This week's additions to the Wurm Collection!

Enlisted Wurm and Symbiotic Wurm are two that I didn't have at all before now, while the Reckless Wurm is the original printing with the different style frame (indicating that it's a color-shifted version of a previously existing card, abilities and stats the same but mana cost swapped to a new color; in this case Arrogant Wurm but red.) Previously, I only had later printings which used the standard red frame.

Topic: Wurms

I like wurms, and I appreciate that they kept printing some even after the type lost its luster as the iconic green type (not that Hydras get much more). It's funny how the wurms we've been getting recently have pretty much all followed the same pattern (at least at rare and above) of reading like impressive cards with abilities that should be above-curve enough to see play in competitive formats... And yet we barely see them, again and again. The competition is really tough at the top these days.

i used to love worms, but at some point i stopped playing with them as much

but i still take longer than usual steps to avoid their already mangled bodies
