that's not even everything. that's only in the first like 10ish issues

but i think of all the scenes..this page....this probably is my favorite. i cried reading this. like. big fat tears. "give me a kiss hello" HELLO? I SCREAM.

Uncanny X-week Week, Day 2

Yesterday's post about the X-treme X-Men comics touched on on the character of Sage, who used to be Tessa, a submissive in the Hellfire Club of the X-men comics. Today's post will be a closer look thru the early, formative years of the character.

So, who is Tessa?

More than that, as per Wikipedia, Tessa's mind functions as a living supercomputer with unlimited storage capacity, able to remember everything she sees and hears and provide instant analysis. She also has some limited telepathic abilities.

Still, in her early years, she spent most of her time submissively in the background.

Tessa's first appearance would be in Uncanny X-Men #132 (1980), She is the one standing in the back silently, wearing a slave collar.

... in service.

Her next appearance would be in Uncanny X-Men #151 (1981), again silent, again wearing a slave collar

...again, in service.

In time tessa would get a voice and interact more

... but her place was ever in service, attending her dominant.

Tessa's duties would tear her from her master's side on occasion
