Commentary

Can't draw boats can draw trains I guess. I had a blending of two ideas here, first was the ghost train from Hey Arnold (cool kids will know what I mean) and the second was the demon train from Demon Slayer and then a sprinkling of the very suplexable ghost train from final fantasy so I worked off an image and began rendering. Would be a pain to get it into motion but I really like the end result. I also drew this beastie all on one layer.

I did a lot this year! And was proud of so many pieces!!!

WOO! its been a year. worked a lot, drew a lot, found some sense of satisfaction with the direction of my style, started properly teaching myself graphic design and working on my comic--and we all made it to 2025!

Happy New Year! This year I was consumed by a big project making illuminated letters to put on my upcoming album cover, more on this (with full-size versions of some of the ones appearing here for the first time) in 2025.

I'm actually really happy with my art summary this year! I got a new job in February and its clear that i had more free time to make art than last year.

I actually see more comics than i thought i'd made in my art folder while compiling this too!

Ah such a good piece this is. A regular sparrow sparked no joy and I've set loose rules so why not draw some fan art. If you know this guy we're friends. My palette finally worked with me on this and I feel I nailed the details.
