Getting back into gamedev by prototyping this building system I've had rattling around in my head for a while. Not the most revolutionary thing, but I'm really excited to expand on it! *insert foundations pun here*
Also it's made in Godot! I've been on and off with it for a while but would really like to commit to it for my projects going forward. Thankfully the transition is surprisingly smooth. Once you wrap your head around Nodes its mostly just a matter of figuring out how Godot implements xyz Unity feature.

Would what the PV presented have been better? Maybe. Maybe not. We don't know but fans act like it.
And it annoys me...
I never liked how some fans pine over the PV's presentation over what we'd get from Miraculous because it's basically them mulling over concepts and ideas that COULD'VE been "better" but they're just that: concepts.
PV Felix could've been better that Adrien. He could've also been executed poorly in writing.
PV Marinette could've been better. Also could've been executed poorly.
The 2D animation is only as good as it is because this was a short video less than five minutes long. If made into a full season of 26 episodes, I doubt that they could keep it consistently high quality. Only reason the show proper looks as good (the animation errors are not the end of the world, get over it, guys) as it does is due to multiple animation studios across multiple countries.
Though it does imply a full 2D pilot might've been made. I wouldn't mind a special episode based on the in-universe movie.
In any case, I feel like fans are too hung up over XYZ greivances they take with Miraculous proper and project them onto a prototype verison that could've pissed them over even more royally. It's something I worry about because it saved them the trouble of doing critical thinking.

In the Arc-V Crossover I say the Lancers are still formed in this as LID saw the devastation of the Fusion Dimension and the Xyz Dimension and realized it was only a matter of time before the Standard Dimension would come under siege. The only thing I am not sure of is how too conclude Leo Akaba into the mix. Did he just disappear too the Fusion Dimension leaving a confused Declan and the rest of his family? I can't think of a good way otherwise as Leo is a big part of why the Fusion Dimension ended up going after the different Dimensions.
Also it wouldn't surprise me if Declan decide too be more direct with his investigation of Phos/Frontier than how he is with trying too get Yuya with LID
Leo does indeed disappear but how is closer to foul play. When you consider how famous LiD is, there are individuals who would try and take advantage of it. Leo was kidnapped with his kidnappers eventually finding the Fusion Dimension door. And just like a Venus Flytrap, the corrupted seal welcomed its next victims.
Declan learns about the possible link when he notices Sora has an item that his dad had before disappearing. A prototype he was working on but been tight lipped about. It's enough to draw suspicion for him.
Declan is definitely gonna be more direct when it comes to investigating Phos/Frontier. Especially as things start to heat up.

