She wanders the desert, Ra's hot rays beating down on her. She has lost everything; her family, her friends, her home, her place in society. Made into a slave by the very people who torn her away from all that she knew, her people scattered far and wide by the cruelty of the world around her.

But she doesn't lose faith. The secret she carries inside of her, one that she does not even know, will protect her. Yes, the symbol of her people, the Blue Eyed Dragon, with it's shining silver scales and roaring fury, will protect her in this unforgiving land, and bring her to her protector.

One day I need to figure out why Kisara is such a hyperfixation for me. Like, Dawn of the Duel was...not great. The author was trying not to vomit out his organs in the hospital while making it and the entire thing is a series of half started plot threads and character ideas that don't really go anywhere since not dying is infinitely more important than making a comic.

The anime does a lot of its own things both to make filler to stretch our airtime and try to fill in the gaps left by the manga, and while a lot of it is fun it's not really...deep.

And through it all I am -obsessed- with a character that had some of the most stuff removed for time and health. It's probably the part of me that remembers my old FF.net account that just finds this fascinating little kernel in there that I can extrapolate on with my own shit.

Pretty similar to canon Kaede but with a little Duke-ish charm

Also wants to become the student council president

Recommended Risa for the student council

• Kaminaga Dei - Student Council Member/President of Beautification Council (Ikishima Midari/Yami Malik)

Psycho gun guy who gets really excited about gambling

Huge one-sided crush on Yamiko

Joey's face makes him want to throw up for some reason

Has no loyalty towards Kaibami whatsoever

• Nosaka Miho - Head of Public Relations (Yumemite Yumemi/Nosaka Miho)

Her signature symbol is a pink strawberry

Will eventually get a boyfriend

Still hates her fans (Yugi is one of them)

•Ob Bhakta - Secretary of Student Council/Kaibami Seto's Personal Assistant (Igarashi Sayaka/Obelisk the Tormentor)

Hopelessly devoted/in love with Kaibami, gets jealous easily, but keeps it to himself

Comes from a working class family, has really low self-worth

Doesn't gamble a lot but is a borderline genious

Less emotional outwardly than Sayaka

Dramatic, calculated bitch, not above murder

He introduced the housepet system

Besides his twin he has a younger brother

Will eventually cut his hair

•Kaibami Eto - Vice President of Student Council (Momobami Ririka/Kisara)

Younger twin, literally named after her brother

Her name sort of sounds like echo because she's basically just an echo of her twin

Sometimes wears the male uniform so people aren't too quick to catch on when her and Seto switch places

Has very little confidence without her mask

Sometimes finds it easier to be Seto rather than herself

• Dartz Atlan - Student Council Member/Head of Antiques Club (Nishinotoun Yuriko/Dartz)

Has basically the same hairstyle as canon, but a bit shorter and more blond toned

Has heterochromia

All his club members are very loyal to him, loyal enough to fix odds

His club runs a den

Insanely petty

• Fiona Sheldon - Student Council Member/Leader of the Election Committee (Yomozuki Runa/Fiona the Doll)

Daughter of a British count

Has an extensive doll collection

Enjoys sweets and sewing (mostly dresses and accessories for her dolls)

Legit no one knows wtf is going on inside her head

The Election Committee wears pink sweaters and differently styled bonnet hats
