Yandere ABC: Jacob (Dead Island 2)
Affection: How do they show their love and affection? How intense would it get?
He can be affectionate with his darling in public and private. He would tone it down in public just a bit if his darling asked him to.
Blood: How messy are they willing to get when it comes to their darling?
It varies but they are usually still alive after he is done with the person.
Cruelty: How would they treat their darling?
His darling is one of the most important people to him, so he treats them with great care.
Delusional: How aware are they?
He is mostly aware but can slide into delusions every now and then.
Exposed: How much of their heart do they bare to their darling? How vulnerable are they when it comes to their darling?
He isn’t that open with his darling but the more he gets to know his darling the more he will open.
Fight: How would they feel if their darling fought back?
Sometimes he is confused by it, other times he understands why they are fighting him.
Hell: What would be their darling’s worst experience?
He is a docile yandere so there isn't much his darling must worry about.
Ideals: What is their plan?
He has thought about starting a family with his darling on more than one occasion and perhaps in a couple more years or so he’ll be ready to start that family but for now he’s focused just on his darling.
Jealousy: How jealous are they when it comes to their darling?
He doesn’t get jealous too often. The only time he’ll get jealous is when someone is really trying to get with his darling even if he’s standing right there. Even in that situation he’ll be more irritated than jealous.
Knowledgeable: How much would they try to learn about their darling?
He would like to learn quite a bit about his darling before trying to win their heart.
Love letters: How would they go about courting or approaching their darling?
He will try out the friends' route, but it will be short-lived. Slowly he will creep into their heart until all they can think about is him.
Mask: Are their true colors drastically different from the way they act around everyone else?
He is still lovey dovey with them even in public and he acts as he usually does so there are no changes there.
Naughty: How would they punish their darling?
The most he would do in the moment would be lock them in some kind of room for a while. It usually doesn't last more than a day and a half.
Oppression: How many rights would they take away from their darling?
He doesn't want to take anything away from his darling fearing it will make them hate him.
Patience: How patient are they with their darling?
He stays even tempered with his darling. Not much can get under his skin.
Quit: If their darling dies, leaves, or successfully escapes, would they ever be able to move on?
He will always hold his darling in his heart no matter how long it’s been.
Regret: Would they feel guilty? Would they let go?
If they were to ever come to hate him, he would have regrets.
Stigma: What brought about this side of them?
He himself isn’t too sure what brought this on. It was something that slowly grew in him from the moment he first met his darling.
Tears: How do they feel about their darling crying, screaming, and/or throwing a tantrum?
He would feel terrible especially if he was the cause of it. He will give them space or hold them close depending on how they react to him getting closer.
Unique: Does anything make them different from the classic yandere?
His being so docile does make him different from even other docile yanderes from how he handles things.
Vice: What weakness can their darling exploit to escape?
If they gain his trust enough, they could get away quite easily, however if he ever catches them, it will be a while before they can try again.
Wit’s end: Would they ever hurt their darling?
He would never intentionally hurt his darling.
Xoanon: How much would they worship their darling?
He does care for them deeply but not to a worshiping level.
Yearn: How long do they pine after their darling before they snap?
Now he can go a long time in the “friend zone” if his darling isn’t going after anyone else.
Zeal: How passionate would they be? Would they be passionate enough to break their darling?
He won’t break his darling even if he did mean to. He just doesn't have it in him to break them.

Yours Forever and Ever : Part 1
Yandere Katakuri x Isekai Reader
Summary: [Y/n] is part of the Strawhat Crew. She followed Luffy and the others to retrieve Sanji. However, she was separated from her friends and was kidnapped by Big Mom's children. Luckily, she wasn't going to be killed but held as a hostage by none other than 'Charlotte Katakuri' who is considered to be the strongest sweet commander in the Big Mom Pirates.
Part 2: https://www.tumblr.com/portagas-chan/748738024063516672/yours-forever-and-ever-part-2?source=share
Nobody knew she was from another world, not even the straw hats. She never told anyone and when she first arrived here, she came up with a lie and they all believed her, even Zoro which was surprising. The straw hats accepted her and welcomed her to their crew. She felt joyful.
Anyways, that's not important. [Y/n] was in trouble. She got separated from Luffy and the others in the Seducing Forest. She would be doing okay if she encountered an opponent who was not a sweet commander. However, she would stand no chance against them if they were a sweet commander. She hoped Lady Luck would be on her side today.
[Y/n] walked and walked, she didn't know where she was going but it didn't matter. It wasn't like she could fly. There was nothing she could do. Suspicious enough, the trees shifted to form a path where she found herself outside the Seducing Forest. All the thinking was giving her a headache and she decided to be meh.
[Y/n] looked around in awe at her surroundings. The whole island was literally made up of sweets. It was even crazier seeing this in person. Suddenly, she felt her leg go numb and fell onto her knees. The last thing she saw was the triplets -Smoothie, Citron, and Cinnamon- staring down with Flampe laughing at her.
She widened her eyes in realization, 'I knew it was too good to be true. This was a trap made by Brulee.'
A harsh splash of water stung her face as she scrunched her nose and slowly opened her eyes. She looked at Flampe who had a now empty bucket of water, glaring at her, "Was that necessary?"
"You were sleeping so soundly. I thought you weren't going to wake up," Flampe retorted to which she rolled her eyes. She was tied up in a chair.
[Y/n] analyzed her surroundings. Sitting in front of her was Big Mom who stared at her with that creepy grin on her face. It was frightening to see her in person.
Then there was Katakuri and his triplets -Oven and Daifuku- looking intimidating as ever. There was Perospero licking his lollipop and Smoothie with her triplets and of course, Flampe. All attention was on her and it was not in a good way.
"[Y/n] from the StrawHats. I will admit, your captain is a brave one but to survive in the New World, bravery is not enough. Mamamama!" Big Mom laughed.
[Y/n] stayed silent. She would be lying if she said she wasn't scared at all. In fact, she was terrified. Terrified of what would happen to her. But she had faith in Luffy. Even if she was kidnapped, she knew Luffy would eventually come and save her. He would never abandon his crew member. That's just how he is.
"So, what do you think we should do with her, my children?" Big Mom asked.
"I say we kill her!" Flampe demanded.
'Bitch,' [Y/n] cursed in her mind.
"Now, now, don't be hasty. Taking her hostage can give us so much advantages in many ways," Perospero suggested.
Big Mom's expression seemed to brighten a little. It seems she likes Perospero's suggestion. "Taking her hostage? I like that! Which one of you would like to take on the job?"
Katakuri stepped up, "Mama, please allow me to deal with her. There's no way she can escape me."
"Katakuri?" Big Mom looked at him, studying his face. When she saw that he was dead serious, she laughed, "You're right! Then it's settled!"
[Y/n] didn't expect Katakuri to voluntarily choose to deal with her. She thought he wouldn't bother with this stuff. Either way, Lady Luck seems to hate her. She knew Katakuri had a soft side behind that mask of his perfect demeanor but it wasn't like she could suddenly bring out his soft side to her. If she ever saw what was under that scarf, he would be blinded by anger and accidentally kill her before he could even hear her out.
Big Mom placed cuffs on her wrists that explode if she disobeyed Katakuri. Crazy, right? She didn't even know you could give certain commands to the cuffs.
One thing she noticed about Katakuri was that he never let her out of his sight. She must always be with him but of course, she was left alone when he had something important to do but he always made sure it ended quickly. But she paid no attention to it, shooking it off as him doing his job and that it was due to the loyalty he had for his mother.
Sitting across him, she could feel the hard stare Katakuri was giving her. He always had that kind of stare whether he was doing it intentionally or unintentionally. Nevertheless, it made her feel nervous as she uncomfortably shifted in her seat.
"Why did you join the Strawhat pirates?" Katakuri started.
She looked up at him, "Are you using your observation haki thing again?"
Katakuri closed his eyes before opening it again, "I asked you a question."
"I will take that as a no," She muttered. "There's no deep meaning behind it, actually. They seemed fun and interesting, that's all."
Katakuri raised his brow, "That's all?" She nodded her head.
"Then will you join our crew under my wing if I promise to make it fun and interesting? I will make sure you stay happy too," Katakuri said.
[Y/n] was puzzled. Why would Katakuri want her to join the Big Mom pirates and be under his wing at that? She tried to think of a good reason but there simply was none. Sure, she could fight but she wasn't all that strong. She wasn't special at all. So, why?
"Why would you want me on your crew? I'm not strong," [Y/n] said.
"You don't have to be strong because I will protect you," Katakuri said and he meant it. He was not joking around. He was being serious.
To [Y/n], this was weird to see Katakuri acting like that. It was out of his character. It has just been a two days since they first met and he's acting like they have known each other for years.
[Y/n] remembered something important. "Why are you asking me that when you already know the answer?" She raised her hands to show the cuffs.
Katakuri smirked behind his scarf and [Y/n] could tell because his eyes changed a bit.
Katakuri stood up from his chair and walked towards [Y/n]. She tensed up when she saw him approached her. He sat on an empty chair beside her and dragged it closer to her.
He suddenly picked her up and placed her on his lap. His hand on her thigh slowly rubbing it while the other hugged her in place.
Don't get her wrong. She loves Katakuri but being this close to him like this and having no choice but to obey him in real life was scary. He was so huge too and it didn't make it any better.
"Katakuri?" She called out nervously.
"Are you scared?" Katakuri touched her hair, twirling a strand of her hair around his finger.
If she were to answer him honestly, it would be a yes and a no. He looks intimidating and scary, but she knows he's actually a cutie inside. He was getting touchy with her and she honestly doesn't know how to feel about it.
In the end, [Y/n] is unable to answer at all.
"It's okay. I won't hurt you," Katakuri reassured her. "And I promise you, no one will lay a finger on you."

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
You had slept like a goddamn rock for the last few nights
They were the first nights in three months where you were able to get a full night’s sleep without getting abruptly woken up to Leon touching you. You recall at first it was fun, he was an absolute monster in bed; unfortunately as time went by you realized he was quite literally a monster. Each night that he was home, his sexual advances became more and more twisted. Especially that one time he made you suck the end of his loaded handgun.
You’ll never forget the sick grin on his face as he watched your helpless expression.
You jolt yourself awake and shake your head, dispelling the awful memory with it. You were safe now, well away from him. You slowly sat up and stretched your arms out over your head and let out a loud yawn. You slip out of bed and put on a pair of slippers before walking out into the kitchen. Becky was standing at the island reading the newspaper and chewing on a piece of toast.
“Mornin’!” says Becky with a mouthful of toast.
You give her a nod in response as you make your way to the fridge. You grab the jug of orange juice and grab a cup from the cabinet to fill. You fill the cup before putting the jug back into the fridge.
“Still no sign of him, right?” Becky asks.
“Thankfully no, he’s definitely back at his apartment by now. Haven’t heard a peep.”
You can only imagine how violent his reaction to you being gone was. He absolutely hated it when things didn’t go exactly as he wanted. That’s fine, he can have his hissy fit in D.C.. You took gradual sips from the orange juice before discarding the empty cup into the sink.
“Got work today?” Becky inquires.
“Yeah.”
Becky was able to secure you a tech support job at a law firm for when you moved into Boston. You were extremely grateful for that. Thankfully you had saved up money prior to Leon forcing you to quit your job in D.C., but that money was starting to wear thin. The job was entertaining from what you gathered in the last couple days. Lawyers were extremely tech illiterate to the point where it was almost impossible not to laugh on the phone.
You go back into your bedroom to get dressed into a polo shirt and a pair of jeans with sneakers. You put your hair up in a ponytail before going into the bathroom to put some light makeup on. Work was extremely close by, you could walk to it, which you decided to do since the weather was so nice. You get into your cubicle and start taking calls.
“Did you charge it last night?”
“Thank you for calling tech support, how can I help you?”
“Hi, yes? My laptop won’t turn on.”
“You know what, no I didn’t. I bet the battery’s dead. Thanks!”“Thank you for calling tech support, how can I help you?”
“My mouse doesn’t work.”
“Is it plugged in?”
“Of course it’s plugged in! I’m not an idiot-- oh… wait… it’s not plugged in. Sorry to bother you.”