Ex-Machina Review
!!!Spoilers!!!
Nathan Bateman, is a fucking asshole.
I love it.
There’s a lot of “theories” about this movie, but I have my own interpretation.
Narcissism and God complex aside, yeah he has those things, but Caleb is a driving point for how we see him.
I do not think Caleb is a robot or AI.
But he was losing his mind in the end.
Nathan may be an arrogant asshole, but he wasn’t wrong or lying to Caleb about AVA. Like he might have lied about the experiment, but for that to work he would need someone gullible and perhaps with no family, because let’s be honest, if the test worked, Caleb was not going home 😭 (homeboy was going to end up like the people who installed the generator)
Ava had Caleb eating out the palm of her hand. He fell in love her and she just wanted to leave.
Nathan is the only man smart enough (from what the movie tells us) to make this cutting edge AI, but no matter how many prototypes he builds, at some point they are going to feel like they are being held captive if they gain a conscience.
He can’t let that shit out in the world until they chill first and accept that they are an AI and can’t have normal life until xyz.
Either way, the end result of “what next” if they passed his test is going to be fucked up no matter what.
That robot feels like a person and can’t have a or al life and they are obviously going to want one.
So in my opinion, the movie sets up Nathan as a fucked up god figure held captive not by his intellect but also his creation.
He had to baby sit these fucking robots and hope one day they won’t try to escape him or worse (how the movie ended).
He obviously isn’t a god, but asshole rich geniuses tend to be arrogant and self absorbed in some way. Like, yes, you are a super genius and no one can do what you do, but let’s cool it with the God comparisons.
The movie only ended with his death because Ava turned Caleb against him.
I think he knew that was going to be the end result.
“Caleb wanting to help Ava.”
But he didn’t plan on Caleb losing his fucking mind. Because that’s what turned everything to shit.
But now let’s talk visual language, and meta shit.(my favorite🥰)
Domhall Gleason is obviously taller than Oscar Isaac, but this movie put a lot of emphasis on it.
On top of that, Nathan works out a lot.
Caleb is taller and he’s also pretty smart. But he’s also a gullible dumbass. That’s what feeds into the evil narcissist narrative to get us to think Nathan is the “villain” befor the big twist.
But CLeb just keeps feeding into it. He calls him a hod and kept doing stupid shit for Nathan to correct him.
Nathen isn’t suspicious, Caleb was just suspicious of Nathan.
I also think Nathan is the type of man where being smart isn’t enough. Taking, care of his body as well as being smart, makes him more “superior.” It feeds into his god complex as much as his intellect.
He also likes to subvert expectations of super smart scientist.
He’s not some frail absentminded professor in a lab coat.
He’s a weightlifting, dance loving, dude that likes to kick back with a few drinks. He likes to talk the shit and have a good time.
But also he lived alone for many years with an AI robot to fuck from time to time and sometimes dance with.
Good chance his workouts and hikes are for his mental health.
Nathan is an asshole, but he’s not a villain.
At the end of the day he’s making and testing something.
He killed those generator guys, and I think at the end of it all, he was going to kill Caleb too. NDA or not.
He chose a kid with no friends or family for a reason.
He’s making a product that needs getting and manipulated someone for the best results.
He likes to be In control of everything and aware of every possible outcome.
While the lying might have been wrong, it is the best way to test his AI. Like it makes sense not in a crazy way.
I think Nathan is more callous/sinister than evil or cruel.
I think Caleb was buying into Ava so much, and since the movie is from his perspective, it can convince the audience he is a villain of sorts.
Thank you for making it to the end of you did. I hope you enjoy my word vomit of the movie I enjoyed!

Cheap 3D Scanners: Affordable 3D Scanning for Everyone
3D scanning technology has revolutionized the way we create, replicate, and interact with physical objects in the digital world. However, for many years, high-quality 3D scanners were prohibitively expensive, making them inaccessible for hobbyists, educators, and small businesses. Thankfully, the market has evolved, and today there are several cheap 3D scanners that deliver impressive performance at a fraction of the cost of professional-grade devices.
In this article, we explore the best affordable 3D scanners, what features to look for, and how these budget-friendly devices are transforming industries from education to 3D printing.
What is a 3D Scanner?
A 3D scanner is a device that captures the physical shape and dimensions of an object using lasers, light, or other forms of sensing. The data collected is used to create a digital 3D model, which can be edited, analyzed, or sent to a 3D printer.
3D scanners are widely used in engineering, design, reverse engineering, healthcare, gaming, and even archaeology. Today, with the rise of cheap 3D scanning options, the technology is more accessible than ever.
Why Choose a Cheap 3D Scanner?
While industrial 3D scanners offer extremely high precision and large-scale scanning capabilities, they often cost thousands of dollars. Cheap 3D scanners, priced under $500, and sometimes even below $200, make it possible for:
Hobbyists to scan objects for 3D printing
Educators to introduce students to digital fabrication
Small businesses to prototype parts or create models
Artists and designers to digitize sculptures or handmade items
Affordable 3D scanners are ideal for non-commercial, light-duty scanning needs.

