Beta AU - Main story, Chapter 4, deadly life (Part 7)
Note of the author: CHAPTER 4, THE END. Sheesh, that was long, but extremely worth it to me.
How did a deadly life part ended up as long as a daily life part, though?
Chapter 4: Dance, dance, hanged puppets - Deadly life
...
The silence in the courtroom was deafening.
Out of all the people here, Kiyo was the one Shuichi expected the less to kill.
And it seems everyone was thinking the same.
Shuichi knew he shouldn't judge on appearances, but... That was still really hard to believe.
"Kiyo..." he muttered. "Why...?"
He took a deep breath. It was clear he felt at least some regret in his actions.
"There's... A lot to explain. Perhaps it should be better to answer one question at a time." he glanced at Shuichi.
They all exchanged looks, aside from the medic, still looking at the void.
"... Was Tsumugi your target, or could I have been the victim had I been unlucky enough?" Kirumi broke the silence.
Kiyo shook his head. "Tsumugi was the one I wanted to outsmart, whether her locks were in the main building or not. I would have found a way if one of them was somewhere else."
Shuichi frowned. "Outsmart?"
The choice of words felt wrong. He was the blackened after all. He was a killer, in some way.
"That's... The second point, actually." he replied. "To be frank..."
"My intention was never to kill Tsumugi."
His eyes widened. "What do you-"
"Don't fuck with us." Rantaro approached him, and despite his short stature, grabbed him by the collar and pulled him down to face him.
"You're telling us you prepared all of this bullshit by yourself, not to kill Tsumugi?"
"Rantaro, let him go." Ryoma put a hand on his shoulder but he slapped it away.
"You're in no position to talk, Ryoma. I've been personally dealing with the both of you for the past two hours. You don't get to tell me what I have the right to ask or not."
Shuichi started feeling the same uneasiness from earlier.
"Let him talk, Rantaro. Kiyo doesn't seem to be lying." Kirumi approached them.
The two pairs of green eyes stared at each other, the others wondering which one from the fierce war medic or the cold mercenary would back down first.
"... Fine." Rantaro let go of Kiyo, who readjusted his collar.
"I know this is hard to believe, but I did not intend to kill Tsumugi. I promise. My intention was not even to escape."
Kokichi nervously fiddled with his sleeves. "I'm confused... Why did you prepare all of this then? You knew Tsumugi would get executed, right?"
He stayed silent for a moment. "I know this will sound absurd to you, now that she is gone and that the trial is over but my real goal..."
"... Was to expose her as the mastermind of this killing game."
...
...
What?
"You... Y-You can't be serious..." Kaito stuttered.
"Why would Tsumugi be the mastermind??" Miu exclaimed, to which Kiyo flinched a little.
Even Rantaro seemed to be astonished by his words.
"I had my theories. I had observed you all throughout the game. And Tsumugi being the mastermind was the conclusion that seemed the most reasonable to me."
"I spent so much time studying people's reactions. So much time studying your reactions. And even the most stoic of all of you showed signs of genuine regret and disgust."
"All of you... Except for Tsumugi."
Shuichi had noticed the lack of empathy she had shown. Even when looking at Himiko's corpse. Even when Kaito learned he was the one responsible for Keebo's death. Even when Kokichi completely broke down during the third trial. Up until her death, she had shown almost no signs of trust nor empathy towards anyone.
Was she simply that distrustful?
Rantaro stayed silent. He was waiting for him to continue his explanations.
"To be honest, after Angie's death I felt... guilty." he admitted. "I had talked to Angie. I knew she had issues. The anger she held against the people that hurt her, that rage that turned out to be the bloodlust disease... I ignored it. Because I thought she was redeemable. Because I thought I could bring her back to the path of reason. I had every reason to believe she had the disease, and I ignored it."
Kokichi looked at him with wide eyes.
But they were not filled with anger.
"After her death, I dedicated all my time to judge who was the most likely to be the mastermind, to expose them and end this madness."
He held onto the notebook on his side. "I had written all my observations about you all. I had doubts greater on some than others. But overall, Tsumugi was the most likely candidate to me."
"So your solution was to stay silent about it and act on your own?" Rantaro raised an eyebrow, his monotonous voice sending chills.
Kiyo looked down. "I grew... desperate. I realized long ago the mastermind was not someone we could resonate with. When Monokuma announced the motive, I knew this was my chance."
"I had a way to expose her as the mastermind without killing her."
Shuichi frowned. "What do you mean?"
"My reasoning was that if I made her break a rule, Monokuma would have to come to execute her. But if she was the mastermind, he wouldn't do anything to her. He would find an excuse or just anything like he always does, but he wouldn't kill her."
The violinist's eyes widened. That was actually solid reasoning... If Tsumugi was the mastermind.
"So I prepared everything. I put everything in place to make her break the rule of the motive. And it worked. However..."
He paused.
"... When Monokuma came in with the exisal, I realized my mistake. I realized I had targeted the wrong person. And I realized she would die even though she was innocent. And all of this by my fault."
Shuichi looked away.
"There were several reasons why I didn't decide to simply kill her. Most are obvious but I feel like I should add that... Rantaro, you were right on one point."
He raised an eyebrow. "On what, exactly?"
"I didn't know I would become the blackened for this. Since Monokuma was adamant about the rules, I thought he would count this as an execution. Not a murder."
Kirumi raised a hand. "Hold on, you didn't know?"
"Do you really think I would ask Monokuma if preparing a plan to expose the mastermind would backfire and make me the blackened?"
...
Silence.
"... As I said earlier, my goal was not to escape. I still wanted to help you guys in case the plan went wrong. I don't have a better reason to escape than any of you. And as a therapist, my role was to help you with this."
Miu, Kaito, and Shuichi exchanged glances. They had seen his motive video- about his sister who had gone borderline insane. A sister he really cared about and yet... That never convinced him to kill one of them.
"In that case..." Miu nervously fiddled with her overall. "Why... didn't you say anything?"
He looked away. "I... I wanted to."
Shuichi frowned. "But... You couldn't? Why?"
"Someone..." he slightly turned to Monokuma. "... forbade me from doing so."
"I knew it."
Everyone turned to Ryoma.
"I knew something was off. I knew there was a reason behind all this."
Kaito frowned. "What do you mean? I thought you two were accomplices! Did you two not work on this together??"
The weapons maker shook his head. "I thought we already established that. I never helped Kiyo commit the murder. I only helped him during the trial."
Shuichi thought back at Kiyo's words.
"Yes, right now we are working together. So if what you want is answers on the blackened, then ask the both of us."
He specified 'right now'. He didn't think much of it back then but... Why?
"Then why did you help him?" Rantaro glared at him. "If you knew he couldn't admit his crime, why didn't you say it yourself and instead made this trial continue for that long?"
The smaller man cracked his knuckles. "I could have told you the truth. But there is one thing that bothered me in all of this."
He turned to Monokuma and pointed his finger at him.
...
No.
