We'll have our whimsy for now, imagining it, at least. Amane wouldn't have Teru there to make him special enchanted glasses, which are what allow Akane to live a somewhat normal life. I wonder what sort of measures are taken to keep Clockkeepers in line? Akane is a dutiful boy and even outside of Aoi, does as he's asked in most situations, easily cajoled into anything, as Aoi describes him... but Amane was a difficult boy who is often enough, defecting responsibility, by 2nd year (age 13) anyway....

I'd imagine there's a kind of mind-wiping of your Clockkeeping career post-serving in order to preserve mysteries... as much as the mysteries erase things suchas memories of missing students.

well, I would love the resentment and betrayal this would give Amane to recall! Feeling messed with, feeling manipulated, even after all of these years working as a mystery, mingling with No. 1.... aha, really made a fool of, every day, right? Again and again ... Rumble is a city in California that has a strange effect to it.

It's a small city surrounded by a magic field that keeps all the weird stuff in. Think Gravity Falls.

Turns out, this shield is because of three individuals

Eliza, Satan, and "Him" (the Old Man)

Those are god-level entities that keep the rest of the world (California I guess ew-) from all the weird shit that occurs here.

And those three, nicknamed Seals, basically keep everything in check.

Miria was from Nevada, but she moved to California to avoid the long commute she takes to work.

Now she lives in the Nirvana tenement due to its cheap rent and proximity to her work (she can just walk there yayyyy!)

Miria in this AU is very... workaholic.

She works ALL THE TIME it's crazy, she's almost addicted to work-

Despite that, she's a pretty mellow, friendly individual who takes the time to learn all the Nirvana tenants and the general weirdness of Rumble.

And she likes to help others. That's kinda how she became friends with most of the residents here.

But she's also TIRED

And she sorta will push aside everything around her if her work needs her.

Much to the dismay of some of her friends-

She also seems extremely... unbothered by all the weirdness in Rumble?

But basically

She doesn't care if Nirvana is filled with crazy monsters cause sghe likes cheap rent and work.

She also tends to wake up early and arrive to the tenement at late hours.

Fenhua is the first friend she makes, she meets him in the kitchen area of the tenement where he's often seen preparing meals to put in the fridge so the rest of the residents can eat em

He's really friendly, a little shy and easily flustered, but he tries his best to show Miria how Rumble works and introduces each resident

She also helps him with meal prep in the evenings, and they and other residents often chat in the kitchen during this time.

Bitch got LONG ASS NAILS also he doesn't really shave pls-

Miria teases him about it, and he whines but he never shaves his face www-

He's a chef in a pretty popular restaurant, and he works prep and breakfast/lunch shift, so he usually wakes up REALLY early, goes to work and comes home in the early afternoon to do prep and relax.

He also learns kung fu with his master whom he dorms with.

Apparently his master has a "fierce face but a kind soul."

Now

Satan

We love Satan.

She's the actual Satan, yeah-

However, she's been forced up onto the surface world by Eliza due to... a deal

A deal that Satan seems to regret heavily.

However, she does her work as a Seal and still manages Hell through manage work

So she often calls her subordinates (demons) and orders them around

As well as maintains and manages energy and efficiency levels for Hell, as Hell runs on Agony (power generated from torturing damned souls), and she's gotta keep it afloat, even if she can't get back in it.

She doesn't seem to miss hell tho, good for her! She bing chilling here.

She's also very work centric, basically always at a call's notice

And she's VERY cantankerous and mercurial, one moment being friendly and cordial, the next being aggressive and snappy

But she's ALWAYS sarcastic.

She's good friends with Miria instantly tho due to the grind they both share

And they also like to complain

Satan likes to tell stories about Hell and Humanity in general, stories that the rest of the tenants either enjoy thoroughly or are horrified at

Now we got Eliza

She's,.,,

She's a bit odd.

She's an Eldritch God who tasked herself with maintaining Rumble

And she's very chill honestly. But she's very blunt. Kind tho!

She does observe her tenants, but she doesn't seem to care for any weird stuff?

She just likes to study other, "lesser" organisms.

They fascinate her.

She also HATES property damage

it's the ONE THING THAT WILL ENRAGE HER BEYOND BELIEF

Everyone sorta fears her due to her powers tho. She manages the Nirvana tenement sorta like... cookie run kingdom gameplay?

She can move things around, rooms, furniture

And she can pick up and move people around in there.

(and all of Rumble, honestly)

Last one-

Danny and Yuki are roommates (and seem to be in a relationship)

They're high school students that seem to cause trouble

Mostly

Danny causes chaos or starts and argument and Yuki has to calm him down or alleviate the situation

But they're really kind to each other.

Danny's ornery, he gets irritated easily, but he's got a kind heart. He's just a bit troubled is all

Yuki's a lot softer in nature, but when he gets aggressive, ough-

He's a lot less likely to be angry than Danny tho But Yuki's father is questionably (abusive) mercurial, which is rough...

Eliza's planning to boot him out, but the pleas of the rest of his family make ti difficult to do so

So she just let Yuki dorm with Danny and it was chill.

As you turned a corner you saw Jade crouched down examining a specimen.

“Cardiac Glycosides*. Quite beautiful flowers huh?” Jade looked to you as you draw near.

“Their beautiful,” You reach out to touch them, but a hand grabbed your wrist. “Huh?!” Jade still looking at the flowers had grabbed your wrist. Jade began to stand and spoke,

“It’s best not to touch, it won’t kill you, but if you touch your face after touching the plant you might break out or worse if you touched your mouth it call cause problems.”

“Wa!? W-why would the garden have plants like this?!” Jade let go and pointed to the students of Pomefiore.

“They use it in poisons to cause dizziness, vomiting, and worse. Dead if not treat-“Jade stopped, “Let’s get off that topic, you look pale, come on let’s get you something to drink.” You walk with Jade, holding his hand as you went to get water.

After Jade parted ways with you, you continued you find plants and some how found Jade again. You saw a big plant next to you and hid behind it so you could scare Jade by pulling him to you suddenly. You laughed to yourself at your brilliance, he wouldn’t suspect a thing...

You should’ve known he would figure out your plan, but he hadn’t see you so you didn’t know how he knew. Jade picked you up and grabbed your thighs, not a moment after your back gently touched the warm wall behind you. Jade put you down and continued to kiss you.

“What were you doing behind there?” Jade moved back and looked down at you.

He nodded and picked you up as he stood. He kissed you again as he put yo down and took your hand in his as you walked back to the lounge. Floyd swung your hand back and forth, but let go as soon as you got back. Floyd kissed your temple and went back to work after a little “bye bye~”.

You heard someone clear their throat, you look over your shoulder to see Jade again. “Your drink is ready. Also I hope you know you were against the tanks glass, I don’t know how many people saw but I serenely did.”

"Mr. Creed and their neighbor went to bury the cat but the cat came back to life." Stan said. "Well maybe it wasn't really dead." I said. Both Stan and Eddie shook their head. "No the cat was dead. He didn't come back the same it was meanie. Apparently they buried in some curse Indian burial grounds." Stan said. "How cursed?" I asked. "Apparently the Indians cursed some sorta of creature to forever roam the grounds." Eddie said. "The story if the creed family gets worse." Stan said. "How worse?" I asked. "Well they were celebrating their daughter's ninth birthday when a game of hide and seek went horribly wrong. Semi truck crash and the load it was carrying became unhinged. It hit the girl killing her." Stan said. My hand covered my mouth in shock as tears formed in my eyes. "Oh my god." I said wiping a tear that fell. "Mrs. Creed took the son to her parents while Mr. Creed took care of things at home. He went to cemetery and unburied his daughter." Stan said. "He buried her in the burial ground didn't he?" I asked. "Yes." Stan said as the bell rang. "Who do you have next?" Eddie asked. I took the piece of paper out of my bag. "Um Mr. Andrews." I said. "I have him with bill. I'll show you." Stan said. "Thanks. You don't mind finish telling me about the creeds do you?" I said. "No problem." Stan said. I smiled. The three of us left the class and I followed stan to our next class. "How often do you get to be around kids your age?" Stan asked. "What do you mean." I said. "Well it kind seems like to me that you don't hang around kids your age very often." Stan said. "You're an observant person stan. Yeah you're right I don't get to spend alot of time with kids my age." I said. "Why? If you don't mind if I ask." Stan said. "No it's ok. It's just my brothers line of work doesn't really give much if a social life outside of it. I do mostly all of my schooling online." I said. Stan gave me a sad look as we walked in the classroom. Stan walked over to a kid that was already sitting in the back of the classroom. "H-hhh-hee hey st-sst- stan who's ttt-thhii- this?" The boy asked. "You must be bill. I'm y/n Wichester. I'm the girl who hit Patrick Hockstetter." I said. "Yyy- you ddii- did?" Bill asked. "Yes I did. He grabbed my ass so I punched him." I said as noticed Patrick walk into the classroom room. "Y/n." Stan said nudging me. "It's ok stan I'm not afraid of him and you guys shouldn't be either. Do you mind finish telling me about the Creed family?" I asked. "W-wwww- why AAA-aarr- are you teee- telling about them?" Bill asked. "I asked him and Eddie if anything else strange had happened." I said. "Well he did bury her in the burial grounds. She came back. But like the cat she didn't come back the same. Mrs. Creed came back with the son and saw what Mr. Creed did and tried to leave but the daughter killed her. Then she killed Mr. Creed. Apparently the daughter buried them in the burial grounds too." Stan said. "What happened to the little boy?" I asked. "No one knows." Stan said. "Eddie mentioned a creature roams the burial grounds. What creature?" I asked. "A wendigo." Stan said. I felt the breath leave my body. "Are you sure? You sure it's a wendigo." I said. Both Bill and Stan nodded. "Why do you seem unfazed?" Stan asked. "I mean wendigos don't exist right." I said pulling out my phone sending a text to dean saying I need the keys to the impala I can get my laptop. Of course he sent a text back asking why. I sent one back saying I'll explain later. "Y/n?" Stan said. I broke out of my train of thought. "Sorry what?" I asked. "You seem deep in thought." Stan said. "Sorry my oldest brother wanted to know how I was doing." I said. "It was kinda weird timing with the whole wendigo thing." Stan said. "Yeah weird timing." I said laughing alittle. I would need to send a text or try to call Crowley. “I’ll be right back.” I said to Bill and Stan walking up to the teacher. “May I use the restroom?” I asked Mr. Andrews who gave me a nod. I left the room and rushed to the nearest girls room to call Crowley. 