3. Portability
Handheld scanners are easier to use and more flexible than fixed-position ones.
4. Software Compatibility
Choose scanners that are compatible with STL, OBJ, and PLY file formats.
5. Ease of Use
Beginners should opt for plug-and-play models with intuitive software interfaces.
Use Cases for Cheap 3D Scanners
1. 3D Printing
Many users buy cheap 3D scanners to create 3D printable files from real-world objects. You can scan broken parts, modify them digitally, and reprint them.
2. Education
Students can learn the basics of 3D modeling, digital scanning, and fabrication in an engaging, hands-on way.
3. Product Design
For prototyping or creating scale models, budget 3D scanners help designers bring concepts to life quickly and affordably.
4. Art and Crafts
Artists use scanners to digitize clay sculptures or hand-made models for digital editing or online sharing.
Limitations of Cheap 3D Scanners
While affordable, budget scanners do come with limitations:
Lower resolution compared to industrial models
Difficulty scanning transparent, reflective, or black surfaces
Limited software features
Smaller scan volumes
However, for most hobbyist and beginner applications, these drawbacks are not deal-breakers.
Tips for Getting the Best Scans
Use proper lighting: Avoid too much glare or too little light.
Avoid reflective surfaces: Use matte spray if needed.
Keep the scanner steady: Use tripods or stands where possible.
Practice makes perfect: Experiment with settings to get optimal results.
Where to Buy Cheap 3D Scanners in India
If you’re in India, you can find affordable 3D scanners online via platforms like:

okay so when I was 15. and I know it's when I was 15 because I used to make my self-insert oc about two years older than me, and for this she was 17. I'm feeling really nostalgic for this piece okay,
so some of you might remember I wasn't allowed to watch yugioh growing up, my mom banned it when i was young and I finally got back to it partway through Zexal, which means this was before Arc-V started airing. anyways I had this massive self-insert original story, but I never wrote it down, it was just all planned out in my head,,
anyways. main character, who we'll just call MC Gira because she was literally a self-insert. orphan, adopted by a man who ran a dueling school; I don't remember his name so we'll just call him the principal. the dueling school was divided into courses based on your summoning method-- fusion, synchro, xyz-- which is why I say this was before Arc-V, because I was super amused that idea was used in the very next show.
anyways MC Gira is the top of the Fusion course. she's rivals with the girl at the top of the Synchro course, Melanie, and then later on she gains a second rival in transfer student Morrigan, a boy who joins the Fusion course and shows her up. she makes friends with Kaita, the younger student who manages to work his way to the top of Xyz. Early in the story, her childhood friend Dylan resurfaces for the first time in years, but it isn't until partway through that he learns to duel and becomes the head of the Ritual summons course. they're a mess but they're the core group and end up incredibly close.
MC Gira appears to be a psychic duelist-- she has to be careful activating her powers, because it brings the cards to life and she can use them to cause real-world damage. she's a bit of a troublemaker but typically isn't out to hurt people, so a few people are aware she can do that but it's not a huge thing. but those powers aren't natural; the principal, the man who adopted her, was also a scientist who'd been perfecting a serum to create artificial psychic duelists. I don't remember his reasoning but it was probably something generically evil, I was working on this at 15 lmao. all of MC Gira's friends eventually get their own serums as well, giving them similar powers that resonate with whatever duel monsters they use.
anyways when I was writing this I was in one of my typical teenage phases and for some cool theming and stuff I gave MC Gira the Ω symbol when she activates her powers and stuff. she's basically a prototype, because the experimentation on her started years before the story-- the serum she's been taking did give her abilities, but her body can't handle it, and she's slowly begun,,, I called it "fizzing out," her limbs would temporarily get like tv static. at first it's mild and occasional, but eventually it becomes more and more common, so naturally she's getting more panicked because she doesn't want to die.
obviously, she's degrading mentally as well. vulnerable and scared, she believes the principal when he tells her that absorbing her friends' powers will save her. restabilize her fragile body. make her whole.
so naturally she goes to find Dylan, her oldest friend and the only person who she thinks understands her. she beats him in a duel. she absorbs his powers. and it kills him
that wasn't what she was told would happen. so now not only is she dying, she's also killed her most important person-- even if she lives at this point, it will be without him. so she keeps going. maybe, if she can collect everyone's abilities, it'll make her as strong as she was originally supposed to be. then she can bring them back. then it'll be fine.
melanie and morrigan both fight violently, but they were never going to win, and they die too. MC Gira, even as she becomes increasingly animalistic-- turns out, adding more power to a body that can't handle it really doesn't fix anything-- hates to turn on Kaita, but he's the last one left before she really knows if it'll work. even though she knows at this point that it probably won't work.
but Kaita wins. Kaita wins. MC Gira disintegrates. When she dies, the energy she stole returns to her friends and brings them back to life without her. and she's gone.
and then a decade later irl gira turns out to also be passively suicidal so maybe I should've seen that coming LMAO
honestly though even though I never did anything with it this whole thing meant a lot to me. it was 1000000% self-indulgent chuunibyou bullshit-- she was hot and she was badass and super overpowered and bitchy to everyone, etc etc. but it was fun. and I think I was working through some things. and I'd love to go somewhere with it eventually, but it was literally built around the game of duel monsters, so I don't know how I'd separate it; it's a fanfic. the preexisting world is vital to the dna. I don't know how I'd replace that.
so until then, that version of MC Gira exists in the radio static.