He wasn't pointing his finger at the bear. He was pointing right above him. Right behind him.
The clock.
"... This. Was the problem."
They had been talking about this for a long time, and they still didn't have an answer.
"I figured out pretty quickly that Kiyo was the culprit actually. I didn't witness him connecting the cables, but the moment we established the culprit had messed with the building, I knew it was him who started the fire." He explained.
"However I knew there must have been a reason why he didn't say anything. And that's when I noticed he was checking the clock a lot. So I did as well."
"I realized the clock had a function related to him. Then you put two and two together, you check when the quieter alarm rings, and you get the full mystery uncovered."
"The clock was not a simple piece of decoration. It was a timer Kiyo had to keep track of. He couldn't admit his crime, and had to make this trial last for as long as humanly possible."
"Did I get it right?"
...
There was a long silence.
How did he uncover those things so fast??
Kiyo looked down. "... Yes."
"Actually, I could have directly admitted my crime whenever I desired, but..."
He sighed.
"... I don't even know what I can or cannot say about this."
Did this have anything to do with Monokuma still?
"Puhuhuhu... Then perhaps indeed, it will be better if *I* explain!" the bear exclaimed.
Eyes turned on him, he grinned.
"You see, I knew Mr eyepatch would immediately admit his crime to you all. Such a noble soul... However, how boring would that be! I could not let such an interesting class trial go to waste!"
"So I only made a simple deal with him. I didn't force him to do anything! He was free of choice after all! The only requirement was to last at least an hour."
Those words made Shuichi wince.
He only cared about those trials.
Even if it meant blackmailing the culprit themselves.
"And if he somehow didn't manage to make the trial last for less than an hour..."
"... Let's just say I would have made this motive stay, along with the next motive at the same time!"
"I still sense bullshit." Rantaro spat. "If your only requirement was to last for an hour, why didn't you say it after the first alarm?"
The therapist stayed silent. "... I wish I could tell you everything that deal included. I really do."
... So there was more to this.
But what?
Kiyo was condemned to silence.
He would have to take this secret to the grave.
"I was thinking back about the ladder and stuff..." Kaito frowned. "Why did you leave the rope?"
"I didn't."
Shuichi perked up. "Huh?"
"I did hide the ropes in the barrels. I didn't leave anything in Gonta's lab, I know it."
"Then who put it back?" Miu waved a hand.
The therapist turned to the bear. "... You did, didn't you?"
"Puhuhu... Such accusations!" Monokuma laughed. "But yes, I did think it would spice up the day~"
He doesn't even know if this was a good thing or not.
But Monokuma still messed with them, although it didn't have anything to do with a crime scene.
They could never catch a break.
"But... Ryoma..." Kokichi muttered. "If you were not Kiyo's accomplice... That means you didn't want us to vote wrong, then?"
He saw Rantaro slightly perking up.
"... No. I would have ratted out Kiyo if Monokuma started the vote out of the blue."
Kiyo let out a sigh of relief. "... I'm glad you didn't fully take my side, even though I am more than grateful for your help during this trial."
He looked at him. "Whatever your motive may have been I wouldn't have changed my goals."
"I've chosen who I'm fighting for, after all."
Did he mean... them?
He discretely glanced at Rantaro- the one he had said that to earlier.
He was unreadable.
The medic had thought he had betrayed him but... That was never the case, was it?
Everything Ryoma said during the trial, all the times he went silent...
They all thought the two were accomplices, one offering his life for the other, but...
Ryoma simply had one step ahead from everyone else.
He was way smarter than Shuichi gave him credit for.
The group was surrounded by silence once again.
"Rantaro."
The therapist looked at the green-haired boy, who didn't seem to react.
"I know I am not in the right to say this and I don't deserve your forgiveness but... I'm sorry."
"I never intended this trial to go the way it did."
Perhaps it was a little late to say that.
Rantaro didn't move. He kept staring at the void, not a single hint of emotion on his face.
"What I fail to understand..." he finally looked at him again. "... Is how you managed to come to the conclusion that Tsumugi was the mastermind just because she didn't express any emotions."
"I will admit that by growing desperate, I made decisions way too quickly. This is something I take full responsibility for."
He lifted his head up. "But that was not the only thing that made me think that was the case."
Shuichi raised an eyebrow. "And... What did?"
"Her actions made me think she was hiding a lot more than she let know, and I figured out it was far from impossible for her to be the mastermind. But you see, I also studied the motive carefully. Or more accurately..."
"The locks' placements."
What did it have to do with anything?
"Everyone followed approximately the same pattern, even though we never communicated explicitly the spots where all the locks were."
"Tsumugi, however, didn't follow the pattern."
A pattern?
"Everyone, most of the time, had one lock in the main building, and one somewhere else, whether it was outside or in one of the other labs."
"But Tsumugi's locks were always in the main building."
He thought back at the last few days.
...
"One should be in my lab. The other in the library."
-
"Both of my locks are inside." Tsumugi declared. "I understand the need to get your locks, but I will have to get mine as well."
...
He didn't know where the locks on the second day were, but it indeed felt strange.
What did that mean?
"I figured something was off. But since I thought she was the mastermind, it made sense to me."
"It made sense that the mastermind would put their locks close to each other. The traps could target them as well, so putting them close to the dormitories would make them take fewer risks."
That... Actually made sense.
But why would the locks be somewhere she could easily access? What would the mastermind gain from this?
Rantaro stared at him for a moment.
"What I understand from your story..."
"... Is that whoever is in charge of this shitshow played you like a marionette."
Shuichi's eyes widened.
"What do you mean?"
He quickly regretted saying that as he felt the powerful green gaze on him.
"Kiyo had doubts about Tsumugi. The mastermind knew. He grew desperate to end this game. The mastermind knew as well. They put on the perfect scene for Kiyo to act the way he wants and strengthening his doubts about her." He looked back at the therapist. "All I'm saying is that the mastermind played with your emotions and used you to kill off Tsumugi."
"Which is exactly what she meant by her last words."
"I knew the mastermind was coming for me anyway."
...
Of course the mastermind wouldn't act directly.
Of course they wouldn't orchestrate the plan themselves.
Of course they would use one of them to execute their plan.
How easy had they played them?
The others looked at Rantaro in awe. He was unreadable as he said those words.
"That's hard to swallow, but that's the truth."
Kiyo's eye widened. "I..."
...
Silence.
"... Ironic, isn't it? I should have seen that coming and yet I didn't."
Shuichi winced. If the mastermind managed to manipulate the ultimate therapist of all people that easily, what did they even mean to them?
Where they nothing but dolls for them to manipulate as they please?
This trial only proved their ability to ray someone off the list without any consequences for them.
That feeling made his skin crawl.
...
Now that he thought about it, Tsumugi was probably not their only target.
After all, Kiyo was the ultimate therapist. He knew how to deal with others' issues and how to read people.
Eliminating the therapist and the prodigy in one go was the perfect plan for the mastermind.
And none of them saw it coming.