Once I entered the restroom I pulled my phone out of my back pocket and called Crowley. “Yes my favorite chipmunk?” Crowley said. “Hey I was wondering if you could release one of my hounds in about an hour or so?” I asked. “Why?” Crowley asked. “Well Sam, Dean and I are working a case here in Manie and of course they sent me to the local high school to get more info on the case. This kid grabbed my ass so I punched him giving him a bloody nose. I going to get my laptop from the impala during lunch and I don’t want him or his friends to get me.” I said. “Consider it done.” Crowley said. “Thanks uncle Crowley. I’ll send you a text right before.” I said. “Think nothing of it my favorite chipmunk. You going to need all the protection dealing with those idiot brothers of yours.” Crowley said. “Love you two.” I said. “If those boys give you more trouble give me a call. Love you more chipmunk.” Crowley said. I hung up on Crowley and left the restroom as I bumped into Dean. “How come your not in class?” Dean asked. “Relax I just call Crowley asking him to release one of my hounds at lunch when I go get my laptop from the impala.” I said. “Why do you need one of them?” Dean asked. “Incase that creep or his friends try to do anything else.” I said. “Guess I should give you the keys now. What did you find out about the case?” Dean said as he handed me the keys. “It’s about a possible wendigo case in Ludlow.” I said as I took the keys. “A wendigo.” Dean said. “From the story I was told it doesn’t sound like a normal wendigo case to me.” I said. “Well fill me and Sammy in later if it is a wenigo lets call Cas and maybe Crowley to help us out. Now get back to class.” Dean said. I nodded putting the keys in my pocket and walked back to class. I just needed to get through one more class before lunch. Which was Social Studies. Thankfully Stan showed me where it was. I sat alone in the back till a girl with long ginger hair sat down besides me. “Are you the girl who punched Patrick Hockstetter?” She asked as she sat down in the desk next to mine. “I am.” I said. “Most people don’t think you exist.” She said. I let out a laugh. “Of course they don’t. Y/n Winchester.” I said as I held out my hand. “Beverley Marsh but you can call me Bev if you want.” Bev said shaking my hand. “Ok then Bev it is then.” I said. “So why are you in school for three days?” Bev asked. “My Brothers are idiots.” I said. Which made Bev laugh. We spent the rest of the hour talking then finally the bell rang for lunch. “You hungry?” Bev asked. “Not really my uncle wanted me to call him during lunch.” I said lying. Bev nodded. “I’ll see you in a bit.” I said pulling out my phone and sent Crowley a text as I made my way outside to the impala. 

When I walked outside I say that Amelia was right outside the door disguised as a Doberman. “Hey girl. You ready to protect mama.” I said as I kneeled down to pet her. She licked my face. “Come on girl.” I said getting back up and started to walked to the impala that was parked a crossed the street. I pulled the keys out of my pocket and unlocked the diver side door and then unlocked the doors. I opened the backdoor on the driver side. Before I grabbed my laptop I looked around to make sure none of the bowers gang decide to surprise attack me. Amelia was sitting in front of me watching guard. I grabbed my laptop from under the backseat and I grabbed a piece of beefy jerky giving it to Amelia. “Good girl.” I said as I scratched her ears. “Excuse me young lady what you doing?” A voice said causing me to jump. I looked and saw a cop. Amelia started to bark. “Amelia hush.” I said. “What are you doing outside of the school dear?” the cop asked as he stepped closer to me. “I was just getting my laptop out of my brothers car.” I said as I stepped back not feeling comfortable. I looked at his name tag and saw the name bowers. I’m guessing this was Henry’s dad. But as I stepped away from him he stepped closer to me causing Amelia to growl. “I’m sorry sir I have to get back to my brother.” I said. He grabbed a piece of my hair and moved it exposing my tattoo. “That’s an interesting tattoo.” Officer Bowers said. “Thank you sir. Now I really have to go. Come Amelia.” I said grabbing Amelia's collar walking away from officer bowers. But he grabbed my arm. “How old are you?” Office Bowers asked. “Let me go?” I said as Amelia transform into her hellhound form making officer bowers let me go and I ran back into the school breathing heavily.

  OWNER: Welcome—Oh? Taka-chan, you brought someone this time?

MAMIYA: Yup, table for two~ Is the tatami room available?

OWNER: It is.

  (Mamiya and Sho start walking)

  SHO: Oh~ This shop’s got great ambiance.

SHO: It’s for the general public but it’s very elegant.

MAMIYA: You should tell the owner that directly. I’m sure he’d jump for joy if he heard that from you.

SHO: (chuckles) You’re exaggerating.

(Mamiya and Sho settle themselves in the tatami room)

MAMIYA: Alright… Should we order some draft beer first? Or maybe wine?

SHO: Hmm… Draft beer maybe~? I want to know what it feels like to enjoy it after work~

MAMIYA: Roger that~

MAMIYA: (opens the sliding door and tells the owner) Owner, two draft beers and whatever you’d recommend to eat!

OWNER: Got it.

(Mamiya closes the sliding door)

SHO: This is the shop that Ouka told me you frequent, isn’t it?

MAMIYA: Yup, that’s right—Wait, you talk about things like this with Ouka?!

SHO: We do~ You become our topic of conversation a lot, you know~?

MAMIYA: Uwah… I won’t ask what you talk about then…

SHO: (chuckles) That’s such a waste~

MAMIYA: (smiles) Really now.

OWNER: Here, thanks for the wait.

(Owner starts serving them)

MAMIYA: Oh~! I was waiting for that~ Woah…! They look so delicious!

MAMIYA: These wings really pair well with the alcohol, ya know~?

MAMIYA: Sho, can you hand me that plate over there?

SHO: Sure.

(Sho hands Mamiya the plate)

SHO: You ordered so much. Are you sure we can eat all of this?

MAMIYA: Hm~ You’ll know once you start eating~

MAMIYA: Ah, Owner. Please bring us some nihonshuu later on, too.

OWNER: You got it.

(Owner leaves and closes the sliding door behind him)

  MAMIYA: Alright then, should we toast for now?

MAMIYA: Thank you for your hard work today, too!

SHO: And to you as well~

(Mamiya starts drinking)

MAMIYA: I feel so alive~!

(Sho starts drinking)

SHO: Uwah~ That’s so delicious.

MAMIYA: Are you actually the strong type, Sho?

SHO: I wonder~ I don’t have any plans about finding out whether I’m weak or strong to alcohol.

MAMIYA: About how many glasses can you drink if it’s wine?

SHO: Hm… About two or three?

MAMIYA: (laughs) That’s great! Are you fine with nihonshuu, too?

SHO: If it’s not too harsh for my taste.

MAMIYA: I see~ This place has a great selection of nihonshuu so, you can just choose later.

SHO: I’m looking forward to it~

MAMIYA: Welp, let’s go eat something before that.

(Mamiya prepares a plate for Sho)

MAMIYA: Here you go.

SHO: Thank you. I’ll prepare you some of these on a plate, too, okay?

MAMIYA: Sure, thank—Ah, no, wait!

MAMIYA: Haruto advised me before to only let you eat and to not let you serve food so uh—

SHO: I don’t think I’m that clumsy though.

MAMIYA: No one thinks that you’re clumsy. It’s just… There are things that people are not suited for, you know?

(Mamiya starts serving the food instead)

SHO: Takaaki watches over people even when we’re not all together, huh.

MAMIYA: (laughs) It’s not like I’m doing all of this consciously though. I guess it’s just because I’m surrounded by a lot of accident-prone people.

SHO: Does that include me~?

MAMIYA: (laughs) Yes, it does.

SHO: How strange~ I thought that we were supposed to be in the same situation~

MAMIYA: You mean, us being leaders?

SHO: Yup. A leader who takes care of his family of six~

MAMIYA: (finishes serving Sho the food) There we go.

MAMIYA: We’re actually a huge family of 12, you know?

SHO: (chuckles) A really big family, huh~ Even though it took quite a while.

MAMIYA: That’s true.

(Mamiya starts eating)

MAMIYA: Mmmm~!! This is so delicious!!

SHO: (chuckles) It’s that good? Maybe I’ll have some, too~

(Sho takes a bite)

SHO: !!! This is~!!

MAMIYA: It’s so good it makes you want to just exclaim, right? Then, if you drink alcohol after this, it’s—

(Mamiya starts drinking)

MAMIYA: It’s the best!

SHO: (laughs) You really look like you’re deliciously enjoying it, huh~

MAMIYA: Not “look,” I really am~!

SHO: Let me try it then~

(Sho starts drinking)

SHO: (chuckles) It truly is the combination of happiness, isn’t it~?

MAMIYA: (laughs) You look like you’re enjoying, too~

MAMIYA: We should do a commercial for beer now.

SHO: (chuckles) A privilege for those over 20, huh~

MAMIYA: Alcohol drinking is exclusive for those over 20, y’know?

MAMIYA: Looking at your image, it’s unexpected that you’d like beer so—we might really be able to make it work.

MAMIYA: Maybe I should try telling my manager that…

SHO: Do you keep thinking about things like that even on your days off, Takaaki?

MAMIYA: It’s not like I always do. But, I can’t help it…?

MAMIYA: Whenever I find something unexpected about our members, I kinda think that maybe we can use that as a selling point, too, or something.

  SHO: Oh~! I might have something not about me.

SHO: The other day, I went to a local district with ROCK DOWN. It was a roundtrip only but, Ruka kept on saying that he wanted to go sight-seeing.

MAMIYA: (laughs) Sounds like something he’d do.

SHO: Even more so since it was a hot springs district. But, we couldn’t find that much free time to roam around.

SHO: Just when I was thinking of having Gaku calm him down, Reiji already started asking the locals for information.

MAMIYA: He’s good at things like that, huh?

SHO: In an instant, he found out about a footbath that only the locals were familiar with. We all boarded a taxi and headed there afterwards.

SHO: Even though we only had two hours before we had to go on the plane.

MAMIYA: (laughs) Ayumu didn’t object to that?

SHO: About that~ Even Ayumu got excited about entering the hot springs since we were there already.

SHO: Everyone was of one spirit and we headed to the footbath~ (chuckles) And that footbath was the kind that had small, sharp pebbles in it, too.

MAMIYA: And then it was pandemonium~

SHO: (chuckles) Exactly~! Ayumu was screaming in pain but Ruka kept pushing on his feet. When Ayumu couldn’t bear it anymore, he started riding on Gaku’s feet.

SHO: And, when I thought that Haruto was looking like he was fine, it turns out that he couldn’t even move a foot~

SHO: Reiji took a video of all of us during that time~ Of course, one where he’s included as well~

MAMIYA: Ah, I can totally imagine it~ Wait, that seems like something that’d happen in a variety show.

SHO: That’s right. I was thinking that it would seem fun to do a show like that with everyone after Reiji showed us the video.

SHO: You meant something like that, right~?

MAMIYA: Yeah! Being with those guys, even normal things seem interesting that I just wanna show them off to people, y’know?

MAMIYA: But, a hot spring’s super nice~ I wonder when we’ll get that kind of chance.

SHO: What happened when you went to the local districts?

MAMIYA: It was a roundtrip, too. The only thing we did was maybe eat the famous boxed lunches in bullet trains.

MAMIYA: Plus, Ouka sent his manager back in advance so we barely even managed to buy them. That’s it.

SHO: It’s difficult when you can’t find that much free time, huh.

MAMIYA: I wish we could do more next time.

MAMIYA: Ah, but, doing something with all the members is good on its own, too.

SHO: Even if it’s just in the common room?

MAMIYA: Yeah. Just the other day, Issa was saying he wanted to eat some salt and butter bread (shio pan).

SHO: Salt and butter bread?

MAMIYA: You don’t know? It’s kinda like a croissant. The texture’s soft like a French bread and it’s got a bit of a salty taste with lots of butter.

SHO: I think I kind of get it now.

MAMIYA: But, that was at midnight.

SHO: I don’t think… any bakeries are open at that time, huh…

MAMIYA: And I’ve never seen them being sold in convenience stores, too.

MAMIYA: Plus, he was being all spoiled and saying that he didn’t want it if it’s not freshly baked. He hit Futaba awake and told him to make one from scratch. When Futaba told him that he didn’t have the ingredients, Issa went all the way to my place.

SHO: Well, he can, since we’re in the same apartment complex~

MAMIYA: But, getting asked for some flour and stuff at midnight should be out of the question, right?

SHO: (chuckles) It should, huh~ So, did you make some?

MAMIYA: Oh, we definitely did. But he got mad since we didn’t have any butter so he went to get Yuma. And then, Ouka got mad because he got woken up by the noise. He brought with him Naosuke because, according to Ouka, “Naosuke would definitely sulk if no one woke him up.”

SHO: So, you all made bread in the middle of the night?

MAMIYA: Yeah. Futaba was the teacher and we were all kneading dough.

