There’s extreme beauty in kindness and friendship leading to having hope and turning your life around at its lowest points. At least for me I always end up crying like a little baby at those sorts of stuff because of how impactful and moving it is.

can i say something... (<- guy who is saying it regardless) for the record this is not at you or at the person who reblogged! but concepts such as a maximum lifespan are inherently kind of dependent on outliers by definition, and we have no information on how the existence of magic and monsters or the conditions of the world affect things like infant mortality or early death due to adventuring and so on, let alone how those factors impact one race as opposed to another--so i don't really think there IS a way to calculate age equivalencies that's going to give us an an absolute and dependably accurate answer, and that's probably why chilchuck's stage in life was compared to that of a modern human for our reference. it's fun to run the numbers but realistically any estimate we come up with is going to be based on a lot of guesswork and assumption, whether we like it or not, especially when so much of what even the characters know about their world is shown to be based on incomplete or incorrect information

The fact that I had another fucking dream about alex is crazy. It basically had the villains be nice to alex? In point blanc the Parker Roscoe clone invited Alex and tom to his birthday party? (And people knew alex there/ he was kinda famous) and he gave him a bunch of food to take with him (alex was homeless??)(also he gave him like half of a frozen burger??? Alex alex took it and put it in his pants? That he was wearing? Except not the pocket. Just like the right pants leg? As if his leg wasn't already in them?(infinite space ig)). And then alex was running away in a car (I think jack was driving it like in the movie)(except it was night)(she almost hits Flash from the MCU Spiderman 💀??) And alex goes to Jail. And like he's suddenly a snake that's cuffed to the wall (and there's a fly that's bothering him but he just cant seam to kill it)(like sometimes in video games). And I could hear prisoners talk about how much alex suffered and he's just a boy and shouldn't be here.(the prisoners were like, old ladies? I guess💀? And they were talking to the guard which was Mrs. Jones and she just kept telling them about all the shit alex had to go through. And they were just like "poor boy"). And then I awoke up at 5am???

I can see them doing about 5 movies max with mini series that have more episodes but apart from that I don’t think they’ll end up doing too much.

I think the general audience as a whole are fatigued by the idea of having movie series. I spoke to some friends who were saying they want to just watch one movie and be done with it. They prefer trilogies, where the story ties nicely at the end. Kinda like the Narnia movies.

I guess what I’m trying to say is that the movies should be enough so the magic is there every time you watch it but not too many where you lose that feeling.

Hey guys. I'm here, on anon, to beg you all to tag your stuff correctly. I'm not just talking about content warnings, I mean AUs and tropes and characters and relationships and canon-divergence and all that. I am an SBI enjoyer who has less than 0 interest in superhero AUs. I haven't been able to functionally scroll the SBI tags in years. I have every superhero-related tag you can think of blocked, it's just that loads of people are writing superhero AUs and not tagging it with any of them. Guys. If you write an AU and don't tag it with AU, people who are filtering out AUs are still going to see it. Which is fine with one or two, but with an ocean of people not bothering to do it, the tags start to become near-unsearchable. This is just an example, I'm sure this goes on with many other popular fanon or AU concepts, this is just the one I've personally experienced. Please, I implore you, make this easier for everyone and tag your work properly.