He felt sick just thinking about it.
Did that mean the mastermind judged him not useful enough to be killed off...?
He should be happy but couldn't bring himself to be even remotely glad he would not become their killing tool that soon.
Hard to pin down and hard to manipulate into killing- whoever their target was, they were able to use them for their own entertainment, and how it suited them.
They had no control over anything in this game, hadn't they?
Kiyo took a deep breath. Even if he wasn't showing it, it was clear that every single cell in his body regretted doing this.
From the plan, to the trial to just everything.
"... I am not asking any of you to forgive me, but I wish to tell you one thing."
They turned to him, all visibly upset and worried.
"You are strong. If this motive proved one thing to me, it's that you all are very strong. You have shown to be willing to change for the best, to move on and face this atrocious game head-on."
"Even those I considered weaker when I first met them have been getting stronger and stronger by the day."
"You have shown to be capable of relying on others, even if the circumstances are not the best."
"I know you can end this game. There is still a lot you have to learn, but there is so much you can do now. Do not think any of you haven't changed, because I gradually noticed your efforts."
He glanced at Kokichi and Kaito. "Most of you have made the first step, which is the most difficult task."
Then Miu. "I've seen you caring for each other like your own family, and this is something I find truly admire."
Then Rantaro, Ryoma and Kirumi. "Conversely, do not think you have to show strength all the time. Even if you consider yourself to be the one having to protect others, do not think you are not allowed to depend on them."
And finally... Shuichi. "And whatever happens, you are not in any way, shape, or form 'not enough'. As long as you balance caring about your own well being with those of others, I know you can surpass this."
He arbored an empty smile. "I have been letting this game get to me more than I thought I would." His smile dropped. "And Tsumugi has paid the price. It's a crime I shall never be forgiven for and that I will never apologize enough for."
A silence.
"... But perhaps I can still help you with this."
He took out his notebook, approaching the violinist.
"Shuichi, you are the one I trust the most. Those are all the observations I gathered about everyone. Those are not classified information, and share them with the others if you wish to. I trust you with your decision."
He handed him the notebook. Shuichi took it carefully, gently touching the cover.
"Thank you. I'll take good care of it."
Miu stepped forward. "Kiyo..."
She paused.
"I still have trouble believing you did this. But what I do know is that you helped me a lot after... the incident. I'm grateful you gave me a second chance and offered me ways to change. I've been feeling better these past few days and it's thanks to you."
Kokichi nodded. "I didn't have the chance to talk to you a lot, but... I appreciate what you did to help us... And I... I do not hate you for not realizing Angie had the despair disease back then. It's not something you could have prevented after all... I do wish things were different but I know better than to hate you for this."
Shuichi looked up to him. "I should also thank you for everything you did for me. I'm... I'm really glad I got to meet you, Kiyo."
There was a silence Kiyo looked at them, dumbfounded.
"... Thank you. I am glad I got to meet you all as well."
Even though he tried to smile, he looked nervous and sorry.
After all, everyone knew what was coming.
He turned to the bear.
"Monokuma, I am ready."
Shuichi felt his heart skip a beat. "No-"
"Well then, let's give it everything we've got! It's... PUNISHMENT TIIIME!"
He turned back to them.
"Thank you... for everything."
Monokuma pressed the button with the hammer.
GAME OVER
Korekiyo has been found guilty.
Time for the punishment!
(BGM)
When Korekiyo opened his eye, he looked around to see that he was standing in an empty place where all the walls, the ceiling, and the ground were painted white.
He only had the time to look around once before he saw a knife being shot at him out of nowhere- the knife barely missing its target.
He looked around to see several holes in the walls ready to shoot more at him.
A noise was heard from behind him, and when he turned around, he saw a door opening, leaving access to an empty white corridor.
The only eventual chance of surviving was by running here.
White blade, scarlet fate Ultimate therapist Korekiyo Shinguji's execution: Executed
He sprinted across the white hallway, multiple knives shot at him from the walls. He couldn't see where he was running as he hit the wall- and receiving a knife in the leg as well, blood sprinkling on the white wall.
Because of the lighting, it was hard to distinguish what was a wall and what was free space.
But he kept running and running, getting more knives cutting him spreading more blood on the walls and floor.
He doesn't know for how long he had been running before...
*shtack*
A knife was shot from the wall, piercing his left eye- his remaining eye.
He screamed in agony, getting the knife off.
But he was still alive.
He ran as fast as a blind man could, a hand in front of him to make sure he didn't run into a wall.
He kept running as more and more knives cut him from all sides.
Running, not knowing if he could even get out.
Running, knowing full well what his fate would be.
But he refused to give up, even if he became the target of ten, twenty, fifty knives, he wouldn't give up. He would continue, a hand on his left eye, feeling the warm blood flow down his cheek.
But as knives lodged themselves onto him -although he could only feel the pain of his wounds and the blood escape his body-, he felt more and more exhausted.
And before he knew it, he slowed down, letting more and more knives cutting him, until he finally dropped on the floor.
Something he hadn't realized because of his blindness was how the walls were painted.
He may have run for what felt like hours, but the walls surrounding him were still the same, becoming more and more tainted of pink each time he passed around them.
He ran blindly, not realizing the corridors were forming a loop, leaving him no chance to escape.
Korekiyo Shinguji, the ultimate therapist, was dead.
Shuichi kept staring at the screen, his hands on his mouth.
Kokichi and Ryoma were looking away.
Kaito and Miu kept staring at the screen with shock- much like him.
Kirumi was less emotional, but he could see her uneasiness.
As for Rantaro... He was still staring at the screen emotionlessly.
Ever since Ryoma was revealed not to have betrayed him, he was unreadable.
...
They had lost yet another friend.
He didn't even know what to think anymore.
Was there a mastermind?
Was there not?
Was someone among them simply the best actor one could ever be?
He didn't know.
They were not more advanced than before.
Were they even going somewhere?
He snapped out of his thoughts when Rantaro turned around to leave without a word.
"Rantaro. We need to talk for a sec." Ryoma looked at him.
He stopped in his tracks.
"..."
"There is nothing to say, Ryoma."
"You accomplished your job perfectly. You're not the one in the wrong here."
A long silence.
"... I'm sorry."
Shuichi could only barely hear him as he continued making his way to the elevator alone. He doesn't even know if Ryoma or anyone else heard him.
The others stared at him, unable to say a word.
What happened earlier... They couldn't get it out of their heads.
The desperate yells from Rantaro, the way he reacted to everything, the way he acted like a completely different person...
There was a lot Rantaro wasn't telling them.
Perhaps even more than they could ever imagine.
He had listened to Kiyo earlier but... Was he really going to follow his advice?
He didn't know.
He didn't know anything.
"I... think we should go back to our rooms..." Miu suggested, looking down.
He nodded.
But as they took the elevator, Shuichi remembered something.
He took out the notebook Tsumugi gave him before her death.
Something about it bothered him- something that was written on one of the last pages.