“Thank you for calling tech support, how can I help you?”
“Found you, sweetheart.”
Your eyes widen as you hold your breath. This has to be some kind of sick joke. You regain your composure and hang up on the caller; it sounded like Leon but you weren’t 100% sure. You try to track the number they called from, but it came up as an unknown caller. Whoever it was, they were using a burner phone number. The phone rings again immediately and you answer it.
“Who are you and what do you want?!” you scream into your headset.
“Whoa hey, what the hell!? I’m calling because my internet’s not working!” they say, the person clearly being a different caller.
You log out of the call queue to collect yourself. You rub your face into your hands. You hear footsteps walk over to your cube and you look up and find your boss standing there.
“Oh my god… I’m so sorry,” you rub your eyes before continuing, “I just had a prank call. Did you try restarting the router?”
“Oh ok, no worries! No I haven’t, I’ll do that now, thank you miss!”
“Everything alright here? I thought I heard you yell,” your boss asks.
“Yeah sorry, there was a prank caller. I think they were using a burner phone to call in.”
“Ah ok, that doesn’t usually happen here but there’s a first for everything. Definitely take a breather before you log back in, ok?”
You give your boss a nod before he walks away. Before logging back into the queue, you look into the call history. Your stomach drops when you see that the unknown caller called your phone directly, not into the tech support line.
It was just a prank caller, don't psych yourself out, you think to yourself as you close your eyes and take a deep breath.
There was absolutely no way Leon could have found out where you worked that quickly, it had to be a prank. You log back into the tech support queue and finish out your day thankfully with no other prank calls.
Even though your apartment was a 10 minute walk, you decide to order a taxi instead, the prank call still making you anxious. When the taxi driver arrives, you confirm your address for him and he takes you home, the drive takes less than 5 minutes. You thank and pay the driver and quickly enter your apartment.
🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
Leon was thankful that you hadn’t turned around and seen his familiar lifted Jeep Wrangler with tinted windows parked across the street from your apartment as he watched you hurry inside. He turned his attention to the laptop he had open on the passenger’s seat. After a few keystrokes, several camera feeds popped up on the screen.
At some point when you and Becky were both out in the last couple of days, Leon had broken into the apartment and installed several hidden cameras. He enlarged one of the cameras where both you and Becky could be seen standing in the kitchen and enabled the audio.
“Hey! How was your day?” Becky asks.
“Eh, it was alright,” you reply, “I got the creepiest prank call today.”
A smirk began to cross Leon’s lips.
“It wasn’t him, was it?” Becky inquires, the concern evident in her voice.
“No way! There is no way he figured out where I went that fast.”
Leon let out a laugh, “Underestimating me is your first and last mistake, dear.”
“I’m going to take a quick shower. Want me to order pizza when I come back out?” you ask.
“Yeah sure!” Becky replies.
Leon immediately switches the camera feed to one that is inside a vent above the shower. He hears you enter the bathroom and shut the door. As he hears the ruffling of clothes, he begins to undo the belt on his jeans, grasping his hardening cock in his left hand. He sees your arm reach into the shower to turn it on and let it warm up.
If only you knew that you were putting on a personal show just for Leon to enjoy. Picturing your horrified expression only aroused him even more.
Your naked form then came into frame, his cock pulsing in excitement as he began to stroke it vigorously. His eyes were glued to the laptop screen as you lathered soap onto yourself. He began to let out quiet whimpers as he got closer and closer to his release, the whimpers getting progressively louder. Suddenly, with a shudder of his body, he let out a guttural moan and came all over his hand and his jeans. His moment of euphoria was short lived as the disgust of having cum all over himself overtook him. He slammed the laptop shut, grabbed a small towel from the back seat and wiped the cum from his hand and jeans as best as he could before throwing the towel back to the backseat.
His ice cold eyes glare at your apartment door before he starts the engine in his Wrangler, driving off into the Boston night.
🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
You and Becky decide to go out that weekend into Chinatown to get hot pot. Becky knew of a great restaurant called Shabu Zen, she claimed they had the best hot pot in town. You haven’t had hot pot before, so you were going to have to take her word for it.
You both enter the restaurant and the hostess seats you two in the corner. You sit on the side where your back was to the wall, you never wanted your back exposed, ever. Your waiter comes over and takes your order for drinks, Becky ordered a margarita, you simply just asked for water.
“We got through the first week in Boston together!” Becky exclaims, lifting her glass, “a toast to being Bostonians and no creepy ass ex-boyfriends!”
“Hell fucking yeah, my friend!” you respond, raising your glass of water and clanking it against her margarita.
The waiter comes back over, and you both put in your order of broth and meats that you’ll be having for hot pot. You two make small talk about work before the waiter comes back over a short time later with plates full of different veggies, noodles and meats. Another waiter behind him sets the broth on the burner in the middle of the table and turns the burner on.
“For real though, thank fuck you got out of there when you did, I know you haven’t told me everything that fucking prick did to you but… I’m just glad you’re not dead.” Becky states as she starts piling food into the broth.
“I know… I still need to look up a therapist that I can go to so I can move on. I feel like I close my eyes and his face is the only thing I see.”
Becky scoops out noodles, meat and veggies out from the broth and starts eating, “Who would have thought such a hot dude would turn out to be a fucking psychopath.”
“It’s always the ones you least expect, Becky. I should have seen the red flags,” you say as you also scoop food out from the broth.
Your eyes happen to wander around the restaurant to the other patrons as you slurp up noodles; it was mostly younger people with one older couple seated at the table next to yours. Your eyes settle on a dark corner of the restaurant where you see a man seated by himself. You stop mid bite, your eyes locked on the man. You recognize his short dirty blonde hair immediately. His cobalt eyes burned into your skin. He was even wearing that fitted black shirt that you used to love so much. There is no doubt in your mind, Leon is in the restaurant.
Becky notices your freaked out expression immediately, “Hey, what’s wrong?”
You blink a few times to make sure he wasn’t a figment of your imagination. Much to your dismay, he wasn’t. You watch a devilish smirk spread across his lips before he puckers his lips at you.
You suddenly dig your wallet out of your purse, throwing several twenties onto the table before getting up, “we have to go. Now.”
“Wait, what? What’s going on?”
“No time, we need to leave,” you grab Becky by the arm and practically drag her out of the restaurant.
You both bolt onto the sidewalk and you walk briskly down the street towards the depths of Chinatown, still pulling Becky along.
“Are you going to tell me why you just dragged me out of Shabu Zen?”
You look back and see Leon step out of the restaurant; he looks around and quickly spots you and Becky, giving chase.
Becky, seeing your panicked expression, looks back and sees what has you spooked, “Holy fucking shit how did he fucking find you?!”
“I don’t know but we need to lose him, got any ideas?”
“Yeah, let's get to the Orange line. We’ll lose him in the subway system.”
Becky grabs your hand and leads the way running. You occasionally look back, each time your heart sinking as you see Leon’s face in the crowd, running after you. Having a military background, it wouldn’t take him long to catch up.
Thankfully, you both get to the Chinatown stop for Boston’s T subway system and bolt down the stairs.
“Listen to me carefully, it’s going to get awfully confusing so I need you to follow me closely, ok?” Becky says, looking back as she scans her Charlie card and goes through the gate.
“Yeah, got it.”
Becky throws her Charlie card to you. You scan it and get through the gate and catch up to Becky. You turn around just in time to watch Leon vault over the subway gate with the grace of a panther. Thankfully, the next train was just pulling in as you two got to the train platform, you both bolt inside one of the cars and try to cram yourselves into the most crowded car.
“Ok, we need to get off at Downtown Crossing, then we pick up the Red line to Park Street and get on the Green line there. Then, we get off at Government Center which will then loop us back to the Orange line, ok?” Becky explained quietly.
You nod before scanning your eyes through the car, but you can’t tell if Leon’s on the train, you’re just going to have to assume that he is.
“Next stop, Downtown Crossing.” the T PA system called out.
“Ok, here’s our stop, as soon as those doors open, we make a b-line to the Red line to Alewife.”
As if on queue, the doors open and you and Becky practically launch yourselves out of the car, you don’t bother to look back to see if Leon is following you. Becky has a vice grip on your hand as you both get to the train platform for the Red line. Again luck was on your side, the doors for the Alewife train just started to open and you and Becky dove inside one of the cars and, once again, made your way to the most crowded car.
You repeated this same maneuver again at the Park Street stop and again at Government Center. Just like Becky had said, that eventually led back to the Orange line, which you both took back towards Forest Hills, getting off at the Back Bay stop, which thankfully was close to your apartment. You both ascended the stairs to the street level and stopped to take a breather.
“Holy shit I can’t believe that worked, where do you think we lost him?” you ask.
“I don’t know, once we were on the first train in Chinatown, I stopped looking for him.”
“Me too.”
When you both finally could catch your breaths, you proceeded to walk down the street back to your apartment.
Neither of you would be sleeping that night.
🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
He lost track of you and your friend after getting off at Park Street. He ascended the stairs to the street, kicking a trash can over in frustration. You were so close to being back in his grasp.
And you would have been if it weren’t for that bitch, Becky. He knew that she smuggled you up here away from him, convinced you to leave him. She filled your head with nasty lies about him, she must have, why else would you leave him? He let his anger boil inside him as he walked down the street. He couldn’t help but notice several women gawking at him as he strolled down the street. He winked at some of them, seeing them visibly swoon at him. Oh how he enjoyed toying with their hearts.
It was a small bit of enjoyment he had since the world started to repeatedly fuck him over. First it was his new life in Raccoon City, then Operation Javier, then the incident in Spain with Los Illuminados. It was a couple years after returning from Spain that he met you at a bar in D.C., you had noticed him sitting alone at the bar and walked over and talked to him. It was the first ounce of normalcy he ever felt in his life since he graduated from the Police Academy. When you two started dating, that was when he decided he was never going to lose you, no matter the cost.
Again, his thoughts returned to your friend Becky. She took your princess away from him.
And she was going to pay dearly for it.

IT'S ME AGAIN! YES I KEPT THE PROMISE AND I HAVE AN IDEA AGAIN BUT THE OTHER FIC INFECTED ME SO BAD I HAD TO GIVE PART 2 OR SUM?!?!? And I see that you have A LOT of request lately please do take care of yourself sometimes! 🤍
Anyways hold your tits! I'm explaining the part 2 of forgotten project AKA Raiden shogun!reader, (I don't know if you've ever received a request about yandere sonic characters or a love triangle with sonic characters but being the first one is flattering for me 😼)
After the massive attack on the city and litte bit of drama teader and shadow made up with each other (she made peace with Sonic, of course, and she apologized all of them) months later they all wanted to hang out together it was of course Amy's idea, but reader didn't know shadow was starting to like her...but I think it is little to like he was obsessed with her, Knuckles were coming from behind shadow because every day she and him would go to protect Chaos Emerald(s) on the angel island. And Shadow and Reader would hangout in a quiet place talk about their past or what happened to her after 50 years ago. Anyway, I'm getting to the point. They all came to the picnic together (she convinced/begged shadow and knuckles to come to the picnic) but there was only one problem..reader was getting a princess treatment by the two of course reader was cold to them because she was surprised like.....lemme give a scenario ↓
↝Reader didn't know how to tie shoelaces while everyone was waiting in the car she was in her room trying to tie their laces, then shadow and knuckles came into the room a few minutes later, and when shadow saw her pathetic state, she put him on the bed and tied her shoelaces as knuckles brushed her hair cuz her hair was messy, after doing their princess treatment for her she stared at them for a while before immediately leaving the room.
It may seem normal, but you can't call it normal when an obsessive person falls in love with you, but let's say reader/she already has a boyfriend, she was hanging out with her boyfriend, shadow and knuckles were watching them in the shadows/dark places.
One day when reader came to her house which is all of the sonic team lived of course they we're outside so sonics werent home, she was tired because of her last mission but when she entered the kitchen she found her boyfriend dead on the floor the blood was everywhere she trembled and dropped the bag in her hand to the floor, just as she was about to ran away, she turned to her back and there were two shadows infront of her..she closed her eyes after screaming for help.
