Okay, still no internet at home, I only have my phone to lurk and post short stuff, but I wrote a whole lot of chapters for There's something queer about Grunkle Ford! that I will post as soon as I have a connection on my computer. I'm thinking about giving it a shorter name when I talk about it here (the original title is a mouthful), but I don't have any idea so if someone who reads it has an offer, I'll gladly take it. I think this story will be rather long and if I don't have to spell its name it'll be a blessing.

I'm also thinking about writing how Ford and Bill got together in this universe? I wrote a whole lot of lore that takes place prior to this story, though this one will be quite... angsty. It'll explain why and how Ford came back in Gravity Falls after 20 years instead of the 30 in canon.

For now, I'm following loosely the episodes of the show. I'm currently at chapter 11, it tells the events during the episode where Dipper clones himself (don't remember which one), though it'll be different because he doesn't have a crush on Wendy in here. I also think I made "William" into some sort of Mary Sue, which is hilarious to me and there's an explanation for that but it'll come later.

leafpool fretted over her sister’s “kits” so much that thunderclan endearingly started referring to her as the 3’s second mother.

It would make sense, since of course leafpool couldn’t have kits of her own, so her nephews and niece would fit perfectly into that role for her.

And like- squirrelflight obviously didn’t care in the slightest because of the love she had for her sister. Plus it gave her the chance to stretch her legs whenever the other queens were busy.

i feel like poolverine easily could’ve been one of those “they’re flirty but it’s mostly unserious” situations, and for most of the movie yeah they were extremely gay, but wade’s been like that with other guys and it was never treated as a serious type of relationship before. they’re willing to die for each other, but even then the romantic aspect of their relationship could be glossed over because it’s a superhero movie, that’s just what they do, and they’re working together to save a whole timeline—it’s not just about them. but then the movie doesn’t end with them saving the day and moving on. i think this’s really the part that sells poolverine as a genuine relationship to me… logan’s leaving, and wade calls for him. he can’t stand to let him go. then he introduces him to his family, and logan stays. he doesn’t really need to stay, but they’ve both decided they’re better off with one another than without