The others stepped out of the elevator. It was dark outside, but Shuichi could still read the pages.
"Hey, this might be an odd request, but can I ask you guys something?"
Ryoma broke the uncomfortable silence, yet he was not facing anyone.
"W-What is it?" Kokichi asked.
"... Don't get mad at Rantaro for what happened in the trial."
Shuichi perked up.
"Huh?"
"Look." He turned to them. "He... Probably has a lot on his mind right now. Getting mad at him isn't going to do any good."
"I get ya but..." Kaito replied. "He kinda snapped at you, y'know? Shouldn't you be upset?"
The weapons maker looked down for a moment. "You're right. But I don't blame him."
How could Ryoma stay so calm?
"His moral codes are very strict, especially towards himself. And treachery is the biggest disgrace a soldier could ever do. So I don't blame him for snapping at me back then."
Soldier this, soldier that...
What kind of lives were those two living back before the game?
"R-Right..." Miu muttered. "But still... I'm worried about him."
Shuichi looked away. No matter how much Ryoma told them not to blame him, he had been cautious of Rantaro for a while now.
Ever since...
He couldn't even think about it without getting chills again.
Those bright green eyes staring deep into his soul, a cold blade under his throat, and a forceful hand pushing back his chin as he was pinned to the ground.
He shook his head to try and forget the thought.
"Let's just get back to the dorms. We all need rest." Kirumi broke the silence. "We'll think more rationally tomorrow."
He nodded. They started walking back in silence.
Shuichi took back the notebook to read the last few pages.
His eyes scanned the words despite the darkness.
...
...
"Huh?"
He stopped in his tracks to make sure he read the part just right.
The others stopped as well.
"What's up? Is that... Tsumugi's notebook?" Kaito asked.
"I need... I need to make sure I didn't misunderstand anything..."
His eyes scanned the last lines again.
...
H-How?
"Come on! Don't leave us in the dark! What's in there?" Miu exclaimed.
...
He did read that right.
Why? What was the point of all this?
"It's... Did she..." he stuttered.
"What is written in it?" Kirumi asked.
He paused for a second.
"It's... Tsumugi's last entry in the notebook..."
Ryoma narrowed his eyes. "What did she find out?"
Shuichi looked back at the notebook.
"It's... About Keebo."
Kaito frowned. "What do you mean?"
Finding the right words was hard.
"Perhaps... I should read this part in its entirety."
-
Day 15.
This is wrong. This is so wrong. This doesn't make any sense. Or does it? I don't know anymore.
By investigating this I should have known the risks. I should have known my life was in danger the second I started doing this.
I've been investigating Keebo's death for days now.
Everything looked strange. This wasn't a normal death. We had far from enough clues to guess what happened for him to die. And yet Monokuma insisted that we investigate this. And with the little we had, it's impossible to reach a satisfying conclusion. And I'm pretty sure Monokuma wanted this.
So after the trial, I've spent my days studying robotics to try and understand what exactly went wrong. I've read those books over and over, I've been trying to hide my studies, but to be honest, I think they're getting suspicious of me. Which means I have to pretend I trust them for now. I can't reveal this. Not until I get to know more about what is going on.
And with everything I've gathered, I know more. I don't know everything, I don't have the truth, but it's a lot more than what we had in the trial.
Kaito's maintenance might have done something to him, but I don't know. The maintenance was not about his program. After all, Kaito is a biker, and he might not be as smart as Rantaro nor I, but he has enough common sense not to touch parts he doesn't know about. And besides, I don't think there was even a way to touch his program. The computer room has never been used, so I doubt anyone had the opportunity to do anything.
The flashback lights modified his program but they don't have anything to do with the physical body. Those parts are not connected in the slightest. Which means you can sabotage one, and yet the other will still be intact. And if the flashback lights didn't do anything physical, that means they don't have anything to do with his death.
In other words...
... Kaito's maintenance didn't kill Keebo. Kaito was never the blackened of this case in the first place.
Monokuma lied to us. He gave us a fake judgment. He should not have hesitated one second to tell us we're wrong. But if he did pretend that Kaito's maintenance killed Keebo, then something or someone else related to him did.
Someone sabotaged Keebo and killed him by using means we don't have access to.
And that someone is probably the mastermind themselves.
I know they are coming for me at this point. I know I will probably not survive much longer.
So if anyone finds this journal, or if I give this to anyone, this is my last request.
Investigate Keebo's death.
That's how you are going to find out the truth.
-
"What???" Kaito yelled. "I was... I was innocent the whole time??"
"Hold on, let me see this shit!" Miu approached Shuichi to read the notebook. "No way..."
"The mastermind? But... Why would they kill Keebo?" Kokichi asked.
"Monokuma rendered a fake judgment. There is no doubt about it." Kirumi crossed her arms. "Which means he was ready to execute Kaito if Himiko wasn't the first victim."
Kaito turned to her. "I could have died thinking I was the culprit??"
Ryoma approached Shuichi as well to look at the notebook. "... There's no doubt about it now. Kaito was innocent. And we were right to think a small maintenance mistake couldn't have killed Keebo."
"But I don't get it!" Kokichi exclaimed. "I thought Monokuma wanted us to find the truth about Keebo's death!"
Kirumi frowned. "He must have wanted us to reach this fake conclusion so the mastermind could get away with it. At the very least Kaito was not executed for a crime he didn't commit."
"We're talking about my life here! I could have died!"
Miu looked at him. "You dodged a serious bullet here..."
Shuichi looked back at the words written in the notebook.
"This... Is why the mastermind wanted to kill off Tsumugi?"
Ryoma looked down. "I think so. She knew way too much, and since they knew Kiyo doubted her, they used him to kill her so she wouldn't reveal the truth."
This was... So wrong.
But he was glad they found out.
At least that would lift a weight off Kaito's shoulders.
To know he actually wasn't the cause of someone's death.
They had a lot to talk about.
Tsumugi was right. They had to investigate Keebo's death.
The game had lasted for far too long.
But now, they had hope. Hope to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
They could do it.
They could end this killing game.

"..."
"I am never doing this type of shit ever again."
"This whole motive was a mistake."
"At least Tsumugi and Korekiyo are out of the way, now."
"..."
"But hey, I still got what I wanted."
"7 done, 0 left."

A ghostly visit to the graveyard.
(This is 1 of my first stories so sorry if it’s not the best writting. And if some of the info is wrong, it’s either because i missed something or just couldn’t find it when making this story. WARNING: it’s 5089 words long.)
Digi was walking around outside. He had found a way to be able to leave Meera’s apartment without feeling his life essence disappear, at the cost that his unable to touch anything and is even more invisible/non-existing then he normally is in his ghost form, it was kind of a disturbing feeling, but it was useful.
He walked by a graveyard when he heard someone call for him.
???: “Hey, you’re “Digi” correct?”
Digi: “Um, yes that’s me. What do you want?”
A tall ghost peeked over the graveyard walls. His hair was rather ruffled, or fluffy, kinda hard to tell. His skin color was dark blue and his eyes where completely silver in texture. He was more or less 6’7 tall.