I LEAVE THE REST TO YOU BECAUSE SOMETIMES YOUR FICS CAN BE SO TERRIBLE (what I mean, it can be so scary that I think of a lot of ideas, long story short..youre doing it perfectly)THAT MAYBE I CAN COME BACK WITH ANOTHER IDEA WHICH IS PART 3 OR SUM BUT I DON'T WANT TO BOTHER YOU!! PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR HEALTH!! TAKE CARE!! 🤍
twisted
WARNING: Yandere behavior, obsession, possessive behavior, murder, gore, violence, angst, manipulation
PAIRING: Yandere! Shadow the Hedgehog x Reader, Yandere! Knuckles the Echidna x Reader
NOTE: I'm so happy to see you again, and I’m thrilled you enjoyed the first part! Your idea for the continuation is absolutely amazing, and I loved writing it! Thank you so much for your kind words; I’m definitely taking care of myself too! Hope you enjoy part two! 🤍
SUMMARY: After the battle for peace, things should have returned to normal. But obsession runs deep.
FIRST PART: Here
The sky over Angel Island was a quiet expanse of blue, broken only by the distant cry of birds. It was a stark contrast to the chaos that had unfolded months earlier—the storm, the destruction, the agony that had coursed through your veins like lightning. Now, the world had quieted. You had quieted. But in the silence, something far more sinister was brewing.
You glanced at Shadow, walking beside you in the stillness. His eyes were focused ahead, sharp and brooding as always, but there was a weight in his gaze that hadn’t been there before. His presence was more intense, his proximity something you could feel even when he wasn’t touching you.
There had been a time when his company brought a strange sense of comfort, his silent understanding of the chaos within you something you had clung to. But lately, that comfort had begun to morph into something else—something darker, more suffocating.
Knuckles appeared behind you both, his usual gruff demeanor softened as he fell into step beside you. He had become your protector in recent months, always by your side when you made the daily trip to the Master Emerald. His presence was different from Shadow’s—warm, grounded, safe. But even his quiet companionship had taken on an edge, a possessiveness that unsettled you.
You’d been so focused on piecing yourself back together after everything that had happened that you hadn’t noticed the shift between them.
A picnic. A simple suggestion from Amy, who always seemed to know how to bring everyone together. It had been months since the attack, and she wanted things to feel normal again—to heal the rift between you and the others. Sonic had forgiven you, of course, with his usual breezy smile, as if the destruction you’d caused had been a bad dream. Tails had been cautious, but understanding. The others had followed suit, but things between you and Shadow had... changed.
And Knuckles—sweet, stoic Knuckles—had become something of a quiet shadow himself. Always there, always watching.
Now, the two of them flanked you as you all made your way to meet the others, the air tense with something unspoken. You were lost in thought, your fingers fidgeting with the laces of your boots as you had stopped walking to tie them. The delicate motion distracted you from the strange tension building between your two companions.
The sun was no longer warm on your back as you had reached your room, but the laces still wouldn’t cooperate. Your fingers fumbled again and again, tying knots that weren’t quite right, your frustration mounting with every failed attempt.
Just as you were about to give up, a voice cut through the quiet like a blade. "Need help with that?"
Shadow’s voice cut through the silence like a blade, low and calm. He was already standing by the door, watching you with that unreadable look he always had.
You didn’t answer, but before you could react, he was there. In a blur of movement, he was in front of you, kneeling down. Without a word, his gloved hands moved over your boots, undoing the messy knots you had made. His touch was firm, precise, and his closeness sent a strange chill down your spine. You opened your mouth to protest, but the words didn’t come.
And then, as if the atmosphere wasn’t already thick enough, Knuckles entered the room.
You hadn’t even heard him approach, but suddenly he was there, his large, strong hands reaching out to gather your hair. You froze, your breath catching in your throat as you felt his touch, surprisingly gentle for someone with such raw strength. You hadn’t realized your hair had gotten tangled, hadn’t felt the knots forming in the strands, but he worked through them with an almost methodical care. His fingers brushed against your neck, feather-light and deliberate, the sensation making your skin prickle with a strange mixture of unease and warmth.
You stared at the two of them—Shadow tying your laces with mechanical precision, Knuckles carefully brushing your hair, their actions so casual yet so heavy with meaning. You should have felt comforted by their care, but instead, unease twisted inside you like a vice.
“There,” Shadow said, his voice soft but steady. He rose to his feet, his eyes locking onto yours with a depth that made your pulse quicken.
Knuckles was silent as he finished with your hair, stepping back just enough to let his hand linger on your shoulder, a quiet reminder that he was still there.
For a long moment, the room was thick with tension, their presence pressing in on you from both sides. You could feel the weight of their stares, as if they were waiting for something—waiting for you to say or do anything.
You forced a smile, standing quickly and brushing past them. "I’m... going to get my bag. We should head out."
The picnic was a welcome distraction, but the air was still heavy with an undercurrent you couldn’t ignore. Shadow and Knuckles stayed close, hovering like silent sentinels while the others laughed and talked as if everything were normal. Amy was her usual bright self, Sonic’s laughter ringing through the air as he teased her. Tails was chatting with Cream, and everything seemed perfect on the surface.
Except you weren’t sure what was real anymore.
Shadow’s dark eyes followed you everywhere, a silent intensity behind them that made you feel like prey. And Knuckles... He was different, too. His usual grounded presence felt more like a protective cage, his every glance heavy with meaning.
But it wasn’t until later—when you found yourself alone in the quiet shade of a tree with Shadow—that things began to unravel.
“I’ve been thinking about you,” Shadow said quietly, his voice deep and soft as the two of you sat under the trees. His eyes were piercing, and there was something dangerous beneath his calm tone. "You’ve changed. We’ve changed."
Your heart raced in your chest, and you swallowed hard, unsure how to respond. The intensity in his voice sent a shiver down your spine, and you felt the weight of his gaze like a physical thing, pinning you to the spot.
“We’ve both been through hell, haven’t we?" he continued, his hand brushing against yours, his touch cold and firm. "But I’ve realized... you’re the only one who understands.”
His words lingered in the air, heavy with an implication you didn’t want to acknowledge. You pulled your hand away from his, standing quickly as the unease in your stomach twisted into something darker.
"Shadow, I—"
Before you could finish, Knuckles appeared, his eyes narrowing as he saw the two of you together. His usual calm demeanor had a sharp edge to it now, and for a moment, you could feel the tension between him and Shadow flare like a fire ready to burn out of control.
The following weeks were a blur of confusion and tension. Shadow and Knuckles were always there, always watching, always too close. You tried to tell yourself it was nothing—that they were just being protective after everything that had happened. That they were just being good friends, looking out for you.
But then there was your boyfriend—the one source of normalcy in your chaotic life. His presence was a breath of fresh air, a reminder that things could still be okay. You spent time with him whenever you could, clinging to the feeling of peace he brought.
But Shadow and Knuckles... they didn’t like it.
They would watch you from the shadows, their eyes always on you when you were with him. Their jealousy was palpable, their obsession growing with every passing day. And you... you somehow noticed everything except for that.
One night, you returned home late, exhausted from whatever the hell it was you were doing. The house was quiet, too quiet. You set your bag down on the kitchen table, rubbing your temples as you tried to shake off the lingering fatigue.
That’s when you saw him.
Your boyfriend. Lying on the kitchen floor, motionless. His body twisted in a way that no living person could survive. Blood pooled around him, staining the floor, the scent of death thick in the air.
You froze, your breath catching in your throat as terror clawed at your insides.
"No... no, no, no..." You dropped to your knees beside him, your hands trembling as you reached out to touch him—only to pull back as the reality of the scene hit you like a sledgehammer.
He was dead.
The blood... it was everywhere.
Before you could react, a shadow fell over you. You turned, your heart slamming against your ribs as two figures emerged from the darkness—Shadow and Knuckles, their expressions cold, unreadable.
“Why?” you whispered, your voice trembling, your eyes wide with disbelief. "Why did you—?"
Your world shattered in an instant. The weight of your boyfriend’s lifeless body lay heavy in your mind, the blood on the floor an all-too-vivid reminder of what had just been taken from you. It was impossible to process—the violence, the senselessness, the betrayal. You couldn’t make sense of any of it.
Knuckles and Shadow stood before you, shadows in the dim light of your kitchen, their figures imposing and silent. The air was suffocating, the silence more deafening than any words they could have spoken. It felt like time had slowed to a crawl, the seconds stretching into painful, excruciating moments where nothing made sense.
Your voice cracked as you tried to find words that wouldn’t come. "Why...?" you whispered again, your gaze flicking between the two of them. Their expressions—so cold, so calculated—stopped you in your tracks. This wasn’t them. This couldn’t be them.
But it was.
Shadow was the first to speak, his voice low and eerily calm. “It had to be done.”
His words sliced through the air like a blade, their weight knocking the breath from your lungs. You recoiled, stumbling back from your boyfriend’s body, as if distance might somehow undo what had already been done.
Knuckles, ever stoic, looked down at you with something far more unsettling than anger. There was no regret in his eyes, no hesitation in his stance. “He was in the way. We couldn’t let him hurt you.”
"Hurt me?" The words felt foreign on your tongue, your mind reeling. You had been through so much, survived countless battles and moments of chaos, but this—this was a different kind of horror. "He didn’t... he wouldn’t..."
Shadow stepped forward, his presence overwhelming in the small space, his red eyes glowing faintly in the darkness. "You don’t understand. We had to protect you. He was weak. You deserve more than that."
Tears welled up in your eyes as you shook your head in disbelief. "Protect me? You—You killed him! How is that protecting me?"
Knuckles knelt beside you, his frame making the room feel even smaller. His hand reached out, brushing against your cheek with surprising gentleness. “We did what we had to. You’ve been through so much, and we can’t let anything hurt you again.”
But it wasn’t comfort you felt from his touch. It was dread. Every word they spoke sent chills down your spine, their distorted sense of protection wrapping around you like a noose.
"You’re safe now," Shadow added, his voice unwavering. “With us.”
Your heart pounded in your chest, the panic setting in fully. Safe? Safe from what? From them? The very people who had taken everything from you in the name of protection? You couldn’t breathe, couldn’t think, the room spinning around you as the full weight of the situation pressed down on you.
"Please," you begged, your voice shaking, "this isn’t what I want. You’ve... you've gone too far."
But they didn’t hear you. Or worse—they heard you, and they didn’t care.
Shadow’s hand closed around your arm, his grip firm but not painful, as if he believed what he was doing was for your own good. "You don’t have to be afraid anymore."
Knuckles rose to his feet, towering over you, his expression softening just a fraction. “We’ll take care of you. No one else can do that like we can.”
It was suffocating, the weight of their presence, their obsession. How had you missed it? How had things gone so wrong?
You tried to pull away, your breath coming in short, frantic bursts, but their grip—both literal and metaphorical—was unyielding. You were trapped, caught in a web you hadn’t even realized had been spun around you.
"I didn’t want this," you choked out, tears spilling down your cheeks as the reality of the situation settled in. "I never wanted this."
But your protests fell on deaf ears.
Shadow’s eyes softened, just a fraction, and for a moment, you thought you saw something normal beneath the intensity—a flash of something almost like tenderness. But it was gone in an instant, replaced by that same unwavering determination.
"You’ll understand in time," he said, his voice almost... soothing. "We’re doing this for you."
Knuckles stepped closer, his large hand resting on your shoulder again, his strength radiating from him like a silent promise. “We won’t let anyone hurt you. Not ever again.”
But in that moment, you realized the truth. The ones who were hurting you... were standing right in front of you.

The Searing Pain part 2 ad Merfolk AU part 2 WAS FIRE🔥. Especially the emotions in Searing Pain, I swear I felt my heart ache when Luffy cried there.
About the request , It's more about the Merfolk AU but feel to make it with regular Strawhats pirates!
So , what if the Merfolk AU Strawhats meet Y/n who lives alone in the island and actually doesn't mind them hanging around as long as they won't bother them. Y/n don't hate them or scared of them but doesn't like them.
Happy birthday @emtynessinmyworld ! I hope you like this! Sorry if it feels rushed, but I wanted to get it done in time for your b-day!
What's the harm?
