hey paris, so i just need to ask a question. did you ever experience flu like symptoms (fatigue, tiredness, nausea, sore throat) during your period because i am so scared it's not like flu from my period and i think it's the virus, but i also got vaccinated so idk at this point.

Yh i had fatigue, tiredness, headaches sometimes nausea - but take a flo test just in case but it might also just be the cold :)

I feel SOOOO ill omg 😭😭

1st dose: only had a sore arm - that was it

2nd dose: *next day* -- body ache, headache, my eyes hurt, my jaw & teeth ache, absolute fucking exhaustion - I lit feel i’m going to pass out, nausea, I feel weak, feel like I've been stabbed in the arm n the knife was left in, and my heart rate is fast too 🙃🙃

its kind of like having yr period, being severely dehydrated, and getting over the flu all in one - I've had my period AND the flu at the same time before so I know 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ while having a sore arm so yh

I can't find asmr videos relaxing by any mean. I can't stand looking at videos with flash effect, they make me kinda panic. When I was younger I experienced physical pain when looking at the color orange. It gave me heavy headaches and strong nausea. Now I tolerate this color more, but only in its "earthy shades" (I even have two summer dresses with this one and they match my skin tone a lot so yh, they get a pass), or pastel shades like when looking at a sunset. I still don't like it so much, but only strong neon shades give me a headache now and I don't feel uncomfotable or start stimming anymore.

Does anyone else find certain images and videos overwhelming to look at? Idk how else to describe it lol

also i think almost every time i hv those very salty junk snacks it triggers a headache so possibly migraine yh