???: “I simply wanted to talk about you, and Vincent.”
Digi began to feel a bit uncomfortable, this ghost clearly knew a lot about him, it didn’t take a genius to figure that out. Was he going to attack him? What did he want to talk about with him and Vincent? What was he planning?
The ghost simply made a gesture that mean’s “follow me”, and Digi had a felling that it would be better to follow him, to avoid conflict. They ventured into the cemetery and into the church building that was placed in the middle of the graveyard. The building was large and old, but could still stand for a few more decades perhaps. The bell tower however needed to be replaced.
The ghost placed some tea (or at least the ghost equivalent to tea) at a little table with 2 chairs and sat down.
???: “Take a seat, it much better than standing up.”
Digi: “What is it you want to talk about? And why Vincent? I can understand that you might want to talk about me, but why him to?”
The unknown ghost took a sip from his “tea” and placed it on the table.
???: “Because there’s certain aspects I don’t understand you just accept without fighting back, and the fact that he got a few facts wrong about you.”
This caught Digi by surprise, was this ghost defending him? Why? It hasn’t even been 10 minutes, and Digi already felt more freaked out than ever by this, but also hit by a high curiosity.
???: “I can understand his anger, but he should have known better than putting his anger unto an innocent soul that had nothing to do with the murders or his death.”
Digi: “What are you talking about?! I was there, I was the one who committed all those crimes!”
The ghost took another sip of his “tea” and gave him a “matter of fact” look.
???: “But were you? Think about it, where you physically present? Were you conscious? Did you even exist? The answer to all of those questions, is no, you weren’t. you were first born AFTER the events happened, so why should you pay for a crime, you didn’t even commit?”
Digi: “Me and Lucian is the same person, I’m the same as him.”
???: “That’s where you’re wrong, Digi, a soul can’t be in 2 places, and still be perfectly fine or act completely different from each other like you do, if you were the same as him, you would feel the pain he felt for every punch he got, and you would be able to hear his thoughts, and when a soul DOES successfully split in more parts, there’s a tiny “web” that still connects them, and it’s one of the most painful things you can ever do. You and Lucian doesn’t have this “web” stuck to either of you, nor are you in extreme pain like I am right now. You ARE your own soul, your own being, the only thing you have from Lucian is your face, and only small traces of his personality and memory, comparing you to him, is like comparing two identical twins with each other where the other witnessed the other commit a murder, and then later be convinced that it was themselves who did it. In fact, you’re not a “clone” of Lucian, you’re a clone of the master file, who is in turn the actual clone of Lucian, so you’re a clone of a clone. Another fact is that when Lucian died beyond resurrection, you and master file continued to live. If the 2 of you were the same as him, you would have died along with him. While we talk about cloning, let’s make a movie comparing. In star wars, the jedis didn’t blame the clones for what Jango Feet did, even though the guy killed 12 jedis with his bare hands, and many more with his weapons. They saw the soldiers as different people, despite them all having Jango’s face. Because they WERE different people.”
Digi: “Why are you trying to defend me?”
???: “I’m not. I’m telling the truth, bringing some facts that idiot Vincent seemed to forget about.”
Digi; “He’s not an idiot, yes he’s flawed and sometimes, okey very often, stupid, but so is everyone, and I can understand why he hates me, after all I hate myself to.”
???: “You hate yourself because Vincent pulled a Panther on you, and almost broke you.”
Digi: “VINCENT IS NOTHING LIKE PANTHER YOU BASTARDO!”
???: “Calm down bluebell. That is true, he’s nothing like Panther, but he still did like him and almost broke you, almost, because of him, you now believe you’re the same person and being as Lucian, you believe you need to be redeemed for things YOU didn’t do, but someone else did. You redeeming yourself for what Lucian did, would be the same as if a twin brother should be redeemed for what his brother did, even though he didn’t do it, and the only reason as to WHY he should was because he had the same face. As a matter of fact, the fact that you remember the scene of his death, is not equivalent to you doing it, but like a sibling or friend watching their partner committing the murder, and then Vincent, mentally brainwashed you into believing that it was you who did it. To summarize you are NOT Lucian, you never were and you never will be, and Vincent is an idiot.”
Digi: “Would you stop calling him an idiot?! You don’t know what he has been through, you would have been like him in his shoes.”
???: “I already am in his shoes. It’s not the first time a soul has been cloned, and what happens between you, Vincent and Lucian is pretty much a repeat of what happened to me. Also, Lucian killed my grandson, and used/tricked his wife and killed their child. So yes, I KNOW what he’s been through. I’ve been watching the events this entire time for the last 50+ years, but was never allowed to interfere.”
Digi: “Why are you so upset with this?”
???: “Because I’m furious. How can Vincent be so blind? I’m much more aggressive, hot tempered, less understanding, overall more negative aligned and not nearly as understanding and helpful as he is, neither in life or death, and yet when it was me, when I was in the same situation with Sam and File, I was able to hold my anger and both tell and see that File was NOT the same person as Sam, and yet with Vincent he couldn’t tell the difference what so ever, even after he found out you were positive aligned he didn’t get it through that skull of his, he believed you were trying to sap his energy and kill him, it was only when he realized he had broken the mental comfort zone that he began to wake up, but even that wasn’t enough, he still saw you as Lucian. It wasn’t until he began to be negative aligned himself and nearly killed you and activated the master file that he began to see you as your own being, and yet not really. And let’s not forget when he tried to compare Isabell with Mahogany, I mean of course you can compare a woman who’s dead, and innocent with no blood on her hand with a woman who’s alive and has her fair share of blood on her hand with all the dead guards and when people tried to tell what’s going on but she ignored it. Makes perfect sense.”
Digi: “He’s hold onto his rage for 50-60 years, he didn’t think clearly and had a hard time accepting me and my differences because if what I di-”
???: “STOP SAYING THAT! YOU DIDN*T DO IT!”
Digi made a jump at the sudden outburst and needed a second or 2 to collect himself and sit down again.
Digi “Wouh, eh, em, w-well because of what Lucian did, he hated this face and this eye. And it didn’t help when he met him again with the whole nightmare business.”
???: “Ah yes, because you can compare a giant-ass, purple, child murdering, attempted soul stealing, maniac, Dragonoid, poltergeist-naga, with black and red eyes, wings, horns, who dissolved into nothingness after his final-death because he was to unstable and also tried to turn you into Poulet Basquaise with a bottle of wine on the side, to a blue digital ghost, who’s spiritual structure is much younger and more stable and positive then the former, with normal eyes, 1 silver and 1 green, human body, positive aligned, a lot nicer and lives with Meera and is somewhat a parent to her.”
Digi: “Now it just sounds like you’re nitpicking just a little bit. Anger and hatred can sometimes cloud your mind and not think clearly.”
