Additional thoughts for the ladies:

If you want a pun, Shi Shui can be water on the rocks, since her name is composed of the characters for rock and water. If you want an actual cocktail, maybe something like a spicy paloma - she's got a lotta kick, a little bitterness (esp. against YBQ), but ultimately very refreshing.

For Qiao Wanmian, maybe an asian pear mojito - she was a little muddled at the beginning but ended up healing (asian pears are healing in Chinese medicine).

For He Xiaohui - a screwdriver, since I'm convinced she could whip one out and fix anything if needed. Or maybe an espresso martini - all the engineers I know run on caffeine. (I was originally going to say a mimosa, since that's a traditional mother's day cocktail, but she's so much more than FDB's mom.)