Yandere Merfolk Straw Hats x GN!Reader
2.1k words
“They’re back again,” you muttered while peering out the window.
The “they” in question was some pod of merfolk that have decided to make your island their favorite hangout. It started with them stopping here to get some fruit off of the trees near the shore. You didn’t particularly care that they were here. There was more than enough fruit to go around, so you decided to just leave them be.
However, they were not content to leave you be.
Once they realized that you weren’t going to chase them off, they became enamored with you. It makes sense, you suppose. When the usual reaction they get from humans is either a fearful or violent one, it’s understandable that they might become fond of someone who was simply indifferent to them. If they want to chill here where they won’t be harassed by humans, then you’ll let them.
You just wish they would stop trying to bother you. When you chose to make a small abandoned island your home, it wasn’t because you were dying for social interaction. Quite the opposite. All you wanted was to be left alone, and for years you were. Now? You were lucky to go more than a week without seeing those people.
Taking a deep breath, you mentally prepare for what’s to come. There were lots of things for you to do today. A storm passed through last night and took a heavy toll on your roof, so you’ll need to patch that up. Your garden probably also isn’t faring too well. Fortunately, you were able to drag the potted plants inside, but everything in the ground is probably dead. You need to do some fishing too, but you’ll wait until they leave to do that. Being that close to the water when they’re here is a hassle.
Steeling yourself, you push open the door and slip outside as quietly as possible. These efforts were all in vain, as it seems they were waiting for you.
There’s a call of your name behind you. A look over your shoulder revealed it to be who you assume is their leader, Luffy. The bull shark merman flashed you a wide, sharp toothed smile and waved frantically at you.
You had to fight the urge to go back inside, he was the worst offender out of them all. This guy genuinely did not seem to understand the concept of personal space. He also didn’t know how to stop talking, much to your chagrin. There’s also the issue of him being able to go into freshwater, something you learned about him while trying to fetch some drinking water from a river flowing through the island. Not only did he scare the hell out of you with his sudden appearance, he also launched himself out of the water to tackle you in a hug. You don’t like hugs at the best of times, but you especially don’t like them when they result in your water being spilled and getting soaking wet.
“Hey! Do you wanna come swim with us?!” Luffy shouted.
He asks that every time that they’re here, regardless of the fact that you’ve refused every single time. Apparently he wasn’t getting the hint.
“No, Luffy. I’m busy and have lots to do today, I don’t have time for that,” you answered. Not giving him a chance to ask more questions, you sped off towards your garden, praying that no one tries to follow you. You’ve had to drag Luffy back into the water on multiple occasions when he attempted to come after you and got too dried out from being out of the water. Much to your dismay, he took this as a sign of friendship and not just basic human decency.
As expected, the garden was in ruins. Your heart sank at the unfortunate sight. After removing all the debris thrown onto it by the storm, you saw that nothing had survived. Everything was ripped up and destroyed. You felt sick to your stomach knowing how dangerous it was to lose this many crops. It was early enough into the season that you could replant it and still harvest them in time before winter, but that would require you going back to the mainland for more seeds.
You hated having to go back and be around so many people, but it had to be done. Maybe you could set sail tomorrow? If the merfolk were gone by then, of course. You don’t want them following you for the entire two day journey.
Since the garden is done for, looks like you’ll be doing some foraging today. After the roof repairs. Those definitely take precedent here. Sighing, you turn and make your way back to your home. It’ll probably take most of the day to finish it based on how bad it was leaking last night. Your home was within eyesight of the shore, which meant that the merfolk were going to be trying to talk to you the whole time. How annoying.
As you get closer, you’re confused to hear what sounds like hammering. Where is that noise coming from? Picking up the pace, you hurry to the source and see that it’s coming from your house. Looking up, you see the colorful form of Franky crawling over what once was your roof and hammering on new planks of wood. Beside your home was a pile of discarded roofing tiles and wood.
All you can do is gawk at him while your brain tries to process what he’s doing. The large mantis shrimp notices your presence and stops what he’s doing to wave at you, “Oh hey! I saw that your roof was all messed up so I thought I’d fix it for you! At first I was just going to retile it, but then I saw that the rafters were damaged too, so I’m rebuilding all of it. Don’t worry, I’ll have this finished before it’s night.”
With that said, he went back to work. You didn’t know what to do or say about this. Given that your entire roof was now ripped off, you didn’t exactly want to tell him to stop. As much as you don’t want him to be doing this, it felt too late to keep him from it now. You’ll just have to let it go. Also where in the same hell did he get lumber and roofing tiles from? You doubt you’ll ever know.
Hazarding a glance to the shore, you can see the rest of them relaxing. Nami is currently laying on the shore and sunbathing with Robin reading a book next to her. Luffy is dangling from a tree hanging over the ocean trying to grab some fruit from the higher branches while Usopp and Chopper egg him on.
Oh good, he’s occupied and hasn’t noticed you. Grabbing a basket from outside your house, you run into the forested area of the island to forage. You’re hoping that if you stay out long enough that they’ll be gone by the time you get back. You’ll need to gather at least enough food to last you on your voyage to get seeds.
Lucky for you, the food on this island was plentiful. Between you being the only person on the island and the minimal animal life, there were plenty of fruits and root vegetables to choose from. You could hunt for birds too, but usually you got your protein from fish.
The foraging was going well, but the heat was starting to get to you. Today was not only hot, but also humid and you felt like you were suffocating. Sweat was pouring down your back as you pulled yourself up the tree to grab some fruit. You wanted it to be a little under ripe so that it would ripen up during your journey. Your basket was hung up on a lower branch for you to drop your findings into.
After dropping the last of the fruit you found into it, you slumped against the trunk of the tree. You wanted to do more foraging, but this heat was becoming too much for you. All of the sweating had made you dehydrated, too. If you don’t head back soon you’ll be putting yourself at risk of a heat stroke.
Nodding to yourself, you climb down and grab the fruit basket. It’s full enough that you’re content to call it a day. You can only hope that the merfolk have left by now, but at this point you don’t care. You just want to drink something.
Your house comes into view and you’re pleasantly surprised to see the roof is finished and Franky is nowhere to be seen. Despite your annoyance at him inviting himself to work on it without your permission, you have to admit that his handiwork is impeccable. The roof looks noticeably nicer than the rest of the house, and there is a large blue star painted onto the front of it.
Where he got the paint from is beyond you. Probably from wherever he pulled the lumber out of if you had to guess.
Before you could go inside to get something to drink, someone calls for you. Your head hangs and you groan. You’re in no mood to deal with any of them right now. Why must they insist on bothering you again?
Looking to where the voice came from, you see Sanji pulling himself across the sand with one hand while holding a coconut in the other. Admittedly, you’re impressed at how well he’s able to do that. As he pulls himself closer, you see that the coconut is open on the top.
“I’ve been looking for you! I made everyone some drinks and wanted to give you one too!” Sanji thrust the coconut towards you and watched expectantly.
Setting down your basket, you hesitantly eye up the drink. It looks like a mixture of various fruit juices mixed together in the coconut. Normally, you would never even consider taking anything from these people, and have turned down food from them on multiple occasions.
Right now, though? That looked like the most refreshing thing in the world and your throat was screaming for something to drink. It couldn’t hurt to accept it just this one time, right? What’s the worst that can happen?
Reaching out, you take it from Sanji’s hand, “Thank you, this looks really good.”
Sanji beams at you while you take your first sip. It’s delicious, and the one sip turns into you gulping down the rest of it in a matter of seconds. The tropical fruity drink felt like heaven going down your parched throat.
Sanji is still laying in the sand by your feet. His chin is propped up on his hands and he’s smiling at you while his long tail swishes behind him. Oh, he must be waiting to hear your opinion on it. It would be rude to ignore him after accepting the offering. “That was really good, thanks for that,” you answered simply.
“Do you want more? I made plenty! If you come with me to the shore I’ll refill it for you,” his hopeful smile almost made you cave, but no. You couldn’t give them an inch because you know they’ll take a mile if you do.
“That’s alright, I’ve got to get some things done around the house. Thanks, though,” you tried your best to let him down gently.
Instantly, his whole demeanor drooped, but he didn’t move to leave. Maybe he was hoping to make you sway if he looked at you with his kicked puppy face long enough. Guess that means you’ll have to leave first. Fine by you.
You spin on your heel to do just that, but stumble. That’s weird. All you did was turn around but you’re so dizzy that you’d think that you just spun in circles for a minute straight. Your vision started to blur as a horrifying realization dawned on you.
He drugged your drink, and you fell for it hook, line, and sinker.
In a last ditch effort to get away, you attempt to get into your home and lock the door. This amounts to nothing because you collapse after the first step. Your fingers dig into the sand uselessly, your arms didn’t have the strength to pull you forward. You weren’t even that far from the door, it was just barely out of reach. What a cruel joke.
Vaguely, you can hear motion behind you and feel someone pulling on your ankle. You can make out several voices, but your mind is too hazy to put any names to them. Boisterous laughter is the last thing you hear before everything fades to black.
Apparently, this was the worst thing that could happen.

Base Yandere Monkey D. Luffy Headcanons: His Treasure (One Piece)
#Yandere #YandereLuffy #YandereHeadcanons #YandereOnePiece #LuffyOnepiece #Onepiece #Headcanons #LuffyxReader #GenderNeutralReader #Reader #GenderNeutral
[Hello, My Sexy Muffins! I am here with a new chapter! This one another request from, Archive, and almost a year old, if not older. Better late than never! Anyways it is base Headcanons for Luffy! I hope that you all enjoy this!]
(Disclaimer: Luffy is not yandere in canon, this is just for fun and not to be taken seriously at all! Simping for fictional characters and fictional yanderes is fine! Just do not be gross or illegal about it! Also, Remember to separate headcanons from canon, and fiction from reality! Yanderes are not ideal partners to have in real life!)
(Disclaimer 2: I have not watched all of one piece so I am not up to date on it all, so if some of this is incorrect I apologize!)
-Base Yandere Headcanons With Monkey D. Luffy X Gender Neutral Reader-
.Luffy is going to be King of the Pirates.
.That was one of his goals for the longest time.
.He put his heart and soul and everything he is into becoming the king of the pirates.
.Then he met you, he was not able to love, but something about you changed him.
.He felt something that he has never felt before and he cannot get you out of his mind.
.He more or less persuades and or kidnaps you to join his pirate crew.
.He is not going to leave your island until he gets you to agree to join his pirate crew.
.He is just as determined to make you his as he is in becoming king of the pirates.
.And you will be his co-ruler! The Majesty of the pirates!
.He also is very open about his love for you.
.Declaring you his majesty a lot.
.He is also VERY VERY VERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRY protective of you!
.Like if anyone was to hurt you, they are beyond dead.
.He will not stand for you to be hurt. You've seen Luffy go so beyond angry. Think that times 100.
.You are his treasure. HE WILL NOT LET YOU BE STOLEN OR HARMED. ]
.Though he lacks the common sense to know when to stop declaring his love or be able to take a hint that you are not interested.
.Oblivious to that in general he also knows he can worm his way into your heart and then you will be his for sure.
.He can be seen as a childlike yandere in the sense he goes to extremes.
.Such as declaring his love for you and trying to marry you.
.To also being very simple that he loves you and you will love him so why should you both wait?
.It is a simple way like a child has.
.He would also risk his life to protect you and defend you, no matter what!
.Luffy would hate one thing about you, that if your love was weak.
.Saying that you and he could not be together.
.That it was impossible.
.He loves you with all his heart and will make you love him just as much to take that risk and be brave enough to accept your love for him.
.He is the type of yandere to be determined and not give up if you say no.
.He will show you that you two are meant to be.
.He does not care how long it will take he will make you his treasure no matter what!
.He would deal with rivals by beating them just saying that you are his treasure or his majesty and that no one else can have you.
.He would confess to you almost instantly and beg you to join his pirate crew.
.If you say no, he will not give up either persuading you or kidnapping you or both!
.He is also very good likely so no matter how much you say no or how much you fight his love.
.He will not give up or falter and he will make you his majesty of the pirates!
.No matter what you are his treasure!
[YASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS Another chapter is done! I hoped you all enjoyed this and stay sexy, all of my sexy muffins!]

