For some reason none of those spoilers were particularly surprisng to me. Porbably cause I've seen those headcanons a lot in fandom but still thanks for telling me and explaining. Ok so Alizeh is the former wind dragon Rai was talking too? I always thought when you mentioned Alizeh that you were talking about the OC from your other story. Now I'm thinking about the past and current dragons. Can you tell me about some traits they may have in common or is that spoilers too?
Oh really? Hah. Whoops 😅 well, that’s okay.
Yep! Alizeh is the former Dragon Of the Wind. The very first, in fact. I’d post a sketch, but I have yet to draw her. I really should start posting references for people who want to make fanart people who are interested in what they all look like.
I don’t think it’s too much of a spoiler if I give a few traits away.
Within the context of MW!:
The Dragons Of Wind have a strong sense of justice. Their finest quality is their kindness, and there is a “lightness” to them that helps see other people through difficult times.
The Dragons of Fire are ambitious and driven. Like the phoenix that rises from the ashes, they will keep going through whatever adversity is thrown at them until they achieve their goals. They have always, always hated the idea of being weaker than everyone else. If this feeling turns bitter, it can destroy them, but if kept in check and with mindfulness and patience, it can be a source of strength.
The Dragons Of Water have big hearts. They believe in the good they see in everyone else and their optimism is a beacon of light and hope for everyone they meet. But sometimes, they blind themselves to the truth because of their own emotions.
The Dragons Of Earth carry the weight of everyone else’s responsibilities and sins on their shoulders. And their mistakes weigh them down even more. Yet they will always, always put on a brave face and be everyone else’s “rock” when the chips are down. Duty is everything to them. And their silence, no matter how well intentioned, is their weakness.
The Dragons Of Wood are traitors troublemakers liars don’t know how to let go of the past. Even if it no longer serves them any good, even if it threatens to destroy them, they hold on to what they’ve already lost. They can’t even see what’s around them because of this.
And the Dragons Of Metal are dreamers :)
Oh. A few other things.
Wind and Earth have a strong bond.
Water and Metal have always been close.
Fire and Wood...well, the less said, the better.
Wind and Water have always been friendly rivals.
Wind and Metal influence and shape each other’s lives more than they realize.
And Wind and Wood often find themselves to be each other’s enemies. Whether they want to be or not.

Ask me anything about my OCs
Today I’ll answer questions about:
Sun
Timber
Alizeh
Jin
and Douglas Wilde.
If it’s a spoiler I’ll just answer “spoilers” but anything else is fair game.

Alizeh’s Theme
To be honest, she comes from a different culture whose music, both traditional and contemporary, I’m not familiar with at all, and I still need to develop her character just a little bit more. But right now, I like this song for her.