MAMIYA: Really, what an evil thing~

SHO: Did Issa participate in the bread-making class, too?

MAMIYA: That’s just the thing! He’s the one who wanted to eat it but he said, “I’m sleepy so wake me up when it’s done.”

SHO: Ah…

MAMIYA: He fell asleep in a corner in the room so I went ahead and played a prank on him~

SHO: (chuckles) What did you do?

MAMIYA: I curled his hair oh so thoroughly with a curling iron~

SHO: (chuckles) I’m surprised he didn’t wake up~

MAMIYA: It’s me we’re talking about, you know? His hair got so fluffy that it would make him 3x more hostile if he saw it.

SHO: He didn’t find out even after he woke up?

MAMIYA: No one generally looks at a mirror at midnight, right? The bread was just done too so, he was happily enjoying his bread with his fluffy hair~

SHO: (chuckles) That side of VAZZY is really great, too, huh~

SHO: I want to see that kind of cooking show, too.

MAMIYA: Hm… I want to try it too as long as Ouka doesn’t get to hold a knife.

SHO: It’s that bad?

MAMIYA: I wonder now… I think it’s the same level as Haruto not wanting you to hold a knife.

SHO: That’s… Well, that’s reasonable~

MAMIYA: (laughs) Don’t say that~!

SHO: (chuckles) I can’t get enough of talking about our members~

MAMIYA: Oh man… We should have talked about this on the broadcast.

SHO: Ah…!

MAMIYA: Well, let’s talk about it next time~ Let’s take that opportunity to appeal to make a TV show, too~

SHO: As expected~ You don’t miss any opportunities.

OWNER: Yeah, I got a hold of some good stuff, see?

MAMIYA: Heh~ Sho! You can expect that it’s good if the Owner recommends it.

SHO: I can already smell how good it is~

OWNER: Alright then, please enjoy your stay.

(Owner closes the sliding door)

  SHO: It’s unusual for it to come with a small cup, huh?

MAMIYA: It feels as if it’s meant just for drinking alcohol, right~?

MAMIYA: Then, once again.

SHO: That’s right~ Cheers~!

SHO: It’s delicious.

MAMIYA: I’m glad to hear that~

SHO: I feel like I can drink a lot of this~

(Sho starts drinking more)

MAMIYA: There’s a saying that good alcohol shouldn’t be wasted so, drink as much as you’d like.

MAMIYA: It’s alright, it’s just us leaders here anyway.

SHO: We won’t be troubled if we see each other drunk, huh~

MAMIYA: That’s right. Since we’re here drinking good alcohol, why don’t we talk about things that we can only talk about as leaders?

SHO: Like what?

MAMIYA: Hm, let me see… For example… How did you feel when your CD was first released?

SHO: You mean, my solo song?

MAMIYA: Yeah.

SHO: I really felt… nervous about my first song.

SHO: Of course, I did feel a little bit excited about it, too.

MAMIYA: Same here. I’ve been super nervous about it starting from how people would feel about it until the time I actually saw it on sale.

MAMIYA: But…

SHO: But?

MAMIYA: Hm… It’s just a little bit but… I was scared, too…

SHO: That’s… That’s unexpected. In what way were you scared? Was it because the expectations were too much?

SHO: Or because yours was the first one released?

MAMIYA: Hm… There’s that, too. I mean, I was first in line for the VAZZROCK Project, right?

MAMIYA: I had it in mind that I can’t fail at the very beginning.

MAMIYA: Plus, in my case, I have history with an old unit so… I was thinking about how the old unit’s fans would feel if I released a song without the old members. I got too worried about that, too.

SHO: I see. You’d be curious about how your old fans reacted, huh.

MAMIYA: I guess I was, even though we got newer fans, too.

MAMIYA: That’s why, I totally couldn’t sleep on the day the CD was going to be released.

MAMIYA: And I can’t really yawn during the release event so I had to use some super cold eye drops so early in the morning.

SHO: (chuckles) So you did something like that, huh?

MAMIYA: For real.

SHO: I didn’t know… You just seemed so relaxed to me before and after your CD’s release.

SHO: I guess that’s a part of your character, too, huh.

MAMIYA: Then, my feint worked. It’d be nice if I managed to fool the others, too.

SHO: At the very least, you managed to fool me~

MAMIYA: Well, I’m glad about that. (sighs) I can really only talk about these kinds of things with you.

MAMIYA: I mean… I don’t think that we have to be perfect because we’re the leaders but… There are times when we can’t show the members we’re nervous, right?

SHO: Yeah, I know…

MAMIYA: I know that even leaders feel lost or weak sometimes but… Ah… It makes me wonder what would happen if my members see me like this or something…

MAMIYA: As someone who should pull them along, I don’t want to show them any unnecessary anxieties that I feel.

SHO: That’s right. And not just as leaders. We’re the older members too so, there are times that the younger ones get influenced by us.

MAMIYA: Exactly!! That, too! My unit’s got more people who just debuted unlike ROCK DOWN, right?

MAMIYA: If I say this in front of people who just entered the industry, I feel like they’d be disillusioned by what the people around them do or say in the future!

SHO: That’s true, it is a specialized industry after all.

MAMIYA: In an unstable world like this, the only ones you can count on are your friends. Specially the leader who leads the way. To them, we’re the bright light that guides them along.

SHO: They’ll feel uneasy if the light becomes small or unstable, won’t they?

MAMIYA: That’s exactly it. No matter how strong the winds may become, the light should never disappear.

MAMIYA: Even if we have to desperately protect the light, you know?

SHO: So even you think of things like this, huh, Takaaki…

MAMIYA: He-he~ Being shameless means that I’d be great at hiding secrets, too~

MAMIYA: Well, I can say these things now because of a certain someone.

SHO: A certain someone?

MAMIYA: I can only open up about this because I’m with you, Sho. A unit leader just like me.

SHO: (smiles) I’m honoured.

SHO: Then, I guess it’s my turn to reveal some secrets.

MAMIYA: Heh~ You have something, too?

SHO: Of course, I do.

  SHO: Unlike VAZZY, our average age is not that young. And we have a lot of members who have already been in the industry before.

SHO: So this is from a slightly different point of view but…

MAMIYA: Like, how you had difficulty trying to be in charge of people from different fields in the industry?

SHO: I won’t say that I didn’t have that in mind but...

SHO: But, I guess I did feel some… anxieties, maybe? about why I was chosen to be the leader.

MAMIYA: Eh? Why so?

SHO: You know? I’m the type who thinks that it’s okay even if the oldest member is not the leader.

MAMIYA: Hm… Well, that’s true. In the entertainment industry, sometimes it’s the career history and not the age that’s the deciding factor.

SHO: Exactly. I wasn’t familiar with that kind of common sense in the entertainment industry.

SHO: Even though I was introduced to the agency, it was as a violinist, not as a talent.

SHO: Even though I knew what kind of world I was entering when I became a talent, I never once imagined that I would be a unit leader.

RIKKA: Looking at tools and little tools like these makes you feel excited to build something, huh~? Though I think that actually using them will be difficult (laughs).

TSUBASA: I feel you. I feel restless after watching a DIY video or something. Like, I wanna remake the first shelf I get my hands on. I wanna try doing it, too, y’know~?

SHIKI: DIY = an English abbreviation for [Do It Yourself] so, it means that we make it on our own. Meaning, even amateurs make or rebuild something themselves, huh.

DAI: That’s Mr. Wikipedia for you.

SHIKI: No, I just happened to hear about it. For some reason, it gave me the image of [carpentry]. I actually only researched what it meant… I see.  It seems that it includes small projects as well.

DAI: Yeah, that’s right. Now that you mention it, I feel like I had the same kind of image [of the word].

TSUBASA: Well, we obviously can’t do carpentry (laughs).

RIKKA: True, true (laughs). What about you, Dai? Are you interested in it?

DAI: I don’t think I’m much interested in remaking something that’s already made. In any case, I’d want to search for a project that seems more fitting to me.

RIKKA: That sounds just like you.

DAI: Ah, but, if it’s something I have to make from scratch then I’m interested. Like today’s set and stuff, I thought it was good. The pipes, the gears, and making other big stuff like that is kinda interesting.

TSUBASA: Dai-chan’s feeling restless (laughs). You’re a man after all~

SHIKI: That’s carpentry. Aren’t you a doctor, though? (bitter smile)

☆ QUELL Behind-the-Scenes ☆

EICHI: Shu really suits his monocle well~! He looks like a real Craftsman!

ICHIRU: Right?! Issei really suits his glasses, too! Man, smart people really suit wearing glasses, huh!

SHU: I feel like that’s quite a stereotypical image (bitter smile). Still, thank you for the compliment.

ISSEI: Thank you (bitter smile).

SHU: Still, Craftsmen are very admirable, aren’t they? Or rather, the fact that they’re very knowledgeable and skillful about many things is what’s admirable.

EICHI: Shu’s the type who’ll research and research deeply if it’s something he’s interested in after all~! I’m the opposite. I’m the type who wants to know about a lot of things!

ICHIRU: Figured.

EICHI: Oh?

ISSEI: Yup, I can tell.

EICHI: Oh my? Really? You can?

SHU: Indeed. You did choose to work as an AD (assistant director) so, I feel like I can understand why. A TV show’s AD is someone who can do a lot of things, right? You have a lot of tasks you need to do. Really fitting for Eichi.

EICHI: O-oh… I got praised for something I didn’t expect (laughs).

ICHIRU: I think I’m kinda like Eichi, too~ I wanna try doing a lot of different things!

ISSEI: I’m… probably like Shu, maybe? I’ll continue chasing after something I’m interested in until I’m satisfied.

EICHI: We’re divided equally then, huh~?

SHU: I’m a Meister in today’s play… I’m a world-level Craftsman but Eichi’s not a craftsman but rather a businessman, huh. Ichiru and Issei are studying to be Craftsmen, correct? I guess we sort of match our stage personalities, don’t we?

ICHIRU: Totally! I follow Eichi a lot in the play, too! We walk around here and there looking for Ruins, sometimes we investigate by asking people in the town. The story’s kinda like a huge adventure and I really like it! It’s fun!

SHU: I’m happy that you had fun with it.

ISSEI: I’m glad that I got a lot of scenes with Shu. I had a scene where I went to the Royal Library together with him and we read and researched about the world’s mysteries. I thought it would have been nice if we managed to show that sense of urgency with our acting. I know I have a long way to go compared to Shu but, I hope that I managed to do it.

SHU: You know, I completely forgot that we were acting and I completely lost myself in it. I still do my best to not lose to the other adults, see?

ISSEI: Shu…

EICHI: Fufu. Let’s do our best more to be able to show how much we’re enjoying ourselves, shall we?

Thoughts on the Special DwD Event あなたも私もホントはアクマか!？Are you and I both Devils?! (01.05.2016)

After almost 2 years of waiting for a DVD release for this event, I decided to take it upon myself to use Twitter’s shitty search engine to search Event Reports for it and I honestly don’t regret it??? But at the same time it just added to my salt that this won’t be seeing a DVD release anytime soon :))))))

Note: Contains Spoilers, proceed with Caution though since we all won��t be seeing this any time soon or probably EVER, might as well just spoil yourself 8D These are all based off a detailed Report I read on twitter IN JAPANESE about the full event and it’s the closest I will ever get to experiencing it (which I really REALLY want to) so your guess is just as good as mine unless you don’t understand Japanese then feel free to ask me anything :D

THIS.EVENT.WAS.THE.BOMB.

It was a flurry of Emotions even for me, who basically just read a Report for it so imagine if I actually was there???