i dont know your rules or if you have a masterlist but out of nowhere I got obsessed with King and i need more fics on him, my favorites are headcanons
so if you could write about him like yandere headcanons where he kidnapped reader who he caught insterest in
or bedroom headcanons like its canon that he is a sadistic pervert but do yo think he would like to be dommed by his s/o
I don't have any rules and no master list yet! But I'm glad you decided to send this ask! As a fellow King-starved OP fan it can be quite hard to find any content about him, especially as a Yandere, like- why, it works so well with him!! As for bedroom headcanons, I wrote this a while ago. Not exactly a straightforward answer to your question but still, I think you'll get the answer yourself. Also, I managed to fit some backstory about King😅 (most of it is actually his backstory) but I promise it explains his... yandareness... my writing style is different but I hope you'll like it. More ideas about this AU have come to me as I was working on this, so let me know if I should write part 2... Anyway, hope you enjoy this!
Warnings: Spoilers for King's real name, his backstory, kidnapping, closed-off character, murder, arson.
No matter where Alber goes, there will always be a certain darkness following him, the darkness that began surfacing inside of him ever since he became a research subject at Punk Hazard. The memories of warmth are lost to him, his family members, their faces, their love, traditions- everything from his past turned into shadowy figures that visit him in the dead of night, where he laid bare on his back, defenseless and unable to move an inch.
Alber experiences, no- has experienced those lonesome nights too many times after his escape, with Kaidou at his side, passed out drunk, there was only so much he could do under the night sky, as the sweat rolled down his chin, awake and stricken with fear, haunted by the nightmarish masks and white coats. The extreme heat lingered under his skin, with no scars to show the battles he survived on the Punk, though he could still feel the consequences of others' actions.
Each day his loyalty to Kaidou grows and so does his disdain for the people they have met on their journey. Days and months soon turned into years, years he has spent becoming stronger, years he spent with Kaidou, he has to catch up with him, perhaps matching up to his strength, but that is reaching too far, for Kaidou is strong, stronger then he'll ever be. Each second his world shrinks down to only the hero, who had saved him, his vision is blind to the islands they traveled to and conquered, blind to the beaten-up bodies they defeated. The colors of his environment blur together, lost to the intriguing laugh of his captain. He stares after the huge back, a back which he has to fill with his own will and strength, He is no longer Alber, for the boy was a shadow that no longer belonged to his body, weak, only confident in his endurance, a prey waiting for salvation. The worthless name stood on empty grounds, a new title was given to him.
He tries his best and this time, his best is enough for the man he idolizes (He has to thank his biology). He backs up his captain and engraves his name onto the burnt enemy's back, King. He takes pride in his new title, fit for Joyboy's first-mate.
He is no longer Alber. He is now the predator that the scientists have tried to research and avoid. He puts on a nobles mask, made of the finest leather. He puts on a new identity, on that day, on that land, a monster was born, a monster that happened to burry its emotions into the depths of the ocean.
King smiles.
Even after their crew gets big, annoying comments from Queen are met with aggressive glares, his facial features are hidden behind a dark mask that's acting as an intimidation factor, he holds the crew together purely for Kaidou, there is no respect tugging at his actions, sentiment hasn't had a place in him for some time now. What he first felt when he met Kaidou only brings so much to the table, so little emotion, aside from authority. The dark grows, and even if he is emitting an eternal fire, ebony covers his frames, cooling the heat and leaving him in the chilliness of The Beast's shadow. In utter darkness.
King kills, tears the bodies up, and burns them until not even the bones remain. All he does is stare down at the screaming faces, staring them down as they did to Alber. All he sees is the red light coming from the burning village. The smell of rot follows after him as he walks down the streets of an unnamed island.
In a small cottage at the end of the town, he feels a presence hiding from him. Away from the door which he bursts through. He doesn't waste his time as he strides into the person's house, in a place he can see their shaking silhouette. His steps are loud in his tiny bubble, with no fire or scream entering his field of hearing, he doesn't hear the door shut itself, but he can feel the breaths that left the person's nose, and can hear the vibrations caused by their shaky figure across the floor. In the dark of the room, he opens a cabinet to find scared!you.
And his field of vision, which was locked onto Kaidou all this time, shifts. It gets bigger as he stares into your scared eyes, glossed over with tears trickling down your face, your expression is drowned in fear as you look up at him. Unknown to the feelings running through him.
The feelings, the emotions he buried long ago now seemed to resurface, looking at your sweat-covered forehead, his eyes travel over your form, they remain frigid, even as his heart rate speeds up, even as the world around you becomes darker, even as his breathing becomes heavy.
Up until now, only Kaidou existed, for Kaidou. With Kaidou. Now the narrow view of him widens as you, a mare civilian join the everlasting space that exists inside of him. Your eyes so bright, filled with fear attract him. Your face shape, so tender and beautiful. You are the only color that exists in the dark, the only light in the endless tunnel.
The house is dark, but you emit light, you stick out even when he has stopped using Observation Haki. You make him feel warm in a way that he has never experienced before.
His heart is beating faster and faster the longer your eye contact lasts, his wind was knocked out of his lungs by the time he moved.
As he takes you by your arm, you stay quiet in fear of what he could do, quivering as he wraps his fingers fully around your arm. Your legs are frozen, acting like dead meat when he drags you out of the untouched house, they barely move when you realize the situation you got into.
He doesn't answer your questions of what he is doing or where he is taking you, his ears only picked up your voice, so angelic and clear in the sparks of fire that lit your garments, your skin and hair shining in beautiful reds and yellows, though he would enjoy seeing your natural colors. In a setting much cooler, and less tragic than this.
His world warps once again, he doesn't falter when Jack tosses a strange look his way as he gets closer to their ship.
He remains unaffected by your insults and weak attempts to set yourself free from his grasp. His natural strength is much greater than yours will ever be.
He ends up taking you to his room, barely remembering the path he took to get there and the faces he must have come across. He only lets go of you when the door is locked.

The Flag We Serve Under: Chapter 4
Yandere Azur Lane
Masterlist
< Chapter 1 | 2 | 3
hello! not dead, but kinda busy - TR will be back next week :)
Something was off.
There was no question about that fact in your mind, your unusually silent phone gripped tightly in hand even as you tried your best to push the uncomfortable feeling to the back of your head temporarily and refocus your attention on the present. And standing atop the highest natural point, surveying the seemingly endless blanket of pink cherry blossoms that covered the Sakura Nation’s mainland far below your feet, it would have been all too easy to do so, to push such turbulent thoughts aside and away.
After all, it was a respite from the turmoil and turbulence of the world outside of these isles; here, your troubles seemed so far away. There was no headquarters, no officers breathing down your neck, no subordinates clamoring for your time and attention for one matter or another. The breeze that swept through your hair rustled the leaves gently as you allowed yourself to bask in the stillness, the sounds of life just barely starting to echo up from the streets a stone’s throw away. It was peaceful, a tranquility you could barely remember from a time before joining the Azur Lane that sang in your veins, a slight floral scent that permeated the very air tickling at your nose.
On the far side of the island, the sun was just beginning to peak over the horizon, the light of dawn staining the clouds and gentle distant waves with pastel colors.
You could stay here, you mused, a nice long vacation away from your exhausting schedule, if not forever.
But one glance back at the battle-worn aircraft carrier far out from the island where it was docked, a mere speck floating atop calm, azure seas from this distance, was enough to shake you from your momentary delusions; you were here to do a job. A highly sensitive mission, and it was too quiet. Unnaturally so.
You weren’t the only one who thought as such either, you noted, spotting Enterprise frown down similarly at her phone out of the corner of your eye, the white of her hair catching the sunlight as she lifted the small device higher into the sky in a bid to get a signal, and your mind returned to your initial conundrum as you glanced down at your own phone once more. Why couldn’t you reach anyone back at base, or anywhere else for that matter? Could anyone reach you?
The lack of the endless notification of messages and updates that usually plague your phone was noticeably gone, but you were sure that it wasn’t just yours and Enterprise’s whose signals have been (allegedly) jammed. Chancing a glimpse back at the two quiet Sakura light cruisers girls standing behind you, their gazes respectfully lowered from yours. Kawakaze and Noshiro, you reminded yourself - why didn’t they have communicators? Or rather, why didn’t it seem like they were using any? Not a single cackle of static, or a mumble of acknowledgement, or even the accidental ping of a message since you had arrived on the island last evening: no doubt the sudden electronic void it was starting to get to you.
“Is there something wrong, Commander?” Nagato’s child-like voice pierced through your thoughts like an arrow, and you startled back to reality, stumbling backwards slightly at the realization of just how close those amber eyes were to yours. You hadn’t even heard her arrive. And when did she get so close?
“Ah- La-Nagato,” was all you managed to stammer out in your shock, before you caught yourself, straightening up to your full height. “You’re up early.” Your first mistake of the day. The embarrassment at your stupid straight-forward observation instantly set in, and you felt like you had put your foot straight into your mouth. Sure, you were attempting to avoid her question, still in the midst of considering whether you should bring up your connectivity troubles to someone that Headquarters has time and time again labeled as enemies, but to say something so lame? In front of the Sakura Emperor?
But the other did not take offense nor laugh at your trip up, the black-haired girl instead seeming to study your face carefully before replying. “I was informed that you had left your accommodation before day break, and I came to meet you at the earliest possible time,” she clarified, her small hands folding neatly over the red of her dress, though she made no move to back away. “I apologize if I have startled you, Commander.”
You waved off her apologies, straightening your own officer coat. “No, it’s fine, I was just a little surprised.” And then, you hesitated - your second mistake.
Cursing internally, you didn’t miss her right fox ear twitching slightly as you answered, nor the brief questioning look she threw at Kawakaze and Noshiro before her attention returned to you. “So is there something wrong, Commander?” Her voice this time more firm, the demand clear in her tone.
Fuck fuck fuck. You should have known better than to take this conversation with Nagato head-on unprepared - even in your dealings with her all those years ago, she had always been sharp as an arrow and well-versed in the game of politics. How could she not be, having to handle not only those of her court but also the likes of Iron Blood and Vichya Dominion? The sudden tension was heavy on your shoulders as you tried your best to keep your gaze unwavering from her pointed one, your thoughts a turbulent sea in your mind even amidst the now-uncomfortable silence. What now? What should you do?
You wished that you could have more time to turn the situation over a few times over your books, have the opportunity to consult with your senior office or Alabama, or just to think about it a while longer. The reality of the situation, however, was that the strain between you and the Sakura Emperor had spread to the other shipgirls gathered on the hilltop, and the hostility was threatening to spill over. Spotting Enterprise just to your right, her once-relaxed stance now taut with tension, narrowed violet eyes scanning the two light cruiser girls flanking Nagato, there was no doubt. Even if none had yet to summon their riggings, you knew your time was ticking. What you had in your hands was a live bomb, and you had to solve this. Now.
Taking a breath, you swallowed your anxiety and made your decision.
The world finally breathed again as you held out one hand, signaling to Enterprise to stand down. “We’ve been having some issues with contacting anyone at base since last night,” you confirmed, your gaze shifting off of Nagato to glance warily at Kawakaze and Noshiro still in their alert position, hands resting lightly on their sheathed weapons. You could hope that you had made the right decision to divulge such sensitive information; after all, in the right hands, it was a glaring vulnerability. “I thought it might have been a one-off issue, but it is starting to get concerning that I can’t get a signal, even on the highest point I could find.”
You trusted Nagato not to exploit the weakness you had just handed her on a silver platter, but despite that, you still had your own nagging suspicions; you couldn’t have absolute certainty that the Sakura Empire hadn’t cut its own connections to the outside world upon your arrival to the island nation. Why they would do that was beyond you, given Naval Headquarters was aware that you were here, but it was too far-fetched. And it seemed the black-haired girl in front of you understood the unspoken implications immediately, fox ears swirling to face forward even as those amber eyes remained steely. “The lines are working fine. I have spoken recently with Prinz Eugen from Iron Blood. Perhaps there was no one to answer when you rang because of the time differences, but I’m certain that you’ll get a reply soon.”
