Your bio says you will write yandere Master and I'm very curious about what a yandere Master is like with his S/O (specific Delgado!master and Dhawan!master). In general I would love to read about a more yandere master!

I definitely do play with some yandere from time to time.

((And typically when I refer to yandere!Master, it’s more cranking the pre-existing, dark/canon-compliant/obsessive tendencies dial up to 10, not necessarily *true* yandere, but more in the darker characteristics explored sort of way.))

But here are a few below the cut!

NOTE: These got surprisingly long, so enjoy.

Dhawan!Master

If it starts while he’s as O, he’ll be subtle as not to jeopardize his plans

But he sees you as something of an indulgence

You make the time pass so much faster to him

Snatches you away with him into his TARDIS when he reveals his true identity

As the Master, about as you may expect. The usual headcanons for touch-starved, secretly needy boy apply

Has real feelings for you, but is vastly ill equipped to face them, and wouldn’t admit it to himself

He just wants you where you belong. With him, as his good little pet.

Has pretty large range of potential yandere-ness for sure

A lot of his later behaviors will stem from how he interprets your reaction to him

If you seem more initially open to the idea of being and traveling with him, or at the very least cooperate and not give him too much trouble, he’ll be much more playful, lenient, and generally flexible about giving you marginally more freedom

At that point you just get the murderous, possessive, but also trying to be somewhat sweet for him boyfriend

Or he could be the “I’m locking you in my TARDIS until you at least like/love me” type

Either way, much more interested in your companionship than anything purely sexual

Yet absolutely would see that as a perk and would try seducing you if he realizes you’re attracted to him.

Takes needy and passionate to another level

Alternatively, he could ALSO potentially be the type to let his interest simmer quietly until it reaches hyper-fixation levels

Like subtlety flirting with you when you’re with the Doctor and the Fam, and it’s barely enough for you to catch on

Then he becomes frustrated waiting for you to catch onto his interest, and ends up flat-out stealing you away when the Doctor’s not looking

Needy, protective, murderous, and very easily jealous

Arguably all of his personal connections have a flavor of yandere, so he may not think he’s doing much wrong until you stop to point out that maybe he shouldn’t kill some barista for staring at you for a moment too long while handing you your drink order.

If you cooperate and give him the attention and companionship he craves, and put aside the fits of anger and accept his unpredictability, he’ll spoil you to no end. Anything you want, you have it.

But, if you’re less inclined towards his vision for the two of you, he won’t be happy

Would never lay a hand on you

But would be quite disappointed, and not opposed to punishing his pet if you try to run.

This might include burning planets to the ground for each slip-up, but he can be very effective in his persuasion when he wants to be.

Yandere!Delgado Master

Soft yandere

Sees himself as firm, but fair.

Incredibly protective

A lot of his tendencies stem from the general thought process of “I’m a time lord and I know what’s best for you. I want you to obey so I can keep you safe

Especially from other humans because they’re unworthy of your attention

Would never let anyone lay a hand on you and would never touch you without your permission

Might keep you in his TARDIS though, until you finally see reason and stay of your own accord

Would have a difficult time understanding why you feel you need to visit other humans.

What else could they possibly offer you that he did not already?

He wants you by his side when he conquers the universe

If you’re not so keen on the idea, you eventually will be.

His certainty about that should be unnerving, but he tries to put any anxieties about it at ease

May use hypnotism to gently nudge you towards accepting your role beside him.

He knows best, and with time you’ll see that.

Doesn’t understand earth courtship rituals.

Doesnt completely understand why you wouldn’t gladly leave your friends and family to stay with him forever.

He’ll treat you well and protect you from harm.

Doesn’t think it’s over stretching to hypnotize everyone around you into convincing you to be with him.

But someone so much as looks at you a beat too long, they will be dead.

Wants charm you into gladly being by his side.

But also isn’t opposed to taking you as a hostage until you see things his way.

If you’re angry at him and try to leave, he’ll just assume the Doctor has gotten to your head again, and you just need a little more time

Delgado!Master is peak soft yandere potential. Absolutely no force required- he knows how people work down to a science and he can figure out exactly what it will take to win you over, whether you can imagine it or not. I could see him inventing a threat- maybe sending a minion after you and ensuring you’re rescued in a decent time frame. Then he of course will become your comfort. Clearly earth isn’t safe for you, perhaps he should take you somewhere else?

I decided to do some quick headcanons for both because I couldn't decide either!

Delgado

• While he may be under an alias when he first meets you, he will always show his true personality to you. He never wants to risk you falling for a lie, a version of himself that doesn't exist. He wants you to love him not just the charm he uses to get his way.

• Even so he is very, very charming with you. Suprise flowers, tea, candies? He'll send anything he can think of your way just to brighten your day.

• If you respond positively to his affections you wouldn't ever have a more cherishing and attentive lover. He will protect you from everything, you will never be frightened that you are at risk.

• If you reject him, well you'll still be protected. But the moments you are aware that you need to be protected will be plentiful. You'll eventually come to associate him with safety. He alaays appears shortly before you are safe again.

• He won't kidnap you from your life. Instead he subtlety has you drift away from your lifestyle into his lifestyle.

• He won't stop you from leaving his side if ask. But expect circumstances to "persuade" you to return quickly.

• He'll never harm you, you're too precious for that. But he will use a firm hand to repremand you if you try to harm yourself, him, or you try to leave without asking. The pain won't last past the moment but you will remember it and hesitate to ask out again.

Dhawan

• Depending on when you meet him it could go one of two ways.

• If you meet him when he is pretending to be O, he'll be very sweet with you. With you his soft nature is genuine, you just conveniently won't see his other emotions.

• If you get together with him he is the sweetest lover one could ask for. You don't notice the people who could trouble you disappearing. How could you when he keeps you distracted.

• If you don't get together with him, the Master truly comes out.

• He kidnaps you with no hesitation. If you won't love him as O, he will make you love him as the Master. It seems ti work for the Doctor after all.

• He won't cause permanent harm. But he is willing to be quite rough with you. Handcuffs get a lot of use when he is teaching you to love him.

• The handcuffs are more like bracelets, but they keep you from leaving the TARDIS so they work like handcuffs.

• You learn that being his "love" and cooperating gains you better treatment. He'll spoil you when you give in. You'll never escape so you might as well give in.
