Upward facing dog 🐶 One of my favourite moves just because it feels so good! (Don't mind my over extended elbows 😂) I had a few days off going to yoga classes over the weekend and then from doing my mini at home workout-flow on Sunday which involved jump squats that, while enjoyable at the time, lead to me being practically immobile due to my quad pain for the past two days (rookie move). Today I completed my 100th yoga class at @power.living.adelaide 🙌🙌 When I first started, I had the most terrible slippery mat & I soon upgraded to one from @yogipeaceclub. A quality mat seriously helps with your practice because you want to be focusing on more important things like breath, posture, your gaze (all of the things @power.living.adelaide have taught me 👌) over if you're going to slip and face plant because your mat is so slippery from all of your sweat 😂 But I have come so far in my practice & I look forward to seeing how I can improve over the next 100 (+ more!) classes 🙏 #yoga #powerlivingadelaide #yogi #yogawear #yogipeaceclub #adelaide (at Power Living Adelaide Yoga)

After about two weeks absence due to illness and then work, it felt so good to be back on my @yogipeaceclub mat practicing yoga at @power.living.adelaide this morning 🙏🌼💘 (at Power Living Adelaide Yoga)

I was never much of a fan of yoga as it didn't feel like I was "doing anything". I like to get sweaty when I exercise! Anyway, you may or may not know (I've mentioned it on my IG stories and YouTube videos) but I've recently taken up heated yoga at @power.living.adelaide and I'm 100% loving it! Everyone there is really lovely, the classes are challenging and fun and I definitely work up a solid sweat! I'm even considering quitting my gym membership to soley practice yoga as my form of exercise! Which feels weird, because I've had my gym membership for about 4 or 5 years!! Reason being, I find the gym fatigues me so I can't perform at my fullest in yoga.. but that is yet to be decided! I just wanted to say that I am loving yoga & I that I purchased this gorgeous mat from @yogipeaceclub and it's been working amazingly compared to my old one which was not made for heated yoga at all 😂. The quality is amazing and I couldn't go past this print with the leaves, pineapples and crescent moons! I felt like it fitted me perfectly! 🍍🍃🌙🍍🍃🌙
