It all started when you looked at him for the first time. He had just moved into the Tower, and you had just gotten the job as Tony's new assistant since Pepper had become CEO of Stark Industries. Because you worked in an environment with superheroes who were very fit and healthy, you had become self-conscious of yourself; whether it would be what you wore, the things you ate, or just how your body looked in general.
Being a bigger girl, it often took a toll on your mental health when you would notice the glances, the whispering, the judgmental stares, and how shopping for clothes in your size was difficult, and it made you feel like you had to lose weight to fit in and belong. You felt alone and isolated.
You didn't have any friends; you didn't even talk to many of your co-workers, and just kept to yourself a majority of the time. When Bucky moved in, you noticed he did the same. He didn't speak much to the rest of the team, he mostly stayed in his room, and only hung around Steve. Bucky was very fit, and his muscular body showed it whenever he wore tight-fitted clothing. You would never wear tight-fitted clothing for fear of having your plumpness accentuated.
After five months working for Tony and having a more friendly relationship with the rest of the team, you had built a few close bonds with some of the heroes. Wanda and Natasha were your closest girlfriends and would regularly have 'Lady's Nights' every Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Tony, Clint, Sam, and Steve were like your older brothers and would look out for you.
You and Steve made it a routine to do small exercise and yoga in the afternoons just after 4 o'clock. How this all started was because you wanted to accomplish small goals for yourself, as Sam told you to do to help with your mental health.
"Steve," You called out as you stepped into the Tower's gym, the one place you knew where to find Steve if he wasn't in the common room.
"Oh, hey (Y/N)! What's up?" Steve turned to face you as he held the punching bag still while he watched you walk closer to him, noticing you fidgeting with your fingers nervously.
"I just... I wanted to start doing light exercises, you know, to boost my endorphins, and so I have something to do in the afternoons when I've finished with work." It wasn't a complete lie, but it just sugar-coated the fact that you just wanted to lose weight to gain confidence in yourself.
Steve had agreed to help you; he wouldn't push you too much either because he didn't want you to strain anything and not push you out of your comfort zone too much. Both of you would exercise for an hour each day in the afternoons. This routine had been going on for six weeks, and you were enjoying it. You felt better about yourself each week when you would check your progress and write down how much you lost during the week; you were more confident than you were all those weeks ago before asking Steve for help.
During one of those afternoon exercises, you and Steve were both in the Adho Mukha pose with Steve wearing his usual tight t-shirt, that you swore was a size too small, and shorts while you wore a loose, black tank top, and tight-fitted leggings that complemented the shape of your plump ass. You were so in the zone that you hadn't heard the gym doors open and the sound of footsteps coming closer to you. Bucky stood behind you and Steve, him getting an eyeful of your butt while he cleared his throat to catch his best friend's attention.
"Hey, Bucky! I didn't notice you were there. (Y/N) and I were doing some yoga, would you like to join us?"
You. Were. Mortified. You quickly stood up beside Steve and looked down at your feet, trying to avoid looking at Bucky after having your ass practically in his face.
"Uh, I kinda have to get ready for 'Girl's Night' tonight, but I think Bucky can keep you company." You nervously spoke, having your words jumble out quickly due to your inner-embarrassment. "I'll see you later, Steve!"
You bolted out of the gym as fast as your legs could go and made it up into your room without another incident. When you flopped onto your bed, you let out a loud, exhausted sigh before closing your eyes shut tightly. 'Why did I have to act like a nervous wreck? You didn't even let him talk for Christ's sake!' After beating yourself up over the little incident, you started to get ready for 'Girl's Night' with Nat and Wanda.