Of course you doubted that; at the very least Alabama would have picked up no matter what time of day - you knew she would be worried sick if you didn’t ring her the minute you arrived. But you didn’t want to call Nagato a liar outright and certainly not to her face, opting to accept her reasoning at face value until either you had the bandwidth to investigate further or drop the matter upon your departure. Whatever came first. You simply nodded, opting to say nothing more on the matter and slipped your phone quietly back into the pocket of your skirt. “Alright, I’ll try again later.”
Enterprise, however, wasn’t convinced. “Commander, but-”
“It’s fine, Enterprise,” you repeated, bodily turning to throw a stern glance at the uneasy aircraft carrier, who fell silent. You understood her, but this wasn’t the right time, and even if she was a well-respected veteran, you were still the commander. Once more, returning to face the short-statured emperor, you kept your expression as leveled as you could manage, unwilling to show any further weaknesses. “Will your entourage not be at ease? I assure you we are unarmed.” Or as unarmed as an aircraft carrier without her riggings on could be, at least.
“At ease, Kawakaze, Noshiro,” the other immediately commanded, and said light cruisers relaxed their stance, arms falling back to their sides.
“I had a look at the schedule yesterday, Nagato, but I understand there have been some changes?”
Nagato waved at you, inviting you to walk with her, her massive riggings swinging smoothly aside to give you space as the bells that decorated her dress jingled lightly. “Yes, there has been. I have another urgent meeting to attend, and Akagi is eager to meet you over breakfast. I shall join you once my meeting has concluded.”
Despite the arduously trained self-control that Nagato is known for, every one of the carefully constructed walls in her mind, built to keep her emotions at bay, was on the verge of catastrophic collapse as she pushed past Kawakaze, black hair streaming out behind her. ”I messed up I messed up I messed up-” The words mumbled repeatedly under her breath echoed her own spiraling thoughts as the forest of cherry blossom trees overhead gave way to traditional houses, tiled roofs shimmering slightly in the light of the morning sun.
It had been five minutes since she had left you outside the doors of the meeting hall where Akagi and Kaga were waiting, along with Noshiro to watch over you.
The sun was creeping ever higher into the sky, the pink of dawn having faded away into a cloudless blue sky. Hearing the hurried steps of her personal handmaiden attempting to catch up did little to slow her own pace, not with Nagato being hardly in the right headspace to bother. What had just happened was an absolute disaster, to say the least, and it took everything she had left to stop the tears from welling up and spilling over right that instance.
She thought you would be proud of her for putting on a brave, professional front in front of Enterprise, after all that that white-haired carrier had done to the Sakura Empire - instead, all she saw was the stern glint in your eyes as you failed to praise her or pat her head like you always did, and even rebuked her entourage. Were you mad at her? Why were you siding with that Eagle Union ship instead of her? Have you already forgotten everything that you had gone through together?
A sniff snuck out before she could stop it, and Nagato hurriedly pressed her sleeve to her nose, turning one final corner onto a quiet, narrow alley and away from the growing crowds along the main streets; the last thing she wanted was for her subjects to see their Emperor in such a pathetic state. Barely noticing as she swept past the ancient stone walls marking the transition from public place to her private abode at the end of a small, unassuming street, the ambient sounds of life faded away into the background as the architecture style of buildings around the two aged. The black-haired girl, lost in her thoughts, continued to trod silently down the meandering path, her feet bringing her to the majestic wooden hall at the end of the walkway.
The pair of slippers left neatly on the steps in front of the silk screen doors of the reception room was the only sign that her guest had already arrived. The emperor hastened to remove her own - it would be rude to keep guests waiting any longer, after all - though she did pause to instruct Kawakaze to return to your side, before sliding open the doors and disappearing inside. She would rather not find out what Akagi would get up to if she kept her attention off of the fox-tailed aircraft carrier for too long, even more so around you.
The private reception room was simply yet tastefully decorated, just as Nagato liked it. A traditional Sakura style, the emperor picked her way across the tatami mats that she knew like the back of her hand, the dark cherry wood with its small but delicate flourishes combined with screens decorated with cranes and flowers enough to bring a certain grandeur to the room. Rounding the corner, the back of a black-purple coat was what took up most of her vision, with the tall lady wearing it faced away from the entrance, though it was clear that she was aware of the newcomer, those equally large fox ears twitching slightly at the footsteps that echoed across the otherwise silent room.
With speed that was rather unbecoming of royalty, Nagato quickly moved to join her at the table, folding her legs under her as she sat. ”I apologize for my tardiness, Musashi. There was an unexpected delay.”
But much to her surprise, said woman only moved to take a sip of steaming tea before those bronze eyes turned to meet amber ones. “Why the suppressed tears, child?”
It wasn’t a question Nagato was expecting, and she blinked. How did she know? “I told you, I am no child, Musashi,” the black-haired girl finally managed to protest, though her indignation did not last long as she found herself swept up and pressed into the other’s large bosom, nor did she deny. Compared with the Yamato-class Battleship, even the weight of her riggings was barely a deterrent.
Musashi simply smiled at the objection as she kept up her stroking, gently running one hand over Nagato’s silky hair in a calming gesture. It reminded Nagato greatly of the same way you would pat her head to the point that she wondered if perhaps the two of you had met before, before shaking off the ludicrous idea - no, there was no way. “You can tell me anything,” the taller of the two soothed. “Your safe haven is here.”
The larger battleship’s assurance was enough for the usually stoic Sakura Emperor to cave, allowing her emotions to well up and show on her face - the first in a while. “I think I made her mad,” Nagato found herself whimpering out into Musashi’s dress, tiny fists clenched around black fur tight enough for her knuckles to turn white. The world seemed to fall completely silent, the smaller girl doing her best to bite back and swallow down any other sounds of distress, though several still managed to slip out; even if she was allowed to be vulnerable in the privacy of this reception room, it just wasn’t very like her to do so. But she simply couldn’t get her thoughts off of you - what if you hated her? What if you wanted nothing more to do with her?
“This person who you supposedly made angry,” Musashi’s voice broke both the stillness and the thoughts swirling around in her tumultuous mind. “Is it the commander that the Azur Lane sent for negotiations?”
Nagato felt her nerves calm a little - the lack of admonishment coming from her trusted advisor on her moment of weakness was comforting. She took a deep breath. “Yes.”
A hum, as the other pondered for a moment. “I saw her arrival yesterday evening, but I’m afraid I have not had the chance to make her acquaintance. Why do you think you made her mad?”
At that moment, all the turmoil reared its head again. “She- she didn’t side with me.” But even as Nagato spoke out, she felt her cheeks flush - Musashi was right, she sounded so childish. Yet what ugly, ugly jealousy churning in her gut failed to fade. “She chastised me for not keeping Kawakaze and Noshiro in order.”
“I see.” A pause, and the two took the time to sip at their tea.
“But let us put that matter aside,” the Sakura Emperor finally continued, delicately placing her cup back down on the spotless wooden table. “I assume there is something that you wished to bring to my attention urgently, Musashi.”
“Indeed. We can take this up personally with the Commander at a later time. You do not have to do this alone, I shall be there with you to settle this matter,” Even as Musashi acknowledged the change in topic, the smile that pulled at the corners of her lips didn’t drop with the increase in severity of the matter they were discussing. “Two Iron Blood ships have been spotted within Sakura territorial waters, but they did not get close enough for the patrol to positively identify them.”
Back across the high seas, the clear night sky studded with stars stretched out to meet the ocean’s abyss horizon in the distance, the remaining lights that dotted the empty streets of the forward base reflected in the bobbing waves splashing up against stone seawalls. Yet, it was peaceful seas and tranquil darkness that hid the turmoil churning just under the surface - this much South Dakota was certain of. Most of the shipgirls had long gone to bed, save for those on night watch, though even their patrols wouldn’t bring them to this isolated part of the island.
So why was she here? The tanned battleship let out a sigh, leaning back onto the wall, her black hair shimmering as it caught a stray silver of yellow light from the nearest lamp. She wasn’t even on duty tonight, and tomorrow was no doubt going to be an equally long day. It was nothing more than a gut feel that led her to wait here, and she was starting to question it as the minutes ticked by. But right as South Dakota was about to call it quits and retire for the night, a rustle of leaves and a sudden flash of white ponytails caught her eye amidst the clumps of bushes. Bingo.
Standing from where she had been seated all these hours, the Eagle Union ship stretched, allowing the satisfied grunt to leave her lips, making her presence known. “And where do you think you’re going?”
Alabama barely slowed in her trudge across the grassy area. “Where do you think I’m going?” Came Alabama’s response, her white coat flourishing as she swung it around, slipping it on in one graceful movement as she stalked past her older sister with no hesitation.
No response was needed - both of them already knew what the answer was. And she understood where her youngest sister was coming from, she really did. It was impossible to miss the heavy tension that weighed down every room Alabama entered after she had returned without you, the same weight that only grew with every passing hour.
A few quick steps was all it took for South Dakota to catch up to the white-haired girl even with the other’s long, fast strides, and one more was enough for her to blockade the other’s path. “I can’t let you leave. Orders from the Commander.”
That last phase didn’t sit well at all with Alabama as she tried to step past South Dakota. “The Commander is missing,” the last word practically hissed.
But the older of the two wasn’t phased. “Missing is a rather strong word.” South Dakota might have been a new transfer to your command as well to this particular forward base, but there was no doubt about one thing. She knew above all else that Alabama was extremely attached to you, and she was in turn your closest confidant, having been together right from the start of your journey as a Fleet Commander. “Have you at least passed this by Bunker Hill?”
“I’m her secretary,” with the unspoken question of why she needs to pass anything by said carrier, despite Alabama knowing full well that it was the other in charge of the Eagle Union division of your fleet up until your return and not her.
South Dakota tried again. “She has an escort, doesn’t she?”
A pause, before the older of the two felt the tension in the air grow. “I’m going to find her.” Oops. Seems like that was the wrong question.
South Dakota sighed, this time moving to grab her sister’s arm. “I can’t let you. Commander’s orders.” She had been warned beforehand by Bunker Hill of the probability of Alabama sneaking off as she was passing down your orders, and the battleship could only guess that Bunker Hill herself had in turn been forewarned by you. Whatever mission you were on, it was certainly extremely classified if you were taking such precautions.
Yet, the tanned black-haired woman mused as Alabama started to struggle in her grip, she had also heard of the stories about you and your past that floated around Naval HQ, passed between the other commanders and shipgirls. It was something that she was certain Alabama remained unaware about just yet. But it wasn’t her place to tell the youngest of the South Dakota-class battleships and get herself into unimaginable trouble that only god knows about, instead opting to turn her attention back to the current brewing storm. “She just could be busy.”
“She hasn’t picked up her phone in two days, not even a text,” Alabama retorted. “Something’s wrong.”
“Have you tried calling again?”
“The whole day,” Alabama snapped back, the ire that had been hiding beneath her unbothered exterior finally rearing up, though at least she did stop trying to break free. “What makes you think I haven’t been trying again and again?”
The namesake of the class only sighed. “Look, how about we bring this up to Bunker Hill first? You don’t even know where to start looking.”
Red eyes stiffly met gold ones, as if assessing whether the other’s intentions were genuine. It was clear just how protective Alabama was of you, this much was certain, but there were better ways to go about elevating her concerns rather than rushing out into the abyss of the oceans. The chirping of insects, accompanied by the soft symphony of the waves, was all that filled the night as the two finally turned to head back towards the base, with South Dakota sticking closely to her youngest sister.
Whatever the next day brought, it was bound to be downhill from here for a while.

Fem Reader x Yandere!Eustass Kid
CW: kidnapping, yandere Eustass Kid, violence, dubious consent, imprisonment, abuse, swearing, sex, group sex, dark content kids I am not messing around with this ♥
Chapter 2: The Chase
You were breathing heavy when you made it to shore, but the winds hadn’t favored the Punk Victoria, and you made it to the beach without having to ditch the rowboat.
The winds hadn’t exactly favored you, either, and the ship wasn’t that far away. They’d be weighing anchor and row boating themselves to shore shortly. You needed to be as far lost and gone into the woods as possible.