???: “AND I could accept that, if it wasn’t because he tried to justify his hatred by using Mahogany and Violet as shields, instead of studying the situations after the few first meetings where he spotted the differences instead of throwing them aside. Not just that, but even AFTER he figured out that his anger is no longer justified, he still tried to do it, because he didn’t to “betray” the others, even though you’re a different person and not HIM. He never looked past his first impression when he should, then again that seems to be 1 of his greatest flaws.”
Digi: “First impressions?”
???: “Yes. Think about it, what did he do when Jonathan tried to kill people, and forced poor people’s souls to stay in that hellhole because “no one dies on my watch”? He didn’t try to stop him, or cure him of his mental issue with his way of thinking, neither did he do that with Violet, he only flirted with him, because he still saw Jonathan as the person he was in life, in other words he clung onto his first impression on Jonathan, even though Jonathan created children’s animatronics capable of biting with enough force to rival a full-grown crocodile and great white shark, which resulted in Mike almost dying. Seriously WHO would get the bright idea of giving robots for kids that kind of power? And Jonathan murdered multiple people, and tried to kill Fritz, but that wasn’t enough to get Vincent to fully kick in, it was Jeremy and the others who had to stop him. And then there’s Violet who was obsessed with Faith and tried to kill Mike over and over again, what did Vincent do? Nothing. He clung onto his impression of what his child WAS, too scared to accept reality and do something about his daughter killing people and be completely and unhealthy obsessed with Faith like Panther is with Mike. See where I’m going with this?”
Digi: “I can actually, and that’s something he needs help with to fix, I must admit. But no one was there to disagree with him besides Meera and she wasn’t always there, so he didn’t have the help HE needed in this situation.”
The ghost looked at Digi with a stern look, and spoke with simple words.
???: “What are doing right now?”
Digi: “Talking to you?”
???: “Where are you right now?”
Digi: “A graveyard?”
???: “What are we surrounded by?”
Digi: “All kinds of different ghosts?”
???: “And what are we talking about?”
Digi: “Vincent and his behavior as well as other events that has happened up to this point…..”
???: “As you can see that barely seems like a good excuse to “runaway”, when there’s an entire graveyard with countless people who has seen the events unfold, and uses his loved ones too shield himself instead of doing something about the problem like I did. If I could deal with the problem and face the facts, WITHOUT visiting the graveyard, why not him? He shouldn’t do self-counsel like that, he made you mentally block him out because of that, and almost killed you, himself and almost released the master file.”
Digi “Because, while you state he’s better then you in the “niceness department”, he still might have flaws that YOU don’t have, you just mentioned 2, which were first impressions and his clinginess to what he knows instead of confronting what he doesn’t like to face the reality of. He has different things to work around then you do, why are you comparing him to yourself?”
???: “……………..Because I see Vincent as the man I wished I was…….. Like a better version of myself, a man I could only dream about becoming……… When I saw him making all these mistakes I got angry because I have always been proud of him, wished I was him, but then that happened and it hit me in the face like a truck and all I felt was anger and disappointment…………”
Digi: “I see… D-do you mind telling me the story about you, Sam and file? Maybe that could help a bit…”
???: “Sure. I’ll give you the short version since we don’t have time for the long one. Many years ago, when my 3 children were only 9 years old, I lived a pretty good life with my wife and kids. That was until one day, I came home only to witness the death of my wife and 2 of my kids at the hands of Sam. Of course I attacked him, but he managed to get away when he believed he had killed me. My last child, who was alive had hidden himself away, to not get caught. I called the police and noted them on what happened. Years went by, and I never forgot what happened, and I grew protective and paranoid for my son’s well-being and surroundings. It didn’t help the fact that they often mentioned Sam on the news for a LOOONG time. Many years later, my son had gotten a family of his own, and a son. I was so happy for them, but my fear and paranoia grew more because “what if Sam went for them to?”. Then the event to place. My son had invited the entire family on a family trip to Denmark, me included. We went to LEGOLAND and actually had a pretty good time. It was then I saw a face and some eyes I would never forget. It was Sam. All my focus was now on him, and I left my family to chase after him. I confronted him on a working platform in one of the store houses, and in my anger, I tried to kill him, but the ages had treated him better than it had me, so he manages to throw me off. I was impaled on the back spikes on a “new” Rahkshi animatronic prototype made by the Fitzgerald family. It wasn’t long before I was found, and Sam had died when he lost his footing and fell of the ladder and broke his neck. I could feel that Sam hadn’t left the world just yet, so I possessed the rahkshi animatronic I was impaled on to be able to “live on”, but I also ripped small pieces of my soul and planted them inside my son, his wife and his son, so I could follow what’s going on with them and their lives. Even today it still hurts like hell after I ripped my soul apart, and it’s most likely going to follow me either onto the next life, or even after I have moved on will it still be as painful as it was back then for a LONG time. During night times, and sometimes daytimes, I mostly wondered around fighting with Sam, and tried to either kill him or banish him. Years went by and I finally managed to “kill” him. It was then I noticed that something was off in the basement. I went to check it out, and discovered that a “bad apple” of the Fitzgerald family had partnered up with a certain Mr. Afton. From what I overheard, Mr. Afton had 2 labs dedicated to the idea of cloning souls and soul transplant, the 1st lab was in Denmark right under LEGOLAND, and the other lab was located where Meera found you. Weather they used Sam’s dead body, some of the soul fractions he had left, or if they made a deal with him when he was alive I do not know. It did end up creating the digital ghost named File though. I was angry, I felt like just charging in and impale him with my claws, but I didn’t, I noticed that there was something off with his energy. They didn’t have the same “atmosphere” that negative aligned spirits usually have, it was neutral. I was confused, but chose to have an inspection on how he’d behave since the real Sam was negative aligned, and while the thought didn’t come immediately, it did come pretty quickly that File and Sam couldn’t be the same person, since File would have died along with him, if that was the case, and if File had been a reincarnation, he would have had all of his memories personality traits instead of it being a mumbo-jumbo like with yours. Time went on, I took notice of the differences and accepted the truth full heartily, he was his own individual. It was still hard for me to talk to him, ironically it was him who wanted to talk to me about all things instead of the other way around like you and Vincent. We ended up becoming pretty good friends. That was when I saw my son get killed in an ally way, I could see it because the part of my soul that was ripped off was still inside him, and it still is to this day, even in death, so I still see what he hears and sees. The 2 other pieces I had long since ripped out of my son and his wife, and called them back to LEGOLAND so they could be put back in my soul again. But 1 of the ghosts wanted those 2 parts to stay so I could follow the events on ALL fronts, I didn’t know what he meant, but ones I found out, I agreed to it, so he took one part of my ripped fragment while 1 of his friends to the other part and went into Afton’s robotics so I could see all that went down. As the years passed I followed my son through the fragment inside him, and was proud of him, there were some mistakes I wasn’t so happy for. Many years passed I saw all of the events of the Fredbear chain reaction. And here we are now.”
Digi: “… Thanks for telling me this story.”