It was two hours into 'Girl's Night' and you, Nat and Wanda had, at least, drank four glasses of Kraken Rum and about three shots of Vodka. You were more relaxed and carefree, enjoying your time with your best friends while gossiping about an episode of Criminal Minds you all saw the other day together.
"Not gonna lie, I would love to have a man like Morgan. Have you seen his muscles? And how he kicks down doors like a badass?" You gushed.
"That is true, and I fully believe Morgan and Garcia should be together. They have chemistry and look so cute!" Wanda loved her Morgan and Garcia ship.
"Eh, I like to have a super cute genius but that's just my opinion" Nat took a sip of her fruity vodka drink while shrugging her shoulders.
"Of course you would, you're with Bruce and that's a little bias, Nat." You gently shoved your red-haired friend playfully.
You and Wanda giggled like school girls when Natasha scoffed before she pointed an accusing finger at you.
"Well, says you, (Y/N)! You practically drool whenever you see Barnes."
That shut you up quickly. 'How does she know?! Play it off...'
"That's very funny Nat, but I don't know what you mean."
"Don't bullshit me, (Y/N). I've seen the way your cheeks get all pink and how your eyes are glued to him whenever he walks by. You're so smitten it's grossly cute." Then Wanda turned to you with a small smirk on her face.
"Maybe you should ask him to work out with you and Steve!"
Flashbacks of your embarrassment earlier that day made your face go pale. 'Absolutely not'. You shook your head furiously, staring at your two friends with fear. There was no way you'd have the guts to do such a thing, not after how you acted around him before. Plus, you didn't want him to look at you with disgust when he looks at you working out. You shake off all the negative thoughts before finishing off your last bits of rum.
"I think I'm going to head off to bed now, gotta wake up early tomorrow. Tony wants me to help him organize and plan a gala party to celebrate his newest project. And when I say to 'help him' I mean I'll be doing most of the work while he hides away in his lab with Bruce." You said before walking off and waving the girls goodbye.
2 weeks later...
You had most of the gala planned out. You had booked a cute catering company to organize some food dishes for everyone and even hired a group of people to decorate one of the large common rooms that would fit all the guests on Tony's guest-list. You had even bought a cute new dress to wear for the party. The party was starting that night at 7:30 and you would hopefully get everything done while having an hour and a half to spare to get ready.
When the decorating and planning finished, you quickly made your way to your room and got showered and changed. You stood in front of your mirror for quite some time, nitpicking every flaw you could see, judging your appearance because you knew how the other women at the party were going to look flawless and have every man swooping in for them. A sudden knock on your door snapped you out of your negative thoughts.
"(Y/n), you ready?" Wanda's voice called from the other side.
"Y-yeah! I'm coming now." You dashed for the door to get away from the mirror so you can't put yourself down even more. Once opening the door, Wanda linked your arm with hers, and both of you walked toward the elevator.
Telling FRIDAY which floor, you both arrived just as a few of the guests were mingling around; drinking, eating, and chatting. You glanced around, hoping to see the familiar faces of your friends, spotting Sam, Nat, and Clint near the bar where Natasha was serving the drinks. Tony was standing next to Pepper and being an absolute flirt as always while Steve and Bucky were standing near a corner with drinks in hand. Before you could make your way over to the bar, Wanda told you to wait where you were while she goes to quickly touch up her make-up, disappearing before you could say a word. You stood there awkwardly and looked around, making sure everything was going swimmingly until you felt a presence behind you. A tap on your confirmed that someone was indeed behind you.
You turned around to see a group of two slender women and three muscular men staring at you with smug and cocky smiles on their faces.
"Can we get some more drinks? And make them with a little more alcohol this time." One of the men quirked an eyebrow, waiting for you to scurry off to grab their drinks.
"I'm sorry, but I'm not part of catering. I'm-"
"You certainly look it though, I mean, you're not dressed like you're here as a guest. The dress you're wearing looks like the other catering staff." A woman spat, her eyes narrowed at you. You started to feel self-conscious about your outfit now, realizing the color-scheme looked very similar to the catering staff.
"Plus, the dress isn't that flattering for your body hun. We can practically see your muffin top and panty lines with how tight that dress is on you." The other woman commented while she leaned to the side to glance at more of your plush figure.
