Happy Flex Friday πŸ’ͺ🏼😘 β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” It was a β€œshort-ish” workout today- 60min, I usually like to aim for the 1.5+hr mark.... so I came into the gym like a bat outa hell, ran for 10min, maxed out on GHR’s (Glute Hamstring Raises), Hit some Heavy DB Goblet Squats, then supersetted KB Swings with KB Single Arm OHP’s(over head presses), and capped it off with 15min of HIIT Sprints on the treadmill.... phew πŸ˜…!
