TFA Wreckgar would definitely be a target for wifefication for the Autobots, cuz it wouldn't take that much effort at all. Wreckgar is already not the brightest bulb and eager to learn something new and lach onto it, so little to no need for hypnosis. He doesn't know what aphrodisiacs and estrogen are, so someone can straight up tell him that's what they're giving him, and he'd take it no questions asked. He probably doesn't care what he wears, so skirts and bras and makeup aren't a problem either. He would take this all with an oblivious, dizzy smile.

Mechs would probably fist fight each other to obtain such an easily moldible wife.