A stinging sensation began to appear behind your eyes, feelings of doubt, and an anxiety attack began to make themselves known. So looked away from the group and quickly made for the elevator, shooting Wanda a quick text saying you weren't feeling too well. 'How stupid of me to think I even looked good or that I could fit in at the party.' By the time the elevator doors reached your floor and the doors opened, hot tears were falling down your cheeks as you tried to furiously wipe them away with zero results. The tears kept flowing down as you began to walk down the hallway to your room; quiet footsteps barely making noise as they followed you. Just as your hand settled on the door handle, a warm hand clasped onto your shoulder gently. With a yelp, you spun around with a jump to look at your "attacker", only to find a pair of stormy blue eyes staring at your teary eyes intensely.
Bucky's eyes held hints of concern and worry, but it was hard to see because he was good at hiding his emotions, and the fact that your eyes were blurry from crying.
"You okay, (Y/n)? I saw you leave the party quickly and noticed how fast your breathing was." Bucky had to look down at you because he was so tall, or was it because you were just very short?
"I'm fine, Bucky. I just don't do well in crowded places or with so many strangers. I got a bit overwhelmed but it's fine now." You weakly smiled but he could see right through it, he always did.
"You had a panic attack after speaking to a group of people and judging by the looks they gave you while talking to them, I can only believe it wasn't a pleasant conversation." Bucky then brought both his flesh and metal hands to cup your face while he peered into your eyes more. "Tell me what happened, doll."
You sighed, you knew he wasn't going to let this go. Even though you both barely spoke to each other, he still cared for you like the both of you knew each other for years. Something about his calm voice and caring nature helped your nerves settle.
"They thought I was part of catering and asked if I could get them more drinks. I told them I wasn't catering, only for them to make snarky comments about my outfit and body. But it's fine, I'm used to having those comments made to me, I've dealt with those types of people all my life." Your hands gently held his and tried to move them away from your face but Bucky didn't budge.
"You don't believe them, right? I mean, I think the dress looks good on you. It shows off your curves and any man who doesn't get blown away is blind."
You gave a humorless laugh and shook your head at Bucky, looking down at the floor.
"You're just saying that to be nice to me, Buck. We both know girls like me don't belong in a place like this, or a party like that. You can go back to the party, I don't want to waste more of your time." You went to turn away when Bucky held your upper arms tightly.
"Not a chance, doll. I'm not a fan of crowds myself and was about to leave the party myself until I saw you run away. I'd rather spend my time with you and making sure you don't ever think that you don't belong."
You both stared at each other for a few seconds, his stare was intense with adoration and love while you stared at him in shock that he'd want to spend time with you. Before you could blink, Bucky leaned down and you felt his soft lips on yours, his arms wrapping around you and caging you into a warm and gentle embrace. Your hands rested onto his firm chest while his hands rested on your lower back, just above your butt. At first, you were in shock but then you gave in to the kiss and snaked your arms around his neck, your fingers embedded into his long hair.
The kiss was full of passion, and so much love that you didn't think it was possible. When the need for air was too much, you both separated and looked into each other's eyes once again.
"H-how? Why me? We barely know each other!"
"Because, (Y/n), I've been smitten for you since I first laid eyes on you but didn't have the guts to tell you. Steve's been a punk and trying to get me to join your work out sessions for weeks but I was too nervous to do it." Bucky's cheeks tinted red as he chuckled.
"And why's that? I was scared that if saw me working out, that you'd be grossed out by my body." You explained, chewing on your bottom lip.
"I could never be grossed out, sweetheart. I love a woman with curves and plumpness to her. I was nervous that if I watched you work out, I would try to make a move on you too fast and scare you away. I didn't want that to happen." Bucky grabbed your chin and leaned in again, his lips almost touching yours. "And you looked downright sexy in those tights, they shape your ass well."
You gasped and lightly smacked his shoulder while he smirked at you. His playfulness coming through. You made the first move this time and got onto your tippy toes to kiss him. It was quicker than the first but still held the same emotions. With so much strength you underestimated he had, Bucky lifted you up - your legs wrapped around his waist - as he opened your door and carried you over to your bedroom. Both of you watched a bunch of movies in your room; many kisses were shared before you both passed out, cuddled up under your fluffy blankets, safe in Bucky's arms. 
Right where you were meant to be all along.

