it’s one of the biggest reasons why nowadays AAA games are so mediocre at best and it’s so insane

why you feel like you need to spend all your budgets and time only in the graphic, sacrificing all the other parts? the game industry really thinks that’s what the player base wants? are y’all really complaining why new games are so easily forgotten and people find more and more appealing indies and smaller studio ones? c’mon, how can’t you get it

“games keep asking bigger and bigger budgets and the income doesn’t grow exponentially with how much we’re spending” yeah it’s really hard to find a solution. spend less money for the graphic cause we don’t need it this goddamn good for nothing and no one is really asking it, and focus more on the game itself? what a wild concept, it’s impossible to figure it

this is a controversial opinion and I’m not a gamer but I don’t need my graphics to be that good. I don’t need to see every individual feather on a bird. my poor computer doesn’t deserve to carry that weight either.

I have been over this multiple times before but every time I think about 9-1-1 season 7 (actually, about season 5 and 6 too) I get even more mad because what the hell. How do you mess up this bad.