Basically, you could call this event something that was meant to be remembered for both the cast and the audience and it’s honestly a shame we won’t have anything to remember it by (Except for Event Reports and I’m SOOO thankful to that person who went through all that scribbling on her note pad throughout the whole 2 sessions JUST to write a full detailed report on it, you’re the True MVP) .

Though onto the actual content during this event, they actually went with something like a Musical Short Story with some fun seiyuu corners in between scripts. The event being split into two sessions: Day and Night, have different titles for the short stories similar to how the anime episodes were titled; The Day session was titled “The Charleston of Reminiscence and Dreams” and The Night Session, “The Minuet of Reunions and Farewells”. Though both sessions are basically the same story, they actually have 2 different outcomes. Meaning if you only bought the Ticket for the Day session, you wouldn’t be able to see the other outcome of the story and vice versa.

Like, can you believe it?? That this whole event was basically built on the concept of having a choice like in an interactive Visual Novel and the choice was whether you bought the Ticket for the Night session or The Day session X’DD  Though those who were willing to pay for twice the price for both Tickets get the best of both worlds and Avex (The main organizer) gets them ticket sales yet doesn’t release a DVD for the Event :))) (I’m salty OK?)

Back to the topic at hand, you can say that this short story was something like a mildly self aware alternative timeline set after the events of the anime that was also the producer’s personal crack fic… with its own good and bad end…yeah, this was wild but it was a good kind of wild and everybody cried at the end (Of the Night session that is, details coming up) so :’D

Here’s a summary of the story…or basically the whole story www:

The story starts off with Lindo narrating about the life of the Tachibana family four months after the events of the Anime ( Which is around the time of this event, Avex you genius), he and Ritsuka continued going to school whereas Maria continues her career as a Translator. Lindo apparently still trains his exorcist skills but of course, hopes that he wouldn’t have to use it again. He then talks about the atmosphere around the school being lonely, noting how lifeless the school’s greenhouse was, or how there wasn’t anybody kicking down classroom doors now, or that weird student flying up and down from the third floor,neither is the pomeranian that was constantly yelping nor that weird chorus that came out from the Third Library every time he passed by it, but most importantly how there wasn’t signs saying “Mushrooms are strictly prohibited”  around the school compound anymore, other than that, life was fine and dandy for this Siscon. On Top of that, Ritsuka’s frilly apron was officially his now as he’s mainly the one doing the cooking in the house www

Meanwhile in the Demon realm, Glax calls upon Rem and gives him a brand new mission to accomplish and that is *drum rolls* to host a Radio broadcasting program and win the heart of all the civilians in the demon realm to vote for him as king now that Maksis is revived wwwwww Urie and Mage wish Rem good luck and were off to spend their own leisure time before he pulls them back and says that Glax wanted the four of them to host it wwww Urie tries to find an excuse saying that he was busy preparing for a party with his butterflies and Mage says that he had to give his underlings Training until Shiki, being the one that actually doesn’t mind joining, chimes in and says that if they hosted the Radio Program in the middle of the night, the broadcast tower in the demon realm might just be able to transmit its signals to the Human realm as well which means that Ritsuka might be able to listen to their program and Urie and Mage were officially in with the group lol.

They then proceed to think of a Title for their Program and decided to go with Shiki’s idea: All Night Makai (Basically All Night Demon Realm www). To which Mage, Urie and Rem (Rather adorably) say out the title in a rather confused tone, splitting the three words in random places among the three of themselves until Shiki got annoyed and asked if they just hated him that much that they aren’t including him in their mini charade and the three of them say that there’s just a weird sense of Deja Vu as if they had experienced the very same thing somewhere… like this was another timeline. The four of them ponder about this with Urie noting that it’s probably true as he had caught wind about how the activation of the Forbidden Grimoire had caused several Parallel worlds to occur which resulted in a confused Mage as he struggles to keep up with their ‘foreign’ language though still mistakes Jikansen (Timelines) for Shinkansen (Bullet Train) in Japanese LMAO. Rem basically explains the game mechanics of the DwD game describes it as two different doors that lead you to several outcomes depending on which door you choose and Mage finally gets it by saying that “It’s just like a Game!” (To which I snickered cause this level of foreshadowing is glorious).

The four of them got back to coming up with a content for their program and came to a conclusion that they’d each do their own mini segments: Urie’s lectures on “Amor” : A sure way to gain the heart of your beloved’ (Urie has some glorious English www) , Rem’s “I’ll tell you what really happened back then” (in which he tells you something you didn’t know about certain scenes involving him in the anime lololol), Mage’s ハジゲテイッチャワ(whatever-the-fuck-those-Katakana-actually-mean) NIGHT and Shiki’s ‘Are you shivering with excitement tonight?” (Where he attempts to make you go ゾクゾクするね～ with him). The program ended up being a success and managed to rake in a 90% rating but Shiki just had to pour cold water over the other 3 saying that it’s because they’re the only Radio broadcasting program in the Demon realm LMFAO. The four then pondered about whether Ritsuka was able to listen to their midnight program.

Back in the Human realm, Lindo decides to listen to some Radio after completing his daily exorcist training and actually comes across their Program but doesn’t recognize any of their voices and isn’t able to catch the pun in the Title wwwww. He thinks of letting Ritsuka listen to it but it dawned on him that she was having a sleep over at Azuna’s and laments that it’d be a long night without her XD At Azuna’s place, Azuna presented Ritsuka with an assortment of Creampuffs from Ritsuka’s favorite pastry shop, Aspiration  (In the night session, Azuna’s showing her newly bought pink pajamas instead) when she suddenly sighs in relief much to Azuna’s confusion. Ritsuka confesses that she had a nightmare where she dreamt of Azuna dying protecting her and was just glad that it was all just a dream ;;; Azuna says that she’s had the same dream too and wonders if it’s something that happens in another Timeline ( geez, I wonder :”))  ) but tells Ritsuka if that were true, she wouldn’t regret a single thing about it, because Ritsuka’s her precious friend. Ritsuka responds saying that she too would do anything to save her if Azuna ever got into trouble. Kaze no yokan starts playing and Ritsuka and Azuna took turns singing each verse, ending it with a duet during the final altered verse of the song.  

The scene changes back to the demon realm and Mage has some big news for the other 3. He heard news about the Forbidden Door connected to the Human realm (I’m assuming it’s the Gates of Gehenna?), which was said to open only once every 99 years, was going to be open in a few days and says that he’s jumping on the chance to go back to the human realm. Urie and Shiki decide that they’re going too but Rem hesitates, saying that there isn’t a reason for them to go there ;w; ( Boy was probably worried about Glax being furious at his departure…) The others urge him to be more open about what he truly wishes for and this is where the script cuts to a session featuring exclusive monologues for each boy (including Lindo), talking about the what ifs of their relationship with Ritsuka (kinda disappointed that the monologue was the same for Rem in both sessions but eh whatever, he had a solo performance at the end after all lol) . The session ends with the Reprise version of Mademoiselle (which had the same arrangement as the one sung by the stage play cast in the first musical, slow and rather bittersweet).

Rem finally decides that he really wants to go see Ritsuka (after 4 months of not seeing her XDD) but rejects Urie’s idea of fooling his father into thinking that they were at the broadcast station by pre-recording their weekly radio program (in the Day session, he agrees to go along with it) and instead says that he’ll try his best to inform his father about this straightforwardly. At night, the gate finally opens and the four of them enter it while hoping that wherever they end up at isn’t a threat to their lives =v= (Shiki on the other hand wants that to happen ww) The four of them ended up arriving back at the third library and the music for Warewa Shikou Gakuen Setokai starts playing (cause why the hell not). Meanwhile, Lindo and Azuna are on their way to the third library after witnessing his exorcist pendant glowing brightly and as Lindo puts it: ‘Fiercely saying “Say Yes!”’(Yeah, wtf lmao) when Ritsuka comes running after them, saying that her king crown was glowing too, much to Lindo’s dismay as he had told her to stay at home wwww. The three of them burst into the library and came face to face with the four devils, much to Ritsuka’s joy as she happily greeted all of them but of course, Rem first :3 The trio immediately surrounded her (before Rem could get to her I assume www) and are onto their usual banter about who she had wanted to see first but is warded off by Azuna’s holy water (reference to episode 8 www) lol. Lindo whines about Ritsuka not listening to him by choosing to chase after them and the trio chirped about how that’s so Ritsuka lmao. While they’re at it, Rem and Ritsuka reconcile with each other and Dance with Destinies starts playing, before being cut off after the first verse as Rem proposes that there is another way that they could be together.

Day Session Ending: Before Rem could make a decision, Glax bursts into the scene, furious that Rem tricked him. It’s revealed that Rem’s excuse for not being able to obtain the Grimoire was because he chose to help a human, which Glax already considers a punishable sin so finding out that it wasn’t only a human but the grimoire itself, Glax drags the four of them back to the Demon realm, saying that he would engrave it in Rem’s body to never do such a thing again as an Arlond ;;; Ritsuka is heartbroken but Azuna and Lindo reassure her that they would definitely meet again someday. We then cut to a scene where Rem laments about how weak he was for not being able to confront his father about his decision  and vows to be stronger so that he could see her again someday.

Night Session Ending: Dance with Destinies starts playing again at the fourth verse and the lyrics are adapted for Rem. He chooses to live as a human beside Ritsuka and the trio note how he has changed and are amused at what possibilities the future would have for the 2 of them. Lindo (Hatano Wataru was unexpectedly crying at this point lol :”) ) asks if that was even possible, and Urie tells him that there’s actually plenty of devils living in the human realm in the guise of regular people and points to the crowd below the stage XD Mage then exclaims to the crowd that from now on, they’re Rem’s senpais when it comes to living in the human world ( AWWWWW). Shiki notices Lindo crying but he denies it and says that it was just his holy water and tearfully says SARUBESHII LMFAO (This part was mostly an ad-lib because it was unexpected www). The story comes to an end as Rem promises Ritsuka to never let her go no matter what and that the both of them will walk together towards the future.

Ah, what can I say, this short story (yeah, short XD) was actually pretty fun and filled with all sorts of emotions. The thing that I’m most surprised about is how Timelines were brought up quite a few times in this story and they even managed to have it related to the activation of the Grimoire. I liked the fact that it was self-aware that it could be a different Timeline on its own (which it was, judging by how Azuna was alive in this story and its rather cracky moments) and honestly thought that it was much more ‘Timeline -themed’ than the movie was even though the theme of the movie was supposed to be “Timelines”. The nods towards the game’s existence and how the different routes in it can also be described as timelines was honestly creative imo and it’s just such a shame that the movie didn’t utilized this concept. Although the songs were mostly reused, I liked the fact that some of the lyrics and music arrangements were adapted to fit the current situation and I thought that it was a pretty smart move by the producers to maintain a sort of live musical feel to it. The only disappointment I have is that I wish Ritsuka had more dialogue and that she’d be the one to narrate the first few lines of the story instead of Lindo. Like I want to hear her thoughts on life after the events of the anime and of course her thoughts on Rem and the others being gone, it felt that she had more of a passive voice in this story and I can’t help but wonder if it’s the producers attempt to not make the story ‘too’ RemRitsu inclined but eh, at least we got a live duet lol (I’ll just hope that they’re saving it for a more serious sequel, let a girl dream). Another thing worth mentioning in this story and probably my most favourite part of it, is the relationship between the four devils. They had so many comical dialogue with each other it’s hard not to love them in this story :3  I also really liked how Lindo narrated the story at the beginning with how oblivious he is about why those things were missing in school www. This is especially hilarious if you know just who those quirky habits belong to =w= Glax and surprisingly, Holland (in Rem’s segment of the radio program) do make an appearance in this story but only as voice recordings, to which I wonder who voiced Holland lol (I hope it’s Subaru =v= ).