* 100% drinks protein shakes every day, which is what he has instead of coffee in the morning
* Lyle probably got fit before he got into the marines so when he joined he was already a pretty stacked guy and it made him feel above the other newbies
* Loves his gym buddies and pushes them toward their goals via encouragement and tough love
* Will swap someone’s weights out without them knowing so they finally get to that next step in their workout plan
* This man’s mental health is influenced by how much he works out so he’s pretty adamant about working out as much as possible (without over doing it) because when he doesn’t work out he feels weird
* After getting his first time card punched and being reloaded into a new, bigger, stronger body he’s even more determined to work out
* You catch him shirtless and flexing quite often and whenever you see him looking so seriously at himself in the mirror you can’t help but snort

* You let a small flirty smile dance on your lips and you lower your voice to sound sexier and his tail picks up it’s pace. “I’m gonna have to pass on that one Champ, as tempting as those biceps are”
* His lips form a quick frown but he plays it off “Whatever, you’re missing out!” You let out a laugh and walk around him, tugging his tail as you step away. “Missing out on what? Protein powder?” You give a sharp pull on his tail before dropping it and walking away. He lets out a deep groan and tsks to your back.
* Calls after you smugly “Hate to see you leave but damn do I love to watch you go.” Which causes you to let out another laugh.
* Lyle is pretty adventurous when it comes to fitness so when he catches you doing some yoga poses after sitting at your desk for a few hours he asks if he can join you. You stop in the middle of a stretch and look at him confused. “Yeah I guess if you want to?”
* Lyle takes it surprisingly serious and follows your movements exactly. Lyle joining you for yoga/ stretching becomes a common occurrence during your day to day operations in the shack.
* This ends up turning into a way for the both of you to bond and he always comes back each morning with new poses he found from old databases. You always expect him to say “Syke! Can’t believe you thought I’d do pussy shit like yoga” but he never does. Instead he looks forward to it, and not just because your ass looks amazing in your poses.
* Eventually he gets you involved in more physical activities like cardio and some light weightlifting, which you didn’t have much experience with.
* He was an awesome teacher though, patient and always reassuring you that you didn’t have to push through the discomfort if it got to be too much. He made sure you always did your stretches and even snuck away a foam roller from the gym for you to keep at the shack.
* The moment that his attractiveness hit you the most was when you were on the foam roller rolling it down your upper back when he put his hands on your waist and guided you back up as you almost slipped off. His hands were huge compared to the size of your body and you did your best to hide your flustered expression
* If he could smell your arousal he certainly didn’t show it and you were thankful not to have any smart ass comments about how sexy he was. In fact he helped you up and said “You did a really good job today, I’m really impressed with how much progress you’ve made!”
* Of course your muscles would ache after each session and you’d be a little shaky in the legs but Lyle was always there to support you (literally). He make sure you’d stay hydrated, give you massages to the most painful muscles, and always encourage you to take it slow and cool down after each workout.
* After one particularly hard workout with you lifting a new record for yourself he starts hyping you up. “Hell yeah Short Stack! Show them how it’s done! One more, you can do it! Oorah!” You let the weights fall to the floor and give him a big smile, proud of yourself for accomplishing your latest goal.
* “You did awesome, pretty soon you’ll be able to kick my ass if I’m not careful.” He starts picking up the equipment and putting it back into it’s temporary home. “Why don’t you hit the shower, a hot soak will probably make you feel pretty good. I’ll make us up some grub”
* You bit your lip and stare at his muscles back. Damn he really was handsome and that avatar body was doing him all the favors. You had grown so close and you’ve seen a completely different side to him over the past few months that you finally give in.
* “Why don’t you come join me instead?” You see him pause and his ears twitch a bit at the tips. He stands up and turns toward you. “Uhh you wanna pass that by me again?” Now is your moment to either put up or shut up and you make the leap.
* “I said, why don’t you” you point at him, “come take a shower with me” you move your finger so you’re pointing at yourself. He seems unnaturally stoic for a minute but then he bring a hand up to his face and laughs as he drags his palm across his cheek. “If I would have known that getting you to work out with me was all it took to see you naked I would have done that from the start!”

Hey I need some support. I live with mates and they’re all very into the gym and I’m not as into it. They keep trying to get me to come with them to the gym since I’ve gained a little weight at uni and lost my abs. Problem is I’d rather just stay home and watch tv. Also, I don’t understand what they mean with macros and WOD and HIIT stuff it just makes no sense to me. I wish I could just focus on that stuff and understand them better.
You go to the gym with your friends rather listlessly. Today there are both WOD and HIIT classes. You check it out. It looks incredibly strenuous. And the participants in the classes look pretty darn fit too…. Still, something distracts you… Sounds like you're in a blacksmith shop. Blows from iron to iron. And loud groans. You follow the sounds. They become louder. A strange smell is in the air. Musk. Sweat. And iron. The free weight area in the gym. The place where the big beefcakes work out. You pick up a dumbbell. Damn heavy. But that smell of iron. Electrifying. You start with barbell curls. One of the beefcakes comes up to you. He asks you if it's the first time in your life you've held a barbell. At least it looks like it. And laughs. You say that you are actually doing something like this for the first time. Fuck, says the bodybuilder. He wouldn't have thought that. You'd be really well built for that. He gives you a few tips and says goodbye after a few minutes with a fist bump. When you're done with the curls, you do a double biceps pose. Fuck, yeah! The training pays off. Next up, dips for the triceps. With an iron chain as an extra weight. Your groans join the chorus of your gym buddies. You've been here every day for five years. If you don't like the noise, go somewhere else.
Thank God you have time today. On bad days, you have to finish your workout after two hours. Today you even have time to give tips to a few newbies. Or to have a chat with one or the other bruh. Suddenly it gets loud. One of these classes is over. Pilates, yoga, HIIT or some shit like that. The wretched crossfitters. Nobody needs them… But you can hardly tell that to your pals from college…. After all, it's thanks to them that you started training in the first place…

I mean I’ve been fat for my entire adult like so I feel like I’m used to it at this point. Though I have noticed with the last ~30lbs I’ve gained it’s made certain stretches and yoga poses more difficult with my belly and boobs in the way. Weekly Weight (and Fitness)Update ✍🏼
And Reflecting on My Reasons

It’s Weigh-in Friday and time for my Weekly Weight Update!
I maintained my weight this week. I had several days of over-indulgence and that’s totally fine, as long as it doesn’t become a constant variable while I’m trying to lose weight.
I did really well in my Pilates class, and I’m very pleased with that!
As for Yoga, I still find it more challenging than I’d like to admit, considering that this is the third year I take part in this challenge and it used to be relatively easy for me.
My reasons to lose weight and gain flexibility, strength and endurance:
Doing my Yoga poses and flows more comfortably and fluidly and being able to do more challenging poses again. Even though you can’t target weight loss, I know that an overall weight loss will result in a loss of visceral fat, and that’s one of the things that I need the most.
It may be different for other people, but I do feel more uncomfortable doing certain yoga poses with more abdominal fat as opposed to when my stomach was flatter and fitter. My current weight does impact my practice negatively.
I can’t wait to go for long summer walks in nature with my boyfriend (and sometimes the doggie and my bf’s mum!). I want to be able to enjoy nature and good company without being out of breath and miserable all the time.
Visceral fat is also metabolically active and it can have averse effects in one’s health.
The other reasons that I’m not afraid to admit to anymore, is that I simply feel way more comfortable and confident in my body when I’m fitter. I feel like I can do so much more fitness wise, I like how my clothes fit more and I think I deserve to be in a body that is healthy and in which I feel comfortable.
So wearing a nice dress for my birthday next summer and a lovely red form-fitting dress for next Christmas are certainly things that motivate me a great deal to keep moving in the right direction in my weight loss and fitness journey.
Final Weekly Thoughts
Overall, looking back at the past week and reflecting on my reasons definitely help me to keep on making the choices that I know get me closer to my goals every day. Even if I’m not “perfect” every day.

