מנת כנאפה טעימה, מתקתקה,חמימה מלאת ריחות הכנתי היום בביתי. נהנתי בחיפושי אחר הגבינה המיוחדת ,הכנת סירופ ועמידה בסקרנות לטעום את התוצאה.

צלילי פסנתר חיממו את לב יושבי ביתי וכשטעמו מהכנאפה , האוירה הייתה מושלמת.

Sugar plum cake is very popular. It starts out soft with a layer of white dough and on the top sugar plum. The taste is constantly crescendo. The tone colour gives off a warm, gentle feeling as the dance of the sugar plum fairy of Tchaikovsky.

I really like the use of texture in the music as it is a simplistic piece of music form that is attempting to convey the delicate nature of a fairy.

How to prepare?

5 fresh plums in eights

1 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 tea spoon selfrising powder

1 tea spoon of cinnamon

1/4tea spoon of salt

125 g soft butter

Half cup of sugar

2 eggs

2 tea spoon of vanilla+1/4 t.s of almonds

1 fresh grated lemon peel

125g cup of sour cream

Bake in 180C degree ,35 minutes +

Mix butter with sugar,add gently eggs,then vanilla,almonds, lemon"s grated peel, pour a flour mixed with cinnamon ,a baking powder, and salt. At the end sour cream.

Put in a round form .On the top put pieces of plum. Pour a little bit sugar. Spread the top with a melted butter.

This was so exciting, full of energy and surprising.

Cookies full of many things such as Quaker,chocolate chips,raisins,dried fruit,nuts.Similar to the band we saw surranded by a crowd thirsty for music.

how to make?

175g butter,3/4 brown sugar+1/4 white sugar,2 eggs,1 cup whole wheat flour,1/2 tee spoon of soda backing,1/2 tee spoon of cinnamon,1/2vanilla,1/2 t.s. backing powder, 1/4 t.s. salt,200g Quaker,1/2 cup of broken nuts,1/2cup of raisins, otherdried fruit,chocolate chips-1/2cup.

Mix butter with sugar.Add eggs.Add separlately other Ingredients. Bake 170 degrees, about 20 minutes or more.

My favour song Hero on background.This sweet-sour apple cake I prepared today,remind me a story, somebody told me ,that when he came with a trouble home, his mother pampered him by baking with him an apple cake with flavour cinnamon.

recipe: 1 cup selfrising flour,1 cup sugar,1/2cup oil,2 eggs, 1 t.s.cinnamon, 2 green apples

mix 2 eggs. In bowl mix cut apples to squares+sugar+cinnamon. Mix other ingrediens with apples and eggs.

180 degrees. 35 min.