As for the seiyuu part of this event. there was actually a segment in between the script where they had to respond to comments from the fans in the audience and decide whether they’re a human or a devil in the day session wwwww , whereas they had to respond to comments about the anime in the night session (Reader: Hatano Wataru). I found it pretty sweet that they actually try to make out who was the person that wrote the comment in the crowd and acknowledge them especially that part where Souma asked a fan if they’re saying her pen name right www (They were debating whether it’s said as U-S-A or just usa lol). Like I mentioned in my summary of the story, Hatano Wataru cried during the finale of the story but managed to stabilize his voice when he was singing Unmei no Coda and BL(U)CK BASIS (short versions of both) right after. He explains that the reason for his tears was that he thought that scene with Souma and Himika was beautiful (He’s such a proud senpai ;w;) so everyone starts calling him Mama Lindo lolol (Souma: Okaa-san? XD). The final cast comments came after Pentacle’s version of Kakusei no air (Which actually has an official recording but it’s only available in the 1st volume of the BD for the anime :”D) and things got emotional for everyone, especially Souma as he started crying during his turn ( He was kinda holding it back all this time) ;;; I actually translated his comment but I haven’t posted it here so here it is:

Honestly, it’s really such a shame and an even bigger Mystery as to why this Event didn’t have a DVD release. So much heart was put into it only for it to remain as only a memory OTL  At first, I thought it was mainly Rejet’s problem but turns out, it was Avex who was the main organiser and I’m just so???? Though I jokingly think that it’s because the cameraman forgot to record the whole event so they couldn’t make a DVD =v= I honestly hope that isn’t what really happened though cause it’d be really 何で神様？！ORZ and I’d feel really bad for the Cast cause the songs that they only get to perform once live didn’t get recorded , to think that Souma really wanted a DVD release as well…

Overall, this event was indeed a special one and I’ll forever be salty that it won’t be having a DVD release nor an official recording album for the event-adapted songs. Why wasn’t this the movie instead?

Nakamura Shugo talk event at Ginansai

Osaka City University invited Nakamura Shugo (VA of Kuga Issei) for an hour-long talk show at their school festival, naturally drawing a decent group of his fans. I arrived at the campus with some time to spare as I wanted to check out the students’ exhibits and stalls as well (first time at a gakusai!), but an hour before the show started the seating area was already half full, so I went to secure a seat for myself. It was still pretty decent spot, about 10-12m away from the stage, so I could see everything clearly.

About 20 minutes before the show, the MC’s asked the audience to volunteer questions for Shugon by filling in a form and placing it in a blind box for Shugon to draw from later. I didn’t submit anything as I was too lazy to leave my seat ^q^ Then, about 5 minutes before the show, Drive A Live played over the speakers and there was a buzz among the audience. Everyone chanted “315!!” at the part before the chorus wwwwww As expected, there were a lot of Idolm@ster side M fans in the crowd. And quite a number of guys too! You can tell from the turnout at his events that Shugon is quite popular with the dudes as well due to his huge, sunny personality :)

The show started and the MC’s invited Shugon on stage while we cheered and clapped. Shugon was 50000000 watts right from the get go ;w; He thanked us all for coming and waved at us with the BIGGEST grin, so cute T_T He was also holding something that looked like a statue of a cat in his palm, and explained that one of the students on the organising team called “Ume-chan” (audience: “Ume-chan?! Umehara?!!!) had made a shisa just for him, and he loved it so much that he couldn’t put it down www

MC: Who's from Osaka? Audience: *two-thirds put their hand up* MC: Oh wow, a lot of people not from here... Anyone from overseas? Me: ..... *raises hand* MC: !!! Where are you visiting from? Me: Australia. Audience: ?!!!!!!! Shugon: Take me back with you!!!! (>∀<) Me: jgflkglsdg;kfd

And then my mind went blank for a minute as I tried to process what had just happened.... But, moving on. Shugon said that it was his first time in a school festival and that he was super tempted to check out the event, as even from the briefing room he could hear how lively everything was.

Shugon: I asked my manager if I could go outside but they were like, "NO." And I was like, "...Gomen (´・ω・｀)" Audience: Cute.......

The hosts were both from the keion club, so Shugon, being a music nerd, had a lot of fun talking to them. I only remember this part vaguely (my mind was still reeling from Shugon asking me to take him home LOL) but I think they were discussing how Shugon got into music. For anyone not in the know, before becoming a seiyuu Shugon was part of an indie band called Akasaka Folk Village. He said that when he was younger (school-aged, I think?) he listened to regular pop music like everyone else, and it wasn't until he graduated from high school that he started to learn about a wider range of music genres.

When asked about his impression of Osaka, Shugon said that he's been here so many times (for work) that he considers it his third hometown, after Okinawa and Tokyo. He loves that everyone is so warm and friendly, and that all the food here is delicious, especially konamono (someone in the audience held up a Kaerru plush ww) like okonomiyaki and takoyaki, BBQ, and sushi.

After some time they moved on to the Q&A section. Shugon pulled out questions from the box and handed them over to the MC's to be read out.

Q: You obviously use your throat a lot in your work. How do you care for your throat? Shugon: I don't have ANY scientific backing lol, but I mix manuka honey in water and drink that every night. Honey's really good for the throat, and manuka honey is the best. It comes in different ratings, and the higher the rating the better. But the stronger ones are also really expensive! You don't need the expensive ones. Even regular manuka honey works really well.** Oh, during SQP my throat was in bad shape right before the concert, and when I told my manager they gave me a throat candy from Taiwan. After taking it my throat recovered immediately and I could sing even higher notes than usual!

Q: What kind of school life did you have? Shugon: In elementary school I was really shy and a crybaby, the type of kid that would run crying to his mother. In middle school I started to take an interest in sports, and you know how there are sports tests every year? In my third year I actually ranked second in the test!

Q: Any advice for students about to take their entrance exams? Shugon: I didn't do much studying as a student.... Whenever I'm invited to schools or unis for work, I see the students doing their best and think, ah, I should've tried harder in school! Sorry, what was the question? www MC: Advice for exams ww Shugon: Oh yeah! Good luck! Everyone, let's put our hands together to wish this person all the luck! *claps*

Q: If you could participate in a school festival, which club would you join as? And what date course would you plan? Shugon: Date course?? You can do dates in school festivals????? He then asked the MC's how they take part in the school festival as the keion club, and they replied that they usually perform songs by Back Number. MC: But not many people listen to Back Number... Shugon: Back Number's really good! Everyone listens to their songs! Even in Australia! *gestures to me* Me: !!??????????????? *doesn't actually know Back Number but shook that he still remembers me*

Shugon encouraged the MC to try his hand at writing songs, and talked about how it’s good to create music with your own feelings and experiences to share with the world. MC: I write sometimes, but the next day I look at my work and think, "Man, this is embarrassing!" Shugon: I know!!!! I think this happens to everyone who’s tried writing. It's usually late at night when you're struck by inspiration and start writing, and at the time you think, "Oh boy, I've got something AMAZING!" but the next morning you look at it and regret everything. MC: Even the song titles can be lame... Shugon: Yeah, you're like "Why did I think this was cool?"

Q: When you're traveling to/from work, what kind of music do you listen to? Shugon: I used to do that, but not anymore. These days I set aside time just to listen to music. At night when I'm at home, I sit in front of the speakers and think "Which songs should I listen to tonight?" and just sit quietly for hours, listening. Lately I've been playing a lot of Sakanaktion (and another female artist whose name I forgot ;;).

Q: Can you share any interesting backstage stories from the recording for Side M anime? Shugon: Honestly, it has the atmosphere of a boys school. The recording studios are usually quite small, but a lot of actors are involved, so it can get kinda cramped and hot even with the air-con on full blast. A lot of people bring food/snacks to share and during break time we're all stuffing our faces. Uchida Yuuma, who plays Kaoru (the audience starts to giggle already ww) will just start doing push ups in the middle of a conversation, but we're so used to it that we just keep talking ww Shugon: Ishikawa Kaito, who plays the producer, is really into training, and he showed me a new workout move *sit sideways on chair and bends body into a V shape, where only his bum is on the chair and his upper body and legs are lifted* I can't do it well right now, but this is supposed to be good for your abs >< And oh, recently I went to Disneyland with Itou Kento (VA of Hazama-sensei) and we had so much fun! I remember standing in a queue full of couples where we were the only pair of guys.... It was a very long queue www

The last segment was a rock-paper-scissors game between Shugon and the audience, and the last 3 standing would receive a signed board from Shugo. I lost very early on :( But I saw one of the winning girls break down and cry when she realised that she had won. I feel happy for her ;w; Oh, in the first round, Shugon said something like “I’m gonna use rock!!”, which he actually did wwww In the second round the same thing happened, and when a huge portion of the audience got eliminated he was like “Why won’t you guys believe me?!” wwww

Lastly, Shugon promoted the side M anime and Proani. When he mentioned Issei, a girl in the audience held up a pair of Lizz-kuns (of the twins). Shugon noticed and thanked her for bringing them, aww.

Shugon left us with a farewell message, joking about how he had so much fun that it didn’t feel like work at all, and thanked us again for coming to see him. He also asked us to go and spend lots of money on the food stalls and exhibits to help the uni raise funds since the talk show itself was free ww As he was leaving the stage Reason!! played over the speakers and the audience screamed... Shugon went "Oh!!!" and sang just a little bit "by your side~♪" and we all DIED ><

Shugon has some photos of the event on his twitter (I’m somewhere in the 2nd photo, gdi.) I still have butterflies in my stomach when I recall the event.... Shugon was just so down-to-earth and radiant, and everyone had a great time. I personally will never forget that Nakamura Shugo spoke to me directly, even for just a few tiny moments *____* I’m sure he created some amazing memories for everyone who was present.

"MAMORU MIYANO LIVE TOUR 2017 LOVING! LIVE(S) REPORT !"

Well well, I don’t really know where to start... Not like I went 4 times. Don’t judge me. I went to the two lives in Nagoya on the 7th and 8th of october 2017, and to the two Sendai lives the 28th and 29th of october 2017... It was awesome. To me, the best was the 28th’s one, but you’ll very quickly understand why xD

I will talk later about the wonderful people you can meet during Mamo’s lives at the end of this post, because I’m assuming it’s not what you want to know most about, and it’s already gonna be too long as it is ٩(๑ơ ڡơ๑)۶♥

On the 7th of october, I was on third floor, first row, more or less in the middle. On the 8th, second floor, 9th row, on the right. On the 28th, 3rd block of the arena in the middle left (.... very very close to the central stage... Too fucking close... >o<), On the 29th for the final, 2nd block of the arena on the right side.

After more or less waiting time (depends on how quickly you went inside the room, even knowing very well that the concert wasn’t gonna start before one hour, the time everyone gets in...), the lights goes out and everyone screams. (The first scream of a long series xD)

Starts the introduction film. This time, it started on Mamo who was doing some mechanical thing under a car, with the help of a small flying robot. When he got out from under the car, his face was covered with dirt and he coughed, while making hilarious faces as usual.

After that, it was made clear that he was the director of theme park. He changed clothes and was now wearing a bright pink suit with a hat. Of course everyone screamed cuz he was handsome (and because he blinked at us...). He started doing paperwork very very fast and showed it to us proudly when he was done.

After that, he got closer to one of the walls of the rooms and found a mask... A smiley clown’s mask... which was slightly creepy. He put it on his face and a small suspense music started playing... At the same time, the small robot found an african-style mask and started wearing it as well. Mamo finally noticed the robot and got scared.