You were already acutely aware this wasn’t Three Rivers Island, but with luck it would be big enough for you to disappear into it for long enough. Your survival skills weren’t exactly expert level, but you knew a lot of fruits and foods available in the area thanks to the heavy commerce of your home island. There was a small harpoon in the row boat, something maybe for just holding the small vessel next to a boat while the occupants left, but it was sharp and came with enough rope you could tie it to yourself.
Fortune favors the bold, or something.
You smile, taking a bite of the lobster tail and nodding. “No, you’re not wrong.” You admit. You were enjoying yourself. The meal was fantastic, and Kid was remarkably good at carrying a conversation. For someone with impressive scars and a missing arm, he didn’t let either hold him back.
He looked different too. Dressed in clothes that any merchant would appreciate, with his hair falling down around his face in messy loose waves. He had a metal arm, but it was much smaller than you’d seen before, and was mostly concealed by the puffy sleeves of the shirt he wore.
“In the end though, I like it here.” You say easily. “It might not be the life I dreamed of having, but it’s functional.”
He smirks, and you’re sure a couple people joined his crew because of that smirk. “Functional’s hardly living. I’ve seen how you work, didja ever think of being a pirate?”
You almost choke, laughing a little and waving your hand. “Pirate? By the seas.” You shake your head. “I don’t have the constitution for that. I barely like the blood I see when the cook’s prepping meals.”
You wanted to get as high as you could for starters. If you could get your bearings sea-wise you had a far better chance of making it back to your home. If Three-Rivers wasn’t visible on the horizon then you’d have to weigh a few unpalatable options.
Did you turn yourself into the pirates who were hunting you? Trapped on a ship might be better than left effectively for dead on an island that may or may not be able to support you.
Did you attempt to sneak back on board the ship as a stowaway until the next port? You were small, and the crew wasn’t many in number. The ship was huge, so keeping yourself out of sight and sneaking crumbs was plausible. But if you got caught you were probably going to be worse off than if you surrendered yourself.
Your last option, if you couldn’t see another island from whatever vantage point you found, would be simply taking your chances on this island. The idea of living alone on a, most likely, deserted island for an indeterminate amount of time until a friendly-looking boat stopped by wasn’t exactly high on your list of options.
But if you passed fresh water on your way into the interior, and found some fruiting trees, then it wasn’t an impossible option. The longer you could dodge your pursuers the better your chances of making the most viable decision.
Diving into the underbrush, you do your best to avoid snapping twigs or bending anything, walking gingerly through the forest. You were less thrilled about not having shoes right now, but it was easier to tread softly without heavy shoes, you just had to ignore anything that squished between your toes.
Ten minutes in you found a creek, and stepping into it found it was pleasant temperature wise, and the silt was well packed. It wasn’t like walking on rocks, but it wasn’t slick with algae or deep and muddy. You kept your feet in the water as you walked to avoid splashing, but you hadn’t heard any concerning sounds since you got into the woods.
The crew was likely just now coming ashore as it was.
“A second date?” You look down at the ground for a second. “I…”
“You had fun.” It’s not a question, it’s a statement. The confidence would usually rankle you, but not only is he not wrong, he knows he’s not. It’s not hollow confidence.
“I did.” You admit, looking away with a scowl on your face.
“We’re in for another couple of days. Not tomorrow night, the night after. Just,” He bends over a little, turning his head to catch your eyes before he smiles. “Walk along the beach with me. Let me talk to you.”
“Talk?” You cock an eyebrow at him, and he flips you off.
“Yes, talk. You brat.” He nearly barks the words. It’s disconcerting that he looks hotter when he’s a little hot under the collar. “I said I wasn’t going to force my way into your damn pants.”
You smile, closing the short distance between the two of you and kissing the tip of his nose quickly. The action causes him to freeze in place for a second. “Sorry, I didn’t mean to irritate you, cap’n.”
You needed to follow the stream for as long as you could. If there were enough rocks for you to come out on you’d consider it. In the dark it wouldn’t be so easy to notice as a wet foot mark, especially since they’d have to watch every inch of the creek’s banks while they pursued you.
You were focused on reaching a vantage point, but you realized that your biggest problem was that you had rowed your happy ass for nearly forty minutes to reach this island. The crew had been on a ship. The really big pirate crew, with bounties that proved how formidable they were, and by association, how much stamina they had.
You shook the thought from your head. One problem at a time. You weren’t racing them to a destination, you were trying to get yourself lost in a jungle enough to not get caught. You didn’t need to have an excess of stamina to manage that.
You were tired though. Rowing was a whole body activity, and trudging through a jungle wasn’t easy either, especially with the slight incline you were dealing with from working your way into the interior.
You noticed a big, leafy tree, and decide to climb it. Barefoot tree climbing was something you’d done as a kid, but adult you was far less thrilled about it. It took a couple minutes, but you managed to get comfortable in a thick collection of branches. You had a good view of the sky, a bad view of the ground, but up in the tree you could rest a little.
You didn’t need line of sight to the ground to be able to hear either, so you’d be able to hear if any of those oafs wandered nearby.
You had walked the mostly deserted shores of the island with Eustass for almost two hours. All the two of you had done was talked. He talked about his crew, their adventures, their plans, and he kept reassuring you that you’d be safe from harm with him. You talked to him about your life on Three Rivers Island, dreams you’d let go of, the quiet life you enjoyed.
“It is a tempting off, I’ll admit.” You muse quietly, watching the waves roll in for the nighttime high tide, sitting on a patch of grass as the fire Kid was starting warmed the area. “But I mean it truly, I’m not a fighter. You can’t possibly have use of a barmaid on your crew.”
He scoffs, the clipped grunted laugh shaking his shoulders once. “I don’t. I’m not asking you to join the crew because I want to make use of you.” He admits. His back is to you, his eyes on the fire, or out to sea, you weren’t sure. You imagined there was a heat in his cheeks he didn’t want you to see.
Heat that was in your own cheeks, admittedly.
You’d been wooed before, by sailor, merchant, and wretch alike. You weren’t a stranger to sharing a bed with someone, but working in a bar meant you knew how most sailors and pirates viewed someone like you and it left a sour taste in your mouth. You had nothing against being promiscuous, you only detested anyone thinking it was expected of you.
“Are you going to make me say it?” He asks. There’s an edge to his voice, some of it sounds like anger, but most of it sounds like embarrassment.
“… No. I… I can’t leave with you. I can’t return it, so I won’t ask you to say it.” You admit. There’s a pain in your chest, a sadness in your voice. Neither are there to appease him. You really had been enjoying yourself. If you thought there was any chance he’d accept, you’d offer for him to stay on Three Rivers.
“It’s there though.” He says flatly. It’s not a question, and so you don’t answer it, but you already know he wouldn’t say it unless he was certain.
You wake up from your brief nap. The sky is a little brighter than before, but not by much. Dawn is approaching, but there won’t be any real light for another hour. You stay still for a moment, listening to the surrounding area as best you can before you descend from the tree and continue the hike into the island’s interior.
If Kid and the crew walked through the night they might very well be ahead of you. They also might still be behind you, if they hadn’t managed to pick up your trail then they’d be forced to hunt tree by tree. Of all the little skills you’d picked up over the course of your life, tracking someone in the wilds was not one of them. Unless they left painfully obvious signs of passage, you weren’t going to know where they were until you heard them. Fortunately, the little nap you’d had, put some life back into your limbs and it was easier to move than it had been.
The soft light of the impending dawn was enough to help you get a better idea of the island. You passed several trees that produced fruits and nuts you could eat, and knew how to eat. The stream you’d traveled in was fresh and clear – you might get a stomachache for a couple of days adjusting to water different from your own island, especially since you didn’t have any survival gear, but as long as there weren’t any poisonous plants growing along the riverbed it wouldn’t be fatal.
Considering how comfortable the night had been, the days probably got warm and humid, but you and your clothes could easily adjust. This island wasn’t likely to have much of an autumn, never mind winter, so you wouldn’t have to worry about freezing to death before someone came along. Your biggest problem, assuming you needed to stay here, was going to be maintaining your sanity. Humans were social creatures, and isolation could crack a lot of people.
The land evens out as the sun rises fully. Again, you were glad your clothes were darker shades. If you’d worn pastels you’d be another beacon against the darker shades of the deep forest. Looking around you found a promising tree, grumbling only a little as you began another barefoot climb.
Your first order of business was going to be making shoes out of something. It was harder climbing this tree than the last one because your feet were torn up from the first climb. It was small wounds, nothing that was bleeding badly, or in need of stitches, but the callouses you had from being on your feet all the time could only protect you from so much.
At the very least you could make a ladder from driftwood and gather fruits and nuts without more climbing.
“I wonder how long it would take to whittle a pair of clogs from driftwood?” You mutter to yourself as you brace against the tree’s topmost branches. Scanning the horizon you can see the Victoria Punk anchored off the coast, and work your way around to the other side of the tree carefully.
Moving branches aside with the end of the spear you look out over the horizon. You could see the outline of an island in the distance. It was possibly Three Rivers. You were hungry, but you hadn’t been ravenously hungry, so it was unlikely you’d been passed out in Kid’s bed for days. Chances were this was just the day after your beach date.
So this was probably the Countess – an uninhabited island that some of the merchants would vacation on from time to time. Perfect. That meant that aside from a few territorial birds, there weren’t any aggressive animals on the island to be wary of. Plenty of nuts and fruits, a decent supply of fish, you were certain, and the chances of rescue were incredibly high.
If it was the Countess, it was still Three River on the horizon, and with little more than time on your hands you could start building a boat. Rowing from here to there would be exhausting, but not impossible. Three Rivers had a yearly rowboat contest that went around the entire island. It took three days, and competitors slept and ate in the rowboats.
Island currents and open ocean were two different beasts, however, so it was certainly a last resort idea.
Climbing down from the tree you stayed by the trunk for a moment, trying to listen for any sounds. Countess Island wasn’t very big. Hopefully it was big enough you could continue to shake a crew of a dozen or so pirates, but that was your biggest challenge right now. There wasn’t enough land to really get lost.
You needed a cave or root hollow to hide in, and the sooner the better.
“Hm?” A glimmer in the growing daylight catches your eye, but as you turn to look it disappears. You look around more, senses on edge, when you feel something cold against your wrist a second too late.
Pulling your arm away does little more than clamp the spiky metal bracer into place. A force you can’t fight pulls you down into the dirt with a sharp tug.
“Shit!” Just as you hit the ground your arm’s yanked up and back pulling you through the air before you slam into the tree behind you. The spike’s locked into the rough bark and you’re effectively pinned to the tree.
Your whole body aches from being jerked around, but your shoulder’s screaming the worst. If it’s not dislocated, it’s not far from it. You’re too far up the trunk to touch the ground with your feet, so your battered soles are trying to find footing against the bark again.
A sense of dread washes over you. You’re not worried about your shoulder or the bark anymore. You’re not just caught, you’re being stalked. Hunted. You had a healthy dose of fear and respect for Kid and his crew, but this is the first time you’re scared down to your bones.
You recognize Conqueror’s Haki, it’s quieted streets on Three River several times before now, but you’ve never had it feel like this. It’s not washing over you, it’s slipping under your skin and clawing at your muscles, almost like it’s threatening to tear your organs from you if you succumb to it.
“There she is,” the sound of his voice pushes you deeper into your rising fear, and you wish you could disappear into the tree itself. There’s an almost jovial tone in his voice, but it’s manic and on edge, and that edge is pressed against your throat like a knife.
“My little pet mouse.”

I Almost Lost You Part 2|Levi x Evelyn
(A/N: Someone in the comments of the last part asked for a part two, so here we go! Thank you for the request and I hope you enjoy!)
WARNINGS: noncon, dubcon, manipulation, domestic abuse, yandere themes, forced marriage, forced pregnancy, stockholm syndrome, violence, mind breaking, misogyny, attempted suicide, etc.
================================================
Captain Levi was nothing if not relentless. Whether it was in battle or in his personal matters he wouldn't stop his pursuit until he could crown himself the victor. A slight like disobedience was bad enough, but to blatantly lead him to think she was dead was enough to fuel his rage. He bet this was all a ruse just for him to show weakness, to prove that the cold-hearted Captain really did have a heart deep down.
