Why do you address yourself as Lazy Yogi?
It is a reminder that spirituality is fundamentally simple and accessible.
You do not need to run off to beautiful nature retreats, you do not need to seek out special certification courses, you do not need to study complex philosophies.
Sincere spirituality relies on none of that. It works with your own mind and heart and body, right here and right now. Without even leaving your doorstep.
From the perspective of modern western society, a yogi will look very lazy. Yogis are not engaging consumerist patterns and they are not "productive." A yogi is not driven about by the fears and desires affecting the average person.
Yogis are Awake.
This may look quite meaningless from the standpoint of modern western society.
And yet the real yogi is one with the source of peace and happiness itself.
So the name Lazy Yogi is a reminder of this perspective while also being a little cheeky 😁