prenatal yoga pics, pretty please?
I went to ONE (1) prenatal yoga class like 2 months ago, which was also a lot of growth and weight gain ago... but, you asked so nicely, I tried to recreate some of the poses I learned in the class.....
Plot twist everyone saw coming, I am much too pregnant for this.

And don't get me started a balasana or cobra pose... anything with a downwards facing belly at this size ain't happening.
Also for some reason my phone kept taking pics while I was trying to get my pregnant ass off of the floor after those last two poses. I think it registered a hand motion I didn't make... I've never felt so fucking heavy. I can post those too if you want, though they aren't flattering...

This mod brings the yoga activity from The Sims 4: Spa Day to The Sims 3. Originally created by Alunn, I recently took over to add additional features and bring it to release!
This is a script mod that can be placed in your Packages folder. It was built and tested on 1.69 but should work fine on 1.67.

The yoga mat is draggable in Live Mode and can be placed in a sim’s personal or family inventory.
Yoga Mat
Using any of the yoga mat interactions will build the Athletic skill (except for Children), though some more slowly than others. As your sim’s skill increases, they will learn new yoga poses and improve on their execution of previous ones.
A sim’s Athletic skill also determines how long they can use the mat before becoming Fatigued* (anywhere from 4-7 hours):
Skill Level 1-3 (Poor/Novice): 4 hours
Skill Level 4-6 (Normal): 5 hours
Skill Level 7-9 (Skilled): 6 hours
Skill Level 10 (Expert): 7 hours
*Children will always get Fatigued after 3 hours.
Your sim won’t gain muscle, lose weight, or become more fit from using the mat, but they will fulfill any generic workout related wishes. And sims won’t lose Hygiene as fast as they would using other athletic equipment.
Sims aged Teen and up will switch into their athletic outfit, take off their shoes before using the mat, and put them back on when finished. Children will switch into their athletic outfit, but leave their shoes on.
Pregnant sims can use the mat in any trimester!

Contemporary Teen Bedroom Set 🛏
Hi everyone, I’ve finished my first set of conversions from The Sims 4: High School Years! I’m breaking the objects up into sets since EA did a really good job this time around making complete sets of bedroom furniture. The first one up is contemporary themed and includes a bed, desk, dresser, end table, shelving unit, rug, and a few other décor items. 
Most of the objects included have overlays on some areas while others remain CAStable. I did this to provide as much flexibility as possible for customization, so there are several CAStable presets available for each object. The top photo is fully decorated and the bottom photo shows just the objects that come in the set.
I don’t want to make this post too terribly long, so if you’re curious about where an object in the top preview photo came from please don’t hesitate to ask!

INSOMNIA by Charly Pancakes Conversions 💤
Charly Pancakes is one of my favorite custom content creators for The Sims 4, so naturally I had to have their stuff in The Sims 3 as well! I’ve converted all six items from their INSOMNIA set to share with you today. This set contains a wardrobe, a bed frame, a mattress, a small potted plant, a rug, and a functional candle.

Happy new year everyone! 🥳 I haven’t converted a kitchen set since 2020, which means it’s past time for another one! @hideoutpeach sent me an ask a while back about converting items from the Sims 4: Country Kitchen Kit, so I converted everything with the exception of the sink and cabinets. Bridge pose:
Bridge pose is a part of best yoga for weight loss. Laying on your back, extend your hands sideways to complete this exercise. Now extend your knees and fold them while lifting your torso up from your pelvic region. Now take a handhold on the areas of your ankles and provide support. Your thighs, stomach, and hips will all benefit greatly from this stance. Placing your chin against your chest allows you to gently massage your thyroid gland. Thus, it triggers the synthesis of the hormone that controls metabolism.
Boat pose:
Boat pose is one of the best yoga for weight loss.Seated in boat pose, this pose serves to strengthen abdominal muscles, enhance digestion, promote blood circulation, and regulate the function of the liver, pancreas, and lungs. It also helps to eliminate belly fat. It’s easy to do. You will need to assume a boat-like V-shape while lying on your back. Now, maintain the posture for ten seconds, then progressively extend it. You’ll notice a twisting sensation in your stomach muscles, but keep in mind that this is the exact moment when your obstinate belly fat starts to slowly go. Nothing at all gains without hardship.
The warrior pose:
Standing up and spreading your legs at least three to four feet apart is required. While spreading both arms, slightly bend your right knee. Now extend both hands upward and, while maintaining your knees apart, lean back as far as your back will allow. Your back muscles and lungs will get stronger as you hold this stance. In order to tone up the heft in those areas, it also targets your thighs, belly, and hips.