There was relief, and hope, the knowledge that his beloved wasn't actually departed from this world was enough to bring him some comfort. The truth was if he had actually identified the body as his wife who knows what Levi would have done to himself. A life without her was one he wasn't willing to live. Now he had his purpose back, and with renewed vigor. If Evelyn was brazen enough to attempt something like this then he still had work to do on that spirit of hers.
He would see her home.
Those who had seen what the full extend of his despair and anger was with the belief of his deceased was enough to rally all to Levi's cause of finding her. No one wanted to see the Captain break like that again, he might take to blaming someone other than himself, they would rather spend back-breaking hours hunting down one person if it meant they themselves could live another day.
Out of all the attempts Evelyn had made at escape yet, this was by far the most brilliant, even though Levi had figured out her ruse, at least she had given herself time to make a run for it. With a day's head start, who knows where she could have run off to? They could scour anywhere from Wall Sina to the shoreline. She could be anywhere on this island by now, but the saving grace was that she was on the island. She had to be. No one but their enemies and singular friend across the sea had a means of crossing it, and the outpost built there would alert him to any activity. That was comforting at least.
Now for the rest of civilization. That would be far more challenging.
Upon learning of Evelyn's fake death Levi had sent orders to shut all the gates immediately, claiming to the people that it was a test run of the emergency procedures should there be an invasion. Hopefully the lie would be bought. But still, no word came back for days of her whereabouts.
Levi was getting frustrated. He had never had this much of a challenge in locating his wife, usually within an hour or so of her disappearance she would be found or he would at least have a lead on her.
"Where have you gone my love?"
He muttered the words to himself that night, staring at her picture, wiping the glass to rid it of the sticky white fluid covering it. When he was frustrated and angry like this he needed some kind of release, or else he wouldn't think clearly.
The mere sight of her even in a photographed form sent desire coursing through his veins with such intensity he could hardly stand it, but clarity be damned, he needed sleep as well.
Tomorrow was another day.
================================================
Evelyn listened to Levi's noises of anger and pleasure until the tell-tale series of gasps and groans fell silent with a final sharp inhale. He had done this every night since her fake death, desperate for some kind of comfort and solace, she couldn't imagine what he would do if he found her.
In all this time knowing and being married to Levi Evelyn had learned his thought process. If Levi thought she had run, and far at that, then he would search the ends of the Walls for her, hoping to catch her before she vanished entirely.
Knowing this, she went with a different strategy.
As Mrs. Ackerman, mistress of the house, she was permitted into any room she chose at any time, especially the bedroom. A room where no one but Levi was permitted entry unless she explicitly allowed it. That gave her plenty of time to stock pile supplies into the attic access in their room.
Asking for extra food and comforts from staff was encouraged, Levi wanted her to eat, he was afraid of a hunger strike and would gladly fuel an appetite within moderation. And the blankets welcome if it meant her comfort.
This all had gone into the attic, to give her this little nook to hide in. She figured that given enough time, Levi would give up on searching for her, and she could be free to escape for real. Whenever he was gone, she could just sneak and gather more food, she knew all of the servants schedules and when they would be gone.
Evelyn would never stay behind, so he would never check the house. In her mind it was foolproof, the corpse she had burned dug up from one of Levi's killings long ago. And from this point in the house she could hear his thought process of the whole thing since Levi was one to voice his thoughts out loud.
This is how she would make her escape and rid herself of him forever.
================================================
Days turned into a week, then coming into the next. And still no sight of her. Levi was getting desperate, so desperate that his thoughts were consumed by her, and he didn't even listen to his servants asking him about hearing things in the attic. It was the house torturing him with the sounds of her steps, taunting him since she wasn't there with him.
Another night alone in bed, was simply silence. He wanted to be alone with his thoughts, no distractions. He thought he heard creaking in the attic, some rat or cat got up there, he'd have to deal with it later. Maybe during the weekend he could take care of the problem since he didn't trust someone else to handle it, they would let the beast loose in the house and then he'd have a real problem.
He couldn't help but smile at what Evelyn's reaction would be to that. She would beg him to keep whatever creature he found, claiming she needed just such a companion.
Immediately after he regretted thinking it, loneliness and a hollow feeling filling him of the absence of her. He had to find her before it was too late.
================================================
When Evelyn was sure Levi had gone to work she allowed herself the liberty of stretching her legs and walking around. Hours could be spent exercising since she didn't want to risk noise with Levi in the house. For once since her marriage she was able to spend her time the way she wanted. There was no one who could stop her, no one to order her around and then violate her.
Today, she would make this space into more of a home, she had brought a broom up to help clean up the dust and cobwebs, with this she could make the situation more bearable. Rolling up her sleeves she got to work.
Levi cursed Evelyn for his forgetfulness, a binder of important documents had been on the dresser so that he wouldn't forget them in the morning. And he had gone halfway to work when he remembered. A few more curses left his mouth before he reluctantly turned and came home. He hurried up the stairs into his room, grabbing the papers.
As he turned he suddenly froze in his tracks. Now he heard it, clear as a bell and without sleep to mess with his brain.
Footsteps. In the attic. There was no mistaking it now.
Quiet as a mouse, Levi set the papers back down. Waiting until it seemed like the steps were coming as far away from the attic access as possible so she couldn't hurt him coming up the ladder.
When he was sure of his safety all at once he pulled the hatch, bringing the ladder down and quickly climbing up.
As predicted, there, dazed and frightened was his wife. A mess from living up here for so long.
"So, you thought you could outsmart me, I hope you're ready for your punishment."
================================================
Once Levi had cleaned her and tended to her broken legs he lifted her as gently as a doll and placed her on the bed. Now he would be gentle. His rage had subsided with each crack of bone, now he wanted to show her the other side of him.
As he crawled over her he gave her a soft smirk.
"To think I almost lost you. Don't look so scared my dear, I won't let that happen again."

In Qsmpronpa, who do you think would kill, why would they kill, who would they kill, and how? Also, who do you think would survive up until they find the mastermind?
OKAY SO i wasn't gonna answer this initially because i am Not good at creating the enigma/mystery/everything around that aspect, and also because when i imagine danganronpa aus i imagine it as like. ultimate development plan/summer camp style where i just get to fuck with ultimate shenanigans. BUT the thing is i'm also like super autistic about this series and have fully analyzed the trends and patterns of every chapter. so. i'll be going into that for my explanations as opposed to actual motive and means
chapter 1:
pattern: tricked into murder/accidental victim, "important" victim
sorry cellbit. you'd be too powerful in this. you're getting sniped king. it'd be played somewhat like twogami where everyone is looking towards him as a leader due to his abilities to decode mysteries and get them out of the island, only for him to be Instantly Slaughtered. as for who kills him . . . probably charlie or mariana? the whole "bit" with the trial 1 killers is that they either didn't mean to kill, or didn't mean to kill that person. kuwata started as the victim to his attack, hanamura meant to kill komaeda, and akamatsu was going after the mastermind. and considering their duo name is misclick duo . . . yeah. likely mariana because if charlie's killed off too early how are we going to find time to put him in a freezer for the Bit
chapter 2:
pattern: killer reveal, hidden past
so. the pattern here actually isn't even about the killer or victim. a killer is just Revealed at somepoint within the chapter, whether before the trial (fukawa), in the trial itself (peko), or after the trial (maki). so obviously, the reveal of bad having previously having a more murderous ultimate would be revealed here.
as for the actual victim/blackened . . . One of them has to have something about their past that isn't revealed until the trial. i can't use cellbit's cannibalism because he's already dead, so i think i'd have to go with fit's history in 2b2t! gonna have to edit the canon a bit, as i think it'd make the most sense for him to be the victim, and the blackened having killed him for some past 2b2t-related slight. i think felps would be fun? chapter 2 is weirdly forgettable to me i'm sorry orz
chapter 3:
pattern: double murder, bury your gays trope, killing for love
considering essentially the whole smp is gay one of these will be very easy. the most obvious contender for this one, for me, is forever as the blackened with missa and philza as the victims, but ONLY in the sense that he hadn't expressed his more yandere tendencies prior to this. philza and missa get together mid-game, forever can't stand the thought, so he kills missa and philza ("if i can't have him, no one can" kind of thing). no one really suspects him at first because he seems GENUINELY torn by phil's death until the reveal. i also think it's funny if the ultimate survivalist doesn't survive to the end. so
an additional part of the chapter 3 blackened is that they're all women but. uh. i would never do that to jaiden. she is LIVING through this. we can ignore that pattern, as a treat <3
chapter 4:
pattern: "for the greater good", beefcake death
sorry but. i have to kill foolish here in one way or another. i think what would make the most sense would be for someone to have sacrificed themselves for one reason or another (such as nidai doing so to get them out of the funhouse) and having utilized foolish as a part of their plan. maybe maxo? a sacrifice to get more evidence against the federation, or to get out of the island, or something like that
chapter 5:
pattern: overly complicated, shrouded blackened/victim
uh. kind of anyone can go here, because while at this point, all the deaths are "important" characters, that tends to be because there's only like. 6 bitches left. i think it'd be cool to do something with luzu and arin! that's all i really got for this one because chapter 5 takes SO much thought and effort to properly plan out in a canon-accurate way and. i am Not that smart.
and chapter 6 is ofc more of an "unveiling the mystery" than a murder trial so. everyone else lives ig!
#muse talk#anon#qsmpronpa#long post#sorry. i'm so autistic about this series#im leaving the how to interpretation. yall figure that out

Hello Clown, it's Noelle.
By the Emptiness Machine indeed I alluded to the song because you mentioned it couple times. It so happens that I am doomed by a feeling of emptiness, so I connected to that metaphor. I went to listen to your song, like I did others, and I liked it.
This secret wedding plan is so romantic, a little bit like a local elopement. I've always felt that weddings are for the couple itself and no one else. There are cultures where they celebrate mega weddings with hundreds, even thousands of guests, it becomes a production. That is ridiculous.
I can understand the attraction to Japan: after all, they invented the term Yandere. Japan has so many attractions, like Sanrio cafes and cat cafes. I like their food and cleanliness, and of course, honor. A society that serves great food in hospitals is way ahead of ours. They don't like foreigners though. That's how they are successful in protecting their culture. The only thing that is so tragic about Japan so many people commit suicide there because of peer pressure. So many men are lonely because they cannot find someone to marry. They get married to a hologram. Or their phone.
Thank you so much for your kind words about my loss. It hurts so much and it happened recently, actually a month ago. 2024 was extremely difficult year with losing 2 of my fur babies too. I have a phobia of New Years days because what if the next year will be even worse? I don't like January 1st. It's a stressful date! I hope you have picked a good date for getting married. Dates are SO important. They have symbolic, universal, ethereal and magical meanings. Research the date you have picked to make sure it bodes well.
I must agree with you white man has done a lot of damage and caused a lot of wreckage to many people around the world. One of the reasons I like Natives so much is because they are so spiritual. I like how they name people by what they are. I have done the same for all of my fur babies (living and dead). One of them I called wolf, because he was, like a wolf. He was my best friend. I really don't understand how I am even alive without him. I made him promise me to never leave me knowing all too well he could not promise something like that. His name was Okami, wolf in Japanese.
I just realized that December 31st could be a great time to get married, since that way you start the new year together as a married couple, not single anymore, so the new year looks less scary as you have one another. It is also a great marker of your relationship. July 31st will always have a very special meaning for me too because of my own relationship. It is a most sacred day for me because it is the day of my significant other's birthday, who is very much, my God. He has saved me from my disgusting hoarding habits. Hoarding is a mental disease and I had it bad, and now I still have it but it is under control. I wish you a good evening. I must continue with the Christmas decorations. This time I am brining out a Victorian Tree with bows (no fiberoptic tree this year - it is too big), as well as a huge animated and musical crystal carousel with horses by Mr. Christmas company. A few Santas, Nutcrackers and winter animals. Sea island cotton sheets and duvet covers and pillowcases. Special German chocolates. A beautiful carved nativity scene. I used to have a Dickens village and a Kinkdade village but it's too much to put it together. I have so many ornaments it could fit on 5 trees.
-Noelle 🎄