He had the most exaggerate reaction ever, kinda like in american cartoons. “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH”, with his eyes getting out xD For a pretty long while. At one point, they stoppped the video. And Mamo appeared on stage (the normal one in Sendai), mask on his face, started screaming for a few seconds, everyone just waved their penlights and screamed as well (not for the same reason :p). But he left and the video started again. He was still yelling and running, so he ran into something, a bar of soap just flew in the air and fell back... in his mouth xD. He swallowed it with an awesome face again, and started blowing bubbles... Which gave him an idea. He built and activated a bubble machine. After that he was “inviting” us by a gesture to his theme park. There were bubbles everywhere in the arena and it was the end of the introduction movie ^^

As the bubbles were flying everywhere, Mamo arrived (for real this time ! (((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o))))

In Nagoya, he arrived by the left door, and he walked through the arena... High-fiving people who were on the side of the blocks or in the front of them... (I’m not telling you how jealous you are when you’re on the upper floors (。-`ω´-)). He was singing Ever Love at that time.

He had a bright pink suit and a hat, kind of like during the introduction movie, but I can’t assure you wether it was exactly the same outfit or not.

In Sendai, he came in from the back of the arena... Which was also exactly right next to where I was on satursday... And I got at that exact moment how fucked I was (in a good way σ(≧ω≦*))

In Sendai, he came in with the dancers behind him and they went to the central stage while waving at everyone. In Nagoya, he sent the dancers to the upper floors. On third floor, he sent Sho-ta and Nosuke, and I did high-five Sho-ta that day ! On second floor, he sent Fumi and Tosshi, and I high-fived Fumi ! (As much as I love them, it wasn’t Mamo right ! wwww Until Sendai’s first day where I felt blessed enough with my seat towards Mamo, I didn’t really realize my luck for these experiences as well... I just kinda was frustrated about not being able to do that with Mamo. I still am xD)(But hey, it’s fine, having him that close in Sendai for so long was probably better than having him close for two seconds !)

After Ever Love, in Nagoya, he was back on stage, and on Sendai he was on central stage... He did Shine! But with a Prince Remix. (Which was supposed to be more elegant, he said.) I’ll talk about Sendai, cuz well, it was the same choregraphy everywhere, but in Sendai he was right in front of me ? He started facing towards me so I did really well see the “Feel me !”. I guess you know that it means he then changed direction (like in Generating), and did the “Touch me !” facing away x) (But I was on his right side during the final, so I saw it a little !) For the “Kiss me !”, he went on the char to go back to the normal stage between “Touch me !” and that, so he did facing everyone.

Then it was a more nostalgic sond, Supernova ! When he did the part of the choregraphy that everyone danced during Travelling! (2013), everyone danced along. He was on the main stage in Sendai.

After Supernova, he went to change quickly. (I mean, you know, that’s the time where he only changes a part of his outfit, so it’s pretty quick !) He came back without the hat and with a black shirt... Looking kinda like the one from Kanon’s MV. (And you’ll understand why that detail is important （��ω・） ﾃﾍﾍﾟﾛ)

There was a fake car on stage and Mamo leaned back on it. Then he went in and turned on the radio. There was the introduction of “Radio Smile !” (because why not auto-reference xD), then the music of Uhh! Dancers arrived as well, and it was a pretty nice choregraphy ! When he was singing about taking pictures, the took a pose ! In Sendai, they left that still for a few seconds on the screen, with a white frame. It was really cool ! (There was no screen in Nagoya). At the end of the song, he was looking at the dancers in the back of the car. In Nagoya and during Sendai’s first day, he was just being reproachful like “EH ! AIN’T YOU GUYS DRINKING (alcohol) ?” But on final’s day, he added “I WANT SOME !” xD

After that was the first talk part. He announced that the live had started, the place and stuff. “MAMORU MIYANO LIVE TOUR LOVING! HAJIMATTATA ! SORE DE... KONYA -AICHI DE GOZAIMASU ! / SENDAI DE TOUR FINAL ! / other”, asking us if we’re having fun and all. In Aichi, he said he was going to Aichi since Smiling! (2009) and asked wether people were coming to his tours since then, and some people did wave their penlights ^^ He also asked who lived in Aichi’s prefecture, who lived in a neighbour prefecture and who came from far... If he knew. (And if he has asked the same question on satursday in Sendai xD)

Then it was Tempest and... we’re reaching the issue xD (I’m sure this topic will make us discuss until the DVD, maybe even until after that...)

In Nagoya and in Sendai on satursday, I don’t have much to say, I love this song but there was nothing remarkable compared to the Mixing! Version of it if you’ve watched it.

But final’s day... OMG. Basically he was facing left so I have not seen what he exactly did. But when he came back to the middle and to the right, his shirt was fully opened ! (*´•ω•`*)… (Yeah, like in the end of Kanon’s MV)

Of course, screams of the audience (and mine xD), because as much as the other things, a lot of us knew what to expect as it was kinda obvious a lot of people had seen LOVING! before that was... unexpected. He only did that during the final. 

And a few days ago, there was Namako (his radio show with Sunly), and he talked about Loving! And someone sent a message talking about that, and he said it had been an accident. He was laughing way too much saying “No but it was embarrassing as hell ! I didn’t plan doing that during a live ! wwwww Besides when Tempest was done, I remembered there was still one to go until the next break and I thought “yabai” xDDDD”. He also pretended the buttons all came off but one, so he decided to flick the last one open, because it wasn’t like it would have made a lot of difference after that... But I have to tell you the other 3 people I know who were also there on that day all told me “.. An accident, yeah sure xD”

After Tempest, he sang Now And Forever. Which is a dance song. And we all know what it implies, Mamo and dance songs. Like, usually, a lot of hips’ moves and hands flirting with his body... Now you imagine that, but you add the opened shirt. And you can imagine how loud the screams were when that happened. At the very start of Now and Forever, I heard one of the girls in front of me saying “mada ?” (“It’s not over ?”) Probably because even she was surprised that he was undressed for so long xD

Then he was able to go get changed, so he faced back to leave stage. And... That’s what makes me be like “AN ACCIDENT ?”. Because when he faced back, he lowered his shirt in his back. And the cameraman just zoomed in on his collarbone... Ahem... Just wait for the DVD. But yeah, he didn’t seem that “embarrassed” if you want my opinion on this xD

He came back with a white shirt and a sky blue trench-coat on. He directly performed Boku no Manual. Which is one of my favorite songs in the new album ! Obviously, we all sang the chorus parts, like “YEAH YEAH BABYYYY !” and “YOU CAN KEEP UP LOVING BABYYYYY !” (which is very fun to sing to mamo, no doubt), when he got to the “takaramono mitai ni dakishimete” part, all the dancers came to “hold” him, and everyone screamed. When he sang “boku no manual”, Nosuke had a “manual” and Mamo came to look at it, holding Nosuke by the shoulder. “I’m a kitty”, he was doing little paws over his head with his fists and well, everyone was screaming “KAWAIII” and stuff xD. At one point in the song, he had a couch on stage, and he was exposing his legs, kinda like during Secret Lover during Utapri 5th stage for those of you who’ve seen it... At the “Oide yo !”, “Hora mou sukoshi !” “Oide yo” “Hora ato sukoshi !” part, he had a big microphone on stage, and was asking us to do the second one for everything ^^ Boku no Manual is really a cool live performance !

Back to talk part. For the normal lives, he was just commenting about how the live got sexy with Boku no Manual, but on final day, since it followed the infamous Tempest and Now and Forever’s accident, the live really HAD GONE super sexy xD

Since he had a trench-coat, which is pretty long, for each concert, we asked him to turn around so it’d fly ^^ On Final day he asked us to do it at the same time as him. And after that went like “Oh but if you did it too, you’ve not seen it right ?” “We saaaw !” (Nobody obeyed you for once Mamo, I know it’s rare xD)

He said his outfit was reminding him of someone “ningen shikaku” (no longer human)

He talked a bit more about Shine, and about how it was a Prince Remix this time. And since he was talking about prince, he ended up talking about Utapri... Tokiya... So he acted as Tokiya a little and told us “I love you all !” and after that he took his normal voice (and behaviour), and was like “CHOTTO TOKIYA ! MAMO NO RAIBU DA YO !” (Eh Tokiya, that’s MY live !) wwwwww

A Sendai on final day, someone yelled “HAYATO”, so he acted as Hayato for a bit as well, and it was super funny x) “YAHOOO~ ~ ~”

I’m gonna talk about that here too because I forgot if it was in this talk part or not... But on satursday in Nagoya, someone talked about Miyabi Mamoru, so he did a few poses, everyone screamed so he laughed and told us “I really don’t get why this guy is so popular” xD

He announced the beginning of the ballade corner. That it was going to become a bit calmer, so we could sit down and enjoy slowly the moment. He said he had planned to sing three songs during the ballade corner.

The first song was Ai Afureru. The first day of Nagoya and the final day, he joked around that it was a lullaby, and that, as it was a lullaby, it wasn’t a problem if we fell asleep, that it was kinda the point... Little did he know that on first day of Sendai, the live started at 6pm and that I was awake since 8am the day before. (Which was completely my fault, but yeah.) So I was pretty exhausted. And so yeah, sitting down and listening to him singing a lullaby with his honey voice... was... huh. I struggled a lot during this part of the live on that day. My eyes were blinking super bad.

But yeah, Ai Afureru is a really really pretty song. I love it a lot. He said he loved it too.  On first day of Nagoya, in the end he said “Oyasumi” (Good night), and then “Ohayou” (Good morning) a few seconds later. He asked if we had been sleeping well xD Then a girl in the audience yelled “I WANT TO HEAR IT EVERY NIGHT” and another yelled “I KNOW RIGHT”, and he laughed.

Then it was the longest talk part. For this one, the topic is different for every live.

In Nagoya during the first day, they were talking about karaoke, and every band member had to say a song he wanted to hear Mamo sing. The thing is, except one of them which was a Dragon Ball Z opening, I didn’t know what song they were talking about... Kihara also complained that when they went to karaoke together, Mamo was singing half the songs. I kinda hesitated to ask if it was only half xDDDD Also Mamo was like “And if you go to Karaoke, Joysound” (and I agree though, I want Joysound, Dam doesn’t have all THE LOVE songs yet >o<)

On second day, they talked about their memories in Aichi. About food and some other things.

At Sendai on first day, I was still struggling not to fall asleep (>o<), but they talked about Sendai and local food.

On final day, of course they talked about the tour and Mamo asked them to express their love to the audience through a message. He couldn’t stop teasing Kihara like “Don’t you have anything to say ? wwww”, he made his own love declaration to Damae, singing it xD With the camera, they had fun putting Damae and Mamo’s faces on the screen. Which was super funny.

After that, he introduced the next song, HOW CLOSE YOU ARE. Which is one of my favorite Mamo songs. This time, it was with a piano arrangement, so it was even softer than usual. (He just really did want me to fall asleep on satursday). I don’t have much more to say about the ballade corner, because as much as I looove these songs, he sings them normally and is sitting down so ^^

The next one was KissxKiss, but a more “adult” version of it. “Deep KissxKiss”... sure Mamo. In Nagoya, he sat on the edge of the stage, first on one side, then on the other. On Sunday, the girls on the right side first row were jumping excitedly when he was sitting and singing while watching them ^^ In Sendai... He started singing it on the normal stage, sending kisses to the front of the arena and to the people closer to him in the stands, then he got back on the char to go back close to us... Well, especially on satursday, cuz on Sunday I was still closer to the central stage than to the normal one but not AS MUCH. I got fully awake on satursday at this point xDDDDD

He sent three “Kimi ni kiiss” towards my block on satursday, it was super cool... (Like, it’s obviously worse when he’s three meters away than when you’re on the upper floors xD) After that, he left again to change.

And there came the sketch ! “It’s show time !”