The ghost smiled at Digi, like a loving grandparent who just helped their grandkid with something difficult.
???: “No problem.”
Digi: “If I may ask, how did you get here if you “lived” all the way over in Denmark?”
???: “Someone you know helped me with that, it’s a long story best saved for another day.”
Digi: “Why didn’t you interfere? And what would you have done if it was you who were killed by Lucian instead?”
???: “I didn’t interfere because my “main” soul was all the way over in Denmark for the most parts, and even if I were here, I would not be allowed to just jump in on a solefon case, unless I was allowed or invited into it. You’ll get the rundown on the different ghostworld laws and cases on another date. If we say that it was just me and Vincent who switched roles as to who died, I would have made Jonathan wake up to the truth, and made the ghost children especially Violet, to snap out of their craziness, no matter what method I would have to use to wake them up, as long as the end goal was reached.”
Digi: “What do you mean by the last part?”
???: “The morality of the ghost world is different than that of the living. Here the morality can be summoned up in “the end justifies the means” and the thing is, what Vincent did, didn’t get him any closer to the end goal, or even justified the means in on themselves for that matter, while what was necessary to have been able to finish the job with the whole chain reaction earlier on, would have done just that if I was the one who had died by Lucian’s hand and went to work on that place, then it would have been over pretty “quick” since I would just have done the work when I had the chance.”
Digi: “That’s pretty dark….”
???: “The end justifies the means, that’s how it works here in the ghost worlds, it is also why despite there being millions of ghosts, the living only hears or encounter maybe a few hundreds or thousands of them. Because if they mess up, or does something that unjustified the means, they know it’s not going end well. Most of the ghosts who makes themselves visible either don’t care like the purples, or just do it for a short while to make small pranks. Otherwise all ghosts who haunts places or people out of anger, lust or whatever normally gets the short end of the stick when the end finally comes for them. So even if the end justifies the means, we also have to make sure we MAKE it till the end with as few UNjustified means as possible on our soul, none at all if we can do that, or we end up like Lucian and dissolve and die permanently. Or worse.”
Digi: “It has been a… time to talk to you, but I got to go home, before Meera takes my head. Thanks for the talk”
???: “Before you go, there’s something I must tell you.”
Digi: “What is it?”
???: “1 of the purples, the one who got spring locket named Router. He doesn’t know it, and he most likely wouldn’t accept it for a long time, but he is redeemable, and you are one of the key factors alongside Vincent to do that.”
Digi: “Why me?”
???: “I can’t tell, I’m not allowed to, just know that you play a GOLDEN role in this, and who knows, maybe he’ll even begin to accept you as a “father figure”.”
Digi: “But, I don’t have any children, and the closest thing I have of parent experience is me taking care of Meera. Isn’t there some other facts you can share to explain about all of this? Like why I’m such a big part of this? I only knows the gist of this, there must be more, you can’t be done explaining.”
???: “Done explaining. No more facts are left remaining. Now you know the gist of it. You’re a perfect fit. I don’t want to hear no more complaining. I’m passing down this Golden opportunity. Take it with pride and enjoy the ride.”
Digi: “Okay. If you say so. Again thanks for the talk.”
???: “No problem, see ya around.”
Digi leaves the graveyard and heads home to Meera’s apartment where he takes control of the new body of Circus baby that has been made for him. Meera did get angry at him for being away for so long, since she was worried sick.
Meanwhile back at the graveyard. A mysteries, but familiar and friendly figure approached the ghost Digi was talking to not so long ago. SHE was bit miffed, but she would get over it quickly after she’d talked to the ghost about the situation.
???: “I talked to him like you wanted me to, but why couldn’t you talk to him yourself? You have more knowledge about this whole then even I since you were able to see it from ALL angles up there, while I was only able to see it from 4, including myself and my son’s vision. And don’t make that face, you knew that I was going to be rough with this whole serrate from the beginning, Isabelle.”
Isabelle: “While I did expect you to go rough, I didn’t think you would go all in on my poor brother or Vincent.”
???: “I just did what had to be done, and just stated the facts, nothing more, except towards the end where it might have gone a little personal, but it worked out in the end. As time now goes on, the seed has been planted and will grow, and he may finally realize that he’s not a monster. It will take time, and he still has a hard time accepting what I said, but it will work in the end.”
Isabelle: “I know, and I’m happy that he might get better thanks to you. Do you… You think everything will go as planed?”
???: “He still doesn’t know Router is his “real” son, if you catch my meaning. Actually Router ISN’T Digi’s real son, so he will be an adoptive father no matter what, now that I think about it. Then again if he STILL believes at the point when he figures that out that he is Lucian, then things might get a bit hectic. Nevertheless, so far things goes as planned, it’s just about keeping it at that route.”
Isabelle: “I’m just nervous. What if it doesn’t work?”
???: “It will work, and even if it doesn’t, there’s always another route we can take, there’s more than one way to the end you know.”
Isabelle: “You’re right, sorry for bugging you with my fears.”
???: “It’s fine. We all can get nervous, scared and paranoid sometimes. You should get going, your time here is up, I need to do something. Thanks for getting me all the way over here from Denmark.”
Isabelle: “No problem, see you soon my friend.”
???: “Likewise Isabelle.”
Isabelle disappeared and ??? prepared himself for a little “visit”.
Back at Meera’s apartment, Meera was done screaming at Digi for making her so worried. Vincent couldn’t help, but give a little chuckle at it. Digi has been giving Vincent some suspicious looks for some days now, he thinks that Vincent might be the culprit behind why his shirt was designed so short, but didn’t say anything until he could get it confirmed.
Suddenly it rang on the door. Meera went to look who it was, and to her shock it was a towering figure in clothes that cowered it’s body completely, with the only opening visible being the hoodie where it’s face was hiding under both the fabric of the hood, and the shadows that surrounded that face area. It spoke with a mechanical voice, which very clearly sounded like an old voice box from an old model to one of either Afton’s or Fitzgerald’s robots.
Mysteries robot: “I’m here to speak with Vincent. It’s urgent.”
That was all it said. Meera allowed it to enter, mainly because if it’s going to attack, she would rather have the 2 others to be prepared to take it on with her, and if it didn’t attack, then she might as well hear what’s so urgent, and how it knew Vincent was here.
Mysteries robot: “I would prefer to talk to Vincent alone. It’s something we need to discuss in private.”
Meera didn’t like it, but she allowed it to continue, she would have her bat and taser ready just in case.
The old machine walked into the room where Vincent was. Vincent of course was surprised to see this new comer, and he could tell that it was able to see him. His face soon turned to fear, as the robot took of its clothes that had hidden its buddy. The machine was larger than Freddy and his friends, and was clearly meant to look like a robot unlike the others. It has long arms and legs, each with noticeable sphere shaped joint areas. Most of its body was dark grey, the only thing being a different color was its head, hands, feet’s, back, “inner” shoulder, hips and upper legs(under a layer of extra grey plating). Its hands had 5 clawed fingers, and the feet were somewhere between U and V shaped. It had a hunched stand, and on its hunched back 3 large spikes, formed like half-moons pointing backwards, protruding from its back. It’s head was long and round, with small rills on it’s face, which were clearly made in a similar manner to Circus Baby’s face plating, meaning it could open. It’s eye holes where cowered in orange glass.
