It's actually surprising how abusive of a dad Magneto is in Evolution (to Wanda and Pietro in different ways) and Wolverine and The X-Men (to Pietro)

Like I guess it's because my introduction YEARS ago to Magneto was the movies, where he doesn't really seem like the guy who'd be THAT shitty of a dad ON PURPOSE and then try to EXCUSE it on top of that.

Then I watched like halfway through TAS (I wanted to watch '97 as soon as it came out but then instantly lost motivation to watch TAS when I finished '97) and from what I've heard about Wanda, Pietro and Lorna in that show, and their relationship with him, he doesn't exactly seem as bad as evo or watxm? Maybe I've heard wrong but he seems way better both as a dad and just as a guy™

I had a point to this post but halfway through I saw a funny video and had to drop everything to watch it and got distracted so idk what I was trying to say here but uhhhhh yeah

It's genuinely so funny getting super into X-Men Evolution because I will forget that this is the odd one out where they're all teens and Logan is a grown ass man, because I keep getting tiktoks and fanart of the many Logan ships and having a quick moment of panic before remembering, oh, wait, Evolution is the weird one

Remy coughs and whines and Logan churrs back. Logan gets the kit to lay back down and then takes up guard duty, growling a little at Storm to get her to leave the den. Creed gets back to grooming the sick cub and purring. He gives a tiny smirk as he hears Logan beginning to purr alongside him. Creed shifts the cub into the most comfortable position and hums.