So director of Theme Park Mamo was sitting in a couch, the creepy smiley clown mask on, he was watching Okusama mo Mamo, laughing a lot. When Fumi arrived, seemingly freaking out.

“What’s wrong ?” -whispers- “”Hmm ? The artist that was supposed to perform tonight is performing in the neighbouring town... Well that kind of things happens very oft... AAAAAAAH ! That’s bad ! What are we going to do, the tickets are already sold ! We need to have something to present !”

And so it was Mamo looking for someone able to perform some kind of show.

He first went to see the band members that were doing painting and other crafting in a house. “Don’t you guys have any skill ? Like, maybe you know how to play a music instrument ?” “????” “-singing- Then what can you do ?”

They whispered in his ear. “A balloon ? That might work.” So next scene, they’re inflating a balloon (like a party balloon). He looks at them, unimpressed. “I wasn’t thinking about that kind of balloon.” (I guess he was thinking about a hot-air balloon) So they try to inflate it more and more. But he’s still unimpressed. “I really wasn’t thinking about that. So...” He asks Fumi to hold the balloon as well, and picks up a pin on the floor. Looks at them with a smirk. They’re all freaking out like “no no no no !” xD OF COURSE he does it, there’s flour coming out of it, they all fall down.... “FUGOUKAKU !” (Rejected !)

He then goes to see the dancers who are working in a bar. He asks them the same thing “Don’t you have a skill ? Dancing, maybe ?” “????????” “-singing- Then, what can you do ?”

They whisper in his ear. “Oh ? Magic show ?” He gets trapped into a box with holes everywhere, and they’re holding swords xD “Are you really going to put that in ?” Three of them put them in the holes which are on the sides. The last one still has his sword, so he’s like “Are you going to put that in to ? o.O” and the last one put it in like “through” him. Then they remove them and open the box. Mamo pretends to check that he really isn’t injured, congratulates them and tells them he’s relieved cuz he really stressed out. And that when you get stressed out, it makes you thirsty. So he gets a drink on the bar. And starts to drink... And the juice is coming out of him from “holes” in his body xD “FUGOUKAKU !” (Rejected !)

He goes to Kihara who tells him he knows how to dance, so he says he wants Kihara to show him. Kihara danced on Egoistic (everyone was clapping along xD). “... Obviously rejected ! What are we going to doooo ?”

He asks Fumi wether he doesn’t have any skill. Like singing ? Fumi tries to avoid it by saying there’s no music but Kihara starts playing guitar in the background... “Yes ! So here comes passage, by Fumi !”

So Fumi started sining... “That’s not what was written in the script. Wasn’t it supposed to be not alone ? ... This is passage. My message to you.” Mamo’s laughing too bad at this point. “What did you say at the end ? Message ? wwwww” Then he gets to Kihara “But that was good, why didn’t you say earlier that you knew how to play guitar ?” -whispers- “... You didn’t have self-confidence ?”

Next scene, Mamo tells him that they do have a skill, and that it is love, and that he trusts them. They do their things, but he then says that even if that is cool, they can’t do a musical without a vocalist. They all look at him expectedly “and you ?” xD

He gets all confused like “I have no reason to sing, what do you want me to sing about ???” “Love. Love. Love. Love.” (This part was hilarious, but you need to see it.) “Love ?... Something I love is... Comedy !” And he started singing “Seiyuu na no ni, kashu na no ni” (Even though I’m a seiyuu, even though I’m a singer”, and he talked about all the previous sketches. Ended with “And now, a musical !” He wore a white suit and did it. It was awesome xD At some point in the lyrics, he said “Maybe we’ll also do it next year !” and everyone screamed xD

During Namako, one of the mail was like “Can you make that “maybe” a “definitely we’ll do it next year” ? And Mamo said he didn’t know yet (the date of the next tour.) And that it was exactly why he had not just said “Rainen mo yaruuuu” (We’ll do it next year as well) in the lyrics, because he didn’t want everyone to get super hyped, and then to have to say “that was just for the sketch, I don’t know yet !”

Anyway, end of the sketch.

After the sketch, he reappeared on main stage jumping from under it, to do Space Travellers. He had a white outfit. In the japanese live report, the journalist wrote “like a space suit”, and I’m like “if you want xD”, to me it looks a bit like the futuristic outfit from Traveling!

I enjoyed more Space Travellers live than in the album !

Dance song, Koisare Giiirl ! That’s also one of the new album songs that I love a lot and that I was waiting for. As usual, he had done a video to explain the choregraphy and asked who watched it (there weren’t that many during Nagoya first day xDDD, on second day, to be honest, a lot of people were there the day before -shhhhh-), and who hadn’t watched it yet, and said he was doing to make a lecture of it.

He didn’t stop in the beginning doing like two moves and then stop “Dekitaaaa ?” (Were you able to do it ?”) “DEKITAAA !” (Yeah !) “Kore made shitsumon naaaai ?) (You don’t have questions so far ?) No Mamo, we don’t have questions, you just asked us to point our fingers to the front twice xD

This song is super duper cute, he let us do the “OH MY GOD”, which is too bad really, I found it hilarious in the CD version ^^

Then I heard the music for Transform! And of course in Nagoya the satursday, I just went like “FOR REAL !?”, because we all know what Transform means... And indeed, his white jacket disappeared, under it he had a black tank top, the upper part of it was see-through. And of course it had a zipper, which he lowered when he said “WILD AND SEXYYYYY”. He then left for a few seconds, and I thought it was to put it back up without people yelling, but nah. He just wanted a hand microphone for Shout!

Shout!, he got back on the char in Sendai... Which means he came back really close to me (and to the girls in the next block...) And he still had his zipper down... .... .... If I say he was close enough for me to see easily the two moles on his chest, is it clear enough ? xD

Shout! Is THE song that makes it so you can’t talk the day after. Because, between the “OH! OH!OH!”, the “KYAAAA” because he’s pulling on his top to always show you more and the “YEAAAAH!” to answer him when he asks if we can sing loud enough, etc... xD

Because yeah, it was also the “call and answer” song. That was as usual ^^ I’m making the two halves of the arena singing to see which half is the loudest, arena, 2nd floor, third floor, girls, boys, girls and boys, girls can you yell “KYAAAAA” ? Boys can you yell “KYAAAA” ? xD “Did you eat this ?” About this part, it was a fail the first day in Nagoya, cuz there weren’t enough people who did. So it was ridiculous. He was dying from laughter “SUKUNAI” (So few !). In Sendai, during final there were a damn lot of people until he said “Nah but if it was yesterday it doesn’t count, it has to be today !”

Obviously each time after that, he’s like “we’re done” “EEEEH ?” “Well you didn’t eat it ?” “BUT WE WANT TO DO IT” “... Okay for today but I’ll make it harder” (sometimes even adding “And you’ll eat it, right ? Promise ? xD”) Of course with the ridiculous choregraphy !

Then it was The Birth, and he stayed on central stage... He never did zip up his jacket, he just stopped pulling on it at this point xD

The Birth is also a song I really like a lot... But did I enjoy the songs for themselves satursday in Sendai... Like wasn’t I too busy to look at him, having a dumb smile like “... nah that’s not reality” (I’m pretty sure it wasn’t, The three of us hallucinated being that close)

I think on satursday (I think because I was really too busy looking at Mamo right), it was Sho-ta who was dancing in front of my block for this song. On Sunday, it was Nosuke ! x)

And here comes the less funny moment. Last song (before the encore...). In Nagoya the first day, he started saying “We’re having a good time”, and everyone started yelling “NO” “DON’T SAY IT” “THANK YOU BUT DON’T” xD He looked at us like “What are you telling for, I haven’t said anything !” And when he finally said “It’s the last song”, everyone yelled and he put his hands over his hears and stepped back. “Bi... Bikkurishita” xD (I was surprised/shocked... sure Mamo...)

Everyone set their penlight in red, and the people who had two made crosses with them like “NOPE” xD

On first day in Sendai, someone screamed “TOCHUU KARA YATTE” (Do it from the middle) instead of “SAISHO KARA YATTE” (do it from the start), so he looked in that direction (and the girl wasn’t far from me xD), “... tochuu kara yatte ? ... omoshiroi wwww Yarimasu.” (From the middle ? That’s funny, I will wwww) And he sang some sentences from Space Travellers.

On final day, instead of the usual “blablah, we’re having a good time but it has to end”, he said “I really don’t want to finish, I don’t want to say it, so i won’t. I’ll do it from the start.” Everyone yelled “YEAAAAH” and he sang again the beginning of Ever Love xD

And then he told in every live that he had a last song he wanted to sing with us. Which was Power of Love. In Sendai, he told us that it was exactly like for the MV, because everyone had set their penlights in white, so it kinda looked like everyone with their phones lighted during the MV ^^ And in both cases it was a central stage.

It’s also the moment where he does the more “serious” talk part. It sounds close in every tour, like he said that he knows that probably everyone has struggles and challenges, even if everyone is smiling now. I don’t remember everything, but I may translate it once we’ll have the DVD okay xD

As we could expect, we sang almost all the “POWER OF LOVE”, clapping at the same time as the dancers, and all the “WARASE, NARASE, HIBIKE”, “KANADE, SAKEBE, KIKASETE” choruses ! It was really nice ^^ On final day, as I said, Nosuke was in front of me, and he was totally crying during Power of Love ;___;

After that, Mamo said bye bye quickly (since everyone knows he’s coming back) and left.

I don’t have much to say about the encore, basically some people sit down (like me xD), some don’t, and we all scream “MA-MO” one after the other until he comes back.

When he came back, he sang Crazy Wonder Night which is also a really nice song.

It’s the part where he took the towel to tell us “MAWASE MAWASE” (make it turn !) xD In Sendai, he was on the char at this time, but not to go through the middle and go back to middle stage this time, to really go around the arena ! He kinda trolled me on Sunday, because on the left he went between the stands and the last block on the left, so I thought he did the same on the right side. And nope xD On the right side, he went between the last block and the one before, so he went pretty close to me, but not RIGHT NEXT TO, so yeah def no high-five for me ! xD (Well, not complaining still x) )

Also the char he had for this part didn’t have borders on the side, so he stumbled more than once on satursday >o<

After that, usual talk part ! “I heard you calling for me so I came back !” He also made the dancers talk at this moment. In Nagoya first day, he made Sho-ta talk. Who made us yell some funny sentences like. “Nosuke, eat well !”, “Fumi, you’re always funny !”, “Thanks Tosshi for your hard work !”

Nagoya second day, he gave the microphone to Nosuke, who was super stressed. From this second, everyone was yelling “NOSUKEEE” because he does have a lot of fans xD

He said some absolutely adorable things. “Mamo often says he could not do anything without us, but us... without Mamo...” Said Mamo came to hug him x)

“I have a request” All the audience was like “Ooooh ?”. Before each concert, they make a circle together and scream “AMAZING!” “GENERATING NO GGGG”, etc. (You can see that if you watch the bonus of the lives). So Nosuke wanted us to make the LOVING! Version of that. So we all put our arm in front of us and did what Mamo said and it was super funny ^^

Sendai first day, he made Yuzzy and Hide speak (they were only there for Yokohama Arena and Sendai concerts.) Yuzzy had straps on his T-shirt and Mamo had a lot of fun pulling of them then letting go so it would slap (especially on satursday). And Yuzzy was moaning exaggerately xDDDD

For the final, they all talked a little. Like for the band, they had some “love messages” to say ^^

During Nagoya and Sendai 1st day, it was also the moment when he was asking people to not spoil for people who would come after. During the final, he asked us to send him messages and that he was waiting for them ! o/

Last song (at least for Nagoya and 1st day of Sendai), he said there was still a song he hadn’t sung. (And my penlight was yellow since the first live I saw cuz ... There’s no Mamo live without JS xD)

So he indeed sang JS ! (On main stage in Sendai)

And it was the end for the 11 first concerts of the tour, so he was bowing with everyone, thanked Team Mamo, said bye bye to everyone... (In Nagoya, was high-fiving again the first row and the people on the closer sides that he could reach without going down... >o<)

But during the final, it wasn’t dooone. We called him again!

