#madmen one of my guilty pleasures. How cool were the final moments? Don always looking outside himself for joy and then pow!!! These final moments made me say yesssssssss! These past years for me have been filled with struggle! I've gotten through it by reminding myself that by loosing everything we have room to grow and we have everything to gain! Day 9 #MyYogaBody with my friend and #ytt Lisa in our @shiningshakti gear! Warrior 3 is today's pose and we chose to add a shoulder opener by coming into yoga mudra! As you lower down from standing think of your head and heel are connected by a rod. As you lower lead with your heart to avoid collapsing. Keep your hips level! Balancing takes concentration and focus. Don't be in a hurry to get into the pose. Slow and deliberate movements along with a steady gaze help the most! The ingredients of both darkness and light are equally present in all of us,...The madness of this planet is largely a result of the human being's difficulty in coming to viruous balance with himself.
