afab folks: hey doctor, i have horrible stomach pain every day to the point sometimes i cant walk, my back also constantly hurts, sometimes im really scared im gonna hurt people, sometimes im so sad i cant get out of bed, i have migraines all the time, i have trouble speaking clearly and organizing my thoughts, i have alot of visual and auditory hallucinations, all of this makes it really hard for me to get anything done.