'Stop making a game you want and start making a game players want'. ?????
Hey champ, maybe the 40 hours of your work is getting to you and started to sizzle neurolines or something, but that's not how it works.
Like, first and foremost, how about you recognise you willingly and eagerly paid for early access to a game, instead of, waiting for final product that will be free and you can check it out yourself and drop it no strings attached at any time? Nobody put a gun to your head and forced you to purchase unfinished product that have been loudly advertised as something you KNOW you will not enjoy. Like, point fingers all you want but at some point, there is the cold realisation that, you're simply being bitten in the ass by the consequences of your own actions and you can blame only yourself.
I know gamers have hard time conceptualising the idea that some things are simply not for them and they don't have to be catered to specifically. This was like the outrage of having top surgery scars in game or picking your pronouns in character creation. Pal, nobody is telling you to pick pronouns, just leave (reacted) be. Don't want top scars? Don't pick them. It's really that simple. You're not being inconvenienced by others having a choice too, you're simply being an overgrown child having temper tantrum because things are not being made for you and only you, and I hate to be a dick but; egocentrism is something you're meant to outgrow by the age of like 12 or something.
If games were to be made for the players specifically and only, games would hardly be made because there is hundreds of entitled little dicks like you and it's physically impossible to please all of you at the same time. Y'all act as if somebody else having a cake means you have less cake yourself, so it's a tall task to create a game catering specifically to XYZ because eventually all of you will have a melt down over something. Somebody has a vision for a game, they made it, it speaks to you or it doesn't, things get change accordingly after. I cannot stress this enough, but, early access is bad and it is meant to be bad in places. Performance issuses? Hardly surprising, they work on a prototype. Things feel bad to play? Expected, there is ALWAYS place for improvement. One doesn't simply shat gold from the get go. Imagine going to a painter and going irate because the painting you paid for isn't finished yet as he's priming the walls.
Also you act as if you're legally and physically forbidden from playing your favourite games instead. You can just click on it and play away, they're not gonna put you in jail for it. It's the same as people during the release of Hogwarts Legacy. You can play the game just fine, literally no legal or other consequences will come for you, it's just that some people will actively shun you for being bigot supporting piece of shit. 'But it's not getting updated!'. Maybe if you remembered that in the past games got released once and it was all done and dusted, you'd be more cognisant. Are you aware how many people play games released 20 or 30 years ago, maybe even older? Imagine rolling into pokemon emerald and being upset that movesets haven't been updated, it's been 2 decades!! How DARE they NOT update game released 20 years ago on a hand held console with no feasible connection to the Internet! What barbarity is this?! You're given a choice and it's clear you have never read anything of Sarah J Maas or you'd know that Rhysand given women a choice and that's the peak of human development. You have an ability to play whatever you want and you're choosing to play something that does nothing but upsets your extremely delicate sensibilities. Don't like it? Don't play it, it really is that easy. Play whatever makes you happy.
And this one bias is also seriously irking me. 'Well we work 40 hours a week and we don't want to play a slug afterwards'. Oh, so you're speaking for all the workers now, are you? Are you sure that under the 'we' there isn't hidden 'Me, myself and I'? Because sure, I can imagine that most players want to just click one button and see the screen explode, however going back to previous point, maybe don't play a game that was advertised as slow pace where you have to use brain sometimes too. Nobody forces you to. You have the previous iteration that allows you to have completely braindead and really fast paced experience that you desire. Maybe it's not the problem of 'stop making game you want' and instead 'start making a game *I* want', and saying that would be vastly more honest. Again, some things are not meant for you and you have to be okay with that. Pup play is not for me and slave roleplay is putting me off severely, but, I do the magic thing of 'minding my own business' and just doing the things that I like and not making my discomfort everybody else's problem. 'Boohoo, I'm not being prioritised and catered to! Sobbing crying wailing throwing up'. Grow up.
Also as a side note, some of these hoes pretend that they don't have the face rolling option available; even though they very much do, just because others have the option to have slow methodical approach too, and that's hilarious. Seriously, Gods forbid that someone else has a choice. 'But what about me'ism is seriously like a plague, go see a therapist.
But thing that pisses me the most is that the critism isn't constructive. It's not 'well X feels bad you could do Y or maybe try Z', and there are semblance of genuine and constructive criticism there. It is possible to not like something and critise it in ways that are comprehensive and verbal. Heck, I don't like some of those things too, but, I can voice my displeasure in other ways that isn't just wailing like it's phantom at the opera wannabe casting. No, it's 'wee, this doesn't pilot like the previous game that I perceive exclusively through extremely THICC rose tinted glasses of nostalgia, recall bad product, git gut scrub'. Maybe if you spent a millisecond paying attention in your english class (though I hate to call it that, some people are not, in fact, americans or bri'ish), you'd have basic tools and comprehension of how to criticise things in ways that don't involve stomping ground and acting as a vicitm of hate crime. The crime? Striking soft spot of 50 years old guy with stunted development. Grow the fuck up.

