I don't have a complete understanding of the story since I'm relying on other people's notes... but even though it's such a similar scenario for Eichi and Tori, I think it might have changed in the end this time~?

I felt like there was unresolved contention between Tori and Eichi after Atlantis, so they needed to be confronted. This also felt so similar to Jingle Bells (insert Tori's Memory Road quote here~) and also dealt with feelings Tori has been feeling for years~ Being so close to Eichi, but still feeling distanced... Still just wanting to be closer, to be on even ground, or as close as he can ever achieve.

I need to get a more complete translation to fully understand, but from what I've heard of the ending, this is BIG growth for them, actually~ In my mind~ Hopefully HappyEle doesn't backtrack from it...

The second half of new fine story has raised a lot of feelings, so throwing my 2 cents in too. I'm still thinking about it too but:

I don't necessarily think Wataru's thoughts in Fairy Tale are so out of left field especially if you look how the conversation was framed: Wataru was more concerned for Tori than Eichi. Wataru wanted Tori to finally succeed (understandable after Atlantis and Fairy Tale noted too how they are closer now) but Eichi was, again, the obstacle. But this time it was not because Tori hadn't created a good plan, but because of Eichi's personal emotional dams. I understand many feel it's rushed or underexplained. I'm not saying it's perfect either. But I feel Wataru's "the dirty parts are his charm" and "his emotional constipation is now hindering things and we need to do something" are not exactly the same and can co-exist.

Tbh, I was more frustrated that Fairy Tale played the same scenario as so many times before (for Eichi and Tori) but perhaps they can move on now.

Speaking from personal experience: if Manny can feel such a strong dislike towards what’s supposed to be his best friends partner, to the point of feeling joy that said partner is no longer around… bitch. The closet very obviously is see through. You gotta be insanity levels of either jealous of a person, or in love with them to have that kind of disdain in your heart- disdain that should objectively be support for your friend even if you think their wife sucks and is rude asf

When I say personal experience, I mean, in the sense that growing up, there was more than one instance, where a girl didn’t like whoever i was with even if they were good. It was like well if i can’t have you, i don’t want anybody to have you. And i’m gonna disprove and sabotage until you pick ME.

I don’t think it’s good for people to be this way, but it’s human. And it’s really all too common. And that’s what brings me back to this twisted ass dynamic with boone and manny

While l don’t personally ship it, I understand where people are coming from and I have 1 billion questions that will probably never be answered in regards to Boone and Manny‘s relationship, especially as brothers in arms in the NCR (brothers in arms? Lovers in arms👀💀?) I said it on TikTok in a video I made at 4 AM rambling about this. You guys were best friends throughout the spoils of war, probably some of the most traumatic and damning times of your lives… But of all things to get in between your relationship, it was the prospects of a woman? A romantic interest? Your best friend finding what he deemed as his happiness? …. Oh baby something is awry here

had a long post and then ran out of steam so um basically despite their hostility for each other tori and tsukasa still try to support each other in their own way if the other is struggling and have influenced each other to grow in some way. they also do happen to fit tropes that make them fun together like the childhood friends, rivals to lovers, prince x princess and the constantly bickering but actually fond of each other. umm if i get the energy back later i could try to find receipts but yea✌🏽

Hmm yeah I see all those tropes... I guess I've seen a little bit of the support you mentioned, but mostly from Tori for Tsukasa. That might be because I spend all my time in Tori's circle, though. And then, Tori using Tsukasa as an unwitting bounceboard/practice for Secret Swan... But I still read 0 affection in it. Familiarity and maybe a sort of comfort and trust, I guess? Hum... Anyways, I'd really like receipts, when you have the capacity.

since transformers dont really eat anything other than energon, or breathe other than to expell heat, why do they even need blood? Wouldnt turning the energon into electricity and powering themselves with wires work instead?

That could possibly work, and its probably what they do in several of the bloodless continuities, but perhaps circulating the energon like blood makes it more efficient

Now i dont know what the process for energon into... energy is, but if each of their individual cells* can do it than you wouldnt have to rely on wires that can lose energy and have high susceptibility to things like emp blasts, you can just send the energon to whatever needs power

Sure with this method you can bleed out, but thats a small price to pay presumably