He came back with a black cat hat and some brown “paws” gloves. “HAPPY HALLOWEEN ! NYAAAA !” xD

“Since it’s Halloween very soon, I thought I wanted to throw a small party.”  

And he called back Team Mamo, who were all dressed up for Halloween, and I can’t say who was the most ridiculous... Pumpking hat, the guy dressed up as a girl with his beard xD, hand-spinner hat with smiley clowns faces, werewolf, creepy baby mask “KOWEEEEEE” (Creepyyyyyy !) and I don’t remember everything xD

He talked about the fact that it was going to be the 10 years anniversary of his singer carreer, and announced his first best-of album. He said he wanted to make it with everyone, like to know which song we wanted and stuff ^^

“Since I came back, we can have a last song right ?” “YEAAAAH !” “So let’s do the one Fumi had prepared but was not able to sing in the end. I don’t see his reaction right now so I don’t know if he’s happy or not wwwwwww” (He was the one with the creepy baby mask) (That somehow Mamo took for Radio Smile this week...)

He sang Not Alone. He went around the arena again to wave at everyone at the same time. And do some “NYAAAA” x)

He kept doing “NYAAAA” and “Thank you Thank you” when he was saying goodbye as well ^^

When he was saying goodbye, we had the instrumental version of Gravity, so even after he disappeared, most people stayed. And I started hearing some small “Gravityyyyy”, but except the chorus, no one started really singing as far as I know xD I think we all would have needed the help of Mamo to start ! :p

Yamanbagiri Kunihiro! I liked him a lot from what little screen time he had in Katsugeki and then what I saw of him in Hanamaru (+ dat Maeno voice is A++) so I went with him C: He’s a proud member of Unit 1 (tho those members get rotated around so they’re around the same levels) and helps me beat up the enemy ^^

4. Who is the first among your swords to reach the maximum level? What do you think of him.

No one has reached the max level yet LOL Hotarumaru will probably be the first one? Since he always gets MVP x’D fajkfsjdf I love him so much?? He’s so smol and precious?? MY SON! I can always count on him to take out the enemy for me without taking much damage and he’s just the most adorable thing?? I love him

5. Who do you have in each of your squads, and how do you use them? If you haven’t unlocked all four teams yet, briefly describe how you plan to organize them.

Got all four unlocked and uh, I just put in swords around the same level so I can train them up. Unit 1 is usually my strongest swords/main team (Yamanbagiri, Ichigo, Hotarumaru, Izuminokami, Hasebe, and Namazuo), while the other units are whoever I’m training up and use them for expeditions sometimes.

6. Without considering the performance of the swords, which type of sword do you prefer?

Tantou Tachi! Idk when it started but I just really like swords?? I see a character in a game/anime with a sword -> “I like that guy, he’s cool!” And I guess the swords typically used are tachis?? I actually have wanted to buy a sword lol, every year at the night market there’s a stand selling prop swords (like for cosplay and stuff) and I always joke about buying one but $$$ feelsbadman 

7. List the swords that you like and your thoughts on them.

I have a list here LOL No thoughts there tho :you should know all this, Nima

Yagen: My man, the bae, my everything. I love him the most （*’∀’人）♥ I love how caring he is towards his brothers and takes care of them when Ichigo isn’t there. It was so touching seeing him trying his best to summon Ichi-nii for his smol bros and I just jakfsjkf I cri every time. As serious as he can get sometimes, it’s also super cute seeing him playing with his brothers and messing around(?) sometimes, like in that beach episode

Ichigo: The husband because how can you not （〃・ω・〃）Putting aside the fact that he is beautiful and handsome and -swoon-  His laugh is precious?? I also love how caring he is and worries about his smol bros and takes care of them. Best onii-chan. He seems so gentle and kind. I find it super precious how it seems like he gets jealous over all the swords you have it’s k bby you’ll always be special to me  and -dreamy sigh- I love him?

Namazuo: I love his personality! φ(ﾟ ωﾟ//）♡ His cheerfulness and outgoing attitude is so precious and always makes me super happy in return. I love hearing his voice and I would want to be bffs with him. His quirk of throwing horse poop at people is so wtf but at the same time, it’s cute?? Even after kiwame, I still love him (tho I prefer his low ponytail than his high one o v o ). His tickle wars with the saniwa are really cute~ His genki attitude is like a breath of fresh air tbh and I love him. Please let me love you

Kashuu: I kinda wished I picked him as my starter because omfg, he is so precious and I want to smother him with my love, especially after watching Hanamaru. He has his own baggage and problems to deal with but instead of drowning in them, he still tries his best to help out Yamatonokami in Hanamaru, and fulfill the saniwa’s orders. He doesn’t let his insecurities get the better of him and I just jfkalsjdfkf ‘cause tbh I feel him? I’m scared of dying but I’m more scared of being abandoned and having no one?? So even if Kashuu is quick to latch onto a new master, I wouldn’t blame him at all and just give him all my love (((( ;°Д°)))) I want him to know he’s special and that I’d never abandon him ever

8. Are there any pairings that you like? If there is, please list them.

Nope~ I read a few Ichigo/Tsurumaru oneshots that were kinda cute but eh, I’m not really into shipping for TKRB.

9. Is your Citadel an employee-friendly Citadel or a black-hearted Citadel that works your swords to the bones?

I like to think it’s pretty employee-friendly ^^;; If they’re fatigued, I take them off the team and let them rest, or if most of the team is fatigued, then I let them chill. If they’re missing HP then I stick them in repairs (if I have a vacant room OTL) unless it’s just like, 1-2HP then I wait until after one more battle. Always quick to use help tokens though ‘cause I don’t want to wait 10hours LOL

10. Have you ever done anything weird to your swords?

Nooooo?? I can’t think of anything? Though I guess, with the current event (VoT6) Namazuo keeps getting owned and having to retreat so I guess the smart thing would be to put someone else on the team instead of him but I’m just like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ since the damage isn’t permanent and keep on trucking since the exp is still pretty good. That’s not really weird and more of me being a bad Saniwa towards him tho?? lol orz

11. Have you ever broken a sword? What happened, and who did you break?

NOPE NOBDOY and hopefully it’ll stay like that ; u ; Man, I’d probably cry if someone broke ‘cause their lines are all so sad, especially my precious tantous ;o;

15. What made you join the TKRB fandom in the beginning? How about now?

Hot guys LMAO K well, that’s what made me want to get into the game/fandom but all that stuff about needing a proxy/VPN looked too complicated for my dumb ass so I didn’t bother. But uh, I guess I first became aware of it because of cosplayers somehow?? Like I’d see super pretty pics of cosplayers and somehow knew it was from TKRB but that was it. Then the Hanamaru anime came out and I decided to watch it a few seasons afterwards, but there were too many characters and I kinda got bored? So I dropped it after three episodes =3= Then Katsugeki happened and my sis watched it first and spazzed to me how hot Izuminokami is (esp dat Ryohei Kimura voice) and I picked it up 6epis in? That’s it, I’m sold. I’m a goner. Then when the anime ended, I was super thirsty for more swordbois and spent like two hours fighting Flash trying to get the game to work, and here we are now C: I’m still in it for the hot guys LMAO c’mon now. 

16. What do you think of the current maps? Which map is good for training/grinding, which maps do you get lost in the most, which map do you want to burn?

Can I just fight all of World 7? Tho it’s probably my fault for my swords not being level90+ or something but e-e I’m getting destroyed so yeah, that just feelsbadman :

Eh, probably but nothing comes to mind right now. Haven’t been playing this game for that long and everything seems fine to me~

LOVE LIVE or any other idol show (Tsukipro/UtaPri~) ‘cause the bois as idols is just (｡･ω･｡)ﾉ♡ I’m going to scream and then die happily. Like, AWT48 was super adorable and the guys singing the EDs in Hanamaru was super cute too?? So why not take it a step further and just have them be idols : PP

Also, any sports anime will be great too! Obviously, I’m partial to Haikyuu rn xD We had a beach episode, sooo, beach volleyball could totally work!!

Namazuo and Honebami nendoroid please! I know Namazuo has a figure but I like nendos way more :I’m getting Ichigo for Christmas and I already have Yagen so, making progress 8D

Not yet? I want to write fanfics but I’m super lazy and dead rn so maybe at the end of the semester and I’m not drowning in matchups that I need to do LOL

Definitely not like how I appear in my own fantasies LOL I’m hate people bad with people and am super shy and socially awkward, so getting friendly with the swords will take 5ever and uh, yeah? I’ll just be super awkward around them lmao and not know how to react and probably appear like I don’t like them or something?? While I’m internally stressing about how to befriend them and driving myself up a wall lol...

Resources are running low, smithing just results in an annoyed saniwa so take caution. The saniwa also gets angry when troops keep dying and needing to be replaced = RIP resources some more, so more caution is required. JK It’s a pretty chill place? Idk how to describe it, so I’ll prob make Hasebe do it for me : P Papers are annoying af to write omg

25. What do you think of the Retrograding Army?

I don’t understand the point of what they’re doing and how they’d benefit from changing history but given how shallow the plot is, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯  It was cool seeing them in Katsugeki tho, especially the shit they did in uh, Edo? Like it seems they actually had a plan and stuff xD

Sen: And so the hero said “I will defeat the Demon King who disturbs this land, and bring back the Demon King’s treasure, with heroes I have yet to find.”

U: 100 years later to this day, countless heroes roam the lands. This is the record of our great adventure. Hero, Urata.

Sa: Battle Master, Sakata.

Shi: Sorceror, Shima.

Sa: We’ve bought our new equipment though! Anything can come at us! A demon!

U: ..you spoke too soon.. (TN: i think that’s what he said?)

Sa: Everyone get back! Leave it to me, battle master! WAIT! OW OW OW OW! WHAT WHAT WHAT?!

Sa: Oh! Now that you mention it, I noticed a lot of slash marks on the walls of the houses..

okay so now for some feelings on akkr in the movie. Not spoiler free.

So they included almost all akkr interactions in the movie and I was vibrating for all of them even when it was mere high-five for member change lol

I love Akashi’s face as he defended Kuroko and talked for him dkjflskd it’s so soft and understanding. Also before that when Akashi talked about how Kuroko does something out of his expectations sometimes. I really like the tone (and his face lol).

When Kuroko’s time to shine finally came up, the way Akashi said that he doesn’t need to get past Nash anymore bc they have the phantom 6th man. So full of pride aaaaaaaaaah I love it a lot. It’s like he’s showing off his bf

Also when Kuroko noticed that Akashi is... different (?) after the bokushi thing and he came up to ask sdkfjslsdfkj I kinda wished they did talk after the game but it wasn’t there.

So yeah basically I’m just happy to see them animated and voiced wwww

But then, like I said in previous post, they cut some scenes and it included when Akashi talked about bokushi to others.

When bokushi first appeared I was confused why it didn’t appear there. I waited until that scene with bokushi disappearing and still nothing (we get a very dramatic visual there tho and I was both sad and amused).

Also, I’m disappointed in how media seemed to goad akkr shippers to thinking that something special will happen?? Like the magazine spread, presale ticket and that preview of akkrao under the night sky. Nothing special (in terms of pairings) really happened aside to the ones in extra game.

I know knb is not about pairing at all, but I can’t help but feel that they are using our feelings to get money orz