Vincent recognized the model, this animatronic was based on the Rahkshi called “Turahk”. Bad memories came rushing back to him, and he did not like it.
Mysteries robot: “It has been a while Vincent, last you saw me alive was when Azural took us on a vacation to Denmark, and later LEGOLAND. How’s it going? While Digi was out on his walk I decided to have a bit of a talk with. It’s necessary that I talk with you too.”
Vincent was paralyzed. He knew who it was, but he didn’t know whether if he should be happy to finally see him again after all these years, or be afraid of what it is he has to say. All kinds of thoughts and emotions rushed through him, and he was only really able to say one sentence.
Vincent: “Hey… Grandpa…”
Vincent’s Grandpa: “While I’m here, I would like to get that final piece of my soul back, that you have on you. Take a seat, it’s much better than standing up.”

.Out of a total 1378 arrests made NATION WIDE- 164 were from Corpus Christi- that’s the number they don’t highlight in the article- more than 10 percent of the ICE arrests in this sting- nation wide- were in Corpus Christi- Texas.
14 At that time Herod the tetrarch heard of the fame of Jesus,
2 And said unto his servants, This is John the Baptist; he is risen from the dead; and therefore mighty works do shew forth themselves in him.
3 For Herod had laid hold on John, and bound him, and put him in prison for Herodias' sake, his brother Philip's wife.
4 For John said unto him, It is not lawful for thee to have her.
NEW- Talked a little about the new law passed in Texas- S.B. 4. It permits cops to question people about their immigration status.
Most police Departments across the state are against it.
Why?
First- they have enough to do dealing with local crime- and to add a federal crime [Illegal alien] to their plate- is too much.
Second- the cops need the help of the Hispanic community in policing- and the result will be any immigrants- or even just Hispanic Americans- might be less prone to cooperate because of this new law.
In this case- I side with the cops.
I side with the Hispanic community- because they will be the ones who are targeted.
How many citizens carry around their birth certificates?
Or proof of citizenship?
I don’t.
So it seems like a bad law- to me- and to the cops.
So yes- we agree on this.
I also mentioned a few famous local cases that I talked about before.
A girl who accused a local mechanic of kidnapping her- binding her hands and wrist's- taking her to his mechanic shop- and raping her- threatening to kill her.
I watched/read the case.
The girl was out at 3 am- gave some questionable excuse why she was out- that seemed fake.
She never reported the crime to the police- until the next day when her mother asked where she was.
She was checked at the hospital and there were no signs of being tied up and bound.
The morning she left the auto shop- she walked calmly out- past the other mechanics- and did not scream for help- and after she left- did not call 911.
The evidence showed she lied about being bound- lied about being held against her will- probably lied about everything.
Yet- the local mechanic is in prison [I think for life?]
That's just one of the many cases that earned Nueces county the ranking of 2nd most corrupt county in the U.S.A.
And yes- the Trump story.
Trump has tweeted for Comey to be careful because his conversations with Trump- might have been recorded.
Sounds like my first [or 2nd] video!
Yes- we are alike.
And I talked about another case where a CCPD officer saw one of my friends outside Dollar tree- the cop asked why he was there.
My Friend told the truth ‘my girl is inside- buying dinner’.
The Cop assumed he was lying- then the girl came out- with dinner.
The cop responded in an unprofessional manner- and its possible the response has been recorded- and sent to the U.S. justice department for review.
So- that's it for now.
God bless all.
P.S. -why send stuff to the Justice Department? Because Nueces county has a history- Judges that don’t cooperate with the local politicos- are found shot in their judges chambers- that’s why [Tom Greenwell].
Note- I’m not sure of the officers name that I mentioned on the video- I said Cook- Crocker- But I want to make sure I have the name right. And that might be the wrong name. Either way- the incident did happen- remember we might have his voice on recording [or Sessions might have it by now? Along with Trumps recording of Comey!]
NOTE- I made the last video right before posting- and don’t have time to write any comments on that one- so you will have to watch the video to actually see the letter from CCPD [mailed right before I made the video].
VERSES-
Isaiah 41
King James Version (KJV)
41 Keep silence before me, O islands; and let the people renew their strength: let them come near; then let them speak: let us come near together to judgment.
2 Who raised up the righteous man from the east, called him to his foot, gave the nations before him, and made him rule over kings? he gave them as the dust to his sword, and as driven stubble to his bow.
3 He pursued them, and passed safely; even by the way that he had not gone with his feet.
4 Who hath wrought and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I the Lord, the first, and with the last; I am he.
5 The isles saw it, and feared; the ends of the earth were afraid, drew near, and came.
6 They helped every one his neighbour; and every one said to his brother, Be of good courage.
7 So the carpenter encouraged the goldsmith, and he that smootheth with the hammer him that smote the anvil, saying, It is ready for the sodering: and he fastened it with nails, that it should not be moved.
8 But thou, Israel, art my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend.
9 Thou whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, Thou art my servant; I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away.
10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
11 Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish.
12 Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contended with thee: they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought.
13 For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.
14 Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the Lord, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.
15 Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat them small, and shalt make the hills as chaff.
16 Thou shalt fan them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall scatter them: and thou shalt rejoice in the Lord, and shalt glory in the Holy One of Israel.
17 When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue faileth for thirst, I the Lord will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them.
18 I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.
19 I will plant in the wilderness the cedar, the shittah tree, and the myrtle, and the oil tree; I will set in the desert the fir tree, and the pine, and the box tree together:
20 That they may see, and know, and consider, and understand together, that the hand of the Lord hath done this, and the Holy One of Israel hath created it.
21 Produce your cause, saith the Lord; bring forth your strong reasons, saith the King of Jacob.
22 Let them bring them forth, and shew us what shall happen: let them shew the former things, what they be, that we may consider them, and know the latter end of them; or declare us things for to come.
23 Shew the things that are to come hereafter, that we may know that ye are gods: yea, do good, or do evil, that we may be dismayed, and behold it together.
24 Behold, ye are of nothing, and your work of nought: an abomination is he that chooseth you.
25 I have raised up one from the north, and he shall come: from the rising of the sun shall he call upon my name: and he shall come upon princes as upon morter, and as the potter treadeth clay.
26 Who hath declared from the beginning, that we may know? and beforetime, that we may say, He is righteous? yea, there is none that sheweth, yea, there is none that declareth, yea, there is none that heareth your words.
27 The first shall say to Zion, Behold, behold them: and I will give to Jerusalem one that bringeth good tidings.
28 For I beheld, and there was no man; even among them, and there was no counsellor, that, when I asked of them, could answer a word.
29 Behold, they are all vanity; their works are nothing: their molten images are wind and confusion.
