Yandere Alpha Dave Headcanons

-Alpha Dave would be a protective and obsessive yandere. He'd keep a facade up though. If you ever saw him in public he would look at you just like he would look at anyone else.

-In all honesty though, he's dangerous and you should feel glad that he genuinely cares for you and wants to keep you safe and happy. He has so many resources at his disposal; he could make your life a living hell at every turn if he felt even the slightest bit of sadistic intent towards you.

-He would want to stalk you more than he actually does. He wishes he had the kind of time that would let him watch you every day, that would let him see every place you visit, every person you talk to, every facial expression you make throughout the day. He would use any sort of vacation from work to stalk you. You might find it interesting that he hangs around your city when he's not in Hollywood, but it wouldn't be enough to raise suspicion.

-Any public statement on it would just be some random thing about the area that would not matter in the slightest when deciding on a place to visit. He would cite things like saying the wildlife there is respectable, or that he can make some obscure shape by connecting cities and your city happens to be the approximate center of that figure. It's total bullshit, and he never bothers to think of an actual excuse.

-You would receive some "ad" email for his movies. He would make sure that it looked like it was sent out en masse, but really you're the only one who would receive it. It would claim to be a download of some bonus, behind the scenes content for his upcoming film, free of charge for whichever 1,000 email addresses were randomly chosen.

-If you click the link, your webcam light would turn on briefly before flickering out and the site would ask for your card info for a supposedly free download which would definitely raise some red flags. However, everything about his film and business practices would, and the link does go to a part of the official website. You'd probably be able to brush off all this stuff as weird quirks of his business, just as he had intended.

-If you keep going and do end up putting your card info in, it wouldn't lead to any sort of film download at all. It would only lead to a page with some random sketches and story boards of various scenes that have been in his movies.

-When you check your bank account, you'll see that some amount of money has been deposited into your account. It wouldn't be any truly exorbitant amount like he would want to give you if he didn't need to worry about making you suspicious. He knows he couldn't get away with that sort of transaction. Instead it's fairly small, considering his wealth. Maybe 500 dollars or so. Enough to make a solid difference for you, but not enough to actually mean anything for his bank account.

-He would kidnap you without ever actually approaching you before that day. He wouldn't hurt you much at all, but it would definitely scare you. He wouldn't bother trying to calm you down until you're in a spot that's more private.

-He would be in a "disguise" when he kidnaps you, aka he wouldn't have his shades on, wouldn't have his hair styled at all, and he'd be wearing some random sweatpants and a hoodie. He would try to alter the way he holds his face as well, so that just in case someone sees him they wouldn't suspect that it is the Dave Strider at all.

-His go to method would be to drug you, but if that's not very feasible with the conditions he might be willing to threaten you, both verbally and physically. They aren't genuine threats, and he'd feel like shit the whole time, but it's just enough to get you to stay quiet long enough for him to get you into his car and get on the road without alerting too much suspicion.

-If he had to threaten you into complacency, once he gets you into his car he would change, apologizing to you genuinely, regardless of if you believe him at all or not. He would do as much as he could to assure you that you're safe, that he's not going to actually hurt you. Even if you doubt everything he says and refuse to listen to him or calm down.

-He would kind of forget to introduce himself at first, so it would be a shock to you when he takes you into a full penthouse rather than some shitty apartment on the bad side of town like you had honestly expected off of how he was dressed and how aggressively he was acting towards you.

-Once he gets you back home with him, he'd be very clingy and affectionate, even though he'd try not to seem desperate with it. It would be a lot of him just holding you against his chest while he tries to relax. If you fight against him too much when he wants to relax, he might sedate you. Ultimately he doesn't want to though, so he would tolerate you complaining and insulting him and even trying to squirm away, so long as you don't get too close to escaping.

-He sees sedation as something that would make you lose time that you could get be getting accustomed to his presence. Additionally, he doesn't like how limp you go against him, he'd rather you hold some of your personality, even if you're using that to insult him and shift away from him.

-As much as he wants to take you out for public appearances, to let the world see you cling to his arm at parties (even if you have to be lightly drugged to be willing to hang on to him like that), he's too worried about someone hurting you while you're out of his penthouse to actually let you come with him.

-Overall though, your situation would be comfortable enough that if you can convince yourself to even just tolerate him, you'll be more well cared for there than you would have been in your old life. He wouldn't let you communicate with anyone from back then though, too afraid that you would expose him and find a way to get out.

I've got good news for the alpha Dave fans in the audience today: I've got the world's most self indulgent kidnapping one shot in the works for him. I haven't had much time to work on it but I've currently got like 700 words drafted.

Cruelty: How would they treat their darling once abducted? Would they mock them?

He tries to treat you nicely. Or rather, he sees it as him treating you nicely. He'll force affection on you, he'll keep you locked down and trapped with him, but he wouldn't make fun of you for it. He knows that any mocking or insulting he could do would just push you away even more, and that's the last thing he wants. He understands that it's his fault that you're here; he understands that, if given the choice, you would leave him in an instant. That doesn't do anything but make him hold you tighter though.

Game: Is this a game to them? How much would they enjoy watching their darling try to escape?

This isn't really a game to him. He's willing to entertain your escape attempts, to not lock you down immediately when you fight against him, but if you actually get out of his arms he would get you back as soon as possible. He hates the fact that you feel the need to escape. The only part that he might treat as a bit of a game is getting to win you over. It's just because he's used to people practically falling all over him, so the effort of getting you to love him is a little bit fun, though he does genuinely wish it could have happened in a non-captive scenario. He isn't cruel with it though, even if he sees it as a bit of a game. He's devoted. It's like he's trying to do everything in his power to get you to fall for him.

Hell: What would be their darling’s worst experience with them?

Probably the night that he kidnaps you. It's the only time that he might be rough with you and try to make you afraid. The night as a whole would be confusing and terrifying, and by the time he bothers to explain what happened the fear is already rooted deep into your soul. You'll probably be entirely convinced that he just moved you into a second location to kill you, or to hurt you beyond repair. He'd be frustratingly patient though, which would only throw you off more after how cruelly he had acted during the abduction. You would be tied down as soon as he gets you into his house, because he doesn't expect you to just lay there and take it. The most he would do to indicate any amount of negative feelings towards you is to rub his temple like he has a headache as you beg and plead for him not to kill you. He'll let you get it all out before he reassures you that that's not what he wants, he'll let you struggle and cry until you wear yourself out because he knows your too panicked to actually let what he says settle in. It's alright to him though; that just means he'll need to keep showing you how much he loves you and how little he wants to hurt you until this fear fades away.

Naughty: How would they punish their darling?

He wouldn't punish you, exactly. He would view punishments as counterproductive and would feel that they make him seem like a worse captor than he should be, a worse lover than he should be. The closest he would get to punishing you is just restraining you more so that you can't fight, or sedating you so that you can't fight. In theory he would prefer to condition the misbehavior out of you positively by giving you more privileges and gifts, but in practice he can't stomach withholding those things from you unless you've attempted to use them to escape.

Patience: How patient are they with their darling?

Before kidnapping you, he is remarkably patient. He's really good at keeping himself busy with his work, so it could be years until he kidnaps you, unless there's some external factor at play. Even if you had a partner or spouse, that wouldn't change how long he would wait to kidnap you. If there was a change in relationship status though, like you getting a partner that you didn't have when he first started watching you or if he were to notice one day that you were wearing an engagement ring, he would end up taking that person out. He does it himself, because he wants to make sure it's done right. It's nothing flashy, but he'll definitely enjoy getting to cut out that bit of competition.

Once you're kidnapped, he's still very patient, but he's patient in that he'll let you struggle without really telling you to stop. He understands that you're scared. He gets it. He doesn't want you to be scared, but honestly he'd be more shocked if you weren't fighting. He'll still force affection on you, still hold you close to him, still make you sit on his lap any time that he's able to work from home, but so long as you aren't hurting him too badly or getting close to escaping, he'll let you struggle in his arms, he'll let you hit him, he'll let you call him all sorts of names. He'll still love you through it, still stay careful with you. If your struggling gets to be too much, enough that he can't focus on his work, enough that you might injure him enough that he can't brush it off, enough that he has even one moment where he thinks you might actually get away, he'll just sedate you and keep cuddling.

Tears: How do they feel about seeing their darling scream, cry, and/or isolate themselves?

He'd feel bad. It's not unexpected, but that doesn't mean it doesn't sting when you flinch away from him and look at him with tears and fear in your eyes like you expect him to just end your life instead of giving you everything you could ever need or want in life. It doesn't mean it doesn't break his heart to see you struggle against him and break down over the life you lost. He'd try to stay level throughout it, to calm you down with soothing touches. He wouldn't let you isolate yourself though. If you started fully ignoring him, that's one of the only times where he'd push things beyond just hugs and clinging onto you and kissing the top of your head. Of course, he wouldn't force himself on you outright. He can see how counterproductive that would be if isolation was the issue at hand. That doesn't mean he wouldn't start kissing you more intimately, holding you with a little more intent than his usual desperation.

Zenith: Would they ever break their darling?

He doesn't want to. Really, that's the very last thing he wants. If you ever seem to retreat into yourself fully like you're broken, he would try anything that comes to mind to get you back. He'd pull back from you a little, try to give you some space to yourself to see if that fixes it. He might try to pull some strings to get access to any psychological journals and case studies he could on mental recovery of kidnapping victims. He's entirely willing to put in the work to get you back to how you were before, but he's not willing to let go of you even if you do nothing but zone out to the point of being nothing more than a husk while laying flat on his bed. To him, having you but broken is still better than not having you at all.

-Protecting you would be added to their long lists of obligations and tasks. They would prioritize you, even if it meant having part of the rest of their life slip a little.

-They would kidnap you, after all it's far safer for you to be in a house with them than it is for you to be on your own in such a harsh, cruel world.

-They would tell you about their day, and their most recent accomplishments. You'd be expected to congratulate them for what they've done. They just want your support, is that so much to ask?

-If you don't react how they want you to, they'll likely leave you isolated until you feel like you need social contact to be well. They'd never leave you somewhere where you could get hurt, but they wouldn't be against leaving you locked alone in a small room in the house.

-With Rose's foresight, you would never be able to get away from the two of them. She would let Dave know if she was expecting you to make an attempt, and the two of them would foil whatever plan you had.
