Idiot Drunk

What was Chuuya gonna do with this idiot?

Dazai had gotten drunk, and now he was spewing apologies about things Chuuya had long since forgiven him for.

Not to mention some of the things were stupid, like apologizing for not making the bed.

But all Chuuya could do was tell him it was okay, though, that wasn’t working very well, as after apologizing for something, he’d apologize for something else.

Dazai very quickly devolved into just being self-deprecating.

The goddamn idiot.

This of course broke Chuuya’s heart, he didn’t know what to do, or how to get him to stop crying.

And to think just thirty minutes ago he was laughing at him.

He was being cute, to be fair, was blabbering about how much he loved him, and just saying the stupidest shit ever.

It devolved so quickly, when Chuuya told him, maybe a bit too harshly, that they couldn’t have sex because he was drunk.

This caused Dazai to start to question if Chuuya loved him, and despite the reassurance that he did love him, and that was why they couldn’t sleep together right now, Dazai had started crying.

So now, Chuuya was holding his stupid, idiotic, drunk, husband, who was getting his shirt all wet with his tears.

“I’m the worst.” He slurs, his words were started to slur more as the night went on.

“You’re not, darling, I love you.” Chuuya was quick to reassure, gently rocking Dazai back and forth.

Dazai only sobbed more. “Osamu, baby, you-how about this? I help you take a bath, and then we can cuddle while you fall asleep, and in the morning we can do whatever you like?”

“And you’ll stay the whole time?” Clingy bastard.

“Of course I will.” 

Dazai slowly, and hesitantly nods. “M’kay.”

Chuuya smiled slightly, wiping his husband’s tears with his thumbs. “I love you.”

“I love you.” He says back, causing Chuuya to smile more genuinely.

I love the relationship Buck and Tommy had, and I will forever say that the breakup was rushed and sloppy writing (I still think it needed to happen for Buddie to become a reality, although TM could've gone about it better).

HOWEVER

And please bear with me cause this is one of the few instances where being a multi-shipper is a pain.

During the medal ceremony, we saw the camera focusing on each of the 118 and Tommy's respective partners.

We saw Karen, Denny, and Mara when Hen was honored.

We saw Maddie when Chim was honored.

We saw Buck (with very clear smitten sparkling eyes) when Tommy was honored.

We saw Chris (and Marisol, who I will not be discussing here) when Eddie was honored. (I also don't think the camera should have been on Buck here, because Chris is what matters most to Eddie)

BUT!!

When Buck got his medal, the camera was on Eddie!!!

Not his sister, not his pseudo dad, and not his boyfriend.

Eddie!!

If this isn't proof that we will have Buddie soon, I don't know what is.