Orange Guitar
Many students in Midoriya’s class took an interest in music. Jiro knew how to play more than one instrument, not including her singing. Bakugo played the drums. Kaminari and Tokoyami played guitar. Momo was familiar with the keyboard. Midoriya found it awesome so many people had a little hobby on the side.
Midoriya had a point in his life where he had an endless list of hobbies. When he was at his lowest in middle school, he filled the void with countless activities. Midoriya did martial arts, wrote his own stories (mainly All Might fanfiction), hero analysis (quirk analysis), skateboarding, ice shaking, ran a hero blog, at-home yoga, and the list continued. Inko watched her son purse many different activities fondly, letting him figure out what he wanted to do with his life.
Even though Midoriya was seen as weak and pathetic, he was incredible at everything he did. Midoriya won ice skating competitions. Midoriya learned difficult skateboarding tricks. His hero blog blew up and was extremely popular. His hero analysis spanned over 13 books. Midoriya trained his body to handle more complex and taunting positions and poses in his yoga programs. Midoriya bumped up levels steadily in his martial art classes. Midoriya’s writing because popular as well, often being seen on accounts that recommended fan fiction.
Midoriya put one hundred and ten percent into everything he did. He wanted to prove to himself he wasn’t worthless. He wanted to prove that he was just as capable as anyone else to do any basic hobby. While being physical was always a good way for him to produce endorphins and boost his mood, Midoriya found one specific hobby capturing his attention the most.
Guitar.
There was something so exhilarating about it all. The freedom to play anything and everything. The sensation of memorizing which hand positions made which chords. The callous that grew on his fingers from constant playing. It was addictive. Midoriya would often head to a studio to mess around and get most of his practice in. Living in an apartment with thin walls meant playing instruments was forbidden.
Midoriya learned most things on his own and gained enough revenue from his competition winnings to buy his own guitar. It was a sexy instrument. As much as Midoriya hated to admit it, everything about the guitar reminded him of Bakugo. He remained in denial even as he paid for it in cash. Despite the sight of the guitar, Midoriya was in love with it for many other reasons.
Now with Midoriya being in U.A. and having all his time dedicated to hero work, he dropped almost all of his hobbies. He applied his ice skating training to his hero training, but didn’t skate and didn’t complete. Midoriya didn’t keep up with martial arts, focusing more on gymnastic-type moves in his fighting style. Midoriya stopped writing fan fiction, focusing mainly on his hero analysis. Midoriya stopped skateboarding, replacing that time with running and extra training.
Whenever class 1-A split up into the two groups for the school festival, Midoriya was dying to reveal he played guitar. Besides, he wasn’t coordinated when it came to dancing. It feel awkward to him unlike how he felt with executing fighting moves. Despite his desire to be a part of the band, he was thrown into the larger crowd of dancers. Thankfully, he was able to learn a dance routine very well because of his experience as an ice skater. It was still two completely different things, but using prior knowledge never failed to give him a push.
Time flew by and the war was over, the world was healing, and life somewhat went back to normal. Midoriya finally had the biggest weight fall off his shoulders and he could think about the little things again. They were in their second year with new dorm building and new room arrangements. It was no surprise Midoriya was on the same floor as Todoroki and Katsuki. He wasn’t complaining, he didn’t have to worry about Aoyama’s stalking or Mineta’s advances.
Midoriya also changed a lot because of the war. His room still had the big All Might poster from Sir Nighteye and couple figures, but almost everything else was packed away. He’d have a room dedicated to merchandise whenever he buys a house or rents and apartment, but keeping it in a safe place was the best for him.
One thing he did bring to the dorms from his room back at his mom’s apartment was his guitar. He did want to pick it back up. He had found himself longing for the callouses on his fingers to be caused by excessive guitar playing. The only awkward thing is he would probably disturb the people sleeping above him, below him, and beside him.
Midoriya looked at his guitar at a loss on how to play it in the dorm. He wasn’t about to rent out a studio so he could play it. Suddenly he realized he could just use headphones and felt like slapping himself in the face. Grabbing his amp and connecting it to his guitar, Midoriya then took his headphones and connected them to the amp. He could practice in peace.
As time passed, Midoriya found he finally felt more connected to his hobby. He purchased a customized Eraserhead guitar strap. Midoriya also had a Dynamite sticker, a Shoto sticker and an All Might sticker. Accessorizing is always fun. Finally the guitar was spunked-up a bit.
It was the weekend, more specifically the one day a week they got off at U.A. High. No one had any plans and it was supposed to be a relaxing day. Midoriya looked at his guitar and knew he was going to perfect the one cover he was working on. Midoriya moved out onto the small balcony they had with his guitar. The sun was warm and the breeze was chilling.
Midoriya had his amp on the lowest setting. Loud enough for him to hear, but still quiet enough to not disturb anyone. It was a different experience to not have his playing blast out his ear drums. Midoriya took a deep breath and started playing, enjoying himself.
The song she chose to play was fairly popular, but not in Japan. He heard the tune on social media. He followed a lot of heroes outside of Japan, since he was a fanboy. It was an edit of an American hero. The beautiful melody captured Midoriya’s attention. The song was Midoriya’s new obsession. It didn’t take long for him to master the song so he could play it without even looking at his finger placement.
Midoriya was able to play the bass part on his phone so he’d have the complete sound. He was no singer and he was far from good at English, but he could hum to his heart’s content. He swayed, letting the cords vibrate in his chest.
Todoroki and Bakugo were planning on doing some studying since exams were coming up. They decided inviting Midoriya would make sense as he was incredibly smart. They all had their own weak points and strong points. One persons strength could make up for the others weakness. They all equaled each other out.
They were used to walking right into his room unannounced so when Todoroki opened the door the two stilled at the sound of music. They made their way into the room and saw Midoriya out of his balcony with the guitar. He was humming, gently dancing to the music with closed eyes. He was clearly lost in the music, by the way he was acting.
Suddenly he stopped humming and started playing the best part of the song. His head bounced as he played, a joyful smile on his lips as he played. Midoriya mindlessly bounced to the beat with closed eyes. The sun glowed against his skin, mesmerizing,  Bakugo and Todoroki.
The two had seen everything that Midoriya had gone through. Watching him dance and play the guitar with a real smile made their hearts pound in their chests.
Bakugo and Todoroki were knocked out of their daze with a shout. Midoriya had turned around and spotted the two, eyes wide. Initially his eyes had been filled with fear, but settled into relief. Danger sense hadn’t gone off so he didn’t expect anyone to magically be in the room.
“Kacchan. Shoto. Did I disturb you?” questioned Midoriya, worried he had been too loud.
Todoroki shook his head, still speechless. Bakugo was able to get over his shock and approached Midoriya. “Hell no. Where did you learn to play?”
Midoriya smiled, setting his guitar down and turning off the amp. “I mean I could play since I was in middle school, but I didn’t start playing seriously until lately.”
“Well you’re really good. You should’ve played for the school festival,” complimented Todoroki, sitting down on Midoriya’s bed.
Midoriya blushed, putting his equipment away. “Thank you. I’m still a bit rusty, but I hope to improve.”
Bakugo nodded, crossing his arms with an evil smirk. “Good, because I wanna see if you can keep up with my drumming.”
“Really!” gasped Midoriya, his jaw falling with excited eyes.
Todoroki stepped in before Bakugo barked out some nonsensical nonsense. “I’d like to listen to you play a lot more.”
Midoriya crashed onto the bed beside Todoroki, turning his head to his best friend. “Feel free to just come in and listen. I usually have my headphones on, but I can start playing out loud if you like it enough.”
Todoroki nodded, closing his eyes as he felt comfortable enough to nap. Midoriya smiled at the quiet confirmation and turned to Bakugo. “Kacchan, what did you need?”
“Studying,” stated Bakugo shortly, crushing Midoriya with his weight.
Midoriya sighed happily, snuggling into his side. “Okay. Exams are coming up pretty soon.”
The three all remained cuddled together, now enjoying the breeze coming in from Midoriya’s balcony. It was in moments like these that solidified the trio’s bond. They had already been inseparable, but in moments like these, nothing could break the unconditional love they had for one another.