NIGHT HAWK BOMBER
Here's a more detailed look at the Nighthawk's weaponry:
Weapons Bays:The F-117 had two internal weapons bays, each designed to hold one 2,000-pound laser-guided bomb.
Primary Munitions:The principal munition for the F-117 was the GBU-27, a 2,000-pound bomb modified with a Paveway III laser guidance kit.
Other Weapons:The F-117 could also carry other laser-guided bombs like the GBU-10, GBU-12, or GBU-16, or after 2006, two Joint Direct Attack Munitions (JDAM) GPS/INS-guided stand-off bombs.
Internal Stores:The F-117 was designed to carry all fuel and weapons internally, which limited the payload to 5,000 pounds (2,300 kg) of ordnance.
Stealth Technology:The Nighthawk's stealth capabilities, including its radar-evading shape and materials, were crucial for its mission of delivering precision strikes against high-value targets.
Operational Use:The F-117 was used in Operations DESERT SHIELD and DESERT STORM to target critical Iraqi command and control installations, key communication centers, and storage, production, and research facilities for nuclear and chemical weapons.
Retirement:The F-117 was officially retired in 2008, but some remain operational.

The Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk is a retired American single-seat, subsonic, twin-engined, stealth attack aircraft developed by Lockheed's secretive Skunk Works division and operated by the United States Air Force (USAF). It was the first operational aircraft to be designed with stealth technology.
Work on what would become the F-117 commenced in the 1970s as a means of countering increasingly sophisticated Soviet surface-to-air missiles (SAMs). During 1976, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) issued Lockheed with a contract to produce the Have Blue technology demonstrator, the test data from which validated the concept. On 1 November 1978, Lockheed decided to proceed with the F-117 development program. A total of five prototypes were produced; the first of which performed its maiden flight in 1981 at Groom Lake, Nevada. The first production F-117 was delivered in 1982, and its initial operating capability was achieved in October 1983. All aircraft were initially based at Tonopah Test Range Airport, Nevada.
The aircraft's faceted shape (made from two-dimensional flat surfaces) heavily contributes to its relatively low radar cross-section of about 0.001 m2 (0.0108 sq ft). To minimize its infrared signature, it has a non-circular tail pipe that mixes hot exhaust with cool ambient air and lacks afterburners; it is also restricted to subsonic speeds as breaking the sound barrier would produce an obvious sonic boom that would increase both its acoustic and infrared footprints. While its performance in air combat maneuvering was less than that of most contemporary fighters, it was strictly an attack aircraft despite being commonly referred to as the "Stealth Fighter". For this reason, it is equipped with integrated sophisticated digital navigation and attack systems, targeting being achieved via a thermal imaging infrared system and a laser rangefinder/laser designator. It is aerodynamically unstable in all three aircraft principal axes and thus requires constant flight corrections via a fly-by-wire (FBW) flight system to maintain controlled flight.
Even in the years following its entry to service, the F-117 was a black project, its existence being denied by USAF officials. On 10 November 1988, the F-117 was publicly acknowledged for the first time. Its first combat mission was flown during the United States invasion of Panama in 1989. The last of 59 production F-117s were delivered on 3 July 1990. The F-117 was widely publicized for its role in the Gulf War of 1991, having flown around 1,300 sorties and scored direct hits on what the US military described as 1,600 high-value targets in Iraq. F-117s also participated in the conflict in Yugoslavia, during which one was shot down by a SAM in 1999. It was also active during Operation Enduring Freedom in 2001 and Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. The USAF retired the F-117 in 2008, primarily due to the fielding of the F-22 Raptor.[3] Despite the type's official retirement, a portion of the F-117 fleet has been kept in airworthy condition, and some have been observed flying since being retired from combat.

