that happens every year at my hometown in Kansai! How huge? It's ginormous! Biggest event I've gone to. Anyways, my uncle Leeroy used to take me all the time when I was a kid, so I practically feel obligated to keep up the tradition! Not to say I mind, it's more exciting than most things here in Springdale! If we weren't by the food stalls trying out one of everything until we either got sick of it or got sick, we were probably playing games! I'm also a big fan of the lottery, y'know, y'know? Speakin' of the lottery...

its not like my favorite series but its so good!!!!

I dont rememver off the top of my head, is that 2? 2's my favorite game in rhe franchise (i know everyone praises 3 but i have a lot of issues with 3)

Yeah, I just started a few days ago!! I'm a huge fan of ykw :) So far it's been an amazing experience! The only gripe i have with it is that one wazzat main story quest which took me forever to do and terror time. Other than that, it's a very, very good series! I'd like to play ykw 2 after I beat this one! I don't know much about 2 or 3, though. Is 3 the one that changed up the battling system?

If you are a Yo-kai Watch fan in doubt about watching Shadowside

Consider that the show isn’t actually dark and edgy. Every episode LOOKS at first like it’s going to be like that, but there’s always a story behind the yokai causing trouble that the main characters try to get to, often either heartwarming or comedic.

Remember the backstories of Wazzat and Cricky in the original anime? Every episode is like that and about that, with some neat scary and comedic moments along the way.

It’s also a fitting series to watch for Halloween and I think it can help little kids get into horror, as it gives a taste of it while being safe and harmless.

The movie that serves as a pilot is kind of dark, but all you need to know is that these kids formed a paranormal detective agency after two of them got special yo-kai watches and one of them is a shaman that can do magic and knows about yokai thanks to his grandma.

Obviously you don’t have to watch it if you aren’t interested, but if the idea that it is “too dark and edgy” is what’s stopping you, then I highly recommend you give it a chance. Or at least watch the second episode first, that should give you an idea of what you are in for.