America is Obese.
Before I begin, I think it is crucial that I tell you a bit about me... My name is Gwyneth, I am a 17 year old girl who loves fitness, starting my fitness journey around 2-3 years ago. I have always had a caring and empathic personality, ultimately hoping to help people. For that reason among many others, I plan on pursuing a career in nursing as well as personal training. The detrimental obesity epidemic is an overlooked societal issue specifically throughout the Western community. "The latest estimates are that approximately 34% of adults and 15–20% of children and adolescents in the U.S. are obese." According to https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov, this concludes that obesity is a health concern that affects every age segment of the U.S population. Just how detrimental can an obese population really be though?.. VERY bad. 
Defined by the Oxford English Dictionary, the term obesity is “The condition of being extremely fat or overweight; stoutness, corpulence.” Ultimately posing affects one's physical capabilities and quality of life. 
“But how does someone else’s physical health affect you?” 
As a gym nerd myself and an aspiring personal trainer, it is simply a fact that this growing obesity epidemic will have an impact on the society as a whole, and here’s why… Given that as seen by definition; this state of health imposes compromises to the individual's physical demands… We can foresee economical issues given that more people are incapable of doing difficult jobs essential to a functioning society, such as trade work, floor nursing and emergency services amongst many others, and in fact increase tax rates and pose negative effects on the healthcare system. 
Just within recent years, obesity rates have spiked immensely. In terms of a historical science stand-point, early primates and our ancestors were “physically fit”, because it was a factor that determined their survival rate, which can be proved by the Darwin Theory. “Survival of the fittest” literally and metaphorically. 
It is most important to note that weight does not correspond to obesity! Everyone is different, in terms of metabolisms, genetics, bone structure and where they may carry weight. To say that being “skinny” or being “larger” is healthy or unhealthy is unfair, the truth is, there's no set definition of what a healthy person is as long as their body does not compromise them from expected average tasks and their favorite activities. Did you know that exercising speeds up your metabolic rate naturally, thust decreasing your risk of obesity.
In the most simple way, weight is determined by the average ratio of calories being consumed to calories being burnt. When the average person consumes more than what the body is able to burn, that's when we can observe a gain of weight.
“But do the pros REALLY outweigh the cons?”
There are so many reasons why exercise is beneficial for humans' emotional, physical and psychological well-being. I think that everyone could benefit from exercise, especially for themselves. It doesn't matter how you do it, the fitness world is so immense from weightlifting, zumba classes, pilates, yoga, aqua fitness, sports, swimming, cardio, home workouts, biking and perhaps even walking your dog.
Let's be real, many of us don't like exercising at first. I certaintly didn't. I was in grade 9 during the pandemic when I first set foot in the gym, not knowing what the muscle groups were even called. Nor what a benchpress even was. Thankfully though, through my mask no one could see my facial expression of udder confusion looking up "back workouts for girls", "instant ab workouts", "toned full body workout." into my TikTok search. I think thats one of the many reasons why fitness could benefit EVERYONE. It allows you to challenge yourself; work towards something. For me personally I truly believe fitness has helped immensely with my mental health. From being so isolated in my room every day throughout lockdown, fitness taught me determination, improved my work ethic, allowed me to process my feelings and gain confidence.
With that being said, throughout this Blog I will discuss the insides of the fitness industry including, the many benefits of working out, motivation sources, my journey in depth, healthy nutrition advice, my favorite workouts, time management with working out and much more…