presenting another nifty little Unity script asset by ME! This Easy Object Pool system will get you spawning prefabs quickly using scriptable objects. I use it in my project for repetitive effects, requires very little setup beyond creating the scriptable objects & assigning them to the pool for runtime creation; great for prototyping. You can request objects spawn at a Vector3 position, or if you send a Transform, the object will take on the forward direction of the Transform, making it ideal for projectiles. You can also request varying sizes for the spawned objects and include xyz position offsets. Code is commented to be informative on its functions & invites customizability. and its free! wowie!!

sometimes i think im too much of an online autist to find love.. like i dont think i can feel romantic feelings in the normal way because of how being online shaped my view of other people -_- i care way too much about finding someone who is the same kind of person as me as if theres a specific category that i fall into... but what even is that category... terminally online loser autist? its so stupid and i wish i could have a normal "type" like oh i like women who look like xyz.. but honestly i only gauge if i should go after someone based on how much they fit into this specific prototype ive made. and i think probably no real person fits into that... like my exact humour and interests and way of dressing et cetera et cetera .. i need to have my brain rewired -_-

Yuh as one of those human reviewers (not for the docs writer LLM but for Google search quality, bias, and text summaries more generally), it's a terrible terrible privacy mess to base LLMs off of data which is not published on the web. Yes there are issues with web scraping to train bots as far as intellectual property, but that info is all public in one way or another. I can scrape the New York Times for restaurant reviews and ask an LLM to create a review for an imaginary Thai restaurant, but those reviews were at least meant for public viewing in the first place. It wouldn't be the end of the world if the synthetic review copied something verbatim like "chicken enlivened by lemongrass and ginger".
Because LLMs are being trained on all the data of all the users, there's no guarantee that whatever goes into the "black box" will not come out to another user given the right prompting. It's just a statistical process of generating the most likely string of associated words, connections between which are reweighted based on reviewer and user feedback. If in the training data a string of connected words is presented, like "come to the baby shower at 6pm for Mary Poppins at 123 Blueberry Lane, Smallville, USA, 90210", that exact address could at some point be regurgitated in whole to another user, whether the prompting was intentional or not.
The LLM doesn't "know" what data is sensitive. The LLM does not "protect" data from one user from being used by another. The LLM doesn't have the contextual awareness to know that some kinds of information could present more risk for harm, or that some words represent more identifiable data than others.
All of the data is being amalgamated into the LLM likely with only some very broad tools for grooming the data set, like perhaps removing the corpus of one user or removing input with a certain percentage of non-English characters, say, and likely things like street addresses, phone numbers, names, and emails which can be easily removed are already being redacted from the data sets. But if it's put into words, it's extremely likely to be picked up indiscriminately as part of the training set.
The Google text products for search I've worked on can be very literal to the training data, usually repeating sentences wholesale when making summaries. An email LLM could be giving you whole sentences that had been written by a person, or whole phrases, but still be "ai generated"- it just happens that the most likely order for those words is exactly as a human or humans had written before. Obviously that makes sense because people say the same things all the time and the LLMs are probability machines. But because the training sets of data are so massive, it's not being searched every time to see if the text is a verbatim match to something the LLM had been trained on, or running a sniff check for whether that information is specific to an individual person. This "quoting" is more likely for prompts where there are fewer data points that the LLM is trained on, so compared to say, "write an email asking to reschedule the meeting to 2pm" which has 20 million examples, if I prompted "write an origin story for my DND character, a kind halfling bard named Kiara who travels in a mercenary band. Include how she discovered a love of music and how she joined the mercenaries" or "generate a table of semiconductor contractors for XYZ corp, include turnaround times for prototypes, include batch yield, include Unit cost" , we're a lot more likely to see people's (unpublished and private!) trade secrets being quoted. The corporations are going to have a fit, especially since they've been sold the Google Office suite for years.