silly little thought.
So, Dri/ft been eating well, packing on the pounds. He found the joys of sweets and thanks to his issues with addiction, can’t lay off them. The chomping of chocolates starts off slow, but eventually leads to the classic ‘I’ll have just one more.’ Soon, that one more went straight to his belly.
And hips.
Naturally, once the swords/mech notices, he wonders what Rat/chet thinks? He knows his lover isn’t shallow… but still. He wants to be 100% desirable in the medic’s optics. But Rat/chet has been away for some reason during this weight gain, but is returning soon.
Dri/ft looks at himself in the mirror, and gone is that sleek, speedsters frame, replaced with a rounded paunch that hangs over his hips, complete with droopy love handles, swelled thighs, and when he twists his chubby frame to view his backside, he is treated with such a wide load.
Naturally, Dr/ift gets himself all worked up over it, but decides he has to calm himself down before his lover returns. So he meditates and does some yoga.
Can you just imagine that belly resting on the ground as he does the cobra pose? It’s almost as if a big, fluffy pillow was in front of him.
The bridge pose- can he even lift high enough to get that bubble-but off the ground?
Or how about the downward dog pose? I bet his flabby belly will hit him in the face if he’s not careful.
The virasana- his pede nearly gets lost in that thigh chub flab!
But the T/IC continues on, letting his mind be at rest. He is deep in the baby pose, his round thighs tucked alongside his body, gently pressing into his squishy beach ball-like belly. His arms splayed downward along those meaty thighs. The pose is rather comfy- he feels as if he’s tucked up along a big, soft plushie!
“What a sight to see.”
Dr’ift immediately snaps out of his meditative trance, looks up and discovers Rat/chet returned early, and is staring at his fat aft that is pretty much on display. The chubbed up speed/ster stutters in shock, optics wide as he rolls into a seated position.
However, all his concerns and anxieties quickly leave from his body. Rat/chet has ‘that look’ on his face. Soon, Dr/ift’s cheeks flush as he bites his lips. His fans are ready to click on and his engines rev with the predatory way Rat/chet stalks towards him.
He knows what is in store for him tonight.
Apparently, his lover doesn’t mind his squishy frame- not the way those servo’s go right for that aft and grope.