At best, the data sets are being massaged by engineers using some complex filters to remove some information, and the bots are being put through sampling to see how often they return results which are directly quoted from text, and the reviewers are giving low ratings to responses which seem to quote very specific info out of nowhere. But if the bot changes just one word, or a few, while still rephrasing the information, it's impossible to check whether that information has a match in the training data without human review, and there's no guarantee another bot making the comparison like a plagiarism checker would catch it. Once the data is in the set, there are no guarantees.
The only way Google gets around these likelihoods of copyright infringement or privacy law is by having you the user waive your rights and agree as part of the terms of service not to include "sensitive" info.. so if you're somehow hurt by a leak of your info or creative ideas , it's because you used the service wrong. Might not stand up in court, but still be advised not to agree to this stuff. It's highly irresponsible to use LLMs which are being trained on unpublished user data and I'm sure that companies are going to throw a fit and demand to opt out of being scraped for data at scale for their whole google suite.
🚨⚠️ATTENTION FELLOW WRITERS⚠️🚨
If you use Google Docs for your writing, I highly encourage you to download your work, delete it from Google Docs, and transfer it to a different program/site, unless you want AI to start leeching off your hard work!!!
I personally have switched to Libre Office, but there are many different options. I recommend checking out r/degoogle for options.
Please reblog to spread the word!!

Rapid Prototyping- Dungeon Crawler #4
Now in the FLOOR MASTER click on the box collisions and add event: OnComponentBeginOverlap.
Then do this code
Tumblr media
Although for all 4 boxes they have different values for the + these are:
Tumblr media
you also have to change the reference here
Tumblr media
This just spawns the floor panels where they need to be.
We did have an issue of them spawning in the wrong place because I plugged all the + into X when Top and Bottom need to be Y and Left and Right X.
The rooms will still be spawning in each other though so now:
The plan for room detection is to shoot a line from the door you want to enter and then shoot another line downwards to check if a room already exists. If there's no room it will create one. If there is it wont. This prevents duplicate room spawns.
This is done using Line Trace and Macros.
Macros allow you to reuse code without copying and pasting multiple nodes. They are reusable code bundles with inputs and outputs that can adapt to different uses
Now in the FLOOR MASTER add a Macro and call it LINETRACERFORTILE.
Insert a get world location but delete the Target so it looks like this and plug into Input.
Tumblr media
Then do this:
Tumblr media
A line trace by channel defaults to the Visibility Channel, meaning the line will detect and hit anything visible to the player.
Now link this to the input:
Tumblr media
Now split the struct pin on the Line trace by channel
Tumblr media
Get another Line trace by channel and connect the OUT HIT TRACE END to the START
Then get a break vector and connect to Out Hit trace end
Then add a minus connected to the Z on the Break Vector and make value 500.
Connect all the the XYZ nodes (Remember to split struct pin)
It should look like this:
Tumblr media
Now get a branch and connect to output like this:
Tumblr media
Now click on the output and it will bring up these so you can name them
Tumblr media
The full code will be
Tumblr media
Now add the Macro to the event graph and add it into the overlap events for TOP,BOTTOM,LEFT,RIGHT.
like this:
Tumblr media
Now add the distances to the macro:
